The last words spoken by Steve Kroft of 60 Minutes in his Jan. 10th report about the status of the so-called "electronic fence" along the Southern border with Mexico may have sounded the death knell for a covert nationwide cell tower-based microwave/laser "directed energy" weapon system that has been used to physically torture and impair many thousands of unjustly "targeted" Americans -- including this reporter.

Kroft said that Janet Napolitano, secretary of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, has ordered a "department-wide reassessment of the entire program." Kroft specifically was referring to the Mexican border electronic fence -- the so-called "Southern Border Initiative," which uses cellular towers equipped with high-tech microwave, laser and video gear.
But to this reporter's ears, it sounds very much like Ms. Napolitano is now reassessing not only technological practicality, but the legality and morality of the government's secret nationwide cell tower- based domestic microwave/laser electromagnetic radiation attack system -- commissioned by the federal government apparently in response to the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
No government agency or official has stepped forward to refute or question this reporter's several articles exposing the domestic deployment of that weapon system, or its use against American citizens.
The 60 Minutes report focused on the alleged flaws of the electronic fence -- which utilizes cell towers whose microwave antenna arrays that closely resemble those that have been installed on cell towers in virtually every neighborhood and every county in America.
Kroft's report stated that the electronics on the towers are used for surveillance systems capable of pinpointing the location of would-be refugees attempting to cross the border. The report stated that the system uses "radar" and "video" to detect potential border-crossers.
What the report did not state is the apparent certainty that the "electronic fence" is a euphemism for a microwave/laser "directed energy" weapons system capable of delivering painful, debilitating, even fatal pulsed electromagnetic radiation blasts to human targets.
The "Southern Border Initiative" appears to be an extension of the same cell tower- based laser-guided microwave torture and impairment system being used to silently torture, impair and neurologically "entrain" thousands of Americans who are deemed "dissidents," "enemies of the state," or undesirables by a secret multi-agency "coordinated action program" directed by Homeland Security -- with the participation of military, security, law enforcement and intelligence agencies across the entire federal bureaucracy and the fifty states.
This apparent fact totally eluded the 60 Minutes producers and correspondent Kroft, who accepted the explanation that implementation of the Southern Border Initiative has been delayed by technical problems that now require the system to be redesigned. The report featured an extended interview with a Homeland Security official who used the broadcast to deliver a surprisingly candid admission that officials in charge of the electronic fence initiative had "over-promised."
The official also maintained that the original design used "off-the-shelf" electronics, and that now, the government realizes that the system requires more specialized equipment.
To this reporter, those statements sounded like the big lie.
So this reporter asks the question: Could it be that the system works EXACTLY as intended -- as potentially lethal, physiologically degrading microwave "ray gun" directed at human beings?
And another question, just as important: Did the architects of this heinous torture matrix hide from high officials of the Obama administration the true capabilities and intent of the system -- to deliver potentially lethal force to human targets?
Why would the Homeland Security official so openly and repeatedly state that the system has failed to live up to expectations? Why would he state that "off-the-shelf" equipment was used to built a highly sophisticated and classified weapons system that apparently is intended to do much more than surveillance?
Was the official actually delivering a carefully constructed cover story -- using 60 Minutes as an unknowing but willing foil?
It is this reporter's contention that 60 Minutes has been fooled before about the intended purpose of electromagnetic microwave and laser "directed energy systems." Last year's 60 Minutes report on a truck mounted "Active Denial System," a concentrated microwave beam supposedly designed to harmlessly repel rioters, downplayed the fact that such systems can deliver debilitating, dangerous and even fatal pulses of electromagnetic energy, depending on the so-called "amplitude" or strength of the microwave beam. That story was reported by Leslie Stahl, who, like Kroft, appears to have fallen for a government propaganda "psy op" (psychological operation).
The REAL story appears to be this:
A nationwide cell tower- based electromagnetic microwave and laser directed energy weapons system has been used for years to deliver silent, invisible, painful bursts of physically and neurologically debilitating microwave radiation to human targets -- and that the exposure of this heinous high-tech torture matrix has initiated a hasty but transparent COVER-UP that makes Watergate look like just another third-rate cat burglary.

After a week or more of nearly dominant activity on these pages, the disinformation agents appear to be back in force -- smearing and assassinating my character and reputation with their bankrupt psy op claims that my first-hand reports of microwave torture are false.
Let me put these rogue operatives on record: You are LIBELING ME, further damaging me and my family, and I will avail myself of every avenue of redress.

The Perp Bosses rent or purchase homes surrounding the target (with the deep pockets of the US black budget). They stock these homes/rentals with their gangstalkers, their rent-a-dogs (dogs which they pass around to each other and use as cues to make the victim aware that he/she is being stalked. They even use their children to harass the victims (similar to the way Muslims use their women and children as suicide bombers in the Mideast). Aftger they're all installed in the rental houses or apartments completely surrounding the victim, more aggressive harassment starts. In the summer, they pollute the outside with noise -- continuous building projects -- fences are sanded with whining saws; trees are buzzed; heavy equipment trucks race up and down the street. The real owners of these rented houses are delighted, because they receive top dollar in rents from Uncle Sam. The real owners' homes are re-landscaped; their fences are painted; they get new roofs -- which take maximum time to do and always with the whiniest saws. The refurbishing of the properties functions as "keep-your-mouth-shut" bribes. Gangstalkers themselves are recruited primarily from among recent immigrants, but State Dept and Pentagon employees are happy to play, too. Military retirees and their relatives eagerly take up these jobs to supplement their pensions. Local police are only too eager to jump on the gravy train of subsidized rents and cash for delivering pain to another human being. It has often been said that most people's consciences are made of stone; they are quite willing to hurt someone else quite a bit for even a paltry gain to themselves. It's true. I see it in action every day.

Apples and oranges. The Raytheon patent link I provided (the second link provided) includes links to patent graphics which depict antenna arrays IDENTICAL to those seen in every neighborhood and along every highway in America. The patent was granted in 2005, and reflects current operational microwave/laser directed energy weapon technology.
As for your video, that's also irrelevant to this system. Your point eludes me.
Do you also go by the handle, "batvette?" My god, who is minding the store?

Now I am being blocked from access to "phillyburbs.com," the portal for the Bucks County Courier Times newspaper.
Does that tell me something about the forces behind the extrajudicial campaign of domestic terrorism and personal and career destruction that has been aimed against me for SIX years?
I think so. My tormentors seem to fear most my attempted postings and comments to the Courier-Times and Philadelphia Inquirer web sites.
That seems to indicate that the worst constitutional and human rights offenses against me, as directed by this rogue fusion center operation, are in response to commands from officials, perhaps both federal and local, based in this immediate region.
Good people on the inside, DO YOUR DUTY. Take down this extrajudicial, criminal persecution matrix NOW.
MAKE AN EXAMPLE OF BUCKS COUNTY, PA -- where the rule of law has broken down, and police-protected goon squads have taken over the streets to terrorize the innocent and the ideologically (and ethnically?) persecuted...
...where a citizen gets assaulted, unjustifiably restrained and incarcerated by a local police force, denied the right to even make a phone call to an attorney or his wife, not read his Miranda rights, and the District Attorney's office refuses to act on a complaint of police brutality and misconduct delivered personally to a high official of that office.

And when any such proposed legislation specifically exempts community "watch" or "anti-terrorism" groups sponsored by government agencies, religious organizations and/or law enforcement, what then?
Or are we to believe that such groups are not a convenient "front" for community-based domestic terrorism campaigns that obtain "targeting" data from law enforcement and/or security agencies, entities that may have a hidden ideological or social agenda -- such as repression of political opposition, racial/ethnic/religious based prejudice, or eugenics (read: racial/ethnic superiority)?

On page 10 you will see the delivery system is, as I have stated before several times, not a non-driectional antenna array which is the triangualr set up on most every cell phone tower, but rather a directional parabolic dish. The Politico.com blog comments section says my comment was successfully received (about 11:30 p.m., 3/20/10). But unlike other comments, it is not instantly posted. And sometimes, my comments fail to get posted at all, or are taken down not long after being posted. The vanishing act typically occurs after assorted trolls (government operatives?) spam the blog with often inane space-fillers intended to pollute the political discourse.
This has been going on for years. I have written and published many articles about the U.S. government's pervasive but covert censorship campaigns, apparently based out of the 70-some Homeland Security- administered "fusion centers" around the country.
When will constitutional rights again be respected in America? When will this MAGLOCLEN fusion center -- which covers many mid-Atlantic states from its Bucks County, PA headquarters -- be dismantled as a rogue criminal operation, and its management and operatives arrested and charged with multiple color of law, constitutional and human and civil rights violations.
When will the rule of law be restored and power taken away from this federal-local-corporate Gestapo organization?

Good point, Vic. You are right -- legislators would most likely (being clueless about the gangstalking epidemic) seek to exempt the community watch programs from being subjected to laws aimed at criminalizing gangstalking. Local police have funneled many of these citizen associations into participating in this vigilanti-ism. Local police are providing protection to the stalking groups who are paid to rent houses and ride vehicles that surround and swarm victims; victims know that it is useless to appeal to local, state or federal police for protection.

A reason that these gangstalker groups are difficult to pin down is that their Perp Bosses switch them out regularly from one neighborhood to another -- from one victim to another. The Perp Bosses also regularly swap out the gangstalkers' stalking vehicles as well. Nevertheless, some of the stalkers are long-term local residents who own their own homes and are genuine community members. These "owners" can be held to account; these "owners" can be queried by a task force of DOJ lawyers about the stalking and provide info on the chain of command.

Problem is -- DOJ needs to be purged of those in its ranks who devised the "legal" cover for these activities. Is Bush-Cheney hold-over David Kris -- now being considered for the post of deputy attorney general by the naive and possibly entrained Obama administration -- among them?
This reporter is literally being held hostage in his home to police-protected, federal- and local government-protected community goons who vandalize, terrorize, enter my home when I am "put under" by radio frequencies, and counterfeit my bills and financial statements to slowly impoverish me (and how large a cut is there for them, local government officials, and their other official protectors?)
Homeland Sec. Janet Napolitano had it right in June 2009 when she said that right-wing extremist groups posed a serious internal threat.
Has she figured out that these groups are being used by secretive elements in HER department to conduct what amounts to a literal American GENOCIDE?
Even food and water -- and inside air -- of "targets" are poisoned and polluted. Will locals investigate? No. Will any lab samples be corrupted, or the result forged, should some conscientious official try to investigate? I believe so.

The lawyers who identified the legal loopholes that permit stalkers to subtley harass their victims; the psychologists who planned the myriad ways of stressing the emotions of victims -- are violating the ethics of their professions. Lawyers should uphold the law, not find ways to violate its intent. Psychologists should heal people, not harm them. These Stalker-Ennablers are no different than the doctors who used their skills to experiment on victims in Nazi concentration camps in WWII. And these American Nazis should undergo Nuremburg-style trials. They should be sent to jail and disbarred from their professions.

I question the presumption that their "legal loopholes" make these acts legal, just as their interpretation of "enhanced interrogation techniques" did not redefine or legalize torture, under international law or U.S. law.

REFRIGERANT DEPLETED FROM MY WIFE'S CAR BEFORE SCHEDULED SERVICE APPOINTMENT AT BUCKS COUNTY DEALERSHIP: COINCIDENCE?
The malicious vandalism and domestic terrorism committing against me and my family continue -- and NO BUCKS COUNTY OR FEDERAL LAW ENFORCEMENT ENTITY WILL INVESTIGATE, JUST AS NO AUTHORITY WILL INVESTIGATE MY ASSAULT AND FALSE IMPRISONMENT BY FALLS TOWNSHIP POLICE LAST JUNE.
When I discovered the A/C wasn't working, I took the car to a service garage that we don't normally use. The technician checked the refrigerant level and reported that the system was "bone dry," totally depleted.
Based on my experiences over the past six years, I believe that police-protected community stalker goons may have connections to staff at local car dealerships and repair shops, and, under orders that may be issued by "team leaders" reporting to the MAGLOGLEN fusion center, purposely commit sabotage, endangering so-called "targets" and inflating their repair bills.
I fear that safety systems in our vehicle purposely have been compromised by such domestic terrorism. In the past, we have suffered an inordinate number of acts of suspected vehicle vandalism, from punctured tires to the removal of the surface finish of a previously owned vehicle. This obvious vandalism happened in 2004. I reported it in a phone call to Lower Makefield police. The complaint was dismissed out of hand. Perhaps the phone call was intercepted, and I was actually talking to fusion center operatives, and not to my local police department.
Because no authorities will investigate, victims have no way of confirming their suspicions.
I proposed to a high official of the Bucks County District Attorney's Office over a year ago that the county launch an investigation of community-based terroristic harassment, vandalism and stalking of extrajudicially targeted citizens. I offered my assistance, both as a victim and a journalist. In April 2009, I conveyed specific information to my local police chief that I believe could be used to "flip" some of my close-by neighbors whom I have reason to believe have direct information about persons who have committed acts of home intrusion, vandalism and stalking against our household.
My police chief indicated to me his awareness of such acts against me. He seemed empathetic. I left a personal meeting with the impression that he would launch an investigation. Recently, I attempted to again contact him to request a follow-up meeting. I left a voicemail message. I have received no response.
BUCKS COUNTY AUTHORITIES, IT APPEARS, REFUSE TO INVESTIGATE COMPLAINTS OF COMMUNITY-BASED TERRORISTIC ACTS AGAINST THIS CITIZEN.
If a fairly well-known journalist cannot get the local justice system to investigate such complaints, how many less vocal residents are being silently victimized each day in Bucks County, PA -- and elsewhere across the USA?
I believe the presence of the MAGLOCLEN mid-Atlantic fusion center, under the de facto administration of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, has given local law enforcement the impression that they must maintain "hands off" when an unconstitutionally, unjustly "targeted individual" makes a complaint of injustice -- or perhaps, local law enforcement personnel knowingly covers up, or even participates in, this domestic terrorism.

MY CALLS TO THE DELAWARE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE RING UNANSWERED.
I am attempting to follow up on a conversation last week with a top Delaware law enforcement official concerning the circumstances of my mother's recent death at a Delaware nursing home.
The call to an official state telephone number -- double-checked to make sure it was dialed correctly -- rings unanswered.
I believe operatives at the MAGLOCLEN fusion center in Newtown, PA -- or perhaps other rogue agents and operatives conducting a witch-hunt -- are purposely and maliciously intercepting my telecommunications in an effort to silence me and cover up what I believe are acts of community-based domestic terrorism, financial sabotage, and silent assault of citizens with a U.S. government microwave/laser directed energy weapon system.
Each time I suspect my civil, human and constitutional rights are violated by this criminal apparatus masquerading as a law enforcement agency, I will do everything in my power to alert the good people on the inside...
...whom I have good reason to believe are monitoring my telecommunications and even covert in-home surveillance of my premises and vehicle, in real-time.
Maybe this unconstitutional surveillance will result in some good. Wouldn't such turnabout be fair play...

MICROWAVE ATTACK REPORT -- Mon., Mar. 22, 2010 @ 3:54 p.m.
My government torturer operatives have been irradiating me all day with low level amplitude, causing fatigue, inducing me to nod off into a deep sleep, and then, when I awoke, a feeling of malaise and constant headache.
Then, about 3:54 p.m., the crown of my head began to burn, as if on fire, and that paralzying head in a vise feeling has overcome me. Numbness extends down my left leg. Obviously, the cell tower- based microwave torture and impairment system remains under their domain, and any efforts by hgiher-up to stop this torture and impairmenet HAVE FAILED.
HOW MUCH LONGER WILL THE GOOD PEOPLE INSIDE GOVERNMENT, FEDERAL AND LOCAL, ALLOW THESE OPERATIVES TO ATTACK, TORTURE, IMPAIR AND SLOW-KILL THIS AMERICAN CITIZEN -- AND, IN ALL LIKELIHOOD, THOUSANDS OF OTHERS?

Most of my regular "perps" are Hispanics, but their team leader is a Caucasian husband-wife team. They coordinate my daily harassment and vehicle surveillance. The Caucasians are a cop and an attorney! So much for due process. The couple have solicited some of their friends to occupy nearby rental homes. They are busy-bees, running into several of their friends' homes during the day (caught on videotape). Why are federal agencies using Gestapo tactics by infiltrating county and state police departments and prosecutor offices? Why are local cops cooperating with federal agencies that are hellbent on creating a centralized police state? Why do their coworkers turn a blind eye to the cops' and attorneys' extrajudicial vigilante activities? Has the FBI or DHS decided to become a Gestapo in charge of police activity nationwide? The US is becoming a Fascist state; we need less centralization . . . especially of police and military firepower.

"Is becoming?" Or "has become?" Not only suspected infiltration of police -- my personal reporting and observations lead me to suspect that the Kutz nursing home in Wilmington, DE has been infiltrated -- top to bottom -- by a branch of "the program" that administers "eugenics." Albuterol nebulizer, applied with a nose and mouth gas mask, appears like it could be the "Xyklon B" of a death machine, hiding in plain sight.
I have reported my suspicions to civilian Delaware law enforcement. Now, I cannot get through to the state attorney general's office. The line rings and rings, unanswered. Not even the charade of a voicemail message.
Since the "M.O." of this "program" appears to be standardized nationwide, I would theorize that albuterol nebulizer is being administered to frail old Jews (and maybe other ethnic groups) nationwide. And I suspect that minority nurses and aides who appear to be affiliated with an outside group, perhaps a fundamentalist religious sect, are used as the facilitators of this death machine.
Why have I observed U.S. Army and NSA parking stickers on vehicles at certain facilities I have frequented? Why did a group of young men, driving in a car with an NSA parking sticker, confront me a year or so ago in a Wal-Mart parking lot?
Why, in the year or two before her death, did my mother verbally express phrases that I know, as her son, were never spoken by her before in my presence? Was she the subject of microwave "voice to skull" experimentation -- the external injection of foreign thoughts into a subject's brain via microwave? This science is proven. I believe it was used on me in the period before I went to the FBI to plead for assistance.
My personal investigation tells me that conscientious authorities MUST immediately launch an investigation into suspected GENOCIDE IN AMERICA. This goes FAR BEYOND any one facility. I perceive a pattern here.
Am I the man that knows too much -- or suspects too much that may be true?
