The last words spoken by Steve Kroft of 60 Minutes in his Jan. 10th report about the status of the so-called "electronic fence" along the Southern border with Mexico may have sounded the death knell for a covert nationwide cell tower-based microwave/laser "directed energy" weapon system that has been used to physically torture and impair many thousands of unjustly "targeted" Americans -- including this reporter.

Kroft said that Janet Napolitano, secretary of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, has ordered a "department-wide reassessment of the entire program." Kroft specifically was referring to the Mexican border electronic fence -- the so-called "Southern Border Initiative," which uses cellular towers equipped with high-tech microwave, laser and video gear.

But to this reporter's ears, it sounds very much like Ms. Napolitano is now reassessing not only technological practicality, but the legality and morality of the government's secret nationwide cell tower- based domestic microwave/laser electromagnetic radiation attack system -- commissioned by the federal government apparently in response to the 9/11 terrorist attacks.

No government agency or official has stepped forward to refute or question this reporter's several articles exposing the domestic deployment of that weapon system, or its use against American citizens.

The 60 Minutes report focused on the alleged flaws of the electronic fence -- which utilizes cell towers whose microwave antenna arrays that closely resemble those that have been installed on cell towers in virtually every neighborhood and every county in America.

Kroft's report stated that the electronics on the towers are used for surveillance systems capable of pinpointing the location of would-be refugees attempting to cross the border.   The report stated that the system uses "radar" and "video" to detect potential border-crossers.

What the report did not state is the apparent certainty that the "electronic fence" is a euphemism for a microwave/laser "directed energy" weapons system capable of delivering painful, debilitating, even fatal pulsed electromagnetic radiation blasts to human targets.

The "Southern Border Initiative" appears to be an extension of the same cell tower- based laser-guided microwave torture and impairment system being used to silently torture, impair and neurologically "entrain" thousands of Americans who are deemed "dissidents," "enemies of the state," or undesirables by a secret multi-agency "coordinated action program" directed by Homeland Security -- with the participation of military, security, law enforcement and intelligence agencies across the entire federal bureaucracy and the fifty states.

This apparent fact totally eluded the 60 Minutes producers and correspondent Kroft, who accepted the explanation that implementation of the Southern Border Initiative has been delayed by technical problems that now require the system to be redesigned.   The report featured an extended interview with a Homeland Security official who used the broadcast to deliver a surprisingly candid admission that officials in charge of the electronic fence initiative had "over-promised."

The official also maintained that the original design used "off-the-shelf" electronics, and that now, the government realizes that the system requires more specialized equipment.

To this reporter, those statements sounded like the big lie.

So this reporter asks the question:   Could it be that the system works EXACTLY as intended -- as potentially lethal, physiologically degrading microwave "ray gun" directed at human beings?

And another question, just as important: Did the architects of this heinous torture matrix hide from high officials of the Obama administration the true capabilities and intent of the system -- to deliver potentially lethal force to human targets?

Why would the Homeland Security official so openly and repeatedly state that the system has failed to live up to expectations? Why would he state that "off-the-shelf" equipment was used to built a highly sophisticated and classified weapons system that apparently is intended to do much more than surveillance?

Was the official actually delivering a carefully constructed cover story -- using 60 Minutes as an unknowing but willing foil?

It is this reporter's contention that 60 Minutes has been fooled before about the intended purpose of electromagnetic microwave and laser "directed energy systems." Last year's 60 Minutes report on a truck mounted "Active Denial System," a concentrated microwave beam supposedly designed to harmlessly repel rioters, downplayed the fact that such systems can deliver debilitating, dangerous and even fatal pulses of electromagnetic energy, depending on the so-called "amplitude" or strength of the microwave beam. That story was reported by Leslie Stahl, who, like Kroft, appears to have fallen for a government propaganda "psy op" (psychological operation).

The REAL story appears to be this:

I have read the Patriot Act, and it does contain language related to the act of photographing and/or videotaping any "infrastructure" meaningful to "national security interests". I don't remember the exact wording, but I remember that it was vague enough to allow for the jailing Bob Dylan taking a midnight stroll, on the suspicion that he might have a camera in his pocket .... hey, wait a minute! They did that! I read the first one (man, what a monster). Guess I'm neglecting my country by not having kept up with subsequent version and additions (I guess I'm still too sick from reading the first one). I can boil down the Patriot? Act into a short sentence, and if the gubmint had known about me, they could have saved a ton of money printing that 1000+ page behemoth. It says, in the nutshell, that they (gubmint) can do any damned this they choose, including spying on every aspect of your life, and throwing you in jail for no (real) reason forever. Clear?

It appears that our water is poisoned. It has a metallic taste, and hot water in a glass is very cloudy. The cloudiness dissipates upward, like some sort of gas, and then the water "clears." Teabags do not "sink' but expand like a life preserver and float on the hot water in the cup. Urine often exhibits a funny smell, and not just after eating asparagus.

The sadistic bastards doing this, and reading this, are now getting their perverse satisfaction. Meanwhile, I can't get an honest test of our poisoned food and water, because the "program" has infiltrated all aspects of society, including, it appears, municipal authorities that test water for impurity.

Team Obama's "National Broadband Plan" -- Roadmap for Electromagnetic Enslavement?

It's easier for them that way, and the lack of sophistication and complexity attracts more readers. It's the "Enquirer/People magazine" / Hollywood approach to news. There is one major flaw in your analysis, which makes it a false syllogism.

And that is this: Even without health care reform, this extrajudicial targeting and persecution matrix ALREADY has infiltrated the health care system AND the IRS -- thoroughly.

The "government" is not the problem. The problem is the BAD PEOPLE in government who countenance this perverse system of parallel extrajudicial persecution and slow-kill torture.

EVERY time I have sought health care treatment over the past seven years, and probably years before that, I have been shunted to a parallel system that is designed to use the health care system as a sword over the heads of "TIs."

But you are correct in that the new law codifies these programs of persecution and creates two new armies of persecution: Tens of thousands of IRS agents dedicated to "policing" the health care system; and a "ready reserve" health care security force -- a new army controlled by the executive branch -- ostensibly intended to "protect" national security in the event of natural or health disasters -- or OTHER "national emergencies."

I supported Obama. I think he's a good man. I also think it is probable that he has been electromagnetically entrained by the very forces charged with his personal protection.

"These systems, according to Madsen, include MAGLOCLEN,
which allows police investigators to link activist groups and members through
the Link Association Analysis subsystem, a relational database that identifies
the "friends and families" of groups and individuals. The Telephone Record
Analysis subsystem stores telephone records of groups and individuals. A
group's banking and other commercial data can be monitored by the Financial
Analysis sub system. And through a system that would have been the envy of
J. Edgar Hoover, police and federal agents can also call up profiles that provide
specific information on the composition of organizations, including their membership lists.

The Justice Department has also instituted RISSNET II, which
networks individual databases within the various RISS centers. The FBI also
runs its own intranet called Law Enforcement On-line or LEO, which allows it
to communicate intelligence with other law-enforcement agencies.

For the record, this journalist has never been a member of an "activist" group. Apparently, being a journalist who has tackled controversial subjects is sufficient to become a "target" of this fascist criminal organization posing as a law enforcement agency.

NOTE: I had much difficulty copying and pasting this paragraph. Apparently, my internet connection is monitored and tampered with in real-time by the rogue operatives of this constitution-disrespecting MAGLOCLEN apparatus.

I hope to soon file a lawsuit against this organization and all member agencies, commands and corporations that have conspired to violate my constitutional rights, and those of untold thousands if not millions of other Americans.

MORE EVIDENCE OF FUSION CENTER CENSORSHIP OF POLITICAL SPEECH ON THE NET

Once again, my attempted comment to a New York Times article appears on MY computer connection to have been received -- but apparently, I am looking at a "spoofed" or faked web site controlled by a rogue surveillance/censorship regimen, and I am being prevented from accessing the actual New York Times web site.

How do I know this? This article I wrote several months ago, using the New York Times as an example, explains the mechanics of rogue government censorship in a nation where the President of the U.S. castigates China for censoring political speech -- but apparently does nothing to stop his own rogue bureaucracy from doing the same:

When I returned to the New York Times web arficle, my supposedly submitted comment remains on the page, despite the fact that I had navigated away from the web form page on which I submitted the comment. This is more prima facia evidence that I am looking at a "spoofed" government New York Times web page, and not the real thing.

Will this "man in the middle attack" pass on my comment to the actual New York Times web site, and will it actually be posted on the site for ALL to see?

I can never be sure, as long as MY connection is intercepted, censored and maliciously tampered with by a rogue government program that apparently operates with the knowledge of officials who apparently don't really care what Barack Obama or Homeland Secretary Janet Napolitano have to say about guaranteeing a free and uncensored internet and a Homeland Security agency that supposedly does not take ideology into account when conducting its operations in the name of "national security."
