Government operatives at the controls of America's nationwide cellular microwave "torture tower" domestic weapon system are using precision-targeted radio frequency attacks to silently inject disturbing and potentially injurious tones, voices, messages -- even music -- directly into the minds of mostly unknowing, extra-legally "targeted" Americans across the United States.
These silent, sonic attacks are happening with the knowledge of security and law enforcement officials within the U.S. Department of Homeland Security- administered multi-agency "fusion center" network -- a de facto shadow government engaged in the continuous torture and persecution of an unknown number of so-called "targeted individuals."
One victim, a writer, reports electromagnetic assaults of various forms, including painful, high-pitched tones that cause severe headache, fatigue, and an oppressive "head in a vise" feeling. But sometimes, he says, the microwave acoustic attacks appear to be intended to inflict psychological or emotional distress. His report:
"In the past, I have heard music coming from no apparent source. At first, I convinced myself that the music was coming from my immediate surroundings. But when I heard music inside my car, when the radio and CD player were turned off, I began to suspect that I was being targeted by a microwave beam capable of generating sounds.
"I did some research, and learned that the U.S. military has developed so-called "voice to skull" weaponry capable of using microwaves and the resonance of human bone to convey sounds directly into the head, bypassing the ears and the auditory organs.
"Last night (Oct. 11, 2010), it happened again. As I was leaving a store in Trenton, N.J. and walked out into the parking lot, I distinctly heard the 'Mr. Softee' ice cream truck jingle, loud and clear. I looked around, expecting to see a Mr. Softee truck. But the parking lot was empty, with no other vehicles in sight except for a couple of parked cars.
"I did notice that a steel cell tower mast was located just across the closest main street, about a half-mile away. My research shows that cell tower microwave installations are capable of transmitting sounds directly into the heads of targeted persons, using a technology that works on the same principle as those microwave antennas used to pick up distant sounds at sporting events."
Later that evening, an anonymous comment was received on this witnesses' blog site.
The message:
"...Fine then, bask in the warmth of the microwaves and enjoy the music of the 'voices.' If you don't want help, I will butt out and dismiss this as delusional minds at work. There, now that's better isn't it?"
Says the witness:
"I can't prove it, but I have little doubt that this sadistic message came from the government operative, probably a defense contractor, who apparently assaulted me in the Trenton parking lot with the microwaved Mr. Softee jingle.
"Just what the intent of the message was, I can only guess -- but it smells like a malicious 'psy op' to me."
As described in a Wired.com article published in 2008, a U.S. Army website detailing "voice to skull" microwave hearing technology was mysteriously removed from the internet.

The Federation of American Scientists website has preserved this quotation from the U.S. Army web page, describing the technology in these words:
"... (A) Nonlethal weapon which includes (1) a neuro-electromagnetic device which uses microwave transmission of sound into the skull of persons or animals by way of pulse-modulated microwave radiation; and (2) a silent sound device which can transmit sound into the skull of person or animals. NOTE: The sound modulation may be voice or audio subliminal messages. One application of V2K (voice to skull) is use as an electronic scarecrow to frighten birds in the vicinity of airports."

There, now that's better isn't it?” The “echoing” of the same words (as we know, a typical gangstalker tactic), appears to link the "music" attack to the computer-perp, TiredDem(on). 1:53 a.m., Mon., Oct. 25, 2010 -- Hit by a pulsed burst microwave attack so severe, so painful, that it awoke me from a deep sleep. My ears were ringing severely for more than ten minutes after the attack and continue to ring severely to this minute (2:11 a.m.)

And just how many crimes were committed by this operative? There may not be, nor have ever been, justice in America -- according to "The Gemstone File: A Memoir" by Stephanie Carvana, reissued with updated foreword in 2006. Primarily an expose about the Kennedy assassinations, this book's allegations of US Gov complicity in the murders, even three years ago, would have been impossible for me to believe. Now, based on the prevalence of this nationwide filth of gangstalking, which is kept hidden in plain sight and is totally ignored by mainstream media, I know that Gemstone has got some things very, very right.

Larson's so-called chips are as big as dumptrucks. As of 2006 the chips were smaller than a grain of rice and powered by the body's own electricity to transmit and receive. No one but the Shadow Government knows what else these nano-capsules (weapons) are programmed to carry.

The Upper Moreland Twp, PA police have proposed making it a criminal offense to leave your car unlocked. I attempted to post this comment to the NBC10Philadelphia website (nbc10.com) but despite repeated attempts, was unable to do so. I finally was able to post it to the station's Facebook page, after calling Verizon DSL to again complain about malicious interference with, and censorship of, my internet service.
Here is the comment that the fusion center Gestapo and its rogue "information systems" contractor apparently are trying to censor, or keep from broad dissemination:

In the nearly seven years since this former business reporter for Fox 29 TV in Philly realized he is being extrajudicially targeted and subject to community-based persecution -- vigilantism apparently coordinated by a fed-directed, police-protected fusion center- based Gestapo-like apparatus -- I sometimes find that my properly locked car is unlocked when I return to the vehicle.
I strongly suspect that the car's GPS-controlled "anti-theft immobilization system," which we did not order but which was installed in the vehicle when we bought it, is being used by rogue operatives on a witch hunt to unlock my car. I have found possessions inside tampered with, and on at least one occasion, I found evidence of vandalism. I also believe this GPS system is being used by GPS-equipped community "watch" vigilantes to stalk and harass me while I am driving.
Criminalizing unlocked cars is a bad idea, another intrusion of a creeping police state. Draconian proposals like this makes it just too easy for constitution-disrespecting authorities to conduct witch-hunts against unjustly, extra-legally "targeted individuals" -- what I have described as a hate- and ideology-driven purge of American society. I have to question the motives of those who propose these "Nanny State" laws. The government operative microwave radio frequency torturers are turning up the amplitude of their electromagnetic toys, apparently in retribution for my net postings earlier today. My attempt to post a comment to a Washingtonpost.com "Spy Talk" blog item about a lawsuit concerning a federal agency's planting of a GPS tracking device on an Arab American's car once again has elicited the obviously spoofed, counterfeited "held for blog owner" page. In fact, recently I've had trouble even accessing current "Spy Talk" columns. When I navigate to Jeff Stein's very informative blog, I lose my sign-in and my comments appear to be re-directed to a "spoofed" or counterfeit page under the control of government surveillance censors -- "information systems" defense contractor operatives.
Here is the comment that U.S. operatives apparently saw fit to censor:

...apparently, the entity (or perhaps a multi-agency fusion center task force) had a local car dealer sell my wife a car equipped with GPS-activated "anti-theft immobilization." And the salesman called it a "free option" -- a total lie.
I don't have the expertise to disable the device, and my suspicions are that the dealership would be under instructions to leave it operative.

Thurs., Oct. 14, 2010 @ 1:35 p.m. -- Once again, my government operative torturers are manipulating the environment on my premises -- the "cold room." It is colder inside than outside. I turn up the heat, and still I am bone-chill cold. Ductless A/C surreptitiously installed? Some kind of freon gas? How much extra in heating bills does this (apparently) fusion center-coordinated torture cost us? AND NO ONE WILL INVESTIGATE. Our American Axis of Evil eschews the blood and guts approach for Americans to adopt a more refined, legalistic approach. A rule-of-law approach, you might say. The Criminals with Badges deliberately worsen the problems of daily life (numerous costly car accidents, illnesses, mechanical failures) -- to exhaust the TI both financially and physically. One of the Perps' favorite ploys, in addition to sabotaging the TI's house in some way, is to inject the TI's house with ants, rats, or snakes. Naturally, the Perps also have scads of phony pest-control (har-har) trucks roaming around, as in "you TIs are pests to be exterminated." When I see a "pest control" truck, however, I know that an officially sanctioned "rat" is at the wheel.

Why would a group of people on a college campus apparently stalk me through one of the campus buildings?
Why would they apparently stalk and follow me through the corridors -- coughing at me, several people coughing right at me, several people and several incidents of coughing, all walking towards me - all turning their heads towards me to do it, all having the look of sadism and devious enjoyment on their faces for doing it?
Why, only seconds after the coughing incident, would a young woman sitting on a bench in one of the hallways of the same campus building begin to loudly and sadistically recite, almost verbatim, a phone call I made that very morning? Why would she do that as I walked down the hallway, only seconds after the coughing incidents?
Why would a twentyish male, only a half a minute later in another corridor of the same building, look straight at me, and with a devilish intonation in his voice loudly prolaim "Hah, they're everywhere!".
Who are these people that apparently stalked me? Are these visual and auditory delusions?
Was this apparent stalking designed to make me appear delusional in my telling of my account of it, or was it designed to cause me to become delusional -- or am I suffering from delusions?

I do not believe you were being stalked. These misinterpretations are called illusions, not delusions.
When we witness an illusion, we perceive something that does not correspond to what is actually out there—what exists in the real world. Illusions fool us. They convince us of things that are not true.
Illusions are different from both hallucinations and delusions. Illusions are misperceptions that are perceived by most people, and are based on a specific stimulus received under certain conditions.
Hallucinations are usually seen by only one individual. Most often they are experienced by people who suffer from specific kinds of mental illness, or who are influenced by drugs or extreme amounts of alcohol. Hallucinations are false perceptions that occur in the absence of appropriate external stimuli, whereas illusions are misinterpretations of external stimuli that are, in fact, present.
Delusions are different from both illusions and hallucinations. They are beliefs, not perceptions. Like hallucinations, they tend to be found in people who are mentally ill. A person may have delusions of grandeur (believing that he or she is a very important or famous person) or delusions of persecution (believing someone or something is out to harm them) when the facts clearly do not support these beliefs.
People tend to be fascinated by illusions, but as we noted earlier, not everyone responds to every illusion. There is no simple explanation for this variability in perception. There is no evidence that these differences are related to intelligence or personality, although experience with them often helps one see new versions of the same kind of illusion. Thus, you or your friends should not be upset if an illusion is not apparent to you. There are many of them and we can enjoy all that we can perceive.
