Typically, the signs of surreptitious entry are subtle, seemingly minor annoyances -- such as the malicious hiding or re-locating of a targets' car and house keys. But when the key ring was stashed in a bag tucked under a sleeping target's bed, it's a terrifying sign that a fusion center- directed, police-protected community goon was present at the target's bedside as he and his wife lay in a deep sleep -- kept under by the intense physiological effects of unremitting radio frequency attack.

Other times, the intruders sabotage and vandalize appliances and climate systems, or maliciously soil and despoil furnishings. Recently, this journalist was gassed with insecticide apparently placed in his dryer the night before it was turned on. A voicemail left for his police chief, in which an investigation was requested, was not returned.

Fusion center- directed goon squads have been known to stain and deface clothing with bleach and oil, or to make small rips and tears in personal items. It's the kind of malicious, petty terrorism that falls below the threshold of gross damage -- why victims are reluctant to report these terroristic criminal acts crimes to police (who apparently are instructed to dismiss complainants as mentally disturbed or delusional).
Indeed, it appears that police know full well that "targeted individuals" are being terrorized and victimized -- and they are complicit by their refusal to investigate when victims do report such incidents.
This community fascism goes far beyond mere mischief. Virtually every time this writer leaves his home, a vehicle or a dog-walker appears within seconds, as if his every move is under constant surveillance -- which apparently is the case. While driving, he is constantly followed and menaced by community "policing" goons who apparently are fed GPS data on his whereabouts. (His wife was sold a car equipped with a radio-controlled theft immobilization system that incorporates GPS guidance. She was told it was a no-charge option -- an apparent ruse to enable constant, 24/7 surveillance.)
And this writer, who has exposed the government microwave domestic attack system and fusion center infringements on civil and human rights -- has received veiled (and sometimes not-so-veiled) threats.
Last weekend, neighbors disturbed the peace with loud music punctuated by a group of partygoers chanting at the top of their lungs the Talking Heads tune, "Burning Down the House." The live chorus, amplified by a sound system, was repeated over and over. Another neighbor apparently called police, and the loud music ceased.
Was the chanting intended as a threat? The writer couldn't help but conjure up images of the burning house in Connecticut where a physician's wife and two daughters were murdered as the father was imprisoned in the basement. Police took more than a half-hour to respond to a 9-1-1 call, and inexplicably remained outside the house, supposedly "maintaining a perimeter," as the murders took place.
Was the Connecticut family targeted by the American Gestapo, and were the police purposely instructed to stay back? Why wouldn't they have intervened when they knew there was a report of a hostage situation, and that death threats had been made?
As a longtime victim of unjust, extrajudicial targeting, persecution and torture, this writer knows that anyone who has come under the ambit of government intelligence agencies or law enforcement, for any reason, is subject to unremitting, 'round-the-clock police and community surveillance and harassment.
It is not unreasonable to posit that if someone known to authorities commits a heinous act, somewhere along the line someone in an official capacity may have let it happen on purpose -- as part of a diabolical "Operation Chaos" intended to provoke fear, anxiety and submission to restrictions on civil liberties in the name of "national security"...
...and that local police may be the witting or unwitting pawns in a hate- and ideology-driven national purge -- an American genocide devised and orchestrated by multiple agencies and commands of federal, state and local government, and their defense and telecommunications contractor corporate co-conspirators.

Sadly, we live in a culture where we are bombarded with images of "good guy violence" constantly. It becomes burned into the collective psyche as a result, training our minds to see retaliation and violence as desirable, even preferable. We lose the ability to value peaceful methods of coping with hardship. For example, when a guy in the movies takes a gun and holds a hospital hostage because he can't afford to get his son life-saving treatment, what is it really teaching us? We are taught to sympathize with the hero and "understand" his use of violence as a response. We blame the "system" or others for the violence committed by the hero. That is typical of the story lines and violent solutions we see on television and in theaters every day, day in and day out. It is relentless mass education, a form of brainwashing. While most people will not imitate that behavior under normal circumstances. What happens when they are humiliated and stripped of much of what they value? What then? Our attackers understand this process quite well and zealously seek to exploit it. This psychology is their merciless and cruel weapon.
To effectively counter that tendency, and protect ourselves, we need to change how we think and how we respond. In effect, our minds must switched over to an operating system they neither understand nor can effectively infiltrate. We need to start rejecting and unlearning such "good guy violence" propaganda. The mind can be hardened against psychological assaults, and, we can change our default response to provocation. Maintaining emotional health and balance is more important than getting even with anyone.
Actively expressing love and concern for others is the single best way to maintain emotional health. It is the secret behind those who effectively survived concentration camps for years. But you never see that glorified in the movies. When is the last time you saw the hero in a Hollywood movie respond to cruelty with exemplary self control, showing great inner strength by respecting even the dignity of his enemies? If every person targeted by these attacks were to develop that ability, these cruel programs would become meaningless. There would be no point to them.
Instead of constantly talking about what our enemies do, focus on the good you can do even while facing adversity, and share that with others. That sort of information has far more value and will contribute meaningfully to improving the lives of other victims. We don't have to wait for this violence to end to find solutions and ways to cope.

Badexperiment is right. Americans are now living in a world created by Hollywood's relentless, immoral glamorization of violence. For years Hollywood has been glamorizing macho men who take the law into their own hands. Hollywood picks out an obvious criminal -- one who has murdered the avenger's wife or daughter -- and before the man's own eyes. There can be no doubt that the Hero is right to blast away at the murderer. But how can whitesnake be Clint Eastwood in Dirty Harry or Charles Bronson in Death Wish or the Gladiator? Why, whitesnake can trust the Mighty Feds to pick out a victim for him -- someone whom the Feds, in their infinite wisdom, know is an Enemy of the State. Whitesnake can become a gangstalker, part of a posse that relentlessly pursues a Targeted Individual. TIs get to live in the ugly fantasy world that Hollywood and its "murder for money" ethics have created in the malleable mind of the average guy. It's time for Hollywood to return to making "rule-of-law" movies -- time to create "heroes" that don't maim, kill, destroy but build, create, save, inspire.

I wouldn't call mood swings/bipolar tendancies "multiple personalities", but you might consider "the program" as we believe it exists, wouldn't be targeting sane regular people either.
So I don't mind the implied insult even though I doubt you meant it, but take the humble concession as credibility.
Note a big difference between what I criticize and my "ramblings" is you don't see me declaring any of my beliefs to be facts, and I tend to be open minded to discussing anything about my story toward a productive conclusion.

If that's the case, Vic, since you also claim the government is trying to censor you, wouldn't they also just "disable" your computer?
Face it, you're simply trying to grasp at any excuse to not take any action to legitimize your accounts- doesn't sound to me like a guy who is fighting for his very life, as your daily updates detail.
Besides, generating a significant EMP signal takes a completely different type of equipment than HPM DEW, and it is not generally able to be tightly collimated. Why don't you set up a camera and TRY.

The rogue program contractors CONSTANTLY interrupt and maliciously tamper with my telecommunications -- EVERY DAY. In fact, just now, I had to report in to the good people on the inside (assuming somebody's listening) to let them know it was happening again. You must have missed my reports of sabotage of my Apple Mac icebook; of my Apple Quicksilver tower; of my DVD recorder -- which was STOLEN out of my computer, and the thieves left an inferior and non-functional replacement.
I used to edit my TV show myself -- until these rogues GRAYED OUT ALL EDIT FUNCTIONS on any computer I tried to use, making it impossible for me to earn my daily bread. And to this day, I cannot burn even a CD without this malicious, real-time interference. I can't even listen to a YouTube video without constant stuttering, regardless of which computer I use. I have upgraded my Flash player, but still get messages that a Flash player is not installed.
And it appears that few, if any, of the programs and files I download are actually stored on my disk drive. My entire desktop, and all functions of my computer, are controlled by a network server and real-time "man in the middle" interceptors. Here's how they do it:

Radiofrequency Weapons: High power RF/microwave energy can affect anything that responds to electro magnetically induced voltages and currents, which includes electronics, materials and personnel. You're a liar, plain and simple as that. Nothing in that patent explains that kind of capability whatsoever, and microwave energy cannot penetrate metal structures. If the microwave energy can disable electronic devices in their metal enclosures, how come a microwave oven is made of metal which contains the energy within it?
