Yesterday afternoon, shortly before 4 p.m., I remarked to a family member that perhaps a breakthrough had occurred; I awoke that morning feeling good for a change, with no overt symptoms of microwave or other radio frequency impairment. This respite from government-enabled torture continued through the afternoon.
But about 4 p.m., the silent torture returned with a vengeance -- that familiar, intense head-in-a-vise pain, symptomatic of silent microwave attack from the U.S. government's covert, precision-targeted, cell tower- mounted "multi-functional microwave laser radio frequency directed energy weapon" system (U.S. Patent No. 7629918, held by Raytheon).
The intense pain drove me out of the house and into the car to seek refuge on the road. In recent months, attacks while driving have diminished, perhaps because of pressure from higher-ups concerned about endangering other motorists (we, the victims, apparently do not matter).
Today, I awoke with ears ringing; the familiar sense of induced fatigue overcame me in the late morning and continued for some time. I had to struggle to stay awake, apparently due to irradiation with radio frequencies that induce a feeling of sleepiness and weakness.
Yesterday's resumption of the silent torture had prompted me to drive to my congressman's office in a nearby town. I had met with his administrative assistant twice before, and recently had left hard copy of my articles for the lawmaker, Rep. Patrick Murphy (D-PA). I had called earlier to see if the congressman had read the materials, and was assured by a voice on the other end that he had. The AA emerged from his office but could offer me no such assurances, saying that he didn't know if the congressman got around to my articles.
While I was waiting, a young man (whose cut of the jib screamed federal agent) twice came over to the secretary to whisper in her ear. So I made an oblique reference to the apparent character assassination which seems to precede any visit I make to an important person. I also told the AA that I continue to experience home intrusions and that local police have refused my pleas to investigate six years of so-called "gang stalking," signs of surreptitious home entry, financial sabotage and tainting of food, air and water.
It is apparent that I have been slandered by government operatives, and I realize that making such statements opens me up to further attempts to paint me as delusional, the typical M.O. intended to destroy an unjustly targeted person's credibility -- the chief asset of any journalist. But I also am confident that my work has gained traction, and that some good people on the inside have thoroughly dissected my life and have determined that I have presented an accurate and compelling accounting of official malfeasance in certain quarters of a rogue American bureaucracy.
But obviously, the battle is far from won. The silent torture continues. My fear is that advocates of "less than lethal" weaponry will continue to deceive lawmakers into thinking that it is somehow legal and moral to silently degrade human health, and to impair human functioning, with the silent application of so-called "directed energy" (they make it sound so benign).
THERE IS NO MORAL OR LEGAL USE OF THIS WEAPONRY. BY DEFINITION, THE USE OF THIS WEAPON SYSTEM IS TORTURE. IT VIOLATES THE GENEVA CONVENTIONS, AND ANY MORAL CODE OF HUMAN DECENCY.
THIS TECHNOLOGY STRIPS INDIVIDUALS OF THEIR MOST BASIC HUMAN RIGHT -- THE RIGHT TO FREE WILL, THE RIGHT TO EXIST WITHOUT EXTERNAL MANIPULATION OF THEIR BODILY FUNCTIONS.

Once again this morning, the penetrating, disorienting head-in-a-vise pain symptomatic of silent microwave radio frequency attack won't let go. the government operative microwave radio frequency torturers, under the direction of the multi-agency fusion center network, apparently are delivering their Pavlovian response to some of my recent posting labeling their overlords as "dirty cops and dirty agents" of an American Gestapo. I felt the latest microwave fusillade shortly after 8 a.m. and it only started to ebb until just moments ago -- when I began to write this.
Each time they torture, I will report. Too many good people on the inside know the drill; these "information systems" war criminals and their military/security/intel agency overlords cannot convince those in the know that their many thousands of victims are delusional or mentally ill.
Conscientious law enforcement must take decisive action against these official monsters; these serial offenders cannot and will not respond to bureaucratic directives orders. They are defiant of the chain of command. Their black ops are out of control.
THE TORTURERS AND THEIR OFFICIAL ENABLERS MUST BE ARRESTED, CHARGED WITH WAR CRIMES, AND TAKEN BEFORE THE BAR OF JUSTICE. AND THEN THEY MUST BE SENT TO FEDERAL PRISON FOR A LONG, LONG TIME.

I would like to memorialize the fact that I telephoned the number for the Philadelphia field office of the FBI shortly after noon this day, to report the above. I asked for the duty officer. I was connected to a woman. I asked if she was the duty officer. She said yes. I proceeded to tell her why I was calling, and that I was again requesting a Department of Justice Civil Rights Division investigation. She said words to this effect: "If you were down here before, I can't do anything more for you. I've got to go now." She then hung up on me.
Given the lack of courtesy and professionalism this person displayed, I am inclined to think that my call was intercepted by some entity other than the FBI Philadelphia field office. Insiders could confirm this, if that indeed is the case. If agents of another entity are posing as FBI, that is a very serious federal color of law violation, I would think. If the woman was FBI, I was afforded neither courtesy nor respect nor professionalism. My past interactions with FBI, conducted in person, generally have been more professional (with one key exception, in 2008, at the tail end of the Bush administration).

It is about 5:30 p.m. At 5 p.m., I sat down at the TV to watch CNN, feeling unusually fatigued. I could not force myself to stay awake; I believe I was put under with a radio frequency attack. At 5:24 p.m., I awoke to numbness down my left side, all the way down to my foot, and I felt, and still feel, a dizziness in the head (it is now 5:35 p.m.)

The MAGLOCLEN-RISSNET fusion center war criminal torturers and their defense contractor co-conspirators once again have shown their arrogance, criminality and contempt for human decency and the rule of law -- and once again, they are getting away with felonious, harmful, health-degrading silent assault with the U.S. government's covert. cell tower- mounted microwave laser radio frequency directed energy weapon system, capable of extremely precise attacks on military or human targets.
Over the past three days, the attacks have increased to an incapacitating level -- so severe that at 11:44 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 5, a sudden microwave burst induced extreme pain, vertigo and numbness down my left side, all the way to the foot. I believe the attack induced a mild stroke, or a transient ischemic attack.
The ferocity of the attack prompted me to call the phone number for the Philadelphia field office of the FBI -- although I knew it was possible, if not likely, that the call would be intercepted by agents or contractors representing another more secretive entity of the multi-agency fusion center Gestapo. The call was answered by a man. I asked to talk to the "duty officer," just to gauge the response. After a moment of silence, the call was transferred. After a few moments, a woman answered with a curt, "FBI." I asked if I was speaking to the "duty officer." She answered, "Yes." I believe she added, "may I help you?" I identified myself, said I had been to the field office several times over the past two years seeking assistance. After I started to relate what had just happened, she cut me off and said words to this effect: "If you've been done here before, there's nothing I can do for you. I've got to go now." She then hung up abruptly. Rudely, unprofessionally. She had no interest whatsoever in my account of silent assault.
I have dealt with FBI agents as a journalist and as a victim of unjust targeting and torture. I give a detailed account of the most significant in-person interaction in my article, linked below. FBI agents often deal with the public, and their deportment almost always has been professional and correct. Rarely was I treated so rudely and abruptly, and that was in person. Then, like now, I believe it is possible that I was not talking to an FBI agent, but to an operative from another entity, a secretive entity that rarely deals with members of the public.
I should add that the 11:44 a.m. assault was preceded by another sharp burst to the head at 8:05 a.m., while I was just outside the house. Then, from late morning and throughout the day until evening, I was laid low by extreme fatigue and weakness, so debilitating that at one point I collapsed in a chair and could not fight off a fitful sleep. As per usual, the silent assaults diminished somewhat as my wife arrived home.
The next morning, Thurs., Aug. 5, I awoke as usual, with my ears ringing, vision blurry, feeling fatigued despite a full night's sleep. At precisely 9:28 a.m., I again was struck violently with a pulsed microwave burst that induced sudden head pain and vertigo, a dizzying feeling that did not surbside for a couple of minutes. Then the torture diminished to a constant fatigue and weakness, until 1:05 p.m. and again at 1:12 p.m., when I again was struck violently in the head, causing more vertigo. I was unable to resume normal functioning for some time, finding it difficult to concentrate on my work. At 2:44 p.m., I again was overcome with fatigue and weakness so intense that I could barely stay awake. At 5 p.m., and again at 7 p.m. I experienced intense, prolonged head pain, that head-in-a-vise debilitation. At 7:39 p.m., I was hit with a penetrating blast to the right top head. At 8:57 p.m., I felt a prolonged and intense tingling of my scalp, another symptom of microwave or other radio frequency attack. At precisely 9:11, another sharp attack to the head, setting my ears ringing.
On Friday morning, Aug. 6, I again awoke to fatigue, severe ear ringing, blurry vision and a haggard, sagging face -- the typical effects of being irradiated overnight. In late morning, about 11 a.m., I suffered from constant, disorienting head pain. At 2:45 p.m and shortly after 4 p.m., that head-in-a-vise feeling overcame me, along with vertigo. From about 8 to 9:15 p.m., while inside an electronics store, a Best Buy, the head-in-a-vise pain and dizziness grew so intense that I literally was driven to seek relief in a small room in the musical instrument area, away from the open store area. Since the battery to my cellphone had been removed, I believe I was targeted by GPS-equipped in-store surveillance, which instantaneously can transmit location coordinates to the fusion center contractor operatives at the controls of the tower- based microwave radio frequency attack system.
I have yet to see a mainstream media publication examine why stores are installing GPS-equipped surveillance cameras. I believe I have just answered the question. It's now late evening, the end of a full day of U.S. government-authorized electromagnetic torture, impairment and vigilante "gang stalking" domestic terrorism.
At precisely 9:45 p.m., I was struck by a sudden pulsed microwave burst to the right front forehead, instantaneously causing extreme penetrating pain, dizziness and a penetrating burning ache that continues to this moment (10:02) in my frontal lobe region. Once again, my ears are ringing with a sharp, high-pitched tone.
THIS IS FELONIOUS ASSAULT. TORTURE. A CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY. THERE IS NO DOUBT THAT IT EMANATES FROM THE MULTI-AGENCIES OF THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THEIR LOCAL MUNICIPAL AND STATE 'PARTNERS,' AND CORPORATE DEFENSE CONTRACTOR 'INFORMATION SYSTEMS' TORTURERS WHO MAN THE JOYSTICKS AND THE COMPUTER CONSOLES.
All day long I have been attacked by a constant stream of debilitating microwave radio frequency radiation emanating from the cell tower- mounted precision-targeted attack system installed EVERYWHERE in America. I was assaulted by harmful microwave radio frequency irradiation even as I drove the New Jersey Turnpike to Hoboken, N.J., where I was attacked as I walked the streets, causing that head-in-a-vise head pain, disorientation, and extreme fatigue. My ears have been ringing all day. The radio frequency detector I carry on my person beeped off the hook, fast and steady, indicating the presence of strong beams of electromagnetic radiation.
During my trip, once again I was tailgated and menaced on the road by vehicle stalkers who obviously had been alerted to my vehicle's presence from the GPS unit that we did not order but which was delivered with the car in what was represented by a major Honda dealer in Bucks County, PA as a "no extra charge" theft immobilization system. During a prolonged traffic jam on the turnpike extension leading to the Holland Tunnel, a tow truck driver hauling a flat-bed car trailer literally tried to force me out of my lane, nearly running into the side of my car. Truck and taxi drivers are a key components of the GPS-equipped stalking Gestapo, I have learned; one tow truck web site openly brags about the towing industry's role in helping keep the roads free of suspected terrorists and criminals.
These are the government-enabled vigilantes who menace EVERYONE no the road, not just those extrajudicially targeted by the fusion center- based shadow government that runs an American Gestapo.
Our car was immobilized via remote radio command this past April just as Philadelphia police were ordered me to move along as I waited to pick up my wife at the airport. (I wrote about this in an earlier comment to one of my articles). This apparent "psy op" was the second obviously staged stunt that occurred during a recent trip out of town; in the first psy op, the dress belt that I took off for the TSA X-ray inspection was replaced with a casual belt that resembled a belt I had left hanging in my bedroom. And when I got back from the trip, I found the dress belt I had been wearing hanging in my room where I had left the casual belt. An apparent stalker had commented about my dress belt when I took it off and placed it on the conveyor belt at the airport, and this same stalker approached me after I went through the airport screening, asking me how it went. This was no coincidence.
This is all a big game to the frat boy Nazis of the American torture matrix. This is their taxpayer-funded blood sport. And the naivety of possibly entrained politicians is what enables an evil and ideologically-driven shadow government.
The fact that an elaborate psy op set-up could occur with the complicity of TSA airport screeners (or persons posing as TSA screeners) indicates to me that the U.S. Secret Service is most likely the lead agency behind my years of persecution, character assassination and career destruction. But while the Secret Service is among the lead agencies of the domestic fusion center network, many other secretive and powerful agencies, military, security and intelligence, also factor into the targeting of persons slandered as "dissidents" or undesirables or suspected criminals or "enemies of the state."
Was it my sharp on-camera questioning of Senator Arlen Specter about the Kennedy assassination (or many other stories about the death of JFK) that got me targeted? Or the anonymous report to the FBI I filed in the wake of 9/11 about the men I saw setting up some sort of antenna on a truck parked off Skyline Drive in Shenandoah National Park in Virginia on Sunday, 9/9/01? Or was it my on-line research about 9/11 and the subsequent anthrax attacks?
Or am I just the kind of aggressive, no-holds-barred reporter that certain elements within our government seek to take down, to neutralize, to drive out of the news business? And to slander and defame, just for good measure?
Whatever the reason for my targeting, the neutralization of my mainstream journalism career has been accomplished -- hence my re-emergence as a fiercely independent internet journalist determined to bring to justice those who have betrayed our Constitution and the rule of law from within.

P.S. -- Why do I keep the links "dead?" Later in the morning, that feeling of overwhelming fatigue, the vertigo, the inability to concentrate -- call it a sense of confusion -- overcame me, rendering me barely capable of functioning.

(While I do not know the reason for my targeting, I know that I have been slandered and defamed. I believe my aggressive journalism could have drawn the attention of government agency "profilers." Or perhaps a subject of my reporting got me put on a targeting list as an act of revenge. Or perhaps my ethnic background and high profile resulted in my targeting by a hate group -- perhaps at the instigation of genocidal, official rogues. Once again, I was literally put to sleep by constant precision-aimed microwave radio frequency irradiation this morning, approximately between the hours of 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Again, I tried to force myself to stay awake in the face of constant involuntary yawning and an overwhelming feeling of extreme weakness and fatigue. When I awoke, feeling spent, at about 1 p.m., my ears were ringing incessantly with a high-pitched tone. This ear-ringing is a common symptom of microwave irradiation.
THIS IS TORTURE. THIS IS FELONIOUS ASSAULT. THERE IS NO DOUBT THAT THIS TORTURE EMANATES FROM THE MAGLOCLEN-RISS FUSION CENTER AND ITS WAR CRIMINAL MANAGEMENT AND CONTRACTORS.

Meanwhile, I continue to be stalked and terrorized by GPS-equipped community "watch" vigilantes everywhere I go -- and signs of home intrusion continue to show up with disturbing frequency. My gassing with insecticide, which was placed inside our clothes dryer, has gone uninvestigated -- a call to the local police went unanswered. I believe the criminal fusion center operation may have diverted the call, or kept my urgent message from reaching the police chief. Federal agents or local authorities apparently instructed a local Honda dealer to sell us a car equipped with a GPS device that I cannot disable -- but which fusion center operatives apparently used to disable our vehicle in a "psy op" staged at Philadelphia International Airport in April. (I wrote about this in a comment to an earlier article.)
And community goon squaders continue to attempt to provoke contrived incidents, using local police as their witting or unwitting pawns. I have reported this activity to federal authorities more than once. And it goes on.

The MAGLOCLEN-Riss fusion center war criminal management and contractors once again are microwave torturing -- 2:56 p.m., a sharp, penetrating, painful pulsed burst to the right front forehead, their favorite target -- the seat of human memory and cognition. My right eye is twitching and my vision is degraded more than it usually is.
UPDATE: 3:27 p.m. -- The piercing, penetrating brain pain below my right front forehead continues. This is more than torture. This is felonious assault and battery, causing long-term harm, possibly induction of injury, or disease such as cancer.
