Not in denial about DEW (is this the same as electronic harassment?) -- in the beginning  it was small things like my stereo volume adjusting by itself -- up or down.  The volume number went up or down, as if adjusted by remote control.  I have one witness to this.   My dining room track lighting out (now working without repair),  small appliances, my TV remote, my computer and my body.  A few days ago my relatively new oil burner shut down.  The explanations provided were not rational.  I've had regular ringing in both my ears, extreme fatigue (apparently induced perhaps keep me from participating in an activity), abnormal smells outdoors, talcum taste and forced waking. 

I was waked every morning at exactly 4:00 AM. Often times, my cat was the vehicle -- I've learned to distinguish his abnormal behavior.  Sometimes I was awakened to "street theater" outside.  Early morning, last week there was a person in a white shirt who walked to the front of my driveway, turned around and walked off.  This same morning there was a limo with one maybe two men parked across the street directly opposite my home.  I went to get my camera and they left. (Illegal Surveillance inside my home?) This same morning another person walking a dog just past my home and returning to "where ever".  This type of seeming normal, abnormal activity has been going on since the beginning along with the other methodology indicated in the articles. 

This morning I woke up to "one of those" headaches -- I do not get headaches.  These are abnormal headaches -- the duration has been generally short - similar experiences have included the swelling of my glands and mouth, sharp pains to my heart or arm, etc., etc., etc.  These experiences are generally piggybacked to the various anchors that live/visit in and around my home.  This morning with the headache came a police car driving down a near by road with sirens on, an anchor cleaning off a car and a Dobbs Ferry village sanitation truck.  This DEW or Electronic Harassments are major civil liberty, human rights and Constitutional Rights violations.  These are shocks/traumas to a "regular person".  These abuses have been attached again and again to anchors -- purpose to have the target go ballistic on an anchor.  These violations again are not anger -- but, given a normal target, would present a rage response -- as in "gang rape" or "torture".  As you know part of the strategy has been the idea "concept" that normal legal recourse is not available -- ah ha!  The lack of trust, like the other aspects of this strategy, has been induced -- to create the idea of paranoia. 

Two years or so ago -- I had absolutely no knowledge of any of this insanity.  One of my favorite statements is that "ignorance is bliss" and for me this statement applies to all that this ugliness has brought into my life.   I was kidnapped and literally brought into a world and mentalities that I had been blissfully ignorant of.

I read that a percentage of our population has been targeted.  I am not a journalist nor was I a political activist -- I recently heard that one of the terrorists stated that "America is run by corporations".  Ah Ha!!!!  Now if a target were to say it's the corporations we become linked to the terrorists?  Ah Ha!!!!!!  I say follow the money or who benefits by this.  It's not me and my cat -- unless he's wearing a costume.  I have referred to him as a terrorist -- oops!  It's not the American people.  Not too long ago, I think it was a member Multi Stalking Victims Org mentioned the New World Order -- at that time, way too "out there" like the idea of electronic harassment and/or DEW. 

I do know that one of the anchors is a member of a religious group that battered Oprah's presentation of "The Awakening".  I have received much information concerning the "Rights'" (not right for me!) efforts and the means utilized, including foreshadowing and smear.  I see a pattern.   I do know that two of by X-best friends are gay.  I do know that the "smear" has included children and most of the other degrading themes.  I suspect the use of these "society sensitive groups" as a means to eliminate the normal sources of support.  It's not about government!  It is about and has obviously been about destroying Human Rights under our Constitution -- our foundation and the rule of law.  It is about anarchy and the use of "smear" to justify this unjustifiable hideous illegal activity.  The target who said "it's unbelievable until it happens to you" is partly correct.  For me it is unbelievable while it was happening to me.  It's my belief that the further away a specific target's life experiences has been from these areas the more injurious the experience.  Part of the strategy has included and includes turning the tables around by attributing cause to the target.  

Keep contacting the ACLU, Center for Constitutional Rights and other Human Rights groups along with traditional law enforcement - FBI/DOJ.  It most cases, if not all, I have been foreshadowed.

Connie Marshall, a Democratic candidate for Louisville mayor, has made some, shall we say, interesting allegations about U.S. Government conspiracies to harass and intimidate her. According to WLKY, Marshall has filed a number of lawsuits claiming to have been assaulted 150 times as a result of a vast and complex secret plot against her.

"I have been assaulted on a regular basis through electromagnetic technology," she told reporters. "That includes microwaving, intrasound, via satellites."

One of her many lawsuits was against local utility provider LG&E, charging the company with "torturing and tormenting" her by turning certain lights and other electrical appliances off and on back and forth. "I've had four or five TVs destroyed, seven telephones or more, computers, fax machine, all those things destroyed," she is quoted as having said.

(However, if I am reading the WLKY report correctly, she seems to be alleging that only certain items - and therefore only certain electrical sockets in her home - are being flipped on and off repeatedly. Although I suppose someone at LG&E conceivably could flicker the power for the entire house on and off, I don't think it's physically possible for them to remotely trigger specific breakers for specific rooms and specific appliances back and forth.)

The LG&E suit was dismissed as frivolous.

Marshall has also reportedly alleged that she was zapped by a mysterious electric current coming through her telephone, which caused her to have a paralyzed feeling.

According to WLKY, Marshall has also sued the U.S. attorney, the governor, the sheriff, the police chief, and federal judges, with a whole panoply of accusations including fraud, racism, physical and mental assault, illegal incarceration,and other crimes. Reportedly she has asked for certain judges to be impeached and incarcerated for "participating in and or willfully allowing gang stalking." She is seeking 20 million dollars in damages and believes herself to be the victim of hate crimes.

(I'm not entirely certain how someone who lives with a worldview that they're being watched by all-powerful conspiracies that control everything thinks that they could then logically have a chance at winning an election. I'm pretty sure that real global conspiracies don't let their victims go on TV news to tell their story, much less run for public office.)

Meanwhile, LEO, with its typical random and misplaced snarkiness, says:

Marshall complained about a lack of coverage before writing that Metro Police and the FBI are following her.

"I fear for my life," she wrote. Marshall has made similar allegations before, during the period at the start of council meetings in which the public is invited to speak. She usually talks about government eavesdropping, surveillance and other tinfoil-hat stuff.

Although Marshall may be just plain wrong about the things she believes, it's rather obnoxious of the supposedly-progressive LEO to dismiss such matters like government eavesdropping and surveillance as "tinfoil-hat stuff." Such activities do indeed go on today, and have been for years under both Republican and Democrat administrations.

Whether Marshall is really someone that a serious covert domestic-spy campaign would choose to target for harassment - well, that's another matter entirely. For now, I'm still willing to give her benefit of the doubt.

U.S. Govt Uses CBS News to Cover Up ...Interesting title, because ... defense contractor Westinghouse owns CBS.  Northrup Grumman was formed in 1996  by the sale of part of Westinghouse's defense division.  I ask you, "Do defense contractor's usually lean left or right?"  MSNBC is eighty percent owned by General Electric, the world's largest company, and a huge player in the defense industry.  I ask you, "What are the typical affiliations of large defense industry companies?  Left wing?  I think not."     Now, Fox News claims that it is not "mainstream media" and never has been.  Their viewership is four times that of the closest rival, and yet they claim disassociation from that "mainstream" non-media whose propaganda has become obvious to every janitor and garbage collector in town.  Apparently the term for them is now too tainted to accept as a label.  As Fox News espouses what any spring water drinking American would call right-wing, borderline fascists leaning diatribe, they claim that lowly MSNBC is now the "lefty" mainstream media .... defense contractor or not.  They say the same of CBS News.  So, who owns Fox News? News Corp has been  the owner since 1996, a company which also owns the Wall Street Journal (very doubtful if there are any leftists there), Perhaps the red purges in the U.S. left little in the way of real leftists, and so a "phony left" had to be constructed in order to draw into the honeypot all those individuals with such radical leanings.  The mainstream press has been co-opted into a progaganda machine, and propaganda machines never give "fair and balanced" coverage.  Check into the MSNBC charade sometime.  If you find that it isn't intentionally lamer than wingless ducks, I'll eat my hat.

MORE MALICIOUS TAMPERING WITH INTERNET CONTENT -- APPARENTLY BY ROGUE U.S. SURVEILLANCE OPERATIVES

Today, Feb. 6, a blog posting on Politico by Laura Rozen, dated today, was headlined "Obama's Internet Reading" and referenced a supposedly current Washington Post article. When I clicked on the article, I noticed the WaPo piece was dated January 25, 2010 and was not current at all.

That may explain why only two comments (one of them from me) were posted to an item that would be expected to draw many responses.

It appears that rogue operatives at the MAGLOCLEN Mid-Atlantic fusion center are not just conducting warrantless surveillance on my internet connection, but they appear to be maliciously interfering with internet content -- in this case, inserting an old, dated item on what appears to be Laura Rozen's current thread, with today's date.

These operatives and their management daily engage in what I consider near-seditious and insubordinate conduct that violates the civil and human rights of this citizen, and probably, many others as well.

As long as there is there are no consequences for such behavior, it will continue -- another example of the apparent breakdown of the chain of command in the Obama administration, and a breakdown of the rule of law in America.

You say YOU HAVE YOUR OWN LIFE AND THIS ORGANIZATION RESPECTS THAT. But do you respect the lives of the people who are being stalked? Ask your self that? Do you respect their privacy, their right of "innocence until proven guilty" or the "concept of rule of law". You indicate that you're 13 -- it might be time to learn to think for yourself? And, then again maybe not. I do not know what group you belong too, but it saddens me that they "use" and in essence exploit children. This is not law enforcement child - it is harassment that you are learning.

I have had many instances where children have been used to “taunt me” and teens to follow me. One example was a visit to a friend at a nursing home. The man at the desk made a statement used by my family to describe me. Three teens followed afterwards, stood at the end of the hall as my other X-friends and I waited for the elevator. They just stood at the corner of the “L” of the hallway which is literally an MO of this group. Seemingly everyday occurrence which happens regularly to a TI.

The parents that participate in this are probably the same parents who text or use their cells with their children in the car. They probably support MADD although texting and cellphone use while driving is actually more dangerous. Hypocracy? or is it HypoCRAZY?? I never said I could spell!

I have experienced many instances of such abuses or exploitation of children. This is exactly what this is. Their use in gang stalking is hideous and as far as I am concerned, abuse of their own children. One statement I’ve read is this “illegal harassment” is for protecting children. There is a center point in all of this. Plus the video from Multi Stalking Org indicating how this smear on a target moves from one extremist group to another. I think it was my last visit to COS, at a department store, that I experienced one of the tactics used by gang stalkers...rude people start to come into your life ...  Focus on the Family appears to be supported by CBS and they are running a major ad for the Super Bowl or did they do that???? Not into football -- dah!  This group - Focus on the Family - is  fueling the Religious Right - anti choice movement.  There is a counter movement building -- thank GOD - I've been getting info from NOW and some of the other groups and this is picking up momentum --  

Isn't a church's tax exempt status based on non political involvement.  Isn't a simple solution, for at least religious based "extremist groups" removing their tax exempt status?  Rule of law?  What happened to separation of church and state?  Isn't part of the NWO this "one way" Nazi mentality? 

In my situation, the diversity of perps and organizations that participate is/was overwhelming.  I was able to track the strategy/methodology into the organized harassment construct and found distinct patterns that may represent the various sub groups?  I did a cartoon on my web site -- but it's not all fiction.

The constant irradiation with extreme low frequency microwave irradition -- causing a dull, dizzying headache and a vise-grip feeling in the skull -- continues.

Vic -- I'm not denying your attribution of cause, but, I read that this micro wave stuff is available to "wackos" outside of government.  I can't remember the details - I looked for the article, but I simply bookmarked too much info.  I read something about the "see through the wall" stuff is used by firefighters and has a range of approx. 200 ft.  The microwave can be purchased too by anyone.  How are your neighbors?  I need to find that article. It was relatively easy to understand.  There was something on the Multi Stalking Org site regarding the microwave technology.
