U.S. Govt Uses CBS News to Cover Up Microwave Cell Tower Torture?

Good work Scrivner, with constantly working at this. The best thing about your writing for me is your internal, your undying hope, that there is someone good on the other side of this who knows or who is learning about the injustice being committed, via organized stalking and electronic harassment. It’s no longer about the “lesser of two evils”. Both are now the same or on second thought, its greater. What ever sort of national security and/or extrajudicial process is going on here, it’s being co-opted by criminals. It’s not a question of accidental or unintended collateral damage in domestic operations. It’s deliberate exploitation of these  to commit serious crimes against humanity on innocent citizens through their deniability and through the facilitation of criminal acts on the part of others. While doing a random Google search, I found the following blog post from someone who goes by the handle "Cazaq."  I have no idea who this person is, or how he/she acquired the alleged knowledge implicit in the following posting.  He loses me at "extraterrestrials," but much of what he writes comports with the reality I have experienced.  But I'd like to know more, so if anyone knows this person, please tell him/her to post here:

Yeah...and ftr the DIA agent who asked me what my interests were with cell towers was a Colonel who had been in Special Forces and was now/then in charge of "procuring contracts" for the DoD...he was also with the anti-terrorism wing of the DIA.

So...he was in the DIA's anti-terrorism unit AND involved with cell towers.

Ask yourself...what do cell towers (and their frequencies) have to do with anti-terrorism and you're halfway there.




"One very noticeable event has been occurring this year, especially since April 1998, namely the alarming increase of microwave/cellular telephone towers across the US, especially along interstate highways. In Chicago, at least 56 new towers have been erected since June 1998 along I-90, I-294, Edens Eisenhower, Dan Ryan and other highways. A cursory trip around the countryside towards Dekalb and other farming communities - the breadbaskets of the Midwest - shows an alarming array of microwave towers, spaced about 15 miles apart, but curiously many sites consist of clusters of three or five towers.

The majority of these are the 60 footers, but in the suburbs and countryside one can see 150 foot and 300 foot master microwave towers. The standard reason given by the telephone companies is that “need to improve the quality of cellular telephones and remove blind spots”, but a survey we did while talking to local farmers and city people in various locations revealed that service has not improved very much at all. They still complain of signal fading, static, noise and “strange buzzing sounds".
[A parallel development, of course, has been the almost fraritic effort to virtually give! away cellular telephones so that as many people will have them as possible. No one gives away anything in this power-preoccupied culture without expectation of gaining something, and whatever they hope to gain, it's no longer just profit - itps control. Equally interesting is the frantic drive to get computers and cathode ray tubes in front of as many children as possible, connected to the world wide internet. Coincidence? Not really, especially since cellular frequencies are close to the resonant frequency of both the human skull case and DNA itself.]

We never use the phones, but we have- a few that are strictly for monitoring purposes and other unorthodox functions our genius Dr. GG has developed, namely, "electronic sniffers" to monitor new Mind Control Protocols and to keep abreast of the technocrats. Posing as "farmers" and 'local folk”, we talked to a technician in charge of installing one of these 5-tower master clusters, and we found some interesting facts.

Two of these facts deserve mention. First, they assured us that the microwave towers would "not harm animals or people, because they only radiate 0.5 to 1-0 watts root-mean-square (RMS) average power", and secondly that the microwave towers have to be placed in a pre-designated location, and must extend 90 feet into the ground! This chap was extremely technical and knowledgeable, but did not know why the geodesic location was so critical. Also, when we produced our "camouflaged' electronic sniffer - an innocent-looking old style cellular telephone - and pointed that a high frequency sound was detectable in the vicinity of the microwave tower that had triangular pieces and vertical rectangular plates, he did not know why that sound was produced in the near- field radiating tower. At that point, he began to wonder how 'farmers" knew so much about electronics, and we got into our pickup, waved goodbye and left. We got our answers.

The reason they installing- clusters of the new the new type of microwave towers, which are triangular at 'the apex and have vertical plates - about 12 total - is that these, antennae have multiplexed Functions of the Delta-T type.. These antennae also resonate for scalar-wave pulses, and the 'hidden functions have to do with influxing the Earth Grid Network (EGN) with these scalar wave pulses the protocols developed by the Montauk Project.

It is said that Montauk technology was moved to Idaho and to Washington State specifically to the Fort Lewis area near Olympia, Washington. Around May 1998 we found that the technocrats hiding behind the cellular telephone companies were planning to install a monster 300-foot master microwave tower in or around Rainier, Washington [In fact, there as been a local "hue and cry" about the proposed installation of this 300 foot tower in Rainier, but despite the efforts and protests of locals the tower seems to be "predestined' for installation.] in order to monitor the entire area that would be linked and paired to the "master cluster towers" at the military base in Yakima, Washington. Last year we saw the array in those hills. It is quite a grid! Hopefully, we will take a trip to Washington to check these things out, before all hell breaks loose. [Along Interstate 5 we counted at least 18 new microwave towers installed next to the existing ones, two were in new places, with at least 6 groups of triple-clusters, during the past two months, from Fort Lewis exit 111 down to Longview, Wash. The triple-clusters are quite visible south of Chehalis near Napavine and Toledo, exit 63. The large towers are deep in the countryside and can be erected in as little as 4 days. There is one in North Olympia and on in Oklahoma]

So much for microwave towers and cellular phones. The real reason behind all these innocent-looking towers is that right now the final plans have been laid out for implementing Jose Delgado’s “psycho civilized society’ that he and Skinner talked about in the 70’s and 80’s. The entire nation is going to be ‘roasted and fried’, as it were, with massive doses of insidious electronic mind control, for as it is observed we are entering a period of socio-economic and political crisis, and there may be ‘chaos and anarchy in the marketplace’ and in the cities in general. With these new microwave tower grids, it will be possible to instantly sedate and stupefy and entire city in a matter of a few minutes, if not seconds. We knew this was coming, but not as rapidly as it has occurred in the last three months of summer 1998.

Another subtle device that can now be found in any city is the ‘traffic monitor’ installed next to traffic lights at intersections. Using high-power binoculars, on can see that there is an electronic eye that ‘sees’ all traffic that passes by. We procured one of these devices, and discovered that they radiate a pulsed infrared beam that quickly penetrates the eyes of both vehicle drivers and passengers in the front seat. Without going into tremendous detail, the infrared pulse can do a search in the brain for possible implants, acquire information and feed it back on the return echo to the sensor, or , it can reprogram the brain within a microsecond with an opthophotonic protocol. Sounds like science fiction, right?

Wrong! It is ‘standard’ new alien tech used on the public now for information acquisition of implanted humans, and/or for activation of dormant programs.

Unfortunately, most folks haven’t the slightest idea of that these microwave towers are truly used for, and those folks that are happy to use cellular telephones are only too happy to know that they have an ‘added convenience’, but little do they know what lurks behind the ‘innocent’ frequencies. With a power radiation of 0.5 watts, what danger could there be to the human brain? [Apparently someone knew this a long time ago, at least in terms of radiated electromagnetic energy, because in the 60’s an article appeared in Popular Mechanics which showed a diagram of the human head and spelled out the fact that the exact area of the human head which is most sensitive to electromagnetic energy just happens to be the area next to where we see cellular phone antennae held in the 90’s. Coincidence?
It is thought by some that the entire process of the EMC control paradigm started in the late 20’s or early 30’s, so what we are seeing today might have taken more than 50 years to achieve. In terms of technology, if the Rockefellers were working on molecular biology in the 30’s, what else was being worked on? And, who was helping them? Not the “good guys”.]

That’s if you only use ‘standard electromagnetics” [Now we drift into the “Hertzian Conspiracy” which involved the suppression of virtually 50% of electromagnetic theory in order to hide the knowledge of the hyper spatial psychoactive part of the EM spectrum. Hertz, Heaviside and Gibbs were instrumental in re-interpretive Maxwell’s work, done in Quaterion notation, and re-writing it in Vector notation, virtually eliminating a vast array of information about the EM spectrum from all but classified military and technocratic laboratories] But, what about the scalar waves that lurk behind the ‘ordinary’ microwaves that cannot be measured by ‘standard’ instruments? Interestingly, researchers Grundler and Keilman determined in 1983 that quantum oscillation leading to microtubule activation, or ‘switching’ occurred in the microwave region of 5 x 10 (10) Hz, which means that microtubules can be made ‘artificially and coherently entrained’ at microwave frequencies that need not be normal electromagnetics radiated by the microwave towers, but are dependent on the hidden scalar waves that travel furtively ‘behind’ the ordinary microwaves. Very clever indeed! There are numerous possibilities with this new technology of Multiplexed wave functions that the technocrats have developed for a more sophisticated electronic mind control program. We received the latest information on these exotic ‘weapons’. The time for action and preventative measures is here and now before it it too late and the large EMC machines are turned on to ‘sedate’ the mass population.

Finally, for computer and internet users, we have no time for details, but be aware that for the past five years or so, since the Elohim computers were turned on, there has been a series of optophotonic and opt acoustical frequencies being pulsed 24 hours a day in order to affect the DNA-RNA vibrational patterns of humans. In addition, the so-called ‘junk DNA’ is being rendered inoperable and non-functional in order to make sure that brain hyper functions (telepathy, etc) and psychic abilities in humans cannot awaken and become operative. This is a massive and global effort to control the population. It is for this reason that governments want all children to have a cathode ray tube, computer and internet connection, and why the technocrats are ‘giving away’ televisions and computers to ‘those primative people’ in Africa and elsewhere. Why are there so many television monitors everywhere now? It is the easiest, surest and cheapest way of controlling humans on this planet, not only using subliminal programming, but by a most insidious form of electro-genetic engineering using encoded optophotonic and opt acoustical frequency matrices that emanate from the monitors themselves that effect the brain, via the eyes and the subtle energy fields of viewers.

We always suspected there were ‘hidden electronics’ behind cathode ray tubes, but we recently found out that the ‘hidden functions’ are at the microchip level, which explains why there really is no ‘safe’ encryption protection, regardless of how many ‘levels’ it has. Through the use of microchip, one can access any computer in the world if you know the protocols required to access the scalar 2nd order electromagnetics. They say it is a gift from the Elohim and Draconian extraterrestrials.

We always pondered the question of exactly how some of the extraterrestrials accomplished the genetic engineering that everyone talks about when mentioning the ‘alien intrusion into our DNA’.

Well, in combination with halogens (fluorides, chlorides, etc) in the drinking water, the mechanism of ‘genetic engineering’ was figured out by one of our colleagues from Russia. In simple terms, he figured out that both fluorides and chlorides pass through the blood-brain barrier and change the biochemistry of the water in microtubules in the ‘junk DNA’, altering the teleomere units, arresting the potential activation of this ‘junk DNA’. He coined this insidious process electronically-induced sonochemistry. Therefore, he argues, how some extraterrestrials tamper with a race is through the use of electronically-induced mutagenic effects on the DNA-RNA complex, without having to use “surgical measures or tools”. Diabolical! So, folks, know that Big ET Brother both watches you and modifies you electronically! It is true that the internet, computers and television could be most useful tools for information dissemination - the Internet certainly is - but know that there are great dangers lurking behind every monitor.

So- what to do about this insidious form of electronic mind control and DNA tampering? Well, first know about it, learn a little bit about DNA-RNA biochemistry and the gross effects of fluorides and chlorides. Avoid drinking municipal water ‘like the plague’. Minimize CRT monitor use, and be aware that this is happening. That is your 1st order protection, for it alerts your subsconscious mind. Next, use protective devices, but be most careful in your selection, for there are many useless placebos out there that can do nothing about this problem. Be wise in your choice! Finally, the best all-around protection, in addition to devices (Supra-conscious) mind to invoke Divine Protection, for indeed we are treading in very dangerous territory against such advanced technologies.

FBI:  TAKE DOWN THE AMERICAN GESTAPO BY MAKING AN EXAMPLE OF BUCKS COUNY, PA -- A GROUND ZERO OF VIGILANTISM AND OFFICIAL MISFEASANCE.

Yesterday, I was blocked from accessing the internet from about 2:30 p.m. until the evening.  The apparent block prevented me from accessing any web site other than Google and an educational foundation site where I am a contributing writer.

Repeated phone calls to the Verizon customer service number (answered by persons whom I believe are "program" operatives to which my calls have been re-directed) did not result in a lifting of the apparent censorship.  In the past, a phone call of complaint typically has resulted in a relenting of the censorship (until some hours pass, and the censorship resumes).

The interruption in my internet service came immediately after I posted some blog comments highly critical of Bucks County officials, who have permitted "community watch" vigilantes to stalk, vandalize, terrorize and make surreptitious entries into my home.

The microwave attacks appeared to ebb yesterday -- until 1 a.m. this morning (1/26/10), and again at 8:50 a.m., when I once again was hit with sharp, piercing attacks to the right front temple -- the typical target of my government operative torturers.  As I have written elsewhere on this cite, the laser-guided microwave attack system is capable of attacking human targets with extreme precision.

Once again, I call upon conscientious officials of the FBI to MAKE AN EXAMPLE OF BUCKS COUNTY, PA by conducting a raid on the MAGLOCLEN/RissNet fusion center, charging its management and operatives with color of law civil and human rights violations, and also citing those local officials who are complicit in these crimes and who have refused to fairly and equally enforce the law in Bucks County, PA.

The New York Times web site ran a story this morning about censorship of the internet by the Chinese government.  I wrote a comment stating that judging from personal experience, the U.S. government also censors the internet, targeting citizens that authoritarian bureaucrats regard as "dissidents." 

The comment appeared to post.  Then I check back and it was missing.  So I wrote a second comment, explaining the above.  That comment also appeared to post -- but in shrunken type that was illegible on the screen.  Since it appears that the second comment also was censored by government operatives apparently working out of the "fusion center" in Newtown, PA known as MAGLOCLEN/RissNet, I will attempt to post it here, with this additional comment:

This journalist posted a comment to this article this morning, and it showed up on my connection as having been posted to this site.   Now I have checked back, and the comment is missing.  

Interestingly, my comment stated that the U.S. government imposes a censorship regime on "targeted" citizens, and that this censorship, also involving malicious tampering with content, is every bit as draconian as that imposed by China on its citizens. 

The fact that my comment no longer appears in this thread tells me that U.S. government censors apparently operating out of the Homeland Security- administered "fusion center" known as MAGLOCLEN, in Newtown, PA, have once again censored my telecommunications.

MICROWAVE ATTACK REPORT 1/27/10 @ 4:07 p.m.

I was just hit with a sharp, penetrating pulsed microwave blast to the right front forehead. The government operatives running this cell tower- based microwave/laser attack system are under surveillance themselves, it is reasonable to believe. It would not be difficult for a law-abiding, conscientious agency that is opposed to torture to confirm the veracity of this account.

Are there any such agencies, federal or local? Or is the rule of law dead and gone in America, as it has been in this instant case for the past SIX YEARS?

I should add that all day, I have been subject to the debilitating effects of extreme low frequency microwave attack, leaving me extremely fatigued and weak, unable to function at peak capacity.

THIS IS NOT ONLY ASSAULT AND TORTURE -- IT IS A DENIAL OF FREE WILL BY AN EVIL APPARATUS WHOSE OPERATIVES ARE PLAYING GOD WITH HUMAN LIVES.

Any official or operative with knowledge of this attack is complicit in the felonious assault, torture and attempted slow-kill homicide of an American citizen.
