URGENT TO IG'S, INTERNAL AFFAIRS OFFICIALS INPUTTING THE MAGLOCLEN FUSION CENTER IN NEWTOWN, PA:

Once again a covert program of U.S. government internet censorship apparently has blocked the posting of my comment to this New York Times web article -- despite outward appearances on the site (as displayed on my computer) that the comment was received and that comments are "generally posted" if on topic and not abusive.

When I refreshed the page, my comment, with that message, remained on screen.
I logged out of my NYT web account, and accessed the site without signing in. This time, my comment was nowhere to be found. And the number of posted comments does not seem to update immediately.

It appears that the web site I am looking at is not the genuine NYT site, but a "spoofed" or faked site under the control of a U.S. government surveillance program. How do I know? The tip-off appears in my browser task bar, as odd-looking "URLs" flash by, such as "graphics8.nytimes.com" and "b.scorecardsearch.com." These URLs apparently contain the ingredients of the "spoofed" or faked web pages under control of U.S. surveillance operatives -- to FOOL "targeted" Americans into thinking they are accessing the "real" NYT web site.

THIS IS NOT ONLY UNCONSTITUTIONAL CENSORSHIP -- IT IS A FRAUD PERPETRATED BY THE U.S. GOVERNMENT ON ITS OWN CITIZENS.

And President Obama, Secetary of State Clinton and Secretary of Homeland Security Napolitano maintain the U.S. does not censor the internet, or take ideology into account when enforcing laws and regulations related to national security?

Bucks County and regional governments nationwide need to empower a "task force on community-based harassment and domestic terrorism."  I volunteer to serve and advise locally, and I nominate Lower Makefield Township Police Chief Ken Coluzzi as Bucks County chairperson.

Please read my article reproduced below.  I would appreciate the courtesy of a reply.  I continue to be stalked and terrorized by community harassers who have menaced me with statements relating to my Jewish faith.  I have received threatening communications, one of which read: "be saved or GET saved."  My home also has been surreptitiously entered and vandalized.  Police have refused my pleas to investigate my persecution, despite what I had hoped was a productive meeting with Chief Coluzzi on April 30, 2009.

I also was assaulted and falsely imprisoned by Falls Township police on June 22, 2009, and your office has been non-responsive to my demand for a police misconduct investigation.  A baseless charge of "stalking" falsely filed against me was dismissed when the police failed to show up for a hearing.

I have been in contact with relevant federal authorities and I believe that my demand for a federal civil rights investigation of community-based harassment in Bucks County, PA and surrounding areas is under advisement.
I believe some of this domestic terrorism directed at me may be coordinated and executed by operatives of the MAGLOCLEN multi-agency fusion center in Newtown, PA, under the jurisdiction of the Department of Homeland Security.

I again renew my pledge to cooperate with your office, if and when it decides to fairly and fully enforce laws against stalking, domestic terrorism, police misconduct and hate crimes directed at certain extrajudicially and unjustly "targeted" citizens.

OFFICIALS MUST ACT AGAINST COMMUNITY-BASED STALKING AND HARASSMENT: JOURNALIST AND VICTIM VIC LIVINGSTON OF BUCKS COUNTY, PA

A nationwide GPS satellite tracking network has been made available to "community gang stalkers" who hide behind federal- and county-funded volunteer community policing and neighborhood watch organizations and public safety agencies such as fire departments and police auxiliaries.

These organizations provide taxpayer-funded vehicles and gasoline to a squad of hundreds of vigilante volunteers, who seem to delight in "swarming the target" when signal from a secreted GPS device planted in their vehicles shows up in the so-called "crown of evil" GPS video screen of the stalkers.

Some stalkers cause auto accidents and attempt to provoke confrontations that will draw police attention. The apparent motive: to portray the persecuted as mentally unbalanced.

This vehicle stalking causes a public safety hazard as vigilante squads violate the civil and human rights of their prey -- many, if not most, of whom are upstanding citizens who were wrongly or maliciously targeted.

Victims say the gang stalkers also make surreptitious entry into their homes to vandalize property and personal effects, and to leave tell-tale signs that the privacy of their targets has been violated -- a form of psychological harassment known as "gaslighting" (after the classic Ingrid Bergman movie of the same name, in which an evil husband manipulates his wife's environment to make her think she is going crazy).

Every law enforcement agency in the nation is likely to know about the GPS-enabled stalking system and the community gang stalking -- what some insiders call "the torture matrix." The Bush torture memos specifically cited anti-stalking laws as being exempt from enforcement when "terrorism" was suspected.

Portraying the "targets" as mentally unsound also appears to be the goal of what amounts to an American "slow-kill" genocide: The covert assault of these "targeted individuals" with classified, hi-tech microwave radiation weapons and devices referred to by officialdom as supposedly non-lethal "directed energy weapons."

The benign nomenclature notwithstanding, these powerful microwave weapons can stun, injure, induce illness, and, depending on exposure levels, kill. Victims say the weapons are being used on the "targets" to induce symptoms of mental illness and cognitive impairment -- in a campaign to have them declared mentally ill and thus "neutralized."

These are crimes against humanity, enabled by federal programs and policies that have co-opted and corrupted local law enforcement, which is dependent upon federal funding from the agencies that devised these "programs of personal destruction."

It is time for local authorities to reclaim their autonomy, and their respect for Constitutional rights. There is a new administration in Washington, one that has pledged to uphold the Constitution.

Metro Philadelphia, Bucks County and regional officials and law enforcement officers who renounce community gang stalking and prosecute those who have persecuted their neighbors will be praised as upholders of the Constitution and defenders of the rule of law.

Those who continue to enable the violation of civil and human rights may find themselves under scrutiny as the new team in Washington makes good on its pledge to restore American values and respect for the rights granted to all citizens under the Constitution of the United States.

MICROWAVE ATTACK REPORT -- Thurs., April 7, 2010

The sick, depraved operatives who man the microwave/radio frequency cellular "torture tower" weapon system under the apparent command and control of the MAGLOCLEN/RissNet fusion center in Newtown, PA -- a multi-agency GESTAPO that is administered by the Department of Homeland Security, WILL NOT STAND DOWN FROM THEIR CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY.

I awoke this morning feeling woozy and disoriented, my face and eyes haggard.  I had gone to bed early, but I awoke weary and weak, not rested.  A red sore on  my nose -- much like the red sore under President Obama's left eye during the campaign, a sore that will not seem to heal, had gotten  larger, now raised and pronounced, resistant to the hydrocortisone cream applications.

As the morning progressed, I felt a bit stronger, and the attacks seemed to abate -- UNTIL AFTER 5 PM.  This is typical.  When the business day ends, the operatives UP THE AMPLITUDE and really start torturing and impairing in ernest.  I felt so weak beginning at 5 p.m. that I had to sit down on the couch.  My ears soon began ringing, and before I knew it, I was in a deep sleep state -- ONCE AGAIN PUT UNDER BY MICROWAVE and/or other radio frequency "entrainment.  

I struggled to stay aware to watch a "Heart" concert on TV.  I couldn't resist the entrainment of the radio frequency, and I was under.  Someone, or several someones, could have entered my home during this time, and I would never know.  Intruders could literally be right under my nose, and I would never know.  

I finally awoke shortly after 6 p.m., my ears still ringing with a high pitched tone that has only diminished slightly (it is now 6:32 p.m.)

THIS, I BELIEVE, IS HOW THEY DO THE HOME ENTRIES WITH TOTAL CONFIDENCE THAT THE 'TARGET' WILL NOT RESIST.  BECAUSE THE TARGET IS PUT OUT.

The Raytheon patent for the "multi-functional microwave radio frequency directed energy weapon states that these multiplexed, phased array antenna transmissions actually can ALTER ATMOSPHERIC CONDITIONS.

Is that why the cloud patterns, the sky, seems to exhibit so many "broken" cloud formations in recent years?  Is this technology being used cavalierly to alter the weather?  Is this why that converge of snowstorms occurred last winter -- and then the unremitting rain?  ARE THE AMERICAN MICROWAVE/RF WEAPON MONSTERS EXPERIMENTING WITH WEATHER MODIFICATION AS A WEAPON OF WAR...

I noticed this article has had almost 7,000 views.  Hello everyone -- did you miss me?  My Verizon phone and DSL have been out for two weeks -- as the Nightmare on Round Hill Road continues.   So much of my experience has been literally shocking and traumatic.  NO ONE SHOULD LIVE THIS WAY OR HAVE AN EXPERIENCE LIKE THIS. 

I can not and will not accept that there are only good people on the inside.  I do believe ignorance is the common ground for most participants.  I do believe targets are sensitized using stimulus such as cellphones, common, to make the number of participants seem greater than it actually is.  I do believe targets are smeared and of course, foreshadowed, to solicit the participation of the pervs.  Or, conversely they may be solicited in a manner to appear as helpful to the target.   The story is altered to fit the situations and the particular target.  This same strategy was used on my friends.   One x-friend said she was doing it for my health.  The severe stress and emotional chaos that this creates and was evident could never be that of a path to wellness.   It is sick and creates illness not wellness.  I also believe that the assaults are so covert than unless it is tracked it can not be noticed by the average onlooker, which could include legitimate law enforcement.  Thus further reinforcement of the concept of the target as being delusional.  I do not deny that the pervs include members of many fractions even those presumably committed to health care and law enforcement.  (I just got a shot -- left side -- AH club pervert, of course.)  I also believe it's about abuse of power, obstruction of justice, vengeance, extremist groups.  I have read that some of these groups have huge memberships. 

Focus on cause is a total waste of time.  Origin, accountability and as I read at the DOJ site applying the laws that currently exist.  The DOJ is receiving many many calls concerning this crime.  I also believe most people, including members of government are simply unaware of the existence of the "Shadow Government or Black Ops" or they are just words.  I had never heard of anything even remotely like this experience.  Several years ago, when my situation started to become obvious harassment, it was overwhelming and unbelievable to me even though the experiences were very real.  I didn't even have the words to express what was happening and was dismissed by most who I contacted for assistance.  A part of this dismissal was the "foreshadowing".  This I had referred to as the "vampire routine" -- relating this experience was only doable via TV shows I had seen, it was so far outside of my life experiences.

I do not believe that this is the America that people want for either themselves or those they care about.  Targets are not safe even inside their own homes.  Traditional means of defense are entirely meaningless. . . . entirely and utterly meaningless and this applies to EVERYONE.  No one is exempt no matter what label they themselves wear.  As a TI, we have all become whistle blowers and there are many pervs vested in this GARBAGE.  I believe awareness is prevention.  I believe there are those that are joining the "Dudley Do Right" team as I write this out. 

Diverted phone calls are a significant part of this huge deception.  This has likely included government agencies.  This is a MAJOR ASSAULT ON THE AMERICAN JUSTICE SYSTEM AND THE RULE OF LAW.  Those on top of the huge mound of crap are terrorists and traitors to America.  I have referred to this as "terrorism by 1,000 blows".  It's also interesting to note the buildings that were targeted on 9/11 are the Pentagon and financial centers -- this I see as part of the overall "vampire routine".  Shooting themselves in the foot, followed by the raping of America and the American People.  The Hersh article reference above, was applicable to this situation and the barriers for Obama.   Organizational Development 101 - house cleaning needs to be top down.  Or, it always starts at the "top".

I'd like to point out it's been over one year since our liar in house "journalist" posted the following statements:
