U.S. Gov't Censors Net Political Speech of 'Targeted' Americans

To repeat:  The phrase, "Thou Doth Protest Too Much," apparently is absent from the psy ops field manual.

Last night, the "comment" boxes on the Facebook page of author and constitutional rights advocate Naomi Wolf suddenly vanished. This happened just after I had written this "re-posting" request, which I intended to post on various blog sites (including Ms. Wolf's Facebook blog):

If past is prologue, they may never see my messages. So could some free speech- loving soul out there please re-post this in the form of a message to their "Facebook" pages? If you can think of other concerned journos who should see this, please send it to them, as well:

When I navigated to Ms. Wolf's page and saw the "comments" links missing, I instantly knew what happened:

My telecommunications apparently are being monitored in real-time by operatives of a covert U.S. government surveillance-censorship regime. It appears that this censorship of so-called "targeted individuals" is run out of the nation's 70-some Homeland Security- administered multi-agency "fusion centers" -- which I have identified as the nexus of community-based "stalking" domestic terrorism and silent microwave/radio frequency torture of fusion center "targets."

Apparently, surveillance operatives correctly deduced that I would be attempting to post the re-posting request to Ms. Wolf's blog, and took "defensive" action by removing the "comments" links from her page -- as displayed on my computer connection, which, the evidence indicates, is re-directed to government operative computers. The operatives apparently create "spoofed" or faked web sites, which facilitate so-called "man in the middle attacks." The government operatives act as mercenary media gatekeepers, apparently deciding on a whim whether to censor, or whether to allow the intercepted data to pass through to the intended web site.

Either way, it's warrantless interception and prior restraint of publication -- and, I maintain, unconstitutional, a criminal act.

But I wonder aloud whether something more nefarious is happening when it comes to my ability to access Ms. Wolf's Facebook pages. One frequent commenter here, someone I suspect is a paid disinformation agent, has implied that my interest in Ms. Wolf extends beyond her writings and her social advocacy -- slanderous insinuations that this person has repeated several times.

This "M.O." -- character assassination -- appears to be the stock and trade of the multi-agency fusion center cabal that has deconstructed my life over the past six years. I suspect that my aggressive reporting came to the attention of the apparent lead agency of this American Gestapo during the course of my many years in mainstream journalism -- my propensity to tackle the tough stories, ranging from nuclear waste to lingering questions surrounding the assassination of John K. Kennedy.

Now I wonder whether the multi-agency cabal somehow has disparaged me to Ms. Wolf or her assistants, resulting in a block on my ability to comment on her blog.

But it could be much more simple; that rogue defense contractors tasked with censoring the internet think they can get away with malicious interference with the telecommunications of their "targets."

Given that this draconian censorship and tampering continues unabated and unchecked by an apparently naive and misinformed Obama administration, perhaps they are correct.

Which is why I must repeat: When will President Obama get a grip on a rogue bureaucracy?

P.S. -- Could some kind reader please post a note to Ms. Wolf's site, suggesting that she take a look at this note on Vic Livingston's Facebook page? I'd do it myself -- but, due to circumstances beyond my control...

How did you even get through journalism 101 without learning that a privately owned website is not required under the first amendment to publish anything you submit for any reason at all if it doesn't want to- let alone a clear TOS violation of unsolicited contact with another member?

MICROWAVE/RADIO FREQUENCY ATTACK REPORT -- Tues., May 4, 2010 @ 2:40 p.m.

For the past hour, I have been DEBILITATED and driven to lay down by an unremitting microwave/RF constant attack that has induced severe fatigue, muscle aches, constant yawning and an induced sleep state from which I just have awoken after about a half-hour's fitful sleep.

The attack has left me unable to work, think, or function. The attack has robbed me of free will and the physical and neurological ability to be productive.

Earlier, at about 2 p.m., I was hit by several sharp, pentrating microwave attacks to my frontal lobe area, the favored target zone of these slow-kill murderers.

THESE ARE CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY, AND IT CONTINUES.

The evidence points to the MAGLOCLEN/RissNet fusion center in Newtown, PA as the command center for these heinous war crimes against American citizens, as well as the pervasive surveillance, malicious interference with telecommunications, including censorship, and financial sabotage, including the fabrication and counterfeiting of bills, statements, even banking records -- with the apparent cooperation of financial institutions.

I have been under attack constantly over the past few days, so much so that I have been unable to file attack reports due to physical fatigue and the sense that I just could not bear to think about this inhumane torture due to its residual effects.

A few of those attacks:

Sat., May 1 @ 8:46, 8:55 p.m. -- Sharp, penetrating attacks to the head, sharp pain above right ear. In the evening, I was constantly attacked with microwave/RF as I drove to the Roebling Market in the barrio section of Trenton, N.J., with a feeling of exxtreme weakness and malaise. The RF detector beeped continually during the time I was in Trenton, and also when I re-entered Bucks County and drove through
Falls Township.

The RF detector immediately CEASED when I crossed back into Lower Makefield Township -- an indication to me that this police state apparatus has constructed a MICROWAVE GHETTO that uses microwave/RF attacks to CONFINE TARGETED PERSONS TO THE IMMEDIATE VICINITY OF THEIR HOMES.

THIS IS WHAT THE NAZIS DID TO THE JEWS. It is what federal and local security forces in Bucks County, PA are doing to "targeted individuals" -- including many, if not most, who have been targeted for their political beliefs, their ethnic background, or just because some thugs can get somebody in authority to put individuals and their entire families on a LIST.

The sudden removal of the "comments" links was most certainly not done by Facebook -- it was the apparent work of government operative surveillance censors trying to keep me from posting a comment containing a link to my article exposing government cellular torture towers and the microwave/RF assault and impairment of U.S. citizens.  You prove once again you're no victim, but a ham-fisted disinfo agent whose postings only help me prove my point.  (May you ARE a double agent after all -- one can only hope...)

You keep on with this insinuating "unsolicited contact."  Posting comments about political articles, and political issues of mutual interest, is not making  "unsolicited contact."  Your sly insinuations make it sound like I was trolling Ms. Wolf's blog for a date or something.  I couldn't access her pages because I appear to have been blocked from such "social network" sites until just a couple of weeks ago -- part of a an apparent slander-ridden attempt to silence me as a journalist and suppress the revelations contained in my many articles.

Your M.O. comports with the character assassinating tactics that I believe have been used against me by the multi-agency fusion center apparatus -- the tactic employed by this criminal program to get pitchfork-people community goon squads to persecute, intimidate, vandalize and terrorize people they don't even know -- and their entire families.

You have this oafish belief you should have access to anyone on facebook and have already described attempts to reach Naomi Wolfe that don't merely suggest stalking, I  have a hard time imagining why she wouldn't consider you doing just that. The torture matrix is making lots of pseudopatriots very very rich under the guise of defending the country and under the obfuscations of the black budget.

Yes.  And it is time for the FBI leadership to go directly to POTUS/VPOTUS and Secretaries Clinton and Napolitano and tell those leaders the WHOLE sordid tale -- TODAY.

Why do I say this? Because today, once again, the FBI is being blamed by top Republicans for its handling of the Times Square bomber -- just as the FBI was the security cabal's whipping boy in the underpants bomber saga.

And, parenthetically, elements contained in the official accounts of those alleged terrorist attacks don't quite quite add up, in the opinion of this journalist, and, I am certain, many insiders who recognize the M.O. These things usually just aren't wrapped up with a bow.

I often reference the movie, "Enemy of the State," along with a real-life young FBI agent who actually got a bit moist-eyed as I told her my story, as giving me the courage to endure four [years of intense, daily torture, and two additional years (and counting) of still debilitating, but not totally disabling, electromagnetic torture and impairment.

My pleas to the FBI did not end the torture. It continues, to THIS DAY. But my interactions with those anonymous agents (well, most of them, anyhow) demonstrated to me that there are many good people on the inside who've had enough of what has happened to our nation, and to respect for the rule of law, in the years since the Bush-Cheney crowd took power. And many of them are STILL in power, still doing their evil, thinking they've got Barack Obama where they want him.

Just as in that movie, it is time for the FBI to come to the rescue of America.

And what better time to do it as when the forces of internal evil are ONCE AGAIN attacking the FBI.

WILL MY COMMENT TO A POLITICO.COM BLOG GET POSTED? HERE'S HOW YOU CAN CHECK FOR ME (SINCE MY INTERNET IS NOT MY OWN!)

This journalist just received an on-screen message from the Laura Rozen blog at Politico.com that the following comment was "successfully received."

But am I looking at a "spoofed" or faked Politico.com, to which my internet connection has been re-directed by a rogue warrantless surveillance and censorship regime run out of the nation's 70-some Homeland- administered "fusion centers?"

Well, one of the headers on the page is blurry, and the URL doesn't look quite right, so I think my posting is subject to a possible "man in the middle attack" by real-time surveillance censors who have targeted this journalist for censorship on grounds of ideology and politics -- and clearly, unconstitutional and a color of law violation.

Even if the comment IS posted, that by no means proves that what I have just stated is not the case. I am sure it is, based on past empirical evidence. See:

Since it is a closed briefing, perhaps a true patriot on the panel will ask this former head of the Army's elite JSOC unit what he knows about the extrajudicial microwave/radio frequency "directed energy weapon" torture and impairment of so-called "targeted individuals" who are U.S. citizens -- charged with no crime, but regarded by security forces as "dissidents" or "undesirables."

Heroes are not liars who insult the intelligence of their readers.

Please refer to my post of   00:32 on April 23rd, 2010  on page one of these comments and explain why that claim was not an easily verifiable lie.

A population of law-abiding, harmless guinea pigs is needed to train the govt gangstalkers in their "street theater" attacks, develop the triggering signals (holding cellphones to ears, walking dogs in "timed" attacks), signing up local police and vigilante networks, spoofing computer pages, controlling all electronic inputs and outputs in a TI's house, keeping audio and visual surveillance current,  evaluating the fishbowl surveillance's effect on the TI's emotional reactions, etc, etc.. what  evidence is that, Vic? Would it be the time around Jan. 2009 when Politico.com suspended your posting priviledges for repeated violations of their TOS, specifically cross posting off topic rants to multiple threads....

Which you tried to argue was not a TOS violation because "everyone else was doing it too!"? Then you insisted your suspension was the result of government censor  intervention so you wasted the time of Politico employees by calling and arguing with them over it, afterwards declaring that employee who upheld their rules must  have been an "imposter", so you called another- and when they agreed with the first they were an imposter too?

This was such a howler I write this 100% accurate account out of memory. The audacity of this troll who assumes the role of spokesperson for the TI comunity to now complain when his posts to that site do not immediately appear. Why did they even reinstate him? Unbelievable.

So I post a comment to Laura Rozen's Politico.com blog about the START talks -- urging the Obama administration to address the issue of the "new nukes" -- directed energy weapons -- instead of just fighting the last war.

It APPEARS that my commented was posted; there it is, as seen over MY internet connection.

But an hour later, my comment REMAINS THE ONLY COMMENT POSTED -- when Politico.com typically draws dozens of responses to Ms. Rozen's blog postings.

Am I looking at a "spoofed" or faked web site, controlled by government operatives, to which my Verizon internet connection has been re-directed by a rogue program that blatantly (and pretty obviously) CENSORS POLITICAL SPEECH IN AMERICA -- at least for those that a rogue bureaucracy has stripped of their constitutional rights?

The spooks themselves call it a "man in the middle attack" -- the same kind of censorship the Chinese government inflicts on its citizens, when it's not banning web sites entirely.

All I have to do is look at my URL bar, and the task bar, to see what appear to be phony web addresses that re-direct my connection, stall my computer, or perhaps "harvest" my input so that it can go into the goon squad dossier.

I will relish the day that these chain-of-command disrespecting, color-of-law violating, un-American multi-agency fusion center officials and their contractor operatives are frog-marched out of their "centcom" and sent before a federal judge to learn what American SHOULD BE about -- respect for constitutional rights and the rule of law -- not the rule of fusion center Gestapo tyrants.

MICROWAVE/RADIO FREQUENCY/STALKING ATTACK REPORT -- Fri., May 7, 2010

If the order to "stand down" has been issued to the operators of the U.S. government's cellular torture tower microwave/laser radio frequency directed energy weapon system, THAT ORDER IS BEING IGNORED AND DISOBEYED.

I again awoke feeling weak, exhausted, face wizened, eyes red, skin red, all symptoms of microwave attack. Later in the morning, from about 8:45 and onward for a couple of hours, I experienced penetrating, sharp pain to the right front forehead. This head in a vise feeling has persisted all day. In mid-afternoon, I unsuccessfully struggled to fight off what I am certain was an induced sleep state provoked by a microwave frequency attack.

At 4:37 p.m., I was hit with a tortuous, sharp, jabbing, piercing pain to the right front forehead, again.

THESE ARE CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY. THIS IS TORTURE.

Last night, when I left the house for a walk, two teenagers emerged from a neighboring house, immediately "fell in" at my heels and followed me closely, saying nothing -- but by their actions demonstrated they were stalking me. I turned around and walked in the other direction, not wishing to be closely "tailed." They then they left me alone.

There have been signs over the past few days that my home has been entered at night, and defaced and soiled, with objects moved about so as to let me know that I have no privacy, no peace, no safety, not even within my home. These goons apparently slip into and out of my house when we are "put under" in a deep sleep state by microwave radio frequency subcarrier attacks. The fusion center appears to coordinate its attacks with the actions of the neighborhood stalkers who never seem to be more than a hundred yards away.

THE RULE OF LAW HAS BROKEN DOWN IN BUCKS COUNTY, PA and throughout the Delaware Valley. No authority (that I know about) will investigate. Indeed, local sworn officers appear to protect these vigilantes, if not participate in this domestic terrorism.

THE CIVIL RIGHTS DIVISION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE MUST TAKE DOWN THIS EXTRAJUDICIAL GESTAPO AND MAKE AN EXAMPLE OF BUCKS COUNTY, PA, THE CENTCOM OF THE MID-ATLANTIC STATES' FUSION CENTER GESTAPO.

Receiving US government money, the "defense" agencies have created a nationwide Gestapo, which uses "gangstalking" methods to "neutralize" anyone they wish to target. It is extremely profitable to manage these targeted individuals, who, in this "cruel and unusual" punishment scheme are bullied in the Torture Matrix for years. Unlike criminals, these "prisoners" of the Shadow Government, never get out of jail. Releasing TIs from the US Virtual Gulag would reduce the defense contractors' profits and eliminate a program into which to hide black money. The Police Tyranny uses all US government institutions and public utilities to batter its targets and continue its fishbowl surveillance...including posing as census personnel.

As soon as apt and "insightful" comments are made by readers of Vic's articles, the articles find themselves "closed to further comment."

Last time the Shadow Government Perps had to use bullets to kill JFK, RFK and witnesses. Now they can use silent microwave weapons that don't even leave a telltale mark. They use TIs as guinea pigs for target practice. They eliminate Perps as well -- perps, you see, like Lee Harvey Oswals and Jack Ruby, know too much. Eventually they have to be eliminated along with their targets.

It's odd that none of the Perps have not confessed their tactics (how they synchronize their movements and find the TIs, etc) on the Internet.

No police authorities will investigate (that I know about; I am excluding, for the moment, Project Geneva).  If some powerful law enforcement or security entity were not behind my targeting, why wouldn't authorities investigate my stalking, the Jew-baiting, home intrusions, vandalism, poisoning of food and water (yes, I talked about this with a high police official)?

This ain't no street mob thing; they're just the muscle for the OFFICIAL perpetrators of these crimes.  And six years as a victim has taught me there IS command and control, and it would end tomorrow -- if certain powerful entities put out the word.

Now they are threatening my family (see earlier post here, or was it at the "Bama: Take Down Fusion Center Gestapo" thread?)  This has escalated greatly.  I believe my mother was MURDERERED as a result of neurological and respiratory damage done by full gas mask application of Albuterol neubulizer.  I believe this mas mask nebulizer technique is the M.O. routinely used at the Kutz Home for the Aged ini Wilmington, DE to kill elderly residents who someone has decided that "their time has come."  Indeed, I wonder if this Albuterol nebulizer M.O. is S.O.P. to eliminate the relatives of targeted individuals.  This was done in my presence on March 6 by a nurse who had made taunting and sadistic comments to me.   I attribute the decline in her condition in the months prior to her death to be a direct result of my targeting;  the order apparently was put out to degrade her condition as a way of "getting" to me. 

This happens all the time to "T.I.'s," I believe.  But because my mother was 89 years old, no authorities will expend resources to investigate the circumstances of her death.  So the Jew-hating religious cult that apparently has placed members inside this Jewish nursing home gets away with murder, literally.

That no authority will investigate even THIS illustrates the shameful evil of this "program" and how it has corrupted local and federal law enforcement.  And they have so thoroughly slandered me and assassinated my character that even old friends in law enforcement may be hesitant to initiate an investigation on the basis of my accounts.

As for finding confessions on the internet -- I am betting such confessions ARE posted -- on web sites affiliated with Infragard, RissNet, etc., but, perhaps, written in "code" that only the "perps" would understand.  Since I have not found a way to get into such web sites (and if I did, the real-time surveillance operatives would re-direct my browser elsewhere), I present this as theory only -- and perhaps, as a suggestion to some conscientious and ethical investigator.  I know they are out there -- aren't they?
