The last words spoken by Steve Kroft of 60 Minutes in his Jan. 10th report about the status of the so-called "electronic fence" along the Southern border with Mexico may have sounded the death knell for a covert nationwide cell tower-based microwave/laser "directed energy" weapon system that has been used to physically torture and impair many thousands of unjustly "targeted" Americans -- including this reporter.

Kroft said that Janet Napolitano, secretary of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, has ordered a "department-wide reassessment of the entire program." Kroft specifically was referring to the Mexican border electronic fence -- the so-called "Southern Border Initiative," which uses cellular towers equipped with high-tech microwave, laser and video gear.
But to this reporter's ears, it sounds very much like Ms. Napolitano is now reassessing not only technological practicality, but the legality and morality of the government's secret nationwide cell tower- based domestic microwave/laser electromagnetic radiation attack system -- commissioned by the federal government apparently in response to the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
No government agency or official has stepped forward to refute or question this reporter's several articles exposing the domestic deployment of that weapon system, or its use against American citizens.
The 60 Minutes report focused on the alleged flaws of the electronic fence -- which utilizes cell towers whose microwave antenna arrays that closely resemble those that have been installed on cell towers in virtually every neighborhood and every county in America.
Kroft's report stated that the electronics on the towers are used for surveillance systems capable of pinpointing the location of would-be refugees attempting to cross the border. The report stated that the system uses "radar" and "video" to detect potential border-crossers.
What the report did not state is the apparent certainty that the "electronic fence" is a euphemism for a microwave/laser "directed energy" weapons system capable of delivering painful, debilitating, even fatal pulsed electromagnetic radiation blasts to human targets.
The "Southern Border Initiative" appears to be an extension of the same cell tower- based laser-guided microwave torture and impairment system being used to silently torture, impair and neurologically "entrain" thousands of Americans who are deemed "dissidents," "enemies of the state," or undesirables by a secret multi-agency "coordinated action program" directed by Homeland Security -- with the participation of military, security, law enforcement and intelligence agencies across the entire federal bureaucracy and the fifty states.
This apparent fact totally eluded the 60 Minutes producers and correspondent Kroft, who accepted the explanation that implementation of the Southern Border Initiative has been delayed by technical problems that now require the system to be redesigned. The report featured an extended interview with a Homeland Security official who used the broadcast to deliver a surprisingly candid admission that officials in charge of the electronic fence initiative had "over-promised."
The official also maintained that the original design used "off-the-shelf" electronics, and that now, the government realizes that the system requires more specialized equipment.
To this reporter, those statements sounded like the big lie.
So this reporter asks the question: Could it be that the system works EXACTLY as intended -- as potentially lethal, physiologically degrading microwave "ray gun" directed at human beings?
And another question, just as important: Did the architects of this heinous torture matrix hide from high officials of the Obama administration the true capabilities and intent of the system -- to deliver potentially lethal force to human targets?
Why would the Homeland Security official so openly and repeatedly state that the system has failed to live up to expectations? Why would he state that "off-the-shelf" equipment was used to built a highly sophisticated and classified weapons system that apparently is intended to do much more than surveillance?
Was the official actually delivering a carefully constructed cover story -- using 60 Minutes as an unknowing but willing foil?
It is this reporter's contention that 60 Minutes has been fooled before about the intended purpose of electromagnetic microwave and laser "directed energy systems." Last year's 60 Minutes report on a truck mounted "Active Denial System," a concentrated microwave beam supposedly designed to harmlessly repel rioters, downplayed the fact that such systems can deliver debilitating, dangerous and even fatal pulses of electromagnetic energy, depending on the so-called "amplitude" or strength of the microwave beam. That story was reported by Leslie Stahl, who, like Kroft, appears to have fallen for a government propaganda "psy op" (psychological operation).
The REAL story appears to be this:
A nationwide cell tower- based electromagnetic microwave and laser directed energy weapons system has been used for years to deliver silent, invisible, painful bursts of physically and neurologically debilitating microwave radiation to human targets -- and that the exposure of this heinous high-tech torture matrix has initiated a hasty but transparent COVER-UP that makes Watergate look like just another third-rate cat burglary.

I should add because they put their people as workers in highly visited businesses, they even put them in plant nurseries, where they coincidentally have access to unemployed Hispanics. What creativity, what energy . . poured down a black hole of evil.

MICROWAVE ATTACK REPORT -- Tues., March 16, 2010 @ 9:35 a.m.
The American fascist fusion center operatives apparently will not stand down. They continue to authorize the use of the U.S. government's secret microwave/laser cell tower- based weapon system to attack, impair and "slow kill" extrajudicially, unjustly targeted American citizens.
At precisely 9:35 a.m. this morning, I was again attacked with a sharp, piercing microwave burst to the forehead. These piercingly painful attacks constitute TORTURE. The microwave and other radio frequency irradiation, however, continues almost constantly, causing extreme fatigue and weakness -- even inducing a deep sleep state.
These operatives are PLAYING GOD WITH HUMAN BEINGS. They are not only torturing, they are ENSLAVING and DENYING FREE WILL -- the right to live free of external manipulation of an individual's physical and neurological functioning.
FEDERAL AND LOCAL AUTHORITIES KNOW OF THIS TORTURE, THIS RADIO FREQUENCY 'ENTRAINMENT' AND IMPAIRMENT. AND IT CONTINUES.

So desperate is this government to neutralize or eliminate this journalist that they apparently are resorting to the most heinous forms of character assassination.
Nothing in my articles concerns sex offenders or sexual abuse. No internet algorithm would direct advertising mentioning those topics to these pages.
Yet advertisements mentioning sexual abuse and sex offenders appear on the "members" page of my Nowpublic.com/scrivener site.
Let me state once again for the record my belief that the United States Secret Service may have "targeted" me, and my journalism, years ago, when I was a business/investigative reporter for major media outlets, reporting on subjects ranging from nuclear power to the assassination of John K. Kennedy.
It is a fact that this agency "profiles" mainstream media reporters, as does the U.S. Army and other federal agencies and commands.
But neutralizing a journalist isn't so easy. That is why I believe the U.S. government has engaged in a purposeful campaign of character assassination against this individual. I also believe that federal agents have slandered me to local law enforcement, and that this may explain why I have been so viciously targeted for local "community stalking" that includes surreptitious entry into my home and what appears to be poisoning of food, water and even our air supply.
This apparent slander campaign has harmed my ability to find gainful employment, and it apparently has damaged personal relationships with certain persons who are prone to accept whatever slanderous gossip they hear from persons in positions of authority.

I wish to file a defamation suit, primarily against the multi-agency federal-local "program" that has destroyed by career and my well-being. Like rat-bastards they are, my official tormentors apparently scurried back into their rat hole as the light was turned on.
They'll be back, though -- until the good people on the inside take decisive action against this fusion center American Gestapo network.

Yo Witness Destruction Club members --- each day I feel closer to that description. I don't know about how it's done -- these physical assaults through the walls, but it is. This has happened too often and like a lot of this sadistic stuff, in my case, tied to street theater outside my kitchen window or out my front door. It's no longer psych ops its psycho ops -- These assaults are severe human rights violations.
Normal Expectations -- my new phrase -- if its not a normal expectation -- it's abuse and not rule of law -- thus criminal activity. For me this abnormality is a norm in my life. Even with my padlock on my front door my home was entered. I had bought a carton of cigarettes and they were on my kitchen counter. The carton was sealed, I've had experiences with strange tastes and reactions -- probably a powder of some kind -- attached to cigarettes. This chemical presence is also in my car. Anyway, I left the house and when I returned the carton was open and one pack was put back the opposite way. Just enough to let the target know their human and civil rights had been violated once again. Sometime ago I was told there was a web cam pointed at my kitchen window. So who are the perv's? The fire whistle and sirens have been constant -- and accompany my activities and tantrums from this hideous rape -- again giving the impression of illegal surveillance - the 24/7 in the articles....both in my home and out on the street. "She's depressed she never leaves the house........ blah blah blah."
The "degrading themes" are part of the strategy -- I've been hit with a full array -- of "society sensitive" themes. I truly believe some entity was literally attempting to create a "hate crime" using minorities. First came sensitization - - attaching abusive behaviors and directed communications to what I've referred to as the puppets, generally "minorities" or "society sensitivities"! Like TI mentioned -- they are being exploited by the creators of this disgusting assault on the Rule of Law. A cellphone was also attached to much of the abusive behaviors. Thus, a cell phone is a negative attachment. Plus they are so common that it gives the perception of a greater presence than is actually true. The combinations of events and attachments have been manipulated in street theater. The other thing is the "directed communication" seek for sensitivities in the target that will also be exploited. The goal is to induce psychological dysfunction -- and eliminate pro active behavior. I've called it "torture paralysis" articles refer to it as "intrusive thoughts".
Keep in mind the goal of this activity is to hinder -- in my case, a whistle blower.
The idea is to identify the target as having emotional issues and/or as being a threat. Another smear presented in fore shadowing. The fact is this severe emotional torture is the psychological problem we are faced with each and every day. Normal expectations no longer exist.
Tonight I went to Radio Shack -- antenna fix. The sales person seemed "normal" -- ah ha -- she said it was easy to install. I chit chatted with her and another customer - who was with the vanishing club. The sales person, specifically stated, I wouldn't even need directions. Back out in the lot their are two silver Ford Pick ups. I'm one of those people who parks in "Canada" - one was parked behind me and one space to the left the other a couple of spaces away -- in Canada. Home - futzed with my antenna -- NO DIRECTIONS! What a surprise? There was eye contact between the sales person and another customer who had arrived before me. I think it was yesterday that I was searching antennas online. Nah, no one is monitoring my computer!@!!! I can go on and on with this infinite examples of similar types of experiences. Seemingly everyday occurrences --- N O T!

Thanks again for the name calling. Am I striking a nerve or are respect and manners qualities you were brought up without? Not once have I lowered the tone of conversation, remember that. It is possible to debate topics and resolve differences of opinion without lowering yourself, sir. In regards to the topic: They're doing it anyway, right Vic? You're being targeted already so running your own site where you control what ads are run, who can comment and who you can prevent would be in your hands. Of course once you get that kind of control you could conceivably become the thing you fear becoming most of all; a dictator who controls people's free speech. With that in mind I agree with you even if it is for different reasons. It's probably not the idea after all.

My many articles about U.S. government programs and policies that violate the human, civil and constitutional rights of Americans apparently have attracted a peculiar class of banner advertising that seems to be intended to intimidate the author, as well as the management of NowPublic.com.
Specifically, I refer to the advert featuring a stern-looking police officer, hawking "careers in homeland security." Nothing wrong with that... but the graphics, when taken in the context of my articles, can be viewed as nothing less than editorial intimidation, a means of delivering a not-so-veiled threat.
These ads only started to appear when the new ownership took control of NowPublic.com. I fear that the web site is becoming yet another tool of the American security state.
Authors once were promised a cut of the ad revenue. That never happened. Now ads are being used as a tool of intimidation.
My articles are among the best-read on this site. Please don't cause me to pull up stakes for a less intimidating platform for my reporting and my analysis.
I would like the management to specifically prohibit the placement on my pages of such bullying adverts.
If NowPublic cannot accommodate this request, I will seriously consider withdrawing from participation, in favor of a less menacing environment.
Perhaps that is the intent of the these ads in the first place. NowPublic editors, please don't be bought off and bullied by the forces behind programs that are turning America into a police state.
I would appreciate the courtesy of a reply in this space. Thank you.

MICROWAVE ATTACK REPORT -- Wed., March 17, 2010 @ 5 p.m.
They will NOT stand down. The microwave torturers employed, directed or enabled by agencies of the federal and local "fusion center" known as MAGLOCLEN again have "upped the amplitude" of the microwave/laser directed energy assaults that emanate from certain government-equipped cell towers across America.
I am listing PRECISE times of attack so that conscientious internal affairs and civil rights investigators can compare my accounts with the records and surveillance of operatives of the MAGLOCLEN fusion center -- the apparent "centcom" of a Mid-Atlantic states American Gestapo:
3:17 and 3:17 p.m. -- Sharp, piercing microwave assault to the right forehead.
3:37 p.m. -- Ongoing, continuous microwave and/or RF assault to the forehead, causing intense pain, numbness on my left side, all the way down my leg. The irradiation generates black "floater" spots that are visible and blur and obscure my field of vision.
4:58 to 5:02 p.m. (when I began to write this report) -- intense burning pain on the crown of my scalp and head, causing pain and disorientation.
5:09 p.m. (as I finished writing the paragraph below) -- intense, penetrating and disorienting continuous blasts to the head. My ears also are ringing, causing pain and dizziness. I am now reeling and must stop...
THESE ARE CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY, FELONIOUS ASSAULTS. If these operatives were using traditional guns and bullets, they would be immediately arrested and charged. Because the government has empowered them to employ a stealth technology, THEY ARE GETTING AWAY WITH TORTURE AND SLOW-KILL FELONIOUS ASSAULT AND HOMICIDE.
Those in positions of authority who know of these assaults and do nothing to stop these crimes are COMPLICIT AND EQUALLY GUILTY OF CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY.

In your haze, you missed a couple of things: directed energy weapons do not require large amounts of spectrum - quite the opposite! They work efficiently only as narrowband devices.
I love that "RF-guided microwave/laser weapon system". There are some scifi screenwriters out there who might like to meet you.
My company works on hundreds of cell towers. There ain't none of those things out there.

You are denying the existence of a weapon system that is operational nationwide and known to thousands, including local law enforcement. If you bothered to read the article, you would find links to a Raytheon patent that explains the system in some detail. Not too many members of the Flat Earth Society here.

And still the fusion center torturers use or authorize the use of the government's cell tower- based microwave/laser directed energy weapon system to attack, torture, and impair. At this moment, my skin is tingling and my head is spinning from a constant stream of microwave radiation -- lower in amplitude than the piercing attacks I have experienced multiple times each day up until today, but debilitating nonetheless. My eyes are stinging, full of "floaters." My night vision is shot. Headlights look yellow to me.
And still the fusion center monsters are allowed to administer their torturous attacks.
I have exposed their torture matrix, and the response is a little bit less torture. It's like being little bit less pregnant. These are WAR CRIMINALS. If they were using traditional guns and bullets, they would be arrested. But because their form of torture and impairment is electromagnetic and invisible, they are getting away with slow-kill murder.
Those officials who know of this heinous torture matrix and do nothing are COMPLICIT AND EQUALLY GUILTY of these crimes against humanity.

I just checked the link given (on MY connection, with I believe is under the control of U.S. government rogue operatives), and I come up with the story when I click on "More Reporting and Writing."
If you say you cannot access the link, it means one of three things:
1. My pages are being "spoofed" to make it look to me like they are posted on the net when they actually are not, and are only visible to me because I've been put in a "black hole" by a rogue government program.
2. You did not follow my instructions or made some other input error.
3. You a are lying government rogue operative doing a "psyche-out" op on me.
I'm not sure which it is. If this rogue operation is making it look like my stories are duly posted on Poytner.org when they are not, it is more evidence of the unconstitutionality and illegality of this rogue program.

I had to make an account to read the article but after having seen the triangular antenna array you describe it is commonplace over all of the United States and is used to lower both the rf output and the cost of antenna arrays. they work just as efficiently as square arrays. There are no Delta T antennas there, and they all appear to be standard cell phone tower transmitter receivers. The extra arrays are different service providers renting space on the same tower. This, also, is common place especially in metropolitan areas. You can google image search cell tower and see the same triangular design on all of the towers on the first page. It's only disinformation if you can prove it isn't true, Vic. I could call your opinion propaganda but it's not going to do my credibility any good to do so even if it is true. All I can do is take the information you provide and look at it scientifically. Nothing you have provided so far regarding cell phone towers can be proven through the scientific method and could be considered disinformation also. This means one of two things: Either the science involved is beyond what the world currently understands or you are mistaken about the source of the debilitating headaches you suffer from. Personally I hope you're correct, because I'll make a fortune delivering the news in a believable manner whilst simultaneously helping thousands, potentially millions of people. Can you prove me wrong or will you just brand me with the black hat again? I can't make you talk to the engineers you know who know what I know (that's a lot of knowing right there) nor can I make you see a doctor or make you read information on causes of tiredness and headaches. I can only offer the same thing you provide; unsolicited advice. Everything I have said is verifiable through independent sources not linked to our governments. Whether you choose to do your job as an investigative journalist and investigate the information provided to prove my information is a psy-op is up to you. What you said about "ethnic warfare" rings true in my situation where "society sensitives" were used as pervs delivering abuse. I have felt that the only course this can take is creating further chaos within an already hard hit America. The uprising of extremist groups and their many flags. Again, who will benefit by a divided America? The other possibility to the use of "society sensitives" it blocks the general redress via advocacy groups that are focused on Constitutional Rights, Human Rights, Civil Rights, etc. This foreshadowing was something I experienced on multiple occasions.
The smear campaign (or perhaps diverted phone calls to present that perception) are part of this assault as is the foreshadowing of targets. I truly believe many of the pervs are simply recruited on the basis of "THE LIE". I also believe that most Americans will not participate given a full understanding of the strategy, its purpose and it's consequence to our country and the individuals targeted. This can literally happen to anyone. No one is exempt.
I even saw a Walmart trucker participate this week. The network is apparently huge -- how it is initiated and accountability are key factors in it's correction. Part of my situation also appears to include "community groups". This is also indicated in much of the information being presented. One person apparently had a statute of Buddha visible and after a visit from a member of the community started being harassed. So many factors when we are generally looking for a common denominator to the total situation, that doesn't appear to exist, except perhaps with whistle blowers and documented cases concerning corporations.
