The last words spoken by Steve Kroft of 60 Minutes in his Jan. 10th report about the status of the so-called "electronic fence" along the Southern border with Mexico may have sounded the death knell for a covert nationwide cell tower-based microwave/laser "directed energy" weapon system that has been used to physically torture and impair many thousands of unjustly "targeted" Americans -- including this reporter.

Kroft said that Janet Napolitano, secretary of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, has ordered a "department-wide reassessment of the entire program." Kroft specifically was referring to the Mexican border electronic fence -- the so-called "Southern Border Initiative," which uses cellular towers equipped with high-tech microwave, laser and video gear.
But to this reporter's ears, it sounds very much like Ms. Napolitano is now reassessing not only technological practicality, but the legality and morality of the government's secret nationwide cell tower- based domestic microwave/laser electromagnetic radiation attack system -- commissioned by the federal government apparently in response to the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
No government agency or official has stepped forward to refute or question this reporter's several articles exposing the domestic deployment of that weapon system, or its use against American citizens.
The 60 Minutes report focused on the alleged flaws of the electronic fence -- which utilizes cell towers whose microwave antenna arrays that closely resemble those that have been installed on cell towers in virtually every neighborhood and every county in America.
Kroft's report stated that the electronics on the towers are used for surveillance systems capable of pinpointing the location of would-be refugees attempting to cross the border. The report stated that the system uses "radar" and "video" to detect potential border-crossers.
What the report did not state is the apparent certainty that the "electronic fence" is a euphemism for a microwave/laser "directed energy" weapons system capable of delivering painful, debilitating, even fatal pulsed electromagnetic radiation blasts to human targets.
The "Southern Border Initiative" appears to be an extension of the same cell tower- based laser-guided microwave torture and impairment system being used to silently torture, impair and neurologically "entrain" thousands of Americans who are deemed "dissidents," "enemies of the state," or undesirables by a secret multi-agency "coordinated action program" directed by Homeland Security -- with the participation of military, security, law enforcement and intelligence agencies across the entire federal bureaucracy and the fifty states.
This apparent fact totally eluded the 60 Minutes producers and correspondent Kroft, who accepted the explanation that implementation of the Southern Border Initiative has been delayed by technical problems that now require the system to be redesigned. The report featured an extended interview with a Homeland Security official who used the broadcast to deliver a surprisingly candid admission that officials in charge of the electronic fence initiative had "over-promised."
The official also maintained that the original design used "off-the-shelf" electronics, and that now, the government realizes that the system requires more specialized equipment.
To this reporter, those statements sounded like the big lie.
So this reporter asks the question: Could it be that the system works EXACTLY as intended -- as potentially lethal, physiologically degrading microwave "ray gun" directed at human beings?
And another question, just as important: Did the architects of this heinous torture matrix hide from high officials of the Obama administration the true capabilities and intent of the system -- to deliver potentially lethal force to human targets?
Why would the Homeland Security official so openly and repeatedly state that the system has failed to live up to expectations? Why would he state that "off-the-shelf" equipment was used to built a highly sophisticated and classified weapons system that apparently is intended to do much more than surveillance?
Was the official actually delivering a carefully constructed cover story -- using 60 Minutes as an unknowing but willing foil?
It is this reporter's contention that 60 Minutes has been fooled before about the intended purpose of electromagnetic microwave and laser "directed energy systems." Last year's 60 Minutes report on a truck mounted "Active Denial System," a concentrated microwave beam supposedly designed to harmlessly repel rioters, downplayed the fact that such systems can deliver debilitating, dangerous and even fatal pulses of electromagnetic energy, depending on the so-called "amplitude" or strength of the microwave beam. That story was reported by Leslie Stahl, who, like Kroft, appears to have fallen for a government propaganda "psy op" (psychological operation).
The REAL story appears to be this:
A nationwide cell tower- based electromagnetic microwave and laser directed energy weapons system has been used for years to deliver silent, invisible, painful bursts of physically and neurologically debilitating microwave radiation to human targets -- and that the exposure of this heinous high-tech torture matrix has initiated a hasty but transparent COVER-UP that makes Watergate look like just another third-rate cat burglary.

How does one "facilitate" being arrested or prosecuted for violation of laws that do not exist, never did, and knowledge of which should be on the first week's curriculum of journalism 101 of a god damn strip mall fly by night degree you get from mailing a post card to Sally Struthers to receive?
Why did you post this misinformation and insist it was true? It's not merely a fact in a story you're reporting, it is the basis of your own profession. I assert this is just more evidence you are here to intentionally parody TI's and destroy any hope of action to stop all of this. The U.S. government's microwave/laser radio frequency "torture tower" network is a proprietary government weapon system that may, in some cases, share towers with consumer cellular; but in many, if not most instances, the system transmitting antennae appear to be mounted on their own proprietary towers.
The weapon system triangulates the target with a multiplexed signal using a phased array antenna configuration. That's why you see so many towers clustered so close together in a small geographic area. The antennae work in pairs, perhaps even in other multiples to create an even more powerful weapon "grid."
It can target thousands of human targets simultaneously via RF radio frequency just as thousands of cellular phone customers can talk off a single cell;
3D infrared laser targeting beacon devices and cell phones appear to be involved in the targeting, on the target's (the victim's) end;
Once the target is engaged via a form of constantly transmitted microwave radar, an "energy dump" of intense, amped up pulsed microwave energy impacts the target at the speed of light.

This is scalar wave microwave/laser/RF directed energy technology, not well known or much understood by members of the general public.
But it's too well known for the government to claim that such a technology does not exist -- which is why the government's psy(chological) op(eration) of denial is such a farce.

The Perps aim to create a hostile environment by delivering constant harassment in multiple forms to the victims. There are hundreds of techniques -- having the neighbors be hostile; sending hostile people against the TI while the latter are doing normal errands, such as going to the post office and shopping. Using the "signals" of cellphones and dogs and certain colors, etc. And here's another nasty trick. The Government Torturers lay a trap to cause a TI to fail to make payments on his house, thereby losing it to his lender. The Perps arrange for the mortgage lender to "make a small mistake" in the paperwork -- the mistake is that the monthly payment is miscalculated (deliberately) to be a couple hundred dollars short of what is due -- not enough for the TI to suspect anything is wrong. Then after one or two years of "underpayments," the mortgage lender "discovers" that there has been an error -- and demands a lump payment immediately from the borrower to cover the shortfall. Some TIs cannot come up with this lump sum of between $3,000 and $5,000 -- and lose their house. This is an old, old Cointelpro technique,which was used on Carl Bernstein's father. Carl Bernstein's father could not come up with the lump sum and lost his house. (See Bernstein's book, "Loyalties.")

Follow the money. Blackwater’s murders are the tip of the iceberg. The US Gov has outsourced most of what used to be US army functions. Ex-US Gov employees with secret clearances leave government service or retire from government service to take jobs with private security firms or defense contractors, who pay the retirees high salaries to run their “black” programs. Earning this second paycheck is called "double-dipping." While they are in government, they invent dozens of evil, unnecessary programs like Cointelpro and the Gangstalker-Torture Matrix; then they retire and get rehired to run these scofflaw programs.

Follow the money. The US Military has begun outsourcing most of its former functions. This spells big bucks for "defense" contractors. These contractors hire, for the most part, retired military and intel employees -- for their clearances. While the Double-Dippers are in government, they invent lots of worthless, evil programs like the Gangstalking Torture Matrix, so that when they retire, they can be hired by the defense contractors to run these same programs. Now they earn twice what they used to earn in government. They get their retirement pension and a salary from a defense contractor. Follow the money.

Bob Woodward was in naval intelligence before he joined the Wash Post; he was part of Operation Mockingbird, as was Ben Bradlee. Carl Bernstein was not part of Operation Mockingbird. Woodward and Bradley bamboozled Carl Bernstein. (See Katharine the Great by Deborah Davis for details on Operation Mockingbird and the Wash Post.) The media -- both sides of the street -- has been "owned" by the elites for decades.

Thanks. Having just read the Wikipedia entry on Project Mockingbird, I have become more convinced than ever that my years as an aggressive, skeptical and pretty much fearless mainstream media journalist, working both print and broadcast, earned me a high position on a targeting list.
I suspect it was the Secret Service, since I asked some tough questions about subjects that may have touched upon their "interests." But it just as easily could have been the U.S. Army, NSA, CIA... maybe even the Department of Energy, who knows, since I did many stories about nuclear waste.
And I did report to the FBI, in the days after 9/11, some strange and interesting things I saw while vacationing in Shenandoah National Park on Sunday, Sept. 9th, 2001. And I tried to research 9/11 on the internet; I wonder if visiting a variety of web sites put me in the cross-hairs of G-men witch-hunters?
Somewhere in some government file, the truth behind my targeting resides. In the meantime, I remain slandered, targeted, physically attacked virtually every day for the past six years (and now, into year seven), and professionally ruined and personally damaged.
The microwave attacks were so severe yesterday afternoon that my neurological functioning was impaired for many hours and the pain persisted until this morning. I expect the attacks to resume, since it is clear that the government operatives authorized to attack, torture, impair and slow-kill have NOT been brought to justice, or in any way curbed or restrained.
Good people on the inside -- including the locals who are supposed to PROTECT and serve: This could happen to YOU, or to a close relative. I bet it already has in many cases, and you may not even know it.
So how about shedding your own fear and your own selfish interests -- step up and SAVE AMERICA! Don't do it for me; do it for your own sense of duty, honor and country.
Locals, get on the phone to the MAGLOCLEN fusion center and tell them to STOP authorizing the assault, torture, impairment and slow-kill homicide of this unjustly and unjustifiably targeted citizen -- and authorizing the surreptitious entry and vandalism of my home and constant, 24/7 "community stalking" domestic terrorism against me and my family. If you are aware and do nothing, YOU ARE COMPLICIT.

Another trick of the torture matrix is passing dogs around to each other; therefore, these poor dogs do not have a constant owner. (Dogs are one of the "anchoring" devices that alert TIs to the presence of the stalkers.) The Government-paid or sponsored Gangstalkers leave the dogs in their houses, when the stalkers go to their day jobs (wehn they have day jobs in addition to their stalking jobs). The dogs bay or bark out of anxiety all day long. It's a wonder that PETA doesn't get word of this and picket the homes of the stalkers for this type of animal abuse. On my street there are the usual complement of gangstalkers -- half of them have dogs (or borrow the dogs from their fellow stalkers). Worse than the stalking is the realization that this is what America has sunk to. I often wonder whether the Dark Side of other countries -- since thugs are running all countries everywhere -- bothers with this type dog crap.

If Hollywood were less concerned with glamorizing Jack Bauer, at least the "outer circles" of this Hell, populated by these numerous and growing numbers of vigilantes, would be diminished. This matrix not only kills individuals with its weapons but also corrupts the whole nation by officially legitimizing vigilante-ism. I take your point; the weapons systems are the worst part -- a silent assassination grid -- the real evil that all the "outer circles of hell with their petty demons" are designed to hide but, in fact, have called attention to the inner circle of assassination weapons.

I'm not sure that another "Enemy of the State" movie could ever be made. With today's overpowering, overwhelming, Uber-Surveillance State (USS), the 1998 movie is, in the current day perspective, technologically laughable. Any movie done today would go too far to expose certain types of things (that with only a little imagination, are believable) - to the general public in a way as to expose what is really happening off-screen and on the street. Another big difference today is the level of the stranglehold that the system has on Hollywood (because people like Russo out of play).

In fact, even television (I quit watching it, but doubt it's changed) does a great deal to censor any would-be thought-provoking narrative about current day technologies and how they are continually used against the citizenry. The directors repeatedly play the sight-bite episodes displaying the uber-forensic guys as they eek DNA evidence out of a smudge of vanilla ice cream visible only with a portable electron microscope, but almost nothing indicative of the obscene level of the spycraft surveillance of innocent citizens that is actually happening now on the street. It's downright ridiculous that our people, in general, (even the masses of those who, with silly grins and giggles, watch with their dilated pupils - entranced but unthinking) can not see the ludicrous "double think" or "quadruple think" that is necessary to believe any of it. The neighborhood firefighter has equipment providing a higher level of detail than what is depicted on TV. I'll never buy another one.

I thought I posted a comment to an article on washingtonpost.com concerning violence against members of Congress who voted for health care reform.
The comment appeared to post. However, the "task bar" in my browser churned with strange "URLs," such as "media3.washingtonpost.com" and "media10.washingtonpost.com."
Then, when I checked later, I could not find my comment posted -- nor did the pages of comments "refresh." Each time I tried to navigate to an earlier page of comments, the same set of comments remained displayed on my screen. I could not access any other comments but that single page.
It appears that U.S. government operatives routinely are using faked web site pages to deceive "targeted" citizens into thinking that their political comments to internet political blogs and articles have been posted -- when, in reality, the U.S. government is CENSORING their political speech -- just as China censors its citizens.
My conclusion: a multi-agency cabal, representing multiple U.S. security, military, intelligence and law enforcement agencies, is disrespecting the chain of command and the Constitution, and committing color of law violations and crimes against the Constitution as a matter of routine.
Readers: Please forward this posting to Obama administration officials, who appear to be naive, misinformed, or both.

It appears that U.S. government operatives routinely are using faked web site pages to deceive "targeted" citizens into thinking that their political comments to internet political blogs and articles have been posted -- when, in reality, the U.S. government is CENSORING their political speech -- just as China censors its citizens.
My conclusion: a multi-agency cabal, representing multiple U.S. security, military, intelligence and law enforcement agencies, is disrespecting the chain of command and the Constitution, and committing color of law violations and crimes against the Constitution as a matter of routine.
Readers: Please forward this posting to Obama administration officials, who appear to be naive, misinformed, or both -- and apparently DO NOT HAVE A HANDLE ON A ROGUE BUREAUCRACY.

It is several hours later. I tried to post a different comment to the same washingtonpost.com article about violence against pro-reform congresspeople.
Now I get on-on screen message that says for "quality" reasons, my comment was not accepted because I posted another comment "within the past three minutes."
Problem is -- THAT IS AN ABSOLUTE LIE. I did NOT post another comment since the original comment, hours ago.
U.S. GOVERNMENT CENSORS DON'T JUST UNCONSTITUTIONALLY CENSOR THE INTERNET -- THEY COMMIT FRAUD WHEN THEY LIE ABOUT IT!
Who are the officials who countenance these unconstitutional, color of law violations on the part of a government "program?" THEY SHOULD GO TO JAIL.

The Federal Perps and their local and state handmaidens don't think they're censoring political speech; they think they're sequestering and neutralizing evildoers. They have no idea that they're spreading a vigilante cancer that is destroying the republic.
