A former senior official of the Federal Bureau of Investigation says "rogue" military intelligence and law enforcement units of the federal government oversee a nationwide network of community-based "gang stalking" harassment, intimidation and domestic terrorism directed at thousands of U.S. citizens who have been extrajudicially targeted as "dissidents" or undesirables.
Ted Gunderson, 82, who has served as the special agent in charge of the FBI's Los Angeles, Memphis and Dallas field offices, has stated in a series of public speaking appearances that he is now targeted by these same elements, and fears for his life and for the safety of his family. He reports that the windows of his home have been shot out, and he believes he has been poisoned and physically sickened by those seeking to silence him.
Since his retirement from the FBI in the 1979, Gunderson has been a Southern California- based private investigator. He is most noted for his defense work on the murder case involving former Army physician Dr. Jeffrey MacDonald.
The ex-FBI official's comments represent the most compelling testimony to date indicating that "black operations" of the federal government are dedicated to waging a covert war of terror and persecution targeting American citizens.
"Based on my thirty years' experience and research, I have determined there are thousands of victims who have been targeted by an illegal U.S. government rogue criminal enterprise -- military intelligence, probably, tied into CIA and FBI and so forth -- that is active 24 hours a day throughout the United States," Gunderson stated in an October 2008 speech posted last fall on YouTube.

"It is far too extensive to be controlled by private enterprise," Gunderson said. "I believe this well organized and sophisticated operation has a central command located somewhere in the United States, with multiple satellite offices scattered throughout the country."
Said Gunderson:
"It appears those who administer the program can call any location in the United States for surveillance, a telephone tap, or... harassment directed at a victim, and immediately dispense manpower to the source... This well-greased, covert operation makes the old FBI counterintelligence program (code-named "Cointelpro") look like a Sunday school class."
Gunderson also maintains that federal security and law enforcement agencies and commands have been infiltrated by members of secret societies such as the Illuminati, which he has described as a satanic criminal cult.
This correspondent has reported that Lockheed Martin, the world's largest defense contractor and the prime cyber-security and information technology supplier to the federal government, coordinates the communications and trains the "team leaders" of a nationwide Gestapo-like apparatus, which has tentacles into every security and law enforcement agency in the nation, including state and local police and 72 regional "fusion centers" administered by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. According to company literature, Lockheed Martin has operations in 46 of the 50 states.

These "targets" and their families have been physically harmed and financially destroyed as a result of taxpayer-funded "psychological operations," police-protected community "stalking" harassment and malicious vandalism, and other covert programs of personal destruction, including government-assisted financial sabotage. Many appear to have been targeted as a result of their politics; their activism or corporate whistle-blowing activities; their ethnic background; or as a result of score-settling vendettas by persons in positions of power -- in government and in the private sector.
The former FBI executive's remarks are only now attracting widespread exposure on this and other web sites. This correspondent believes that recent revelations of government-sponsored domestic terrorism against U.S. citizens have prompted some conscientious insiders to call attention to Gunderson's public statements.
Gunderson has said that government-sponsored gang stalking terrorism is financed "through illegal black operations," such as sales of illegal drug; gambling; prostitution; and even sexual exploitation of children. Personally I believe it's the NSA behind this..Not (LMT). It's satellite driven, programmed controlled, combined EWS technology assault including RNM technologies.
The gang stalking activity, I believe, being coordinated more as you suggest Scrivener, as a RISS and Fusion Center Government involvement; but FBI, State, and Local law Enforcement run operation with possibe assistance from private government contractors. There are over two hundred government high level private security contractors currently. Lockheed Martin is but one of them. Different federal, state and local agencies actually use different contractors.
Personnel for actual stalking are possible ex cons, ex drug addicts; but also do gooder community activist assholes the local police and FBI recruit.

As to your point about "exposure," two thoughts on that pal.
First it is rather amazing that this 'government run surveillance/spy/torture domestic program of some hate crime scenario, hasn't been exposed by someone with a brain and conscious on the inside. This programmed surveillance and (ews/dew) assault program is only destroying the very core and fabric of our democracy; and democratic way of life and freedoms.
Second, I don't believe the number of contactors would be the issue in someone leaking information about this program. I believe it's more about security clearance level access and a victim or someone who is actually aware of what is happening asking the right people for specifics; who would actually talk about it.
The main chance for us, and really weakest link for exposure, in my opinion should have been these 'do-gooder' recruits that the local communities, police, and FBI use for 'gang stalking' activities. This FBI run 'InfraGard Chapters' of local community activists (as one example) should be the softest point in the chain for information leaks. Also any community perpetrators possibly involved in 'selecting victims' for this gang stalking assault as another.
Last thought for you genius, your contention that these/this weapon system/s are hanging off microwave cell towers all over the USA, and nobody sees or notice them is a stretch. I believe batvette also has pointed this out before several times to you. You seem to think that somehow you are the first person to ever discover what ews and dew attack is; or is about. It's actually been written about long before you came along by the scientists and others who were involved with it's development. It's obviously not some easily seen DEW weapons system technology hanging off microwave cell towers all over the USA. If it was, don't you think someone/others of technical knowledge and skill familiar with microwave telecommunications equipment would've noticed it ? I do believe you are a victim from how accurately you recount your electronic attacks. There are actually 'levels' of torture' scenarios and protocols in these 'electronic attack and gang stalking torture. From what you have said, yours is near the top ( or the worst). the above post more or less reflects what my current beliefs are about what's going on. Outside of revealing a central command structure with tentacles down to the locals, there isn't a lot we can do to crack it and all the evidence is beneath a finger over a delete key. Many of the guilty probably don't think what they are doing is all that evil if at all.
I still can't help but think whatever tech they have, it still utilizes a SIGNAL and signals can be disrupted, blocked, countered but you have to identify it.
And it's hard when the fact is we each can trust no one.
I do believe they have layered many obscuring tactics of disinformation to confuse us.
I stand behind the belief that they intended all along to get the mentally ill to join the actual targeted to allow full denial of the program.
and there may be some mentally ill who are also targets.
There may be plants portraying TI's as any of that.
I wrote another TI earlier a description of this problem I thimk we face and said our philosophy to "just get the word out" is backfiring and the word we've gotten out is that people complaining that mundane events are part of a program to torment and ruin them are mentally ill and are even fair game for ridicule- look at Scrivener for a prime example of that.
I continued to offer my humble opinion is that until we address that and stop the mentally ill from publicly describing their obvious problems (I mean the blatant stuff) as gangstalking, everything we do is just pissing in the wind.
I am not optimistic for any progress. The "community" is the "program's"

One further point I'll add to all this is these EWS/DEW attacks are as much designed to cause physical pain as they are intended as psychological attack weapons. This RNM ( remote neural monitoring ) is central to the psychological attack protocol of these programmed attacks as much as any physical pain caused. To actually drive a victim to the mental and emotional breaking point. Show us as insane or emotionally unstable individuals. Destroy or lives and well being in everyway possible.

While I've no doubt sleep deprivation and anger at the overall program can bring stress related symptoms I'd stop short of endorsing the full version of the belief the program is causing victims to appear crazy. I believe I can recall a few victims telling of periods of time they were actually institutionalized, there may be something more to this than than meets the eye.
It's really hard to drive someone crazy. Even breaking someone through induced stress to show signs similar to that one thinks of as mentally disturbed, is going to be a very short term temporary thing. In contrast, schizophrenia and related illnesses are not caused by being stressed out but by defective chemical levels in the brain, which are clinically documentable as well as the physical changes of the brain's composition through MRI imaging.

You will find such a change impossible to duplicate by simply stressing someone out. My theory on their disinformation mechanism on this is still developing (and I expect vast opposition and bitter resentment from some in the community for advancing this) and is something you may be (unwittingly) falling into- the fallacy of casual interchangeability of actual Targeted Individuals with those who are clinically diagnosable as schizophrenic- believing nobody in the professional realm should be able to differentiate between schizophrenics and people targeted by the program. I believe this notion is being advanced and promoted by two camps- the program's architects and plants, for obvious reasons, to allow the public to dismiss real victims as schizophrenic, but it's even more problematic than that.
This fallacy is being most strongly defended by the schizophrenics in the community the program has convinced are actual targets and will not allow the matter to even come up for discussion. They believe enough time in the program makes normal people just like them and do not recognize their own illness is real and if push came to shove would probably not mind if all their new TI friends are labelled schizophrenic as long as they don't lose the support groups many of them have structured their lives around.
I want to make it clear none of this should be taken by you or other TI's reading here (exception of Scrivener, who there exists the chance he is really a TI as well as the full tilt whackjob his posts portray him as whether by intent or other) as my accusing you of suffering from schizophrenia or doubting there is a widespread "program" as many describe. So far without trying hard I have a mental list of just a handful of self claimed TI's who I would stake my word on being diagnosable with this or similar affliction merely upon reading their accounts for a few minutes- and if not they are putting on an act to appear that way. At least one I am afraid is a well known and respected activist, one whose research work and theories on the architects of this probably has merit, but deep in the bowels of the archives of his site are some updates which can only be described as disturbing- and I believe we will find the difference between a healthy mind under stress and one with physical and chemical changes is that he would publicly publish this fairly ridiculous manifesto of observations of his daily routine and not recognize, then nor over two years later, the absurdity of what he claimed nor would he be open to discuss the problems inherent to it.
In short, he was off in his own "Private Idaho" where his reality is not ours and as the changes are chemical and physical to the brain, he can not and likely will never fully return. This is best visualized as the disturbed will continue to shout to the men in white coats that little green martians are out to get them while the strait jacket goes on and will keep it up as they lock them up and toss the key away. A healthy mind even broken and stressed will stop and check themselves at some point, as their ability to self reflect and see themselves as others do will arrest their foolishness before it leads to their demise.
And those traits reveal why the inclusion of the disturbed/delusional into the community's ranks has been SO damaging to advancing the cause of activism and seeing this accepted as really happening: they cannot differentiate between complaining about real harm to themselves the public should be compassionate and care about stopping, (demonstrable wounds from a weapon, showing how you were railroaded from actual employment) and complaining about something so trivial or absurd the public's reaction is to gleefully ridicule you for it and even cheer on the assailants to give you some more. ("I was tormented when intruders broke in and maliciously tied the shoelaces of my sneakers together as I slept", or "my constitutional right to spam websites I admit I was banned from is being violated by a giant corporation I couldn't associate with the matter on a bet")
Expect the public to not only be disinterested but even often cheer for the program to twist the knife in deeper as long as the Scriveners are allowed to be our loudest voices. (yes he did claim they broke in and knotted his shoelaces. what an ass)

this should shed some light on why the two posts above merely serve to weakly brown nose Scrivener when my lengthy post above was about the program and community in general and even conceded Scrivener's possible status as a TI- the usual ridicule on my part was passing and not the focus of the reply.
You'd think real TI's would seek to discuss serious issues facing us and not backbite and suckup.
But then the people whose opinions I value here already see this, I would hope.

As a technical psyops employee, you know how easy it is to establish total audio and video surveillance of a victim. You know how a victim's phones, computers, radio and tv, cellphones, GPSs are totally monitored. That's for the first set of victims like Vic. But there is another set of unwitting victims who are not told that they are being monitored. That set of victims is monitored because they KNOW TOO MUCH. You are in that latter category of victim, The 1. YOU are in the same prison as Vic with this difference -- Vic knows he is being tortured by the Surveillance State but you don't. You still think you're free. You think you're the jailer. But in fact, you, your bosses and their bosses are being monitored. Why? Because YOU, The 1, KNOW their secrets. YOU, The 1, could put the top levels of the Surveillance State in jail. YOU, The 1, are MORE of a threat to them than Vic is. What sort of precautions do you think these immoral hyenas put in place to control people who could put them in jail?
