U.S. Gov't Censors Net Political Speech of 'Targeted' Americans

The New York Times, like some other mainstream media outlets, "moderates" the comments sections of its web site, nytimes.com. But do the moderators ever see the submissions of those unfortunate citizens who have been extrajudicially (and, I would argue, unconstitutionally) "targeted" by government agencies whose covert agents deem them to be "dissidents" or "undesirables?"
Apparently, this journalist is one of those people. And there is convincing evidence that my unjust "targeting" explains why my comments to Times web articles get posted only once in a blue moon. Here are the most recent set of facts that back up my contention:
Once again on this day, a comment submitted by this journalist to a Times web article generated a "held for moderation" message. That's normal, since The Times does subject its internet comments sections to moderation.
What is NOT normal is the fact that almost all of my comments fail to post. And the suspect URLs (web addresses) that whiz by in my Firefox "task bar" (such as "graphics8.nytimes.com"), as well as URLs displayed at the top of the browser page, often are unique to "targeted" citizens -- phony addresses that direct their connection to "spoofed," or faked, web sites under the control of a warrantless surveillance operatives who apparently can censor a target's telecommunications on a whim.
How can I make this allegation? Because the facts speak for themselves. Here's how government operatives apparently use The New York Time's system of internet comment moderation as a "cover" for ideologically-driven censorship -- or just plain malicious harassment of extrajudicially "targeted" American citizens:
A submitted comment appears on my computer display, along with the "held for moderation" message, which also states that comments are "generally" posted if deemed on-topic and not abusive. The URL at the top of my browser window reads as follows:

Suspecting that repetitive URL is a "spoofed" or faked page page devised by government operative surveillance censors -- the "www.nytimes.com" placed incongruously in the middle of this URL makes it suspect -- I force-quit the Firebox browser, then quickly re-opened the program and again navigated to "www.nytimes.com" front page.
I placed my cursor over the link to the comments section of the article in question -- but I did not click upon the link. I glanced at the Firefox task bar in the lower left-hand corner of the screen.
THIS time, the URL read, "http://community.nytimes.com/article/magazine..."
There was no "community.nytimes.com/comments/www.nytimes.com..." to be seen this time. But when I clicked on the link, I was re-directed to that longer, "spoofed" URL enumerated above. The phony URLs re-direct the internet traffic of "targeted individuals" to "spoofed" or faked web sites hosted by government operative computers -- the modus operandi of what appears to be ideologically-driven censorship and malicious tampering with telecommunications.
Apparently, it doesn't take much to become a "target." Former National Security Agency analyst Russell Tice claimed in an appearance on MSNBC nearly two years ago that the government has conducted extensive surveillance of the telecommunications of virtually all mainstream journalists.
So it was no surprise that when I again returned to the main "www.nytimes.com" splash page, the link to the comments section of the article in question suddenly had disappeared from view -- even though the headline to the article was intact. For years, apparently, my telecommunications have been monitored in real time, most likely by contractor operatives working under the authority of the regional multi-agency "fusion center" known as MAGLOCLEN, based in Philadelphia's northern suburbs. whose assigned territory covers many of the Mid-Atlantic states.
Later, I returned to the "nytimes.com" web site article to see if my comment was posted. It was nowhere to be found. Given the "spoofed" URLs, it is extremely doubtful that any New York Times web moderator ever saw my submission.
I believe the above facts, as well as case histories I have presented at the free speech section of the ACLU "freedom blog," demonstrate that the U.S. government imposes ideologically-driven censorship on internet telecommunications in America, employing high-tech, real-time algorithms to re-direct, and sometimes "spike," the political speech of citizens who are unknowingly "targeted" by this constitutionally irregular regimen.
Not all comments of "targeted" persons are censored; apparently, that would be too obvious. It is my experience that these operatives are given the power to censor (or maliciously tamper) at will, in what the spooks term a "man in the middle attack." Apparently, "information systems" defense contractors have been enlisted by security state bureaucrats as America's mercenary gatekeepers.
What is truly sad is that the Obama administration, from the President on down, insists that the U.S. government does not censor the internet, or impose a political litmus test on those who, rightly or wrongly, come under government scrutiny.
That, I maintain, is a lie -- even if President Obama and his cabinet naively believe otherwise.
And so I ask again: When will the Obama administration get a grip on what appears to be a rogue bureaucracy?

In the 8.3 seconds that limo travelled at 11 mph, the distance of Oswald's shot ranged from 175 to 265 feet away, an easy mark for his Mannlicher Corcono rifle with 4x scope which he had both practiced with and had dialed in recently. JFK's fat inviting head was in the open the whole time.

To demonstrate this disrespect for JFK is based on facts not partisanship, I will attest Robert was everything JFK is mistakenly believed to be and his death was the real tragedy.
I hate JFK for several reasons, the way he treated women, especially Jackie, was just despicable, and his leadership was cowardly and vanity based. Bay of Pigs saw him change the plans out of fear of extremists in his own party, then weaken it again while underway and the incomprehensible action of not telling the men on the ground that the expected air cover would never come. Those poor guys were cut down like sitting ducks on that beach, never given a chance to change up the plan to save it or even their own lives.
Why? JFK sent hundreds of men to die, waiting for expected help to come, that he called off but never told them, so he didn't have to risk a political liability from within his own party he lacked the backbone to stand up to.

MICROWAVE ATTACK REPORT -- Tues., May 18, 2010 @ 5:12 p.m.
I am being severely attacked by a constant, piercing, heat-generating microwave assault to the crown of my head. It is obvious that a sophisticated infrared laser targeting system or device has been installed in, or trained upon, my premises.
The intensity of this attack rivals the brutal, vicious assaults that I endured from mid- 2004 to mid- 2008.
I have no doubt this attack has been initiated by operatives acting under the aegis of the MAGLOCLEN fusion center or its law enforcement/contractor "partners."

"Batvette" feigns ignorance of 3D infrared laser targeting devices and a microwave/laser directed energy weapon technology that, with the proper targeting device supplying the location coordinates, can attack any grid point within its range, at the speed of light.
U.S. Patent No. 7629918 explains the technology that is in place nationwide -- the technology that the disinfo agents claim does not exist -- or they conflate another, much earlier directed energy weapon patent in a lame attempt to deny reality.
This is not a "state secret." The patent is public. The "secret" is that the government is using this technology to torture, impair, induce symptoms of cognitive impairment -- the end goal being a genocidal purge of those who would stand in the way of tyrants.

You fooking maroon, the whole point of patent number 7629918 is that it dispenses with an additional targeting or guidance unit and utilizes the same microwave source energy as the DEW to save cost and complexity.

You claim this patent proves the existence of a 3d laser targeting grid controlling directed energy weapons secreted in the millions of cell towers nationwide, but you are so illiterate you can't read that the patent's very purpose excludes this equipment.
In any case, Mr. Livingston, you have not explained how this directed energy weapon you claim is secreted within cell phone towers which are typically miles away over the horizon, is now able to direct its attacks to a pinpoint area upon "the crown of your head".

The Raytheon multi-functional microwave/laser directed energy weapon incorporates a radar system that "acquires" and locks onto the target -- but the target's coordinates must be broadcast via RF or otherwise transmitted to the system, as in GPS-equipped video, which typically transmits location coordinate data via the internets. (I use the plural, because George W. Bush was correct; there is more than just a single internet).
The Raytheon patent incorporates a radar "sweep" capable of acquiring such target signals. All this information is contained in the original patent as filed. I do note that some source material I used in reporting my original story has been edited since I first published my article last December. For example, the Heritage Foundation article on directed energy weapons was edited to remove a reference to "human targets" (the last time I checked).
Your disinfo exhibits poor tradecraft, "batvette" -- but that's not exactly a news bulletin.

The Perps managed to chip me during a doctor's exam. It was my first visit to this particular doctor (which the Perps knew from monitoring my phone). They sent their own "doc" to me -- obviously with the original doctor's collusion. Could they use a victim's "chip" to"home" their death rays? Sounds do-able by today's microtechnology to me. And naturally the defense contractors LOVE having a group of victims whom some PoohBah has declared expendable. They can practice their new toys in readiness for their war games. After I was chipped, I was frequently followed by military types (thug faces and stiff spines) with computers who seem to be learning to track my "coordinates." They didn't like it when I took their pictures. Reminds me of a guy I saw on a commuter train some years back. After I was "zapped" on the train, I worked the length of the car, and saw a guy using a laptop computer. What looked like a vector scope was on the screen.
This cell tower- based microwave/laser radio frequency weapon apparently has been FRANCHISED OUT to many agencies, commands, contractors maybe even to some locals. but back to tech disinfo 101, what kind of "chip" emits a locator beacon? do you know anything about RFID technology?
Anything with the capability to allow remote tracking isn't a "chip". It would be a system with a power supply, a transmitter, an antenna, etc. Current technology would limit this to the size of about a marble but only have enough power for about a month of operation.
If I'm mistaken I'd love to be educated here. Look at the wiki article on RFID technology. That's what is commonly referred to as "chipped".

MICROWAVE ATTACK AND COMMUNITY-BASED DOMESTIC TERRORISM ("PSY OPS") REPORT -- Wed.-Thurs., May 19-20, 2010
THEY WILL NOT STAND DOWN. THEY WILL NOT CEASE AND DESIST. THEIR MICROWAVE TORTURE -- THEIR CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY -- CONTINUES UNABATED, UNCHECKED.
For most of the day yesterday, and much of this morning, I have been laid low, weakened, suffering from induced fatigue, severe ringing in the ears, and head-in-a-vise pain --- symptoms I believe result from near-continuous irradiation with various microwave radio frequencies. Last night, while sitting in my kitchen, my right ear began to burn and itch, and I suffered from intense ringing in the right ear, and diminished hearing. High tones were virtually inaudible. When I looked in a mirror, I saw that the right ear had turned beet-red, while my left ear remained its normal flesh color. These are clear symptoms of directed energy microwave irradiation.
Yesterday, at about 10 a.m., all power to my house was cut off. This occurred just after I had posted a comment to a political blog which contained a link to my article exposing the government's cell tower- based microwave/laser radio frequency weapon and its usage against American citizens. I called the utility company to report the outage. An hour or so later, I called again to check on the status of the outage. This time, I got a tape recorded message which referred to "tree trimming" in my neighborhood. I neither saw nor heard any tree trimming at that time.
Power was restored around noontime. Later that afternoon, about 4 p.m., I was driving down the street and I noticed a tree company's truck parked about two doors down, with a utility company truck parked nearby. A crew of about five men was sitting on the grass. No work was in progress.
Then, shortly after 7 p.m., as daylight began to fade, the power suddenly went out again. I looked out the window and saw some men standing around some trees in the backyard. I thought it was odd that this crew did not commence their work earlier. This apparent utility company "kabuki theater" has happened to me before -- sudden power outages that seem to affect only my home and perhaps a handful of other houses, followed by a rapid dispatch of a utility crew. I called in the outage, but added, after the recorded instructions, "This looks like more community-based harassment, because it's nearly dark and (the utility company) doesn't usually do this kind of work after hours unless it's a real emergency."
I went outside, approached one of the men and said, "Is this how (the utility company) is saving money for its customers -- by doing tree work after hours, on overtime?" The man said something about downed limbs as a result of a recent storm. I said to him, "Look, (the utility company) doesn't do routine tree work after hours, cutting off people's power in the evening. This looks like community-based harassment. Our police chief knows all about it. And since you're just following orders, I will give you fifteen minutes before I call him."
Suddenly, another man, wearing a utility company helmet, emerged from the brush and ordered the crew, "Let's go." The men marched quickly to their vehicles. As they did, I shouted to the guy in the utility helmet, "And turn my G-D power back on!"
Moments later, I re-entered my house. The power already was back on.
I make this report to Project Geneva without further comment.

PRESIDENT OBAMA: Victim of Stealth Microwave Weapon Attack?
I strongly believe that certain physical evidence would reveal that President Obama himself has been targeted, impaired and injured by silent microwave radio frequency attack, and that White House staff has suffered symptoms of extreme fatigue, exhaustion and other physical effects. The symptoms became so palpable that the political website Politico.com wrote an article about this strange, unexplained White House malaise.
That is why I posted several comments to Washington Post political blogs last year advising that top White House officials secure INDEPENDENT, outside experts to check the White House, E.O.B. and cabinet officer offices for the presence of EMF radio frequency radiation. I would not be surprised if certain forces responsible for stealth electromagnetic attack upon this nation's top leadership stood down -- or at least, lowered the amplitude of their slow-kill death machine.
But the cowardly bureaucrats and Dr. Evils who would mount such attacks on political leaders (Google "Zelaya" and "microwave") will never completely stand down, because they are sociopaths and ideological zealots who believe that the end justifies the means.
Vice President Biden's son Beau, the attorney general of the state of Delaware, suffered what was described as a "mild stroke" on the very day that the local newspapers were blaring headlines about his office's handling of the case of a pedophile pediatrician. I believe that this may have been no coincidence. The symptoms that the younger Biden exhibited reminded me very much of my own. Back in 2004, I actually felt liquid (blood, most likely) slogging around in my head as a result of what I believe was a regimen of daily electromagnetic attack. Because this evil program has affiliated personnel in EVERY hospital in America, I feared going to the hospital for treatment.
Somehow, thankfully, I slowly regained my full cognitive powers. But it was a long struggle. As I have mentioned before, I believe that my visits to the Philadelphia field office of the FBI helped in that regard. Perhaps the agency or command overseeing the microwave attack system reduced the amplitude of their torture out of fear of reprisals. Or, perhaps, the evil officials in charge issued a revised order resulting in less frequent torture attacks.
But less torture is torture nonetheless -- and it continues TO THIS EVERY DAY, to this very Saturday morning. I feel like someone spent the night clubbing me over the head with a baseball bat. And I am certain that feeling is the result of a full night of microwave torture inflicted on me as I slept.

The feeling of liquid sloshing in my head and severe vertigo and numbness happened many weeks after I submitted to that pain-inducing CAT scan.
I did not go to the hospital because of what happened during that CAT scan, which was administered shortly after the first series of severe, daily microwave attacks. The attacks got progressively worse.
I did not say I was "put in a torture chamber," despite your libelous use of quotation marks; it did become something of a torture chamber, however. Yes,"inappropriate remarks" were made, as was the case when I had blood taken at another hospital some time after, but I think you are conflating the two events.

Not following you here, are you blaming the CAT scan for pain and a "sloshing blood" sensation in your head, or are you blaming the microwave attacks which caused you to seek medical attention which led to the CAT scan?
And why on one hand are you attempting to paint me as a double agent for having "detailed" medical info, but on the other hand trying to make an issue of my recollection of whether you said you were "put in a torture chamber" or it became a "torture chamber" after you were put in it? That's parsing words to delect the real issue that you can never seem to keep your accounts from directly conflicting with each other.
And what about this "PROJECT GENEVA" you repeatedly reference? Can you provide your readers a link to info on it? Sure is a promising bit of hope you are dangling out there for us. MICROWAVE ATTACK REPORT -- Tues., May 25, 2010 @ 1:30 p.m.
THEY WILL NOT CEASE AND DESIST. THEY WILL NOT STAND DOWN.
The agencies and commands and operatives granted access to the U.S. government's cell tower- based microwave laser radio frequency directed energy weapon system continue to silent assault, impair and torture their targets -- specifically, in this report, me.
As long as this nationwide weapon system is available, it will be used as a genocidal tool of silent torture, impairment, injury -- and slow-kill DEATH.
At 6:10 a.m., I awoke to extreme, piercing head pain and severe rings in the ears -- as if someone had clubbed me over the head repeatedly with a baseball bat. It felt like a concussion. And it happens virtually every morning. Apparently, I am irradiated as I sleep.
The irradiation has continued virtually unabated all day today, leaving me weak and fatigued. In between the constant fatigue-inducing microwave irradiation, there are jolts of sudden piercing head pain -- precisely at 9:28 a.m., 10:31 a.m., 11:30 a.m., and just a few moments ago, at 1:30 p.m.

In all seriousness this sounds incredible. Tell us, with this going on for all these years, what have you done to try and stop this? Have you attempted to build an enclosure to shield yourself? Have you tried to move? I just can't see going through these episodes of incredible, life threatening pain and every time it happens not try and stop it but instead go straight to my computer and robotically type out the same drama queening girlyman whining about the President and every gov't agency under the sun.

Mark Grasson of Reading Univerity said today (5/25/10) on BBC's website that the RFID chip can be infected with a virus that, in turn, can infect the computers accessing the chips. (Hmmm. That means victims who are chipped have the possibiliyt of tormenting their tormentors?) Grasson, nice little academic computer guy that he is, was worried that the chips would fail in their altruistic purposes of keeping someone's pacemaker going, etc. Ah, the never-ending naivete of the public. The Globalists are using the chips to control the population. -- including murdering them at will. The man has not seen as doctor in six years, since he went to the hospital for a CAT scan after complaining of "stroke like" symptoms. He's gotten headaches ever since, with the only action taken every time he suffers these "assaults" being to get on the keyboard and make lengthy, long winded dramatic rants about the government being the cause of it.
I mean, really, when was the last time anyone felt like this:
