The last words spoken by Steve Kroft of 60 Minutes in his Jan. 10th report about the status of the so-called "electronic fence" along the Southern border with Mexico may have sounded the death knell for a covert nationwide cell tower-based microwave/laser "directed energy" weapon system that has been used to physically torture and impair many thousands of unjustly "targeted" Americans -- including this reporter.

Kroft said that Janet Napolitano, secretary of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, has ordered a "department-wide reassessment of the entire program." Kroft specifically was referring to the Mexican border electronic fence -- the so-called "Southern Border Initiative," which uses cellular towers equipped with high-tech microwave, laser and video gear.
But to this reporter's ears, it sounds very much like Ms. Napolitano is now reassessing not only technological practicality, but the legality and morality of the government's secret nationwide cell tower- based domestic microwave/laser electromagnetic radiation attack system -- commissioned by the federal government apparently in response to the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
No government agency or official has stepped forward to refute or question this reporter's several articles exposing the domestic deployment of that weapon system, or its use against American citizens.
The 60 Minutes report focused on the alleged flaws of the electronic fence -- which utilizes cell towers whose microwave antenna arrays that closely resemble those that have been installed on cell towers in virtually every neighborhood and every county in America.
Kroft's report stated that the electronics on the towers are used for surveillance systems capable of pinpointing the location of would-be refugees attempting to cross the border. The report stated that the system uses "radar" and "video" to detect potential border-crossers.
What the report did not state is the apparent certainty that the "electronic fence" is a euphemism for a microwave/laser "directed energy" weapons system capable of delivering painful, debilitating, even fatal pulsed electromagnetic radiation blasts to human targets.
The "Southern Border Initiative" appears to be an extension of the same cell tower- based laser-guided microwave torture and impairment system being used to silently torture, impair and neurologically "entrain" thousands of Americans who are deemed "dissidents," "enemies of the state," or undesirables by a secret multi-agency "coordinated action program" directed by Homeland Security -- with the participation of military, security, law enforcement and intelligence agencies across the entire federal bureaucracy and the fifty states.
This apparent fact totally eluded the 60 Minutes producers and correspondent Kroft, who accepted the explanation that implementation of the Southern Border Initiative has been delayed by technical problems that now require the system to be redesigned. The report featured an extended interview with a Homeland Security official who used the broadcast to deliver a surprisingly candid admission that officials in charge of the electronic fence initiative had "over-promised."
The official also maintained that the original design used "off-the-shelf" electronics, and that now, the government realizes that the system requires more specialized equipment.
To this reporter, those statements sounded like the big lie.
So this reporter asks the question: Could it be that the system works EXACTLY as intended -- as potentially lethal, physiologically degrading microwave "ray gun" directed at human beings?
And another question, just as important: Did the architects of this heinous torture matrix hide from high officials of the Obama administration the true capabilities and intent of the system -- to deliver potentially lethal force to human targets?
Why would the Homeland Security official so openly and repeatedly state that the system has failed to live up to expectations? Why would he state that "off-the-shelf" equipment was used to built a highly sophisticated and classified weapons system that apparently is intended to do much more than surveillance?
Was the official actually delivering a carefully constructed cover story -- using 60 Minutes as an unknowing but willing foil?
It is this reporter's contention that 60 Minutes has been fooled before about the intended purpose of electromagnetic microwave and laser "directed energy systems." Last year's 60 Minutes report on a truck mounted "Active Denial System," a concentrated microwave beam supposedly designed to harmlessly repel rioters, downplayed the fact that such systems can deliver debilitating, dangerous and even fatal pulses of electromagnetic energy, depending on the so-called "amplitude" or strength of the microwave beam. That story was reported by Leslie Stahl, who, like Kroft, appears to have fallen for a government propaganda "psy op" (psychological operation).
The REAL story appears to be this:
A nationwide cell tower- based electromagnetic microwave and laser directed energy weapons system has been used for years to deliver silent, invisible, painful bursts of physically and neurologically debilitating microwave radiation to human targets -- and that the exposure of this heinous high-tech torture matrix has initiated a hasty but transparent COVER-UP that makes Watergate look like just another third-rate cat burglary.

Yes, the whole US government is corrupt -- obviously, since this gangstalking torture matrix has been in place for years and no one, no one, no one has been prosecuted for it. Lawyers are not tackling it. Stalking rings have not been brought to justice. By entrainment, I thought you meant "failing to recognize this torture for what it is -- torture." I assumed you meant that Obama's thinking had been changed (entrained) to allow the Gangstalking to continue. Obviously, neither he nor Eric Holder nor Leon Panetta nor Big Sis are doing anything to end it. They, as well as the Bushies, are all puppets at the mercy of the Military Industrial complex of defense institutions, which runs the show now. There are NO good guys in the US Government who uphold the Constitution and Bill of Rights anymore. No Inspector Generals who go after these abuses. None. The Government police authorities choose only to make a media SHOW of catching a few stray specimens of trailer trash in Ohio or some loudmouth black jihadis in Florida in a sting (set-up) operation. (Now there's real entrainment for you.) And if there is a Roslyn Mazer who is conscientious and is trying to do something about this, she will be thrown in this matrix or strapped to a seat next to Colleen Dowling.

Yes, she's one of the good people. Have you kept up with what they did to her? They sure as heck didn't promote her; however, the people at your beloved agency's HQ who failed to grant her requests were given awards and promotions. I am retired, sitting on the sidelines, casting a hopeful eye at your fight, and watching the country go to hell in a handbasket. The next crisis will be monetary. The streetrioting will be worsened by the massive training in bullying, mobbing, and vigilante-ism that the Feds have spread across the US.

Prediction: Chiefs of these government programs will use this torture matrix on their bosses or rivals for bureaucratic power. They will teach a few lessons to uppity defense contractor CEOs. Human nature is human nature -- put a weapon like this torture matrix in the hands of psychopaths with or without badges and you get blowback.

Of course, as you know, that already may have happened.
I have presented in the comments section of my articles empirical (observational) evidence that supports the theory that the President of the United States has been assaulted/entrained by this microwave/laser directed energy weapon system, and/or variations on the technology.
It appears to me that this cell tower- based weapon system can be accessed via laptop or perhaps even internet PDA by "authorized" personnel -- a potentially lethal or slow-kill Pandora's box that CANNOT be contained or controlled.
I am in the process of trying to confirm this theory. But I do recall a December 2008 press release from the Department of Justice that said a directed energy weapon was being made available to local police departments. I doubt that pronouncement was limited to "hand-held" devices.
My personal experiences tell me that there is no discretion, no restraint, in the application of this potentially impairing, injury-inducing, or deadly force.
Since my correspondents here appear to be restricted to government operatives, I do not expect to get the anwser here. But perhaps some daring soul wants to point me to the answer?

If that were the case, you'd see many more comments here, and a greater diversity of expression.
No, these pages are strictly government goon squad- controlled. They let my stuff pass to create the illusion that the U.S. government does not impose ideological censorship of the internet. That, the evidence demonstrates, is another big government lie.
(Actually, yesterday, my comment about fusion centers initially was blocked, as if to say to me, "We are watching, and we can make your life miserable." Seeing that they already have, their intimidation tactics don't phase me...)
The MAGLOCLEN fusion center and its associated legion of lame psy ops agents are the gatekeepers, as they remind me nearly every moment with some zaps or constant microwave/radio frequency irradiation-assault -- at this moment, to the right front forehead.

Vigilantes are criminals. In a civilized society, the rule of law must prevail -- NOT the rule of a fusion center- controlled jungle.
The fusion centers are an extrajudicial rogue government. The fusion center system violates the Constitution and must be dismantled.

As mentioned in the comment above, I am under a constant, intense microwave attack that is triangulated on my right front forehead, causing extreme pain and a feeling of disorientation.
The apparent intent: to disable me, to prevent me from getting the word out about government torture and impairment of "targeted" citizens. They know torture won't work with me; they want to destroy my cognition, my ability to communicate.
The 3D laser targeting device that apparently is either implanted inside my home, or is trained upon my premises from adjacent houses, allows this precision targeting. The good people on the inside know exactly what I mean, because they know that my accounts are accurate and describe external assaults and are not the product of delusion or natural causes.
THE WAR CRIMINALS COMMITTING THESE ASSAULTS ARE UNBOWED, UNREPENTANT -- AND APPARENTLY UNRESTRAINED.
An examination of the surveillance of the MAGLOCLEN fusion center, its operatives and affiliates would confirm the veracity of my daily reports.

MORE PERSUASIVE EVIDENCE OF U.S. GOV'T CENSORSHIP OF INTERNET POLITICAL SPEECH IN AMERICA
It has been more than a half-hour since I attempted to post the comment (above) to Josh Gerstein's blog at Politico.com.
This appears to be prima facia evidence of blatant, unconstitutional government censorship.
Either one of three things happened here:
1) The comment, which elicited a "submitted successfully" message, was intercepted by a rogue government censorship program (most likely); or
2) Government operatives rushed to telephone Politico.com to register their objection to the comment (highly unlikely, because it would alert Politico that the government is monitoring and attempting to censor political speech); or
3) Politico.com editors decided not to post the comment (extremely unlikely, given that Politico.com has many blogs and such an instant review process would be both costly and impractical to implement).
I present the above scenario as more evidence that the U.S. government goes out of its way to CENSOR political speech in America -- and uses "moderation" of blogs as a "cover" for such censorship (even in the case of Politico.com blogs, where it's likely impractical for the publication to moderate its many blog columns.

This time, the comment actually posted -- at least as seen on MY computer connection, which probably is re-directed to "spoofed" or faked Politico.com web pages.
Now let's see if it STAYS UP on the ACTUAL Politico.com site. I have no way of telling for sure, because my computer is NOT mine -- it's under control of "the program." The parochial interests of the censors (they censor more often when it's a local media site) tells me that censorship in America has been decentralized into the 70-odd "fusion centers." That way, the rogue fed agents behind "the program" can blame the locals, or the contractors, or fusion center management. How convenient.

Indy media? Yeah, I was inclined to periodically post comments on their various sites ... but it seemed to me that some messages would last only so long as a day or two. After a rather public fork-over of their server databases to the feds a number of years ago (I imagine that the forfeiture was driven by some trumped up court order - NSL?), the content managers there seem to have gotten a little trigger happy with the memory hole. I'm not sure, because I don't remember the exact detail, but I think I read that each Indy site is normally "self managed" to an extent -- so I suppose that your mileage may vary, site to site.

Early this morning, Sat., April 3, 2010, I found one of the articles I posted to Indymedia.us -- but not at the site I posted to. Instead, I found the article -- unformatted, with no paragraph breaks (making it difficult to read), at THIS URL:

Tonight I found a web site called "Open DOJ," where employees of the U.S. Justice Department can "vent." I found several postings asking much the same question -- why the Bush "holdovers" are still in place, still in charge, and, in at least one key position (deputy attorney general), being considered for promotion?
Again I ask: Has Barack Obama been psychologically and neurologically "entrained" with the Pavlovian application of silent microwave irradiation?
They're doing it to me; why wouldn't the rogue bureaucracy use this high-tech stealth technology to pursue its peculiar ideological agenda?
Bob Woodward of The Washington Post knows about these technologies. He has danced around the subject in interviews, with "60 Minutes" and MSNBC's Andrea Mitchell.

Hey Frank... they are all yanking your chain -- because it is * obvious * that this (FFCHS site) is a honeypot, part of the "the program," and it's no bulletin that those "meetings" are part of the whole torture matrix. Now I'm wondering if "thou doth protest too much..."

The fact that I'm still alive and writing should tell the bad people within that their days are numbered in terms of remaining in power. It's time for them to crawl back in their rat holes, like the betrayers of the Constitution that they are. Their torture has stripped me of fear... the one good thing that they've done to me.
Their rogue program -- and this honeypot site -- have been exposed.
Now, where are you in all this? A new variation on the theme? It is a rogue government program behind all this, you know, and your admonition to me to stop "blaming" the government is very telling. I don't blame "the government" -- I blame the ROGUES who have HIJACKED THE GOVERNMENT. And I have a lot of company in high places, methinks, even some G-men.

There is a pretty good "honey-pot" test. If a site takes anonymous comments, then (maybe) it's legit. Any small site (those outside of brain-dead institutional entities that always seem to have policies for everything, including the automatic requirement that comment submitters have personal accounts) demanding an account created via the submission of a great deal of personal detail: "name, address, email, rank, serial number" is a honey-pot, by my definition.

By posting my comments to FFCHS here, I appear to have forced the site "managers" to either post my comments there -- or, by prima facia evidence, admit that they are a "honeypot."

A PECO UTILITY TRUCK AND AT LEAST THREE CIVILIAN VEHICLES WITH OUT OF STATE (N.J.) PLATES ARE PARKED OUTSIDE MY DOOR THIS MORNING.
MORE "COMMUNITY-BASED HARASSMENT" USING ROGUE UTILITY EMPLOYEES AND POLICE- AND FED PROTECTED COMMUNITY GOON SQUADS?
• "Sgt. Jones" will get back to me... or is the voice on the other end of the line just part of the harassing kabuki theater?
So I go outside to retrieve my trash containers from the curb (it's trash day). I don't say anything to the woman in a civilian car with Jersey plates, parked directly across from my house, with another N.J.-plated civilian vehicle behind her, with a man sitting at the wheel.
As I start to roll the trash can up the drive, the woman rolls down her window and says, unprompted, that "PECO (the local utility) is working down the street and we're with them." She had a bunch of those florescent-green utility worker vests strewn across the passenger front seat and the back seat.
"You don't owe me any explanation," I replied. But now that you tell me that, maybe I should check out your story!" I smiled.
And that's what I TRIED to do, by calling the Lower Makefield Township police administrative line (not the emergency line). A man answered the phone, saying, "Lower Makefield Township." I asked if he was the police shift supervisor. "
"You want the police? Hold on," he replied. (I have called this number in the past and it is a police department number. He transferred the call, and a woman picked up, saying, "Sgt. Jones."
I relayed to "Sgt. Jones" the above-mentioned story, and expressed my suspicion that these civilian vehicles with out-of-state plates, with a PECO utility vehicle down the street, had the markings of a community-based harassment campaign, adding that I apparently have been unjustly targeted for such harassment.
"Why do you think that?" she asked, changing the subject from my suspicions about out-of-state vehicles with civilians inside, with one of them offering the unsolicited story that they were working with a utility crew.
I suggested that she talk to Lower Makefield Chief Coluzzi, whom I said was familiar with my situation.
I also added my belief that federal authorities in Washington were familiar with my situation and that I wouldn't be surprised if investigators among the agencies inputting the local fusion center were listening to this conversation.
"Sgt. Jones" did not respond to that statement, but instead said she would send an officer down to talk to the utility crew. I replied that if the personnel on my street were part of a harassment campaign, they would simply relate their cover story to the officer. Instead, I suggested, could the police please contact the utility company's regional dispatch center to confirm that this was an officially authorized operation?
"Sgt. Jones" said she did not have that number available. I said that local police work with utility crews on a routine basis in the delivery of emergency services, and that I was sure someone at the police station had the number. I also said I was not filing a complaint, just asking that my police department make a discreet inquiry with the utility company to confirm the story I was told by the civilian with the bright green vests strewn about her vehicle.
"Sgt. Jones" said she would get back to me. "Sgt. Jones" did NOT sound like any police officer I've ever talked to.
I would bet my house that "Sgt. Jones" is part of a harassment protocol herself.

Sometime in the past few minutes, the two civilians in their N.J.-plated civilian vehicles, the ones who supposedly were "working" with a PECO utility crew on my street, have suddenly disappeared -- along with the PECO utility truck that had been parked down the street.
I believe my suspicions have been confirmed by the course of events.

MORE BLATANT FUSION CENTER CENSORSHIP? NOW THE 'COMMENTS' SECTIONS OF BUCKS COUNTY COURIER TIMES WEB SITE STORIES AND BLOGS -- INCLUDING THE EDITOR'S BLOG -- HAVE DISAPPEARED FROM MY INTERNET DISPLAY.
This is obvious, transparent CENSORSHIP. There is no other explanation other than malicious tampering with and censorship of the internet -- at least the internet accounts of this unjustly and unconstitutionally "targeted" journalist.
In the 1998 movie, "Enemy of the State," the FBI and an old-school spook (Gene Hackman) came to the rescue of an attorney (Will Smith) unjustly targeted by community-based domestic terrorist vigilantes who were aided and abetted by other secretive government agencies (John Voight) and commands and their "black ops."

TO THE GOOD PEOPLE ON THE INSIDE WORKING GOOD FRIDAY...

By a preponderance of evidence, it appears that ALL of my telecommunications are not only subject to surveillance, but interception. My phone calls to most authorities, such as my local police department, appear to be answered by operatives of a rogue harassment protocol program run out of the multi-agency MAGLOCLEN fusion center in Newtown, PA, under the jurisdiction of the Department of Homeland Security and, by my reckoning, under the direct command of the U.S. Secret Service, with strong input from the NSA and other Pentagon agencies.
My own police chief indicated to be his knowledge that my many phone calls to him over a two-year period were intercepted. While he did not specifically say so, I got the distinct impression that he was not happy about what appears to be a usurpation of his authority and jurisdiction.
I urgently request -- no, DEMAND -- that you uphold your sworn oaths of office and secure the removal of my name and the "scarlet letter" of this "program" and restore my constitutional, civil and human rights -- and those of the many others similarly affected by this unconstitutional fusion center "dragnet," which, by its very nature, enables its abuse by rogue agents and officials, federal and local, who may be using the apparatus to settle scores or for the pursuit of an ideological or hate-motivated agenda.
I also demand that you bring to justice the local officials who have been corrupted by this "program" and who are running a "protection racket" for harassment/domestic terrorism campaigns apparently coordinated interstate, nationwide, by this extrajudicial fusion center network.
Specifically, I continue to be stalked and harassed, whether in a vehicle or on foot. This harassment is particularly palpable when I cross into the adjacent Falls Township, Bucks County, PA, where cars tailgate me whether I speed up or slow down, and where I am continually menaced. Last summer, I was assaulted and falsely imprisoned by Falls Township police; my pleas for a police misconduct investigation fell upon deaf ears, despite personal pleas to the Bucks County District Attorney's Office and to the Philadelphia office of the FBI.
Most important, I demand as a citizen and as an advocate of human rights that you dismantle the cell tower- based domestic microwave/laser directed energy weapon system being used by the fusion center network and its affiliate agencies and commands to attack, impair, injure, subjugate and "slow kill" many unjustly and unconstitutionally "targeted" Americans -- including this individual.
Too many people know about this domestic attack weapon and its use on civilians for the government to continue to deny the veracity of victim reports.
I await your immediate response. Thank you in advance for upholding the rule of law, the U.S. Constitution, and moral values.
