U.S. Govt Uses CBS News to Cover Up Microwave Cell Tower Torture?

• Steve Kroft "60 Minutes" report on "electronic fence" along Mexican border reveals U.S. Homeland Security "departmentwide reassessment of the entire program."

• Does the "entire program" also include the nationwide network of Homeland Security cellular "torture towers" already operational in virtually every community in America...

...being used to physically attack and physiologically and neurologically impair unconstitutionally "targeted" American citizens -- as first reported here?

• A government-wide cover up that makes Watergate look like just another black bag job?

GET POLITICAL w/ VIC LIVINGSTON

The last words spoken by Steve Kroft of 60 Minutes in his Jan. 10th report about the status of the so-called "electronic fence" along the Southern border with Mexico may have sounded the death knell for a covert nationwide cell tower-based microwave/laser "directed energy" weapon system that has been used to physically torture and impair many thousands of unjustly "targeted" Americans -- including this reporter.

That story was first exposed in this space:

http://Poynter.org (Groups -- Reporting):  "U.S. Silently Tortures Americans with Cell Tower Microwaves"
http://nowpublic.com/world/u-s-silently-tortures-americans-cell-tower-microwaves
http://nowpublic.com/world/gestapo-usa-govt-funded-vigilante-network-terrorizes-america

Kroft said that Janet Napolitano, secretary of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, has ordered a "department-wide reassessment of the entire program."  Kroft specifically was referring to the Mexican border electronic fence -- the so-called "Southern Border Initiative," which uses cellular towers equipped with high-tech microwave, laser and video gear.

But to this reporter's ears, it sounds very much like Ms. Napolitano is now reassessing not only technological practicality, but the legality and morality of the government's secret nationwide cell tower- based domestic microwave/laser electromagnetic radiation attack system -- commissioned by the federal government apparently in response to the 9/11 terrorist attacks.

No government agency or official has stepped forward to refute or question this reporter's several articles exposing the domestic deployment of that weapon system, or its use against American citizens.

The 60 Minutes report focused on the alleged flaws of the electronic fence -- which utilizes cell towers whose microwave antenna arrays that closely resemble those that have been installed on cell towers in virtually every neighborhood and every county in America.

Kroft's report stated that the electronics on the towers are used for surveillance systems capable of pinpointing the location of would-be refugees attempting to cross the border.   The report stated that the system uses "radar" and "video" to detect potential border-crossers.

What the report did not state is the apparent certainty that the "electronic fence" is a euphemism for a microwave/laser "directed energy" weapons system capable of delivering painful, debilitating, even fatal pulsed electromagnetic radiation blasts to human targets.

The "Southern Border Initiative" appears to be an extension of the same cell tower- based laser-guided microwave torture and impairment system being used to silently torture, impair and neurologically "entrain" thousands of Americans who are deemed "dissidents," "enemies of the state," or undesirables by a secret multi-agency "coordinated action program" directed by Homeland Security -- with the participation of military, security, law enforcement and intelligence agencies across the entire federal bureaucracy and the fifty states.

This apparent fact totally eluded the 60 Minutes producers and correspondent Kroft, who accepted the explanation that implementation of the Southern Border Initiative has been delayed by technical problems that now require the system to be redesigned.   The report featured an extended interview with a Homeland Security official who used the broadcast to deliver a surprisingly candid admission that officials in charge of the electronic fence initiative had "over-promised."

The official also maintained that the original design used "off-the-shelf" electronics, and that now, the government realizes that the system requires more specialized equipment.

To this reporter, those statements sounded like the big lie.

So this reporter asks the question:   Could it be that the system works EXACTLY as intended -- as potentially lethal, physiologically degrading microwave "ray gun" directed at human beings?

And another question, just as important:  Did the architects of this heinous torture matrix hide from high officials of the Obama administration the true capabilities and intent of the system -- to deliver potentially lethal force to human targets?

Why would the Homeland Security official so openly and repeatedly state  that the system has failed to live up to expectations?  Why would he state that "off-the-shelf" equipment was used to built a highly sophisticated and classified weapons system that apparently is intended to do much more than surveillance?

Was the official actually delivering a carefully constructed cover story -- using 60 Minutes as an unknowing but willing foil?

It is this reporter's contention that 60 Minutes has been fooled before about the intended purpose of electromagnetic microwave and laser "directed energy systems."  Last year's 60 Minutes report on a truck mounted "Active Denial System," a concentrated microwave beam supposedly designed to harmlessly repel rioters, downplayed the fact that such systems can deliver debilitating, dangerous and even fatal pulses of  electromagnetic energy, depending on the so-called "amplitude" or strength of the microwave beam.  That story was reported by Leslie Stahl, who, like Kroft, appears to have fallen for a government propaganda "psy op" (psychological operation).

The REAL story appears to be this:

A nationwide cell tower- based electromagnetic microwave and laser directed energy weapons system has been used for years to deliver silent, invisible, painful bursts of physically and neurologically debilitating microwave radiation to human targets -- and that the exposure of this heinous high-tech torture matrix has initiated a hasty but transparent COVER-UP that makes Watergate look like just another third-rate cat burglary.

FOR THE REAL STORY ON SILENT MICROWAVE/LASER TORTURE AND IMPAIRMENT OF AMERICANS BY THEIR OWN GOVERNMENT:

Vic -- I'm not denying your attribution of cause, but, I read that this micro wave stuff is available to "wackos" outside of government.  I can't remember the details - I looked for the article, but I simply bookmarked too much info.  I read something about the "see through the wall" stuff is used by firefighters and has a range of approx. 200 ft.  The microwave can be purchased too by anyone.  How are your neighbors?  I need to find that article. It was relatively easy to understand.  There was something on the Multi Stalking Org site regarding the microwave technology.

You stated ....complicit under the law in crimes against humanity......did you mean like George W. Bush and weapons of mass destruction?  How many human lives have gone down this toilet?  I have this bunch of ninnies following ME! (and my cat)  around when I see it without emotions it's actually very funny.  (I gained all this extra weight so I can clone and create a new best friend!)  Yesterday and within the past week I had two out of state plates - one from Arkansas.  The other was in wait as I came out of the library -- like who's the connection to this?  There were two men in the car who actually stopped so I could take down the plate number.  I thought about AG's post and the "imaginary plate" numbers.  She's paranoid they're converging on her (ME?) from all over the country.....  "What a movie"....know any producers?"

This "Focus on the Family" could direct their energy/resources in creating "world peace" instead of their need to control other people's values and beliefs AND PERSONAL CHOICES.  So who's behind "Focus on the Family" -- like AG said not family minded.  Tomorrow I'll see Colorado plates --

Does anyone know about the rule of LAW concerning religious organizations and political activity and tax exempt status?  Let's close the deficit!@!!!  What is one of the wealthiest organizations in the world?

I'm aware that portable microwave weapons are out there and that common criminals can obtain devices capable of irradiating unsuspecting victims with harmful frequencies and emissions.

But the precision-targeted cell tower- based system capable of attacking human beings with an accuracy range of just millimeters, capable of attacking internal and external organs with hideous precision (anus, genitals, brain, heart, liver, intestines, etc.) is what's being used to do most of the torture and physical and neurological impairment.  The targeting apparatus (3D infrared lasers, etc.) is highly sophisticated and not available off the shelf.

Your common criminal can't do what's been done to me, with classified government technology.

And by insinuating that these crimes are being done by right-wing so-called hate groups or by fundamentalist religious groups or by criminals, the Big Criminals aka Murder Incorporated cleverly camouflage their evil deeds. Look over there, look over there, and NOT at U.S.

I have asked local police to investigate surreptitious entry into my home and vandalism of property, and I have supplied certain specific information that I believe could lead to local goons and gangsters who are committing these crimes, holding me hostage in my own home.  (When the house is left unattended, there are often signs that someone's been inside when we return).

It appears that local police in my township have been waved off by powerful federal entities, perhaps under the false flag of national security.  It is also possible that certain sworn officers in Bucks County are participants in this federally-sanctioned community Gestapo.

I have reason to believe that my police chief has been put between a rock and a hard place.  I believe he's a good man who would like to live up to his sworn oath, if he were allowed to do so by constitution-shredding federal agents who have usurped his authority and have power over a big portion of his annual budget -- now, that's MY opinion only.

And you, "batvette," are either an apologist for ideologies who have taken over Homeland Security in this country, or you are my sock puppet, my straw man who sets 'em up so I can knock 'em down.  So thanks for that.

Per your comment on a "percentage of our population has been targeted". DOJ stalking statistics covering the year 2006 and published in 2009 states that approximately 13.1% of the 3.4 million staking victims believe they are being stalked by 3 or more people, which comes out to about 445,000 Americans. I assume this doesn't cover all the others who are unaware they are being stalked. If 100,000 dollars was spent stalking each TI that would amount to 50 Billion dollars a year. Given what I experienced during the year I lived in Seattle I would guess millions were spent on the stalking activities (the stalkers relied heavily on aircraft) directed at little ol' me. Who Pays for This? We Do!

So the only evidence of a crime even occurring you could provide to police was that there were "signs" someone had been in when you return?

How is this actionable evidence for them? How is this even cause for them to believe a crime occurred? How is this not you looking stupid with a story that amounts to some imaginary people did some things that I really can't describe and hurt me in ways I can't show you but I want you to raid a government building to stop it?

When USB webcams cost $10 and digital video cams (for the computer illiterate) cost $50 the idea that any police dept. in the nation wouldn't throw this pretender out on his ass in a second with the above story is a joke.

and they should. and how are you being held "hostage in your home" if you can leave it for them to enter?

Everything you say always contradicts itself. The attacks incapacitated you but you went to the FBI and they intervened, saving your life. Yet you daily write of continuing attacks, drama queening like Betty Davis as Sweet Baby Jane.

It's an official program funded by the gov't, yet good peoople inside are supposed to stop it. What, and disobey orders? Or it's rogues within. Which is it?

It's "extreme low frequency microwaves" an utter contradictory term itself.

You've exposed the program, yet name any and all alphabet agencies (except the one most likely by precedent, the FBI) as culpable but don't know which one.

Such contradictions, vague claims and shifting allegations are typical of politicians.

And Disinformation meant to mislead, confuse and discredit victims.

I've heard it said that reporters don't dig for news anymore -- they "invent" news out of thin air  at their desks.

TO: NowPublic.com editors:

Is there such thing as "scan.nowpublic.com"?

That URL pops up in my browser task bar, preceded by the message, "transferring data from..."

Is someone or some powerful entity hacking my computer, using nowpublic.com as a cover story?

When something tells me I'm being scanned, I get concerned.

Please respond here asap (real NP editors, not disinformation agents posing as NP editors).

RE:  THE MICROWAVE ATTACKS CONTINUE

The regional fusion center- directed cell tower microwave/laser radiation weapons attacks on U.S. citizens continue, perhaps at a lower "amplitude," but around the clock.

The federally-sponsored "community watch" vigilante harassment, vandalism and other acts of police-protected domestic terrorism continue.

Portable electromagnetic weapon and covertly placed GPS devices also are suspected of being used by local entities against unconstitutionally "targeted" citizens, facilitating so-called "community stalking" in vehicles and on foot.  This activity constitutes a public safety hazard, especially on the roads and highways.

Pervasive telecommunications and on-premises audio and video surveillance and tampering with telecommunications -- apparently directed out of the fusion centers -- continues.

These invasions of privacy have turned private homes into a perverse entertainment -- akin to that depicted in the movie, "The Truman Show"  -- for local goon squads...  and, it appears for some sworn officers who are sadists and criminal color of law violators.

THESE FUSION CENTER OPERATIVES,  SOME FEDERAL, SOME LOCAL, SOME CONTRACTORS, HAVE NO RESPECT FOR THE RULE OF LAW OR THE U.S. CONSTITUTION.

YOUR DEPARTMENT MUST TAKE DECISIVE ACTION TO END THESE CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY AND THE CONSTITUTION.

The fusion center in Newtown, PA known as "MAGLOCLEN/RissNet" appears to be a prime offender.  That facility must be raided, and its management and operatives arrested and charged with violations of the law and the Constitution.  Internal surveillance of its operations should provide sufficient evidence and grounds for action.

The regional fusion center system, with input from local and federal agencies as well as from private companies, violates the U.S. Constitution's Tenth Amendment, which reserves unenumerated powers to the various states.

The fusion center system should be SHUT DOWN, and its responsibilities returned to the various states, and to federal agencies that can demonstrate legal jurisdiction over the citizens whose rights are being violated by the current system.

Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.   I am literally being held hostage to community watch vigilantes who enter my home at night, vandalize, and terrorize me on the roads and even in public places and stores.  You can end this American Gestapo by making an example of Bucks County, PA, which is a ground zero for this extrajudicial, and criminal, activity.  If county and local officials do not cooperate with your effort, perhaps it is because they are complicit or derelict in their duties.

This article is clearly DISINFO meant to confuse the issues. I saw that 60 minutes report and there is nothing even closely resembling what this author is implying contained in it.

Kroft specifically was referring to the Mexican border electronic fence -- the so-called "Southern Border Initiative," which uses cellular towers equipped with high-tech microwave, laser and video gear.

They are simply towers and have nothing to do with cellular communications. They also do not utilize lasers.

To his "ears"? Do those ears make up words on the way to the brain?

To this reporter, those statements sounded like the big lie.

This would be the reporter who swears when the URL in his browser switches from "nowpublic" to "mynowpublic" when he signs in to this site, that is evidence he's been taken to a spoof page run by the gov't fusion center who censors him by putting misspellings in his posts.

I went to Poynter.org and found your article links at the top of the reporter's group queue.  Impressive, except that ... when I tried to view them I was prompted with a "member login" screen.  I think that kind of venue is gonna be limited to an extent Vic.  Guess they want to know who is libeling who on that forum.

0

LOL. Which is worse, libel or murder via microwave, constant harassment, financial attacks, car attacks, Mr Anonymouse?

0

Two points:

If you got a "member login" screen when you merely wanted to read posted material, it appears that the Poynter.org site has been hacked with a re-direct that prompts a member log-in screen... because in the past, I have read material on that site, posted blog articles, WITHOUT logging in... Unless some entity has pressured Poynter.org into instituting a sign-in just to read the blog articles, which is extremely doubtful.

If this sign-in regimen is happening, it is more evidence that the U.S. government is censoring the net.  Such draconian censorship only reinforces the points made in my various articles, especially those concerning internet and telecom censorship regimes imposed by the U.S. government (NSA, Homeland Security fusion centers, etc.)

Second -- I post on Poynter.org TO REACH JOURALISTS, most of whom are members.

So these apparent government censors are giant A-HOLES who continually demonstrate their ineptitude.

I will sleep on this and decide my course of action by dawn's early light.

Thanks for the heads-up, whichever side you are on, light side or dark side.

If you are still on the dark side, may I suggest that it's time to come in from the cold, or suffer the consequences?

Thanks for the heads up.  Poynter has been notified.

As for "libel"  -- I believe truth is an absolute defense.

And as for a "limited" venue provided by Poynter -- this is not a numbers game.

I note that not a single government official, federal or local, has come forward to refute my articles.

However, I do believe it is likely they have come forward to certain outlets to slander and defame me.  If that is true, it does not appear that their campaign has succeeded in silencing me (although it has succeeded in destroying my earning power, apparently).

Hopefully, the courts will allow me to right any apparent wrongs.

Sometimes your research is so poor and your "facts" so off I wonder if the "Columbia" you attended wasn't really an elementary school.

Here is the transcribed article from the program:

http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2010/01/07/60minutes/main6067598.shtml

#1, the term "cell tower" appears nowhere, and it shouldn't. The towers are not placed by similar distances that would comprise  "cells". It  specifically says the opposite:

"These towers are located based on geography, terrain, and what the Border Patrol knows about typical traffic patterns. So these are placed because they're where we believe they're gonna be most effective,"

#2 This system does NOT employ lasers in its detection systems, it utilizes underground sensors which detect seismic vibrations.

#3 what kind of idiot perpetually posts material void of facts and full of disinformation and when  called on it insists the person doing so has "handlers" and it's "psy-ops"?  Are you new to the internet? Anywhere you post bull**** there is someone who will  shovel it up and throw it back on you.

0
Scrivener

Do you really think the architects of a microwave torture/attack system would publicly disclose the technical details?  You don't need a physics degree to know that those location coordinates are obtained with the use of lasers.

Oh Lord, your psy ops are no better than theirs.  Or are they one and the same?

Who is the genius who thinks you are scoring points here?  You're putting the rock in MY basket!  Thanks again.

I'll ask my handler and get back to you -- just kidding of course.

At nearly 60 years of age, I believe what I am doing now will be my job from here on out.  Once justice and the rule of law are restored, which I believe won't be as long as many would like to think, I will work on "monetizing"  my internet screeds.

Until then, donations are welcome.  Since your post got through the "filter," you know where to send the money order.   I say "money order" because I don't want to be stuck with any bad check fees from lame psy ops goons.

Now we're off in the land of Vic's imagination, where anything is a fact if there is a hole in his story that needs to be filled.

Nobody that matters will ever take you seriously.

Do a "whois itanimulli.com", assuming you're a savvy fellow and are using some form of *nix computer system ...  The result you find will indicate that some fellow out in Provo, Utah is the domain registrant.  He is using a "meta-tag" redirect on his page to send it to NSA.  A prank, I guess.

0
Anonymously Given

Some people who had not searched out the detail of the site were promoting the idea that it exists for data mining purposes (on people like us).  Believe me, the NSA does not have to try that hard to collect names of conspiracy theorists ...

0

If that is so (and there such much evidence to support the contention), that is a sorry commentary on the civilian leadership's ability to put a check on what has become a dangerous, extremist, hate-fueled cult within powerful and secretive agencies and commands of the federal government, and among certain law enforcement agencies and fraternal societies on the state and local levels.

And you are right -- they don't need "honeypot" sites to tell them who are the true believers in constitutional and human and civil rights, and who are the monsters.

The monsters are in their mirrors.

But the good people on the inside of government far outnumber the cultists who have insinuated themselves into command and leadership positions.

Now it is up to the good people on the inside to stand up and defend the rule of law, and human morality and decency.

There is nothing wrong with "the system" that adherence to the rule of law and to the Constitution cannot repair.  It's some people in the system who are rotten.

And those who think torture, slow-kill homicide and extrajudicial "justice" somehow can be "legalized" to not understand the Constitution or the principles upon which this nation was founded.

Like those folks who post here and to to convince themselves that electromagnetic microwave torture can be justified or excused it is officially classified as weapons or human "experimentation" or "testing."  These inhumane rationalizers need to be taught a stern lesson.

Good work Scrivner, with constantly working at this. The best thing about your writing for me is your internal, your undying hope, that there is someone good on the other side of this who knows or who is learning about the injustice being committed, via organized stalking and electronic harassment. It’s no longer about the “lesser of two evils”. Both are now the same or on second thought, its greater. What ever sort of national security and/or extrajudicial process is going on here, it’s being co-opted by criminals. It’s not a question of accidental or unintended collateral damage in domestic operations. It’s deliberate exploitation of these  to commit serious crimes against humanity on innocent citizens through their deniability and through the facilitation of criminal acts on the part of others. Keep doing what’s right Scrivner! Gratefully, - Justin TI.

What makes you think "good people inside", who if not participants in building this scheme, at minimum stood by silently, are going to now grow a pair and tear it down?

This is a naive and irresponsible belief Vic holds, one that begs people to just lay down and take their punishment because it'r going to fix itself.

It goes against one of the strongest human instincts, that of self preservation.

Almost a year ago, February 2009, Vic said this:

Well, my work is done.  They better worry about people with inside knowledge who are about to start singing like canaries.

http://my.nowpublic.com/world/gestapo-usa-govt-funded-vigilante-network-terrorizes-america?page=1

Did they? Of course not. Yet how many people read his lies and believed them, and did nothing because they thought it was factual?

On the same page, in November 2008- a year and two months ago, he said:

The good news (and there hasn't been much for me, as this has been going on for about five years now) is that the "good people on the inside" are aware of what's happening and are funneling reports and information "up the line."

that alludes to first hand knowledge that he was surely fabricating from thin air. Why on earth would anyone be giving these "all is well, the cavalry is coming" progress reports if their life were in danger?

See, it's like this:

They are "good people" but they are cowards, so far.

But now they know the extent of the evil within, and now they are complicit by their inaction.

So they are left with a choice:  Do the right thing, or suffer the consequences of your  misfeasance and dereliction of duty.

Nobody said anything about letting cowards off easy.

IMO, most people of conscience, when faced with "consequences," will be persuaded to do what they know is right.

Unfortunately, and I agree with you on this -- it is taking way too long.

Which is why, after giving the Obama administration a year to prove itself, I am stepping up my own "amplitude" even as the microwave torturers are doing the same (again) on me...
