Apparently, the above attack report fell upon deaf ears.

I awoke this morning to intense head pain in the frontal lobe area and a feeling of dizzy wooziness, with my vision blurred, sharp, high-pitching ringing in my ears, feeling woozy and weak.  Now, several hours later @10 a.m., the intense frontal lobe vise-like pain persists.

Since I now have an RF detector near my person at all times, it appears that my torturers are using frequencies out of the range of the detector to impair and injure me.  The bad news is that those out-of-detector range frequencies include microwave acoustic frequencies that cause severe ringing in the ears and persistent headache.

But the lobster-red skin effect seems absent today.  A small favor?

Last night, while driving in Middletown and Falls Townships, Bucks County, and in Ewing Township and Trenton, N.J.,  my vehicle and my person were targeted with microwave/RF radiation, causing tingling skin, queasy headache and malaise.  How do I know I was irradiated?  Because the RF detector I now carry on my person at all times was going off constantly, like a Geiger counter in a uranium mine.

THESE FUSION CENTER OPERATIVES IRRADIATE AND TORTURE AMERICANS WHILE THEY ARE BEHIND THE WHEEL -- ENDANGERING ANYONE WHO'S TRAVELING IN VEHICLES OR WALKING ON FOOT NEAR THE ROADWAY.

My car is equipped with a "theft immobilization" system (which we did NOT order, by the way) that is GPS enabled.  If this rogue operation merely wanted to track my comings and goings, it easily could access this system, since it is apparent that it has control of my car's theft immobilization functions -- which I learned last week at the Philadelphia International Airport, when this rogue operation apparently disabled my vehicle in what the spooks call a "psy op."

No, this human rights violating enterprise apparently was attacking me with the government's cell tower- based microwave/laser/radio frequency radiation directed energy weapon -- in effect, IMPAIRING ME while I was driving a vehicle.

This has happened many, many times.  My wife often tells me that she becomes so fatigued behind the wheel that she must force herself to stay awake, even after a good night's sleep.  She does want to believe it, but I believe she also is being targeted for silent torture and impairment by this heinous, genocidal torture matrix that the evidence indicates is run out of the nation's 70-some multi-agency fusion centers, under the aegis of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security -- the agency I believe is primarily responsible for a terror campaign directed at American citizens.

At this moment, I believe I am under the constant "entrainment" of this precision-targeted directed energy enslavement technology -- the main reason why I was unable to properly function for four years, and why I am finding it difficult to re-establish my career -- that, and the constant home intrusions, vandalism and community stalking domestic terrorism directed at me, persecution that NO AUTHORITIES WILL INVESTIGATE, DESPITE CLEAR EVIDENCE OF INVOLVEMENT BY SOME OF MY NEIGHBORS AND BY OTHERS IN THE COMMUNITY, PERHAPS EVEN SOME LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS.

I have told the Bucks County deputy district attorney that I believe that crimes against humanity are emanating from the operations of the MAGLOCLEN fusion center.  His response was that he works with MAGLOCLEN all the time, and that looking into my concerns might constitute a "conflict of interest."

CONFLICT OF INTEREST?  A citizen offers credible leads involving capital crimes against humanity, and that is the response?

Clearly, there is a need for a FEDERAL CIVIL RIGHTS INVESTIGATION OF LAW ENFORCEMENT AND ITS INVOLVEMENT IN COMMUNITY-BASED DOMESTIC TERRORISM / HARASSMENT IN BUCKS COUNTY, PA.

But is there a "conflict of interest" there, too -- since this multi-agency fusion center Gestapo is under the command of powerful and secretive federal agencies?

I have nothing to lose by raising these questions.  This government-engineered Gestapo has ruined my career and damaged my health.  The fusion center Gestapo MUST BE DISMANTLED.  My life and my career already have been decimated by this apparatus.  I will not stop trying to right this wrong as long as I am able to breathe.

I wouldn't be surprised if some forces are conspiring to permanently neutralize me -- as they did before, for four long, agonizing years.  But now, it's "live free or die trying."

For at least the past half-hour, I have been irradiated with a radio frequency that caused a rapid, fluttering heartbeat.  That happened to me before, back in 2004, when the microwave torture was at its worst.  Now it's happening again.

I also was put under in a fitful sleep, fitful because I was weak and my heart was fluttering.  As I arose, my legs quaked beneath me.  I could barely walk.  As I write this, my heart is still fluttering but I am starting to get me strength back.

I was standing behind the chair where I normally sit to work on my computer, facing a window that is in direct line of sight to a house immediately behind my next door neighbor's property to my immediate east. While I was moving slightly, I noticed that the detector emitted a steady series of beeps at one particular coordinate point, the area corresponded to where my forehead would be located, had I been sitting down.

When I moved the detector slightly off the "beam" area. the beeping stopped. When I moved the device back to the position where I got the beeping, the alert signal resumed. Then I moved the device in and out of the suspected beam area. Predictably, the detector went on and then off as the device crossed the suspected beam path.

What to make of this? I believe it is possible that a laser targeting device has been installed in an adjacent property, projecting a steady infrared, invisible "targeting" beam upon my person. At any given moment, the operators of the government's cell tower- based microwave/laser/radio frequency directed energy weapon system could attack me from their "centcom," the attack beam guided by the targeting laser.

Can I PROVE this? Not at this time. But a targeting laser trained upon my head would explain my frequent reports of precision-aimed, sharp, penetrating microwave attacks on my forehead and the crown of my skull.

For the purposes of investigation by Team Project Geneva, I am conveying the general location of the property that is in direct line-of-sight to the precise angle and position of where I normally sit facing a rear window. It is a private residence on the main road that is parallel to, and to the south of, my street, a house directly behind my next door neighbor to the east of my property.

I also believe it is possible, if not likely, that other laser targeting devices are trained upon, or secreted in, my premises, perhaps from other properties close to mine.

MICROWAVE / RF / MALICIOUS STALKING TERRORISM REPORT -- Tues. Apr. 29, 2010 @ 9:45 p.m.

ATTENTION TEAM MEMBERS, PROJECT GENEVA:

We needed some creamer for the coffee. And apparently, because I crossed over into Falls Township, Bucks County, PA, I apparently was irradiated while driving, then stalked and terrorized in the parking lot of a supermarket.

The food store is only about a mile, even less, up the road. As I crossed from my home township into Falls Township -- where, almost a year ago, I was falsely arrested, assaulted and briefly jailed for a bogus charge of "stalking" (what was being done to ME) that was later dropped when the prosecution failed to show for a hearing -- my RF detector started to beep continuously.

And my skin began to itch and crawl. I believe I was being irradiated with harmful microwave RF while behind the wheel -- once again. (And I feel the same burning and itching in the face right now, back in my home.)

I pulled into a parking space. I noticed that a red SUV pulled into a space two slots down. As I began to walk toward the store, I turned my head and noticed that the driver of the red SUV did not get out of his car, but just sat there, with his lights on.

I purchased my coffee creamer and returned to my car. When I turned on the ignition, I was hit with a cold blast -- the air conditioner, which I know for certain had been off, was somehow turned on and blowing strong. As I backed up, I noticed that the man in the red SUV was still parked in the space two slots down. With his lights on.

I suspect that the door to my car was unlocked via radio control (my car is equipped with a radio-controlled "theft immobilization" system that we did NOT order) and that the stalker had been instructed to enter my vehicle and turn on the A/C -- to terrorize me.

Naturally, this was disturbing to me. NO, THIS WAS DOMESTIC TERRORISM, AND IT'S JUST THE LATEST INCIDENT TO HAPPEN TO ME IN BUCKS COUNTY, IN PARTICULARLY, IN FALLS TOWNSHIP, WHERE POLICE CAN ASSAULT A 59-YEAR-OLD MAN AND THE D.A. WON'T OPEN A POLICE MISCONDUCT PROBE.

I also noticed a large white cross hanging from the rear view mirror of the suspected stalker's vehicle. The fact is, MANY of my stalkers have a cross hanging from their rear view. I suspect that some fundamentalist, Jew-hating cult has targeted me, perhaps after I was slandered to them by some authorities in what may be an ongoing, ideologically motivated character assassination campaign.

Ironically, the deputy D.A. is an Orthodox Jew. One would think he'd know there's a history of this kind of thing, and that extremist groups are operating in Bucks County, PA. Instead, he apparently chooses to believe that "it can't happen here."

I have encountered stalkers who have come up to me saying things like, "Jesus is the way." I went to the Bucks County District Attorney's Office TWICE in the past couple of years to ask for a a hate crimes investigation. I also requested that my local police, and the FBI, investigate my six years of harassment and acts of domestic terrorism, including vandalism and home intrusion.

TO DATE, NO AUTHORITY HAS LAUNCHED AN INVESTIGATION (THAT I KNOW ABOUT, THAT IS.)

But now, I believe, attention is focused on Bucks County, the home to the MAGLOCLEN fusion center, which appears to be the nexus of command and control for organized community stalking harassment AND microwave torture in the Mid-Atlantic states and its home county of Bucks, PA. So perhaps the tide is turning.

Perhaps investigators from Project Geneva would like to talk to the man I suspect of terrorizing me tonight, who may have been acting under orders from above.

A skilled interrogator easily could extract the truth, if this man were questioned by law enforcement, under the penalty of perjury.

Do POTUS, VPOTUS, SecState, and other high administration officials, know that a "Multi-functional Microwave Radio Frequency Directed Energy Weapon System" deployed on cell towers across America, and in other nations as well, could play a role in the Gulf oil spill disaster...

...or perhaps IS playing a role, in some capacity?

This technology can ALTER THE WEATHER, ALTER ATMOSPHERIC CONDITIONS, ALTER WIND PATTERNS.

The U.S. Patent, held by Raytheon, a document that USED to be available at http://freepatentsonline.com/7629918.html states that this technology can be used to alter "atmospheric conditions."

This reporter just tried to access the patent, and got a message that is was "not currently available."

Why is that patent not available? Is there a cover-up afoot? Of WHAT?

Someone in the White House should be addressing this, STAT.

Three points:         1) I have been stalked in similar ways to Vic -- but I am a Christian; those Christians stalking Vic are not true Christians -- it is unChristian to participate in a technical lynch mob; 2) government stalkers rent the houses (or apartments) behind, in front of, at the sides of the TI's house; in fact, if they can, they install stalkers in all the houses on a TI's street -- so that they can enter surreptitiously and coordinate stalking more easily...they take turns using noise harassment by running their leafblowers and intimidation by calling attention to themselves each time the TI looks out a window or leaves home;  the fact that they have the money to rent all these homes indicates the access to government black ops money;     3) I drive into Washington DC frequently and the major routes into D.C. are lined with these huge, newly installed "cellphone" towers.  Perhaps the Government Perps have told Congress that these Directed Energy weapon (aka cellphone) towers are being installed for their protection.    But what if these DEW towers are NOT for protecting our government but are intended to neutralize all our government leaders and lawmakers. What if an inner team of bureaucratic rogues gains control of these towers?  Judging from the wild, unvetted way this stalking program has stalked thousands of innocent TIs, bureaucratic rogues HAVE gained control of the system.

I have just received this message in a blue, official-looking box on the "Poynter Online" Facebook page, run by one of the premiere journalism institutions in the nation:

You have been blocked from commenting on public posts because you repeatedly misused this feature. This block will last anywhere from a few hours to a few days. When you are allowed to reuse this feature, please proceed with caution. Further misuse may result in your account being permanently disabled. For further information, please visit our FAQ page."

Since it is Saturday afternoon just after 2 p.m., I seriously doubt anyone at Poynter or even Facebook is reading EVERY comment that I or any other user is making at this particular time.

I would bet my house that this is yet another blatant example of U.S. government real-time, "spoofed" or faked web page CENSORSHIP, a rogue warrantless surveillance and censorship regime apparently being run out of the nation's 70-some Homeland Security multi-agency "fusion centers" -- using "information systems" defense contractors as the front-line censors of what amounts to an American Gestapo.

What was the comment that sparked this reaction?  Here it is, in response to a Poynter editor's suggestion that journalists come up with story ideas by visiting local lost-and-found departments:

Here is my intended response:

"Vic Livingston -- Hey, Chuck: Maybe it's all part of the same matrix. Panic. Fear. Economic collapse. Then the racists, supremacists and neo-fascists can cement their hold over those who think everything that happens is "God's plan." Gov't has the science to control the jet stream. Why are the prevailing Gulf winds blowing northward? Could ungodly people have their fingers on the button of a 'God machine?'

And once again, the comment would not post. Once again, I received a syntax-challenged "blue box" message notifying me that my post had been censored. The exact, clumsy wording:

It appears that I am looking at a "spoofed," or faked" Facebook page controlled by the computers of a rogue warrantless surveillance-censorship regime run out of the nation's 70-some Homeland Security- administered "fusion centers." This censorship regime apparently is staffed by "information systems" defense contractor personnel given the authority to "censor at will" the political speech of so-called "targeted individuals" -- including many journalists and others singled out and perhaps slandered for their politics, their ethnic background, their religion, or just because some thug has the power to put someone he doesn't like on a "list."
