The last words spoken by Steve Kroft of 60 Minutes in his Jan. 10th report about the status of the so-called "electronic fence" along the Southern border with Mexico may have sounded the death knell for a covert nationwide cell tower-based microwave/laser "directed energy" weapon system that has been used to physically torture and impair many thousands of unjustly "targeted" Americans -- including this reporter.

Kroft said that Janet Napolitano, secretary of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, has ordered a "department-wide reassessment of the entire program." Kroft specifically was referring to the Mexican border electronic fence -- the so-called "Southern Border Initiative," which uses cellular towers equipped with high-tech microwave, laser and video gear.
But to this reporter's ears, it sounds very much like Ms. Napolitano is now reassessing not only technological practicality, but the legality and morality of the government's secret nationwide cell tower- based domestic microwave/laser electromagnetic radiation attack system -- commissioned by the federal government apparently in response to the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
No government agency or official has stepped forward to refute or question this reporter's several articles exposing the domestic deployment of that weapon system, or its use against American citizens.
The 60 Minutes report focused on the alleged flaws of the electronic fence -- which utilizes cell towers whose microwave antenna arrays that closely resemble those that have been installed on cell towers in virtually every neighborhood and every county in America.
Kroft's report stated that the electronics on the towers are used for surveillance systems capable of pinpointing the location of would-be refugees attempting to cross the border. The report stated that the system uses "radar" and "video" to detect potential border-crossers.
What the report did not state is the apparent certainty that the "electronic fence" is a euphemism for a microwave/laser "directed energy" weapons system capable of delivering painful, debilitating, even fatal pulsed electromagnetic radiation blasts to human targets.
The "Southern Border Initiative" appears to be an extension of the same cell tower- based laser-guided microwave torture and impairment system being used to silently torture, impair and neurologically "entrain" thousands of Americans who are deemed "dissidents," "enemies of the state," or undesirables by a secret multi-agency "coordinated action program" directed by Homeland Security -- with the participation of military, security, law enforcement and intelligence agencies across the entire federal bureaucracy and the fifty states.
This apparent fact totally eluded the 60 Minutes producers and correspondent Kroft, who accepted the explanation that implementation of the Southern Border Initiative has been delayed by technical problems that now require the system to be redesigned. The report featured an extended interview with a Homeland Security official who used the broadcast to deliver a surprisingly candid admission that officials in charge of the electronic fence initiative had "over-promised."
The official also maintained that the original design used "off-the-shelf" electronics, and that now, the government realizes that the system requires more specialized equipment.
To this reporter, those statements sounded like the big lie.
So this reporter asks the question: Could it be that the system works EXACTLY as intended -- as potentially lethal, physiologically degrading microwave "ray gun" directed at human beings?
And another question, just as important: Did the architects of this heinous torture matrix hide from high officials of the Obama administration the true capabilities and intent of the system -- to deliver potentially lethal force to human targets?
Why would the Homeland Security official so openly and repeatedly state that the system has failed to live up to expectations? Why would he state that "off-the-shelf" equipment was used to built a highly sophisticated and classified weapons system that apparently is intended to do much more than surveillance?
Was the official actually delivering a carefully constructed cover story -- using 60 Minutes as an unknowing but willing foil?
It is this reporter's contention that 60 Minutes has been fooled before about the intended purpose of electromagnetic microwave and laser "directed energy systems." Last year's 60 Minutes report on a truck mounted "Active Denial System," a concentrated microwave beam supposedly designed to harmlessly repel rioters, downplayed the fact that such systems can deliver debilitating, dangerous and even fatal pulses of electromagnetic energy, depending on the so-called "amplitude" or strength of the microwave beam. That story was reported by Leslie Stahl, who, like Kroft, appears to have fallen for a government propaganda "psy op" (psychological operation).
The REAL story appears to be this:
A nationwide cell tower- based electromagnetic microwave and laser directed energy weapons system has been used for years to deliver silent, invisible, painful bursts of physically and neurologically debilitating microwave radiation to human targets -- and that the exposure of this heinous high-tech torture matrix has initiated a hasty but transparent COVER-UP that makes Watergate look like just another third-rate cat burglary.

True, or disinformation? I don't know. But I'm trying to check into this "Project Geneva" -- cleverly named because what the U.S. government is doing to its own citizens grossly violates the Geneva Conventions and all codes of morality.
Actually, the posting contains apparent disinformation. Directed energy weapons are more than "psychological torture." They cause physical injury, impairment, induce illness and can even kill at high amplitude.
But even getting the government to concede that this weaponry is being used in the U.S. to commit psychological torture would be a major admission of CRIMINALITY and felonious HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATIONS.
Folks, I believe the message is getting through to the highest levels of the U.S. government: a multi-agency "program" has been using a classified cellular tower- based microwave/laser directed energy weapon system to attack, torture, impair and slow-kill American citizens -- and it's got to STOP. NOW.
And those of you on the "Freedom from Covert Harassment and Stalking" web site who continue to deny what thousands nationwide know to be true are exposed as disinformation FRAUDS.

MICROWAVE ATTACK REPORT -- Sat., April 3, 2010 @ 11:10 p.m.
On this day when I discovered a Department of Justice "Open Source" web site posting stating that the NSA is launching "Operation Geneva" to eliminate the use of directed energy weapons for what the statement called "psychological torture" (more lies and disinformation, because this microwave/RF weapon system can and does cause PHYSICAL INJURY, IMPAIRMENT and can even be used to kill), the microwave torture of this journalist continues unremittingly.
At this moment and for the past few hours, the right side of my head has been triangulated with piercing and painful microwaves, causing localized pain in the right front temple and a feeling of weakness and disorientation.
The statement on the DOJ web site describing the effects of directed energy weapons as PSYCHOLOGICAL TORTURE is a stark admission of torture and criminality -- but also a vast understatement that conveniently ignores the proven physical and neurological damage that this weapon system does. I was cognitively impaired for FOUR years by this government weapon system. I continue to be assaulted and tortured to THIS MOMENT.
But at least now, we, the victims, appear to have a government statement that confirms the existence and use of these weapons, and seems to acknowledge the use of these weapons to TORTURE persons on AMERICAN SOIL.
This should be front page news. Apparently, this statement came from a first-hand account of a CLASSIFIED BRIEFING AT THE DEPT. OF JUSTICE.
We need a whistle-blower to obtain a transcript or a more extensive account of that briefing. Please, good people on the inside: You have the means to put this information within my grasp. You also have the motive -- to SAVE THIS NATION FROM DEPRAVITY AND RESTORE THE RULE OF LAW AND MORALITY IN GOVERNMENT.
Please use your "sources and methods" to make this information available to the public at large. You know where to reach me, and how.

MICROWAVE ATTACK REPORT -- Sun., April 4, 2010 @ 8:01 p.m.
If that account from a DOJ web site about "Project Geneva" signals that the government is telling its operatives not to assault citizens with microwaves, the message has not reached Bucks County, PA and Lower Makefield Township.
I was just hit with a sharp pulsed burst to the right front temple (the war criminals' favored targeting area, aside from my most sensitive body parts) at 8:01 p.m., while surfing political sites on the web.
And the psy op terror campaign directed at my household continues unabated. The artificial, microwave-generated noise campaigns continue (cooing bird sounds coming from constantly changing directions). And there are still signs of surreptitious entry into our home. I restate my belief that the police-protected vigilante goon squads (referred to as "gang stalkers by some victims) are aided and abetted by local locksmiths who are referred to victims of home intrusions by some local police officers.
I was somewhat heartened and encouraged by the report about "Project Geneva." The attack of several minutes ago sobered me up. The government's torture matrix and its Bucks County-Mid Atlantic states command center, the MAGLOCLEN fusion center in Newtown, PA, apparently remained emboldened and defiant, determined to continue these crimes against humanity.
Tomorrow I will endeavor to make relevant officials aware of these ongoing assaults. I still believe the good people on the inside are trying to take down this extrajudicial Gestapo and slow-kill genocide apparatus.
But the bad people in government appear to have the upper hand. For now...

Please be advised that it is my conclusion, after two years of posting there, that "Freedom from Covert Harassment and Stalking" is a "honeypot" site created and maintained by the very forces that are extrajudicially and unconstitutionally targeting and persecuting you. A "perp site," if you will.
Check out the way "Ladylaw" tries to discredit me. It's quite obvious that she's a lame psy ops disinfo agent, as evidenced by her crude technique of not-so-veiled slander and character assassination.
If this is the best they can field, I shudder to think how they deal with those who are real threats to society and not slandered as "dissidents," criminals or trouble-makers.
I post there to persuade the rogues that the jig is up and it's time to put on the white hats...

Could that be because my response was routed to "a.tvnewscheck.com," a "spoofed" or faked web page hosted by computers of a rogue government surveillance/censorship regime run out of the nation's Homeland Security- administered "fusion centers?" (The "a.newscheck.com" shows up in my browser task bar each time I go to the site -- obvious evidence of a censorship regime?)

Mandating free mobile DTV service on cellphones -- brilliant! The precedent is clear, and suddenly, broadcasting once again is the master of its distribution instead of being a slave to cable, satellite, broadband or fiber. So elegant in its simplicity, there's no way Congress can say no, and the public will love it (even though the FCC will try to kill the idea).
But please be advised: there's a hidden agenda at work in this spectrum grab, and it has to do with a domestic Homeland electromagnetic microwave/radio frequency multi-functional cellular tower directed energy weapon system that has been covertly deployed all across America -- and is being used to silently attack and impair the lives of "targeted" Americans. But any mandatory mobile DTV scheme must co-exist with full-service HDTV. The public needs and demands both modes of distribution, and mobile DTV does not provide full point-to-multipoint service, which includes HDTV to the home for those who choose to receive free broadcast TV over the air. Free mobile DTV is no substitute for full-service OTA broadcasting, even if a cell phone account is not required (as is the case with 9-1-1 calls). OTA viewers cannot and will not be disenfranchised --Congress and the public won't let that happen.

MICROWAVE ATTACK REPORT -- Mon., April 5, 2010 @ 7:34 p.m.
AFTER NEARLY A FULL BUSINESS DAY OF NO OBVIOUS MICROWAVE IRRADIATION, THE ATTACKS RESUME IN BRUTAL FORCE ABOUT 6:30 P.M.
First, an induced sleep state, sending me into a deep but uncomfortable sleep, with a rapid heartbeat and intense sustained piercing tones in the ears.
At 6:54 p.m., I felt a more intense pulsed burst. At about 7:24 p.m., the ringing tones in my ears intensified, as did the rapid heartbeat. ONCE AGAIN I WAS BEING TORTURED.
I have felt pretty good all day. I even was able to nearly raise my body by pushing against a chair -- nearly. But during the above periods, the feeling of intense weakness, rapid heartbeat and exhaustion resumed -- the kind of attacks I have been subjected to for SIX YEARS RUNNING.
My theory: The "suits" at the MAGLOCLEN fusion center, or their agency superiors, put out the order to stop the torture and impairment. And it stopped -- until about 6:30 p.m. But when the "day shift" left, the frat boy Nazi operatives WHO APPARENTLY THINK THEY CAN DEFY THE CHAIN OF COMMAND again began to play with their microwave toys -- that's my theory. Why else would the attacks go away all day, only to resume in the evening?

Microwave attack induced that "stroke-like event" and four years of subsequent impairment and physical damage, followed by unremitting irradiation with microwave and other radio frequency that has left me physically debilitated, degraded and, apparently, permanently harmed -- irradiation that has continued up to the present day (see my latest attack report, about to be posted).
And no doctor in the U.S. would ever recognize the true etiology of such ailments -- because, apparently, neither does the President of the United States recognize that HE, TOO, shares tell-tale symptoms of microwave and radio frequency irradiation.
And POTUS appears to be woefully misinformed about the capabilities of existing, deployed "directed energy weapons" -- which pose a greater threat to world peace and individual liberty than "old-school" nukes.
Why do I say "greater?" Because this weapon system is ubiquitous, invisible, and, due to phased array antenna configurations, can be used as a precision-targeted "super- stealth weapon" against entire populations or "targeted individuals."
This scalar wave technology produces vast amounts of energy literally from a vacuum state -- a technology that could solve the world's energy crisis if it were not withheld from the civilian leadership in the name of national defense and "Homeland defense." That's my conclusion based on a review of available literature and my own reporting.

MICROWAVE ATTACK REPORT -- Tues., April 6, 2010
All afternoon, I have been irradiated with a constant stream of microwave/radio frequency, causing extreme fatigue, a disorientating headache, and ringing in the ears. As during other attacks, I must fight to stay awake. The EEG that I underwent in 2004 provides my torturers with a precise roadmap of the frequencies that control various physiological, neurological and respiratory functions. The precision-targeted electromagnetic energy has control of me.
I am effectively immobilized today, barely able to tap out this report without succumbing to the urge to lay my head in my arms on the desk and fall into a deep sleep state. The dizzying attack is now making me woozy, and has increased in intensity in the couple of minutes spent writing this. My torturers are getting their sadistic jollies off, watching and monitoring me in real-time via the covert audio and video surveillance that apparently was installed in my home during times we were out (who knows? It could have been in here for years...)

ADDENDUM 3:45 p.m. -- I just got the mail. A brochure from the "Stroke and Cerebrovascular Center of New Jersey," with the message, "Glue Your Aneurysm."
The brochure is sealed on ALL FOUR SIDES with sticky circular tape. To let me know my mail is under surveillance. Obvious, but an effective terrorist technique used by these black ops criminals.
Given that I am under attack at this very moment, as I read this, I quote the words of Special Agent Jethro Gibbs: "I don't believe in coincidences."

From the 1950s through the 1990s, the United States government used to feel itself superior to the Soviet Union, which the US snidely described as a police tyranny. When Nikita Khrushchev fell from power in 1964, he was placed under continual KGB surveillance. Khrushchev complained about the constant surveillance as a failure to observe the USSR's constitution. In his usual blunt, earthy fasion, Khrushchev complained to fellow Politburo members as follows: ". . . you violated the constitution again when you stuck listening devices all over the dacha [cottage]. Even in the bathroom -- you spend the people's money to eavesdrop on my farts." Yes, folks, the Soviet Union has come and gone, but never fear -- the US has taken its place. Yes, and the technology has changed quite a lot since Khrushchev. They no longer need to install *anything* within the house, office, apartment, or "dacha". It's all done via scanning devices located on other properties.

Not quite buying that. When we had central air installed in 2003 (a system that was sabotaged the next summer by INTTRUDERS) there would have been ample opportunity to secret targeting devices, surveillance devices, who knows? even miniature magnetrons. But consider this... We have double-paned kitchen windows, filled at the factory with insulating air or perhaps a gas. The one closest to where I usually sit at the kitchen table is now cloudy on the lower sash -- the portion of the window at my eye level in direct line of sight of a house behind mine... It has gotten cloudier in the past six years... But it would be so much easier just to secret a 3D infrared laser targeting device on the premises... but perhaps the cell tower- based microwave/laser/RF directed energy weapon system is supplemented by portable targeting gear -- so that the black operatives can defy the chain of command if the heat comes down on the fusion center? Preserving plausible deniability by going "mobile?" Just speculating... I would find it inconceivable that the rogue bureaucrats would devise a system so decentralized that they could not maintain command and control... but perhaps I overestimate the competence and sanity of the truly depraved...

Yes, with the idea that the decentralization would be somewhat risky for our antagonists, I fully concur. That is why the "hot spots" are carefully selected. In an instance where there is a TI within a neighborhood, there will always be a "hot spot" outpost, but only one - such that they can minimize any loss of "command and control". The hot spot operators are not the run-of-the-mill vigilante dudly-do-wrong sorts of people. They are the trusted ones. Trusted with what is (probably) classified and (maybe) stolen equipment. They are also the quiet ones - in fact, they will always, by outward appearances, seem to be the least involved with any obvious interaction - such as street theater.

"Anonymously Given," your insistence that neighborhood goons knowingly are doing targeting with high-tech gear strikes me as disingenuous at best, or as disinformation.
With 3D infrared laser targeting devices, the workings of which are described in detail in various military journals and technical publications, there is no need to involve "the neighbors" in what amounts to felonious assault and torture.
That's not to say that some sort of infrared laser targeting grid could not be "bathed" upon the hot-spot 24/7 under the guise of "surveillance," as a backup system if the heat is on at the fusion center. Perhaps that is the scenario to which you refer.
But still, given the technology, I do not think it's necessary for this torture matrix to open itself up so widely to detection and exposure by relying on "neighbors" to activate a cell tower- based microwave weapon system.

I understand what you are saying - and the risks attendant with releasing too many toys to the goons ... However, the cell tower scenario is a bit difficult for me to believe. I live in a forest. Literally. A hundred years ago much of this area was untouched - tall oaks and pines towered a hundred feet or more overhead. Most of those tall trees remain, and the little houses are poked here and there down under the canopy. Satellite TV reception is a bitch down here. You have to shoot between the trees, and sometimes it just does'nt work. Even cell phones can be iffy. Any surveillance technique that would rely upon reflections through this canopy gives me some reason to be skeptical. When it rains, sometimes I lose my WIFI internet connection - because the rain "wets" the leaves, and kills the ability of the signal to penetrate the canopy. A reflection would be even more impaired by rain - and yet, seemingly, based upon the usual feedback, the "system" operates throughout all these conditions.

I should add that the "WIFI" transmitters are for the most part, located on the cell towers. An explanation standing outside of the "local nest" hypothesis might deal with some of Tesla's theories - but I'm not sure I'm ready to sign onto that much Buck Rogers.

I hate when I am tempted to submit a theory to pinpoint the technology that is being used - simply because I don't know with certainty what it is, and my wide-of-the-mark speculation makes me seem discreditable. Really, in the end, it doesn't matter. I like to quote Mr. Henri Poincare, a famous scientist: "It does not matter whether the ether exists. What is essential for us is that everything happens as if it existed ... it is only a convenient hypothesis. Someday, no doubt, the ether will be thrown aside as useless."

It is not a "cell tower scenario." It is a fact. And this is scalar wave multiplexed phased array technology, quite different than cellular consumer cellphone technology. Lightning "works" in a rainstorm. This is man-made lightning, a super-weapon, not your weak little "wi-fi."

It's fairly easy to identify a "hotspot". First, thanks to the risk inherent in the placement of equipment, the hotspot will always be occupied 24/7/365. Secondly, the outpost will likely be occupied by an odd mix of younger and older unrelated adults -- those who seemingly never have any work or job outside of the "outpost" - for years on end. Thirdly, I am certain that these people are armed - in order to ward off break-ins and possible theft of equipment.

MICROWAVE ATTACK REPORT -- Wed., April 7, 2010 @ 12:45 a.m.
In the middle of the night, I was awoken by INTENSE, PIERCING, PENETRATING PAIN in one of the most sensitive areas of the human anatomy. I immediately recognized the pain as a symptom of a high-amplitude precision-targeted microwave attack from the cell tower- based microwave/laser directed energy weapon system that the U.S. government has installed in EVERY neighborhood in America.
Because it is apparent to me that surveillance equipment has been secreted on my premises, I immediately made a verbal comment that I was under microwave attack, and I used a vernacular term for the portion of my body that was targeted. I leaped out of bed to take measures to alleviate the pain. Almost immediately, what had been a constant, unremitting attack ended. Completely and totally. This pain did NOT result from any "natural" cause.
Conscientious, humane federal authorities could easily compare the account given above, and the time of attack, to surveillance and log records of the MAGLOCLEN fusion center in Newtown, PA and its affiliate government agencies, corporate partners and contractors. If authorities have not already done this in response to my many accounts of torture and felonious assault, THEY ARE GUILTY OF OFFICIAL MALFEASANCE AND DERELICTION OF DUTY.
This has happened to me before, and I have written about these attacks in the comments sections of my articles. This technology, when used with 3D infrared laser targeting systems, is capable of precision-targeting ANY type of target -- human, military, electronic, etc. -- within an accuracy range of literally a millimeter or two. Supposedly, this directed energy weapon, using scalar wave multiplexed radio frequency technology, was designed to disable electronics of such thing as incoming ballistic missiles, attacking aircraft, or other threats.
In actuality, the United States government, through its 70-some multi-agency Homeland Security- administered fusion centers, is using this technology to injure, impair, entrain and physically and neurologically subjugate extrajudicially targeted American citizens in a heinous torture regimen that also includes community-based harassment, vandalism, surreptitious home entry and financial sabotage.
I have documented this "torture matrix" in various articles written over the past two years (come July). I have reported my findings to certain federal authorities, some of whom have listened and, I believe, have attempted to take pro-active steps to police -- if not disarm -- this blatantly inhumane and unconstitutional apparatus.
But, as the above account indicates, the felonious assaults, the torture, continues.
I have come to the conclusion that the federal authorities who created and maintain this directed energy microwave/laser attack system have made the technology a "plug in" -- so accessible to so many agents, operatives, law enforcement officers and/or contractors that it has become an uncontrollable tool of sociopaths and miscreants on both the federal and local levels.
Only presidential leadership, I believe, can take down this torture matrix -- which, I believe that empirical evidence indicates, may have targeted and already adversely affected the President of the United States. I have always wondered how the people in our country could so nonchalantly throw out the ideals of our great Constitution to engage in what (ultimately) must certainly be the reestablishment of the Reich. Then, on the Katherine Albrecht show yesterday, the good Doctor explained that a new study by researchers at MIT showed a degradation of moral values and impaired moral judgment in subjects irradiated by certain frequencies in an area just behind the right ear. One section of the morality "test" that was given to the subjects was described, and it was an amazing thing to hear the results of the test relative to the moral devaluation within the irradiated group. Now think two words: Cell Phones.

We are part of a pool of TIs -- harmless people on whom the "defense" psychopaths are testing their weapons systems for wartime use in more intense wartime situations.
