U.S. Gov't Censors Net Political Speech of 'Targeted' Americans

The New York Times, like some other mainstream media outlets, "moderates" the comments sections of its web site, nytimes.com. But do the moderators ever see the submissions of those unfortunate citizens who have been extrajudicially (and, I would argue, unconstitutionally) "targeted" by government agencies whose covert agents deem them to be "dissidents" or "undesirables?"
Apparently, this journalist is one of those people. And there is convincing evidence that my unjust "targeting" explains why my comments to Times web articles get posted only once in a blue moon. Here are the most recent set of facts that back up my contention:
Once again on this day, a comment submitted by this journalist to a Times web article generated a "held for moderation" message. That's normal, since The Times does subject its internet comments sections to moderation.
What is NOT normal is the fact that almost all of my comments fail to post. And the suspect URLs (web addresses) that whiz by in my Firefox "task bar" (such as "graphics8.nytimes.com"), as well as URLs displayed at the top of the browser page, often are unique to "targeted" citizens -- phony addresses that direct their connection to "spoofed," or faked, web sites under the control of a warrantless surveillance operatives who apparently can censor a target's telecommunications on a whim.
How can I make this allegation? Because the facts speak for themselves. Here's how government operatives apparently use The New York Time's system of internet comment moderation as a "cover" for ideologically-driven censorship -- or just plain malicious harassment of extrajudicially "targeted" American citizens:
A submitted comment appears on my computer display, along with the "held for moderation" message, which also states that comments are "generally" posted if deemed on-topic and not abusive. The URL at the top of my browser window reads as follows:

Suspecting that repetitive URL is a "spoofed" or faked page page devised by government operative surveillance censors -- the "www.nytimes.com" placed incongruously in the middle of this URL makes it suspect -- I force-quit the Firebox browser, then quickly re-opened the program and again navigated to "www.nytimes.com" front page.
I placed my cursor over the link to the comments section of the article in question -- but I did not click upon the link. I glanced at the Firefox task bar in the lower left-hand corner of the screen.
THIS time, the URL read, "http://community.nytimes.com/article/magazine..."
There was no "community.nytimes.com/comments/www.nytimes.com..." to be seen this time. But when I clicked on the link, I was re-directed to that longer, "spoofed" URL enumerated above. The phony URLs re-direct the internet traffic of "targeted individuals" to "spoofed" or faked web sites hosted by government operative computers -- the modus operandi of what appears to be ideologically-driven censorship and malicious tampering with telecommunications.
Apparently, it doesn't take much to become a "target." Former National Security Agency analyst Russell Tice claimed in an appearance on MSNBC nearly two years ago that the government has conducted extensive surveillance of the telecommunications of virtually all mainstream journalists.
So it was no surprise that when I again returned to the main "www.nytimes.com" splash page, the link to the comments section of the article in question suddenly had disappeared from view -- even though the headline to the article was intact. For years, apparently, my telecommunications have been monitored in real time, most likely by contractor operatives working under the authority of the regional multi-agency "fusion center" known as MAGLOCLEN, based in Philadelphia's northern suburbs. whose assigned territory covers many of the Mid-Atlantic states.
Later, I returned to the "nytimes.com" web site article to see if my comment was posted. It was nowhere to be found. Given the "spoofed" URLs, it is extremely doubtful that any New York Times web moderator ever saw my submission.
I believe the above facts, as well as case histories I have presented at the free speech section of the ACLU "freedom blog," demonstrate that the U.S. government imposes ideologically-driven censorship on internet telecommunications in America, employing high-tech, real-time algorithms to re-direct, and sometimes "spike," the political speech of citizens who are unknowingly "targeted" by this constitutionally irregular regimen.
Not all comments of "targeted" persons are censored; apparently, that would be too obvious. It is my experience that these operatives are given the power to censor (or maliciously tamper) at will, in what the spooks term a "man in the middle attack." Apparently, "information systems" defense contractors have been enlisted by security state bureaucrats as America's mercenary gatekeepers.
What is truly sad is that the Obama administration, from the President on down, insists that the U.S. government does not censor the internet, or impose a political litmus test on those who, rightly or wrongly, come under government scrutiny.
That, I maintain, is a lie -- even if President Obama and his cabinet naively believe otherwise.
And so I ask again: When will the Obama administration get a grip on what appears to be a rogue bureaucracy?

My police chief knows of this activity. He indicated that to me in a personal conversation a year ago. And yet he either cannot -- or will not -- stop this domestic terrorism.
My internet and telephonic communications continue to be subject to 24/7 surveillance, interception, and malicious tampering and censorship. When the functions on my computer began to act erratically, with pages and cursors jumping about in apparent defiance of my keyboard commands -- and then the links went dead -- I attempted to report the malicious interference to the Verizon customer service line. When I finally reached a human being, a serious of extremely loud and cascading beeps drowned out the conversation. I remarked over the cacophany that my tormentors were providing a recording of their malicious psychological operations against this citizen.

Some have even been sued and lost and then the suit overturned. Meanwhile I sit at an internet cafe and suddenly and mysteriously the windows firewall goes down. If they're so worried about what I might have to say, why don't the *bug off* before I spill the beans? It's an inferno of their own creation but ultimately they are the suckers who are going to be stuck living in it.

This morning, I discovered that someone had entered my house and sprayed insecticide into the clothes dryer. I found out when I tried to use it and was nearly overcome by fumes. A thick, dark residue coats the rear of the dryer. It smells exactly like RAID. A can of RAID was in the garage. I called my local police department and left a voicemail for the chief, asking for a personal meeting. If I call the general number and ask for an officer to come out to make a report, the standard M.O. is to write off the complainant as delusional. The chief knows me, and I think he knows the score. I believe he's been usurped and perhaps is concerned about messing up the township's Homeland Security grants. So innocent families get POISONED. If the police do not respond, I will again ask the FBI to probe what appears to be a police cover-up of criminal community-based terrorism.

Why must a citizen play this perverse cat-and-mouse game with a criminal organization that apparently is intercepting and maliciously tampering with my telecommunications in an ideologically-driven purge? Yes, the question is directed to the MAGLOCLEN-RissNet fusion center, its private and public partners, and to the officials who are supposed to uphold the rule of law, and not make a mockery of it.
The fusion center network is a serial violator of the constitutional and human rights of American citizens and must be dismantled by an act of Congress, or by executive order. My opinion, and the last time I checked, I am entitled to it (at least on paper).

This cell tower- based microwave radio frequency attack system apparently has been franchised out widely to various agencies, commands and individuals. The system appears is uncontrollable. Command and control appears to have broken down.

As for your frontal lobe... same thing happened to me on FEB 20,10, and kept me down and out for a couple of days and now is a weak sensitive spot with the eyelid drooping occasionally.... Same thing also happened to Aunt Bea's husband, a former fireman who refused to go on the targeting raids... about the same time frame.... heard the morons say they were paid 320 per hit... "320 x 4 is 1280.... we only got paid 950. I have no problem with reasonable people who understand that their accounts of our mutual problem should be grounded in reality, based on factual items that the general public can't easily ridicule, and not fill them with wild speculation that others will repeat and add to the pool of disinformation.
As we are a community with a common cause I think it is not unappropriate that I ask people not to make up pure BS as well for their own entertainment, as it appears Vic has done with this "Project Geneva" nonsense.
It appears from your assertation that Senator Kennedy was "definately targeted" that you do not share this "keep it real" philosophy, which I cannot force upon you, but I would offer if you think Vic's "activism" is good for our cause you've either only read a little of it or have no grasp of what ending this will take.
If you doubt me go to page one of these comments and read closely my comments about his claims about Naomi Wolf, and how his explanation sought not to resolve the matter but wiggle out of it by parsing words so he could continue his dishonest claim.
Then look up the word "credibility". It's what we need for progress, you only have it to lose once.

THE MID-ATLANTIC STATES FUSION CENTER WAR CRIMINALS BASED IN NEWTOWN, BUCKS COUNTY, PA CONTINUE TO USE A U.S. GOVERNMENT CELL TOWER- BASED MICROWAVE LASER RADIO FREQUENCY DIRECTED ENERGY WEAPON SYSTEM TO ATTACK, IMPAIR EXTRAJUDICIALLY 'TARGETED' AMERICANS.
They will not cease and desist. they will not stand down. They are defiant of the chain of command, apparently. The operatives of the MAGLOCLEN-RissNet fusion center in Newtown, PA apparently are now doing the bulk of their heinous microwave/radio frequency torture at night, and in the early morning hours, as their victims prepare for bed and upon their morning awakening.
Last night, at 10:58 p.m., a sharp, penetrating and sustained microwave burst to my forehead caused intense pain and disorientation. It was the first extremely painful attack in a 24-hour period. It occurred as I responded to provocative, harassing comments left on my blog site -- almost as if in response to my computer input, which apparently and obviously is under real-time surveillance by the MAGLOCLEN operative "information systems" goon squad contractors.
This morning, I awoke at about 6 a.m. to severe ear ringing, a pounding headache, a racing heartbeat, and blurry vision -- all symptoms of sustained radio frequency attack. These attacks, over time, have degraded both my hearing and my vision.
THESE ARE CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY. LOCAL POLICE KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING. SOME MAY BE COMPLICIT IN A COVER-UP. OTHERS APPEAR TO BE POWERLESS TO STOP THESE ATTACKS.
I believe that is because these attacks are the official policy of the multi-agency criminal cabal that inputs the MAGLOCLEN fusion center from various government agencies, military and intel commands, and private corporations. The three agencies that direct the "Infraguard" business "volunteer" agency, whose mission is to combat "terrorism," appear to exert command and control over the nation's 70-some fusion centers, with significant input from other Homeland Security, Pentagon, and intel agencies. Those lead agencies are, first and foremost, the U.S. Secret Service; followed by FEMA, the Federal Emergency Management Agency; and the National Security branch of the FBI.
Based on my evaluation of available evidence and circumstances, I have concluded that the torture and impairment I have experienced over the past six years has been likely authorized by the U.S. Secret Service -- and would end immediately, if Secret Service officials at the Philadelphia field office issued an order to the MAGLOCLEN fusion center to cease and desist.

MAGLOCEN is not a "fusion center". It is one of 6 RISS centers in America and it is for information sharing on organized crime. Indeed, it is the "mid atlantic-great lakes organized crime enforcement network"
Here is some interesting info on MAGLOCEN, from 2000:
According to RISS program documents (2), the agency is set up to "share
intelligence and coordinate efforts against criminal networks that operate
in many locations across jurisdictional lines." The program "serves more
than 5,300 member law enforcement agencies" across the country including
the FBI, DEA, IRS, Secret Service, Customs and the BATF. It is overseen by
the Bureau of Justice Assistance, State and Local Assistance Division, 810
Seventh Street, NW, Washington, DC (202-305-2923). Its immediate overseer
is the Institute for Intergovernmental Research (IIR), PO Box 12729,
Tallahassee, Florida, (850-385-0600). The IIR also sponsors the State and
Local Anti-Terrorism Training program (SLATT) which provides, via its
"extremist research experts", "training and information to state and local
law enforcement personnel in the areas of domestic anti-terrorism and
extremist criminal activity." (3) The FBI's National Security Division
Training Unit is a partner with IIR in providing SLATT training
nationally.
According to a 1999 Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) report on RISS,the
six federally funded Regional Information Sharing System centers are
financed "to support law enforcement efforts to combat
multi-jurisdictional criminal conspiracies and activities." (4) The six
centers, the Middle Atlantic-Great Lakes Organized Crime Law Enforcement
Network, Newtown, PA, the Mid-States Organized Crime Information Center,
Springfield, MO, the New England State Police Information Network,
Franklin, MA, the Rocky Mountain Information Network, Phoenix, AR, the
Regional Organized Crime Information Center, Nashville, TN, and the
Western States Information Network, Sacramento, CA, are set up in such a
way that "each center's staff possess sufficient flexibility to tailor the
individual center's priorities and operations to the particular- perhaps
unique - needs of the region." According to the BJA report, the centers
"maintain pools of specialized investigative equipment for loan to
participating member agencies", including "photographic, communications
(and) surveillance" equipment. In addition, "all six RISS Intelligence
Centers have confidential funds available to member agencies for the
purchase of investigative information, contraband, stolen property, and
other items of an evidentiary natureThe net amount of confidential funds
provided by the centers to member agencies totaled $265,526 for 1998."
According to the Intelligence Newsletter report cited earlier, it's the
Mid-Atlantic Network, based in Newtown, Pennsylvania, whose region
includes New York and the District of Columbia, that is particularly
efficient in activist spy work. According to the report, that center
"distributes intelligence on the groups to other police departments via
RISSNET, enabling investigators to find links between the movements and
look into their finances, telephone calls and membership lists." According
to Mid-Atlantic Network documents, it was "initiated by the US Congress in
1974 to aid law enforcement agencies in targeting, identifying, and
removing multi-jurisdictional criminal elements." The Network offers a
"secure database containing information concerning known or suspected
criminals, businesses, organizations and their related identifying
information", along with "training in the seizure of computers."

It appears you are wrong about the Secret Service being the handlers of this outfit, but you may be on to something as far as their unconstitutional activities. However take the source with a grain of salt, its accuracy may not be up to the highest standards.

MAGLOCLEN functions as the Mid-Atlantic states fusion center and is designated as a "fusion center." according to multiple sources, including articles published on various reputable websites, from ACLU Nationwide to law enforcement- oriented sites.
But we're just quibbling over semantics. You are correct. MAGLOCLEN's "activist" unit apparently operates as a witch-hunting Gestapo organization. Some entity put me on their list without justification or cause, it appears. There is a fundamentalist Christian "forced conversion" aspect to these operations, I firmly believe, based on unsolicited literature and communications I have received.
For various reasons, I suspect the Secret Service is responsible for my targeting. I base this supposition upon some empirical, circumstantial evidence, and upon the fact that the SS has profiled me in my role as a mainstream news reporter (who covered presidential events and always had Secret Service clearance to do so). I've asked some tough questions about controversial topics to some very powerful people who have possessed the means and perhaps the motive to have me "targeted."
But it also could have been some military/intel entity, forces whose mission apparently involves the neutralization of reporters who ask too many questions about sensitive topics. Or it could have been some local goon with official standing.
Slander, character assassination, and the strategic use of hate groups to neutralize targets also appear to factor into my situation. I've got extremist militia-type goons stalking me wherever I go, and I've been called a fag and a pedophile by some of these goons, and references have been made to my ethnicity. I seems obvious that someone in a position of authority has slandered me to persons affiliated with these hate groups. I've apparently been slandered to at least one family member who lives in an adjacent state. These operations are interstate, and violate the constitutional rights of their targets.
I suspect these goons are the people entering my house, spraying insecticide in my dryer, vandalizing belongings, my vehicles (over a period of years), poisoning my food and water.
Just last night, evidence was left that indicates someone entered our living quarters as we slept. This is terrorism.
Bucks County is an East Coast refuge for extremists -- militia types, fundamentalist extremists, secret society extremists (including members of certain fraternal organizations). Members of some of these groups include persons who hate and persecute Jews and members of other minority groups, I have concluded from my experiences as a longtime resident of this county.
And there is no question that these groups receive protection from local police, whose ranks, I believe, include officers who are affiliated with some of these groups, orders and societies.
The rule of law has broken down in Bucks County, PA, where civilian law enforcement officials have been deluded and/or co-opted by certain local and federal law enforcement personnel those whose stock and trade includes slander, character assassination, and set-ups and frame-up attempts involving the fabrication and implantation of false "evidence," interception of U.S. mail and financial sabotage. That is my conclusion based on what has happened to me over the past six years, and perhaps even longer.
As I have written elsewhere, I believe MAGLOCLEN is an ideologically-driven serial violator of human and constitutional rights that is masquerading as a law enforcement agency -- and a prime reason that Bucks County, PA, the location of MAGLOCLEN, is a county in which the rule of law and due process under the law have been decimated by a police state mentality. But the same conditions have applied in surrounding counties and states, including Delaware, New Jersey, Maryland, D.C., and even New York City. This is a nationwide contagion of official disrespect for the rule of law and constitutional rights.

AG: you might be surprised to know I really do wish to make progress on this and am more concerned with that than being right or attacking Vic. He may not be alone with his complaints about this center. I don't think it's a fusion center per se though.

I stopped posting to the New York Times several months ago, when I found that many of the "allowed" posts were liberal or pro-Obamanation". My comments were frequently intercepted with the same notice that the Web Subscriber would review my comments before it would be posted. (None of my postings were ever posted, probably because I was not posting views which supported the "leftist or liberal viewpoint) NYTimes.com does censor the postits of all those who are not pro-Obama or leftist in their views. I will dance and sing when the NYTimes goes bankrupt.
