MICROWAVE ATTACK REPORT -- Friday, Feb. 12, 2010 @ 1:54 p.m.

Apparently my call earlier this week to the FBI Philadelphia field office to report a severe, concussive microwave attack on my person, which literally knocked me out of my chair due to a sudden jolt of vertigo and extreme pain, has not caused my government operative microwave torturers to stand down.

As I continue my campaign to fully expose these ongoing government electromagnetic assaults against extrajudicially targeted citizens, the attacks go on, and are again increasing in frequency. I have reason to believe many good people on the inside know the truth and know that I am being silently tortured, and that explains why persistent efforts to censor my internet postings generally have failed (although my attempted post to a Reuters article about a "directed energy weapons" test would not go through today despite repeated tries).

Here are the microwave attacks I have experienced since last night, with precise times. Conscientious, law-abiding law enforcement personnel could verify these accounts by checking their internal surveillance of the MAGLOCLEN/Rissnet fusion center at 140 Terry Drive, Newtown, PA, the apparent command center from which these attacks are issued (apparently based on 24/7 audio and video surveillance of my premises).

Thursday, Feb. 11, 7:40 p.m. -- Sharp, piercing jolt to the frontal lobe area.

Friday, Feb. 12, 10:01 a.m. -- 11:33 a.m.; 1:19 p.m.; 1:31 p.m.; 2:39 p.m.; 2:48 p.m.; 3:20 p.m.; 3:29 p.m.; 4:12 p.m.  -- At each time-point, a sharp, piercing momentary jolt to the top of the head or frontal lobe.

I have updated the time-points twice since writing this.  It the attacks continue, I will call the FBI again.  Many people on the inside know the truth.  I will not be silenced out of fear of being portrayed as delusional.  That is their standard M.O.  It has not worked in the past in this case, and it won't now.

(I should note that unremitting induced weakness and fatigue occurs every day, apparently from a constant bath of extreme low frequency microwave irradiation, also causing blurry, yellow-tinged vision that has degraded my vision, especially at night. This constant irradiation also is directed at extremely sensitive areas of my body, causing disturbing physical effects.)

It appears that my premises is bathed in a 3D laser targeting grid which instantaneously allows communication of precise location coordinates as read by satellite GPS. The actual microwave puled bursts apparently emanate from the cell tower- based, multiplexed, phased array antennae on nearby cell towers, a ground-level, GPS-guided microwave/laser directed energy attack system.

This system has been written about in published reports as a means of disabling the electronics of terrorists or other enemies of the state. It is THIS system that is being used to attack, torture, impair and neurologically and physiologically harm and entrain unconstitutionally targeted American citizens -- many targeted for their politics, their beliefs, their lifestyles, or ethnic/racial background.

This is an American genocide, and the Obama administration, by its apparent naivete, continues to allow it to happen.

THE MANAGEMENT AND OPERATIVES AT THE MAGLOCLEN FUSION CENTER APPEAR TO BE GUILTY OF ONGOING CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY AND MUST BE ARRESTED, CHARGED AND BROUGHT TO JUSTICE.

IT WOULD BE VERY EASY FOR HUMAN RIGHTS-RESPECTING AUTHORITIES TO VERIFY MY ACCOUNTS.

4:38 p.m. -- assaulted again with a sharp hit to the right side of the head.

The government operative torturers will not relent.  The rule of law and basic human decency is non-existent in this America, and the Obama administration is proving incapable of stopping torture on its watch.

And it is my firm belief, based on observational evidence, that President Obama himself has been under assault from this same cell tower- based microwave system.  (See my comments posted in the initial "comments" page of this thread (assuming the thread has not been tampered with since I last checked...)

Whatever technology is being used to perform audio surveillance on our homes, it is not being done "one bug at a time", using conventional eavesdropping technology.  Truthfully, I don't believe that there are *any* bugs located directly on our premises.  A much more likely culprit is an application of some kind of unusual manipulation of physics, one of either old or new discovery.  Perhaps it has to do with one or more of Nikola Tesla's now fabled "stand electro-magnetics on it's head" theories ... or it could be simply a matter of the simple invisible IR laser grids that Vic continually references in every other message.  No matter the technology, it seemingly has a  "broad swath" attribute, and is probably capable of performing audio surveillance on whole neighborhoods all at once.  An example serves to illustrate my point ... I may have a conversation with my wife, in any random  room in our  house, in a very low tone of voice, and have it subsequently repeated back to me, near verbatim, on the street. My wife and I can discuss dinner preparations and decide to have Lasagna. We can then discuss that we will use real Italian sausage instead of hamburger, and we will buy more cilantro because our supply is gone.  We will decide to buy enough for two thirteen inch pans, because Lasagna reheats well, and we will then have enough for a few days time.  Subsequently, my wife will give me a list of supplies and direct me to the grocery to pick them up.  I will stop, somewhat on a whim, at a gas station to pick up a little gas before going across town to the grocery.  There, standing in line ahead of me to pay for their gas, are two middle aged men, obviously mechanics, one in a greasy mechanics uniform, and the other in normal dress.  They will start the directed conversation.  "We should have Lasagna", the greasy pants one starts, and "we should use real Italian sausage instead of hamburger" suggests the other man.  Nodding, the greasy pants fellow says "And make sure to get some good cilantro - you know we have run out".   "Yes", comes the reply of the clean pants man, to which he adds, "we should buy enough for two thirteen inch pans, because it is really just as good the next day.   They each pay for their gas, and turn to smile at me as they leave the building.  Interestingly, they get into separate vehicles and drive away ...

Note, in the foregoing description, that the mechanics had arrived at the gas station "ahead of me".  Two articles, letters-001, and letters-002, published at www.nano-pico-femto.com explain how this is plausible, via use of the automated cellphone tracking and harassment network.  Also, note the possibility that the two men did not know one another, due to the fact that they had used separate vehicles. Yet, they were able to engage in directed conversation.  This seeming incongruancy is explained in the same two aforementioned articles.  The necessary components:  (1) tracking of my vehicle (2) recording of my conversations, and (3) the automated dispatch and control system per reference articles.   For TIs, some variant of the described scenario is repeated on some level every day of  the week, every week of the year.  This may explain why most TIs are loathe to go the horror movies.  They live in one.

I agree with Vic, the need to get over the name calling directed at TIs and simply be full fledged whistle blowers.  We're not the perverts -- change the label from perps to perves -- they are.  They are criminals in breach of human rights, civil liberty and Constitutional LAW.

Today I thought about the school yard bully and the rule of the school yard not to "tattle tail" and I wondered if they can think about it from the perspective that if someone asks you to cover / lie for them, they don't care about you -- not a brother -- but someone who is willing to harm another to protect them selves. 

I also thought about how my car was entered -- I had a light bulb moment when I saw an "On Star" commercial.  When my car was delivered one of the keys was missing.  When I purchased a second key it was coded at the dealership - numbers.  I also asked the dealership how someone could get a key.  I was told that they could not.  It didn't make sense that many people had my coded key.  But, On Star does make sense.   Like the taste of talcum and the burning and other physical stuff -- it simply didn't make sense that each item was corrupted.  But inducing paranoia is part of the strategy.  Gassing through my mail slot, powder on my clothes made sense.  Touch and biting my nails.  I don't know how DEW or EH.  What Vic mentions is mentioned by many TIs.  I have had that same exhaustion generally attached to a planned activity, most specifically going to a "tea party" and handing out flyers.  I like naps, but this is a different experience of exhaustion -- like the headaches which I never had previously.  I also found powder on my car several times and in my home before adding a padlock to my front door. 

There also appears to be a pattern of attachment.  In my isolation, part of the strategy,  I talk out loud to myself a lot.  I also vent my rage about this RAPE of what was my life. This I have to stop. Remember it's a -  step by hideous step - strategy to cause harm.  Like Patrick Henry said:  Give me liberty or give me death.  This is simply a slow death.  Does a person ever recover.  No.  Recovery implies being where you were before this began or in a better place.  This is ugly.  It causes unrecoverable damage to a regular person.

I have also recognized patterns of attachment.  Fortunately,  More emotional manipulation.  I'm not normal.  My focus is not on emotion but on analysis - observation -- documenting patterns and MOs.  I have not consented to share myself -- thus another aspect of the RAPE.

I'm going to change the name of perps to pervs.  This experience literally falls within the criteria of psychological torture as defined by our Constitution which I use to believe was the LAW. Our Constitution has lost is value -- how sad it that.

Rogue surveillance operatives, apparently operating out of the regional MAGLOLEN Mid-Atlantic Homeland Security-administered "fusion center" in Newtown, PA (140 Terry Drive) insert code into my comment submitted to the Politico.com web site -- a little "square" symbol that apparently deletes all material typed after the symbol. When user (me) tries to delete the tiny "square" in the comments web form, the computer is non-responsive.

After I typed a note to myself about this apparent censorship, the little square disappeared. BUT -- when I returned to the blog thread to see if the comment did indeed get posted, I notice my brower taskbar accessing data from "cache01.cleanprint.net." A "WHOIS" search reveals that the owner of that domain name is not listed.

I can't tell if my comment really posted, or if I am looking at a "spoofed" or faked web page from government computers, to which I am redirected when I try to access the "real" Politico.com.

Could this be U.S. government censorship via warantless surveillance? I think so.

I cannot post comments to ABCnews.com, Reuters.com and more than a few other sites. I was trying to comment on Homeland Security's monitoring of web sites, and on the Defense Department's claim that a test of a "directed energy weapon" is the "first" successful test of a directed energy weapon (which is a huge lie, according to my reporting and experiences).

At ABCnews.com, I get a message, "Login process did not complete successfully. Please try your request again in a few minutes." Repeated tries also are unsuccessful.

The fractured bureaucratic syntax tells me that some web site spoofing government surveillance goon wrote that sentence.

Didn't President Obama say the U.S. does not censor, and didn't he scold China for censoring the internet.

THE U.S GOVERNMENT IS DOING THE SAME KIND OF CENSORSHIP TO ITS OWN PEOPLE.

And I'd testify under oath to Congress about my experiences with these censoring rogue operatives, apparently acting under official orders, if ever given the chance.

When I go to political web sites such as washingtonpost.com/44 or politico.com, the thread items often are old and do not update upon refreshing the page -- another form of content censorship that effectively prevents me from commenting in a timely manner, if at all.

Here's my theory:  the good people on the inside have been reviewing their surveillance of MAGLOCLEN/Rissnet in Newtown, Bucks County, PA to match up allegations of microwave attack with those in that facility with authority over the cell tower weapon system.  Don't you think they have people on the inside there?  Surely, they do, IMO.

And it's my belief that they already know what I am reporting is true and indicative of grave wrongdoing and that too many good people on the inside know the deal  -- or I'd be silenced or dead by now.  And maybe all they're waiting for is approval from the highest authorities in the land.  That's my theory. 

Keep in mind that Janet Napolitano already has ordered a halt to the "Southern Border Initiative" and a "department-wide" review of the system, which I believe is part and parcel of the nationwide network of cell tower- mounted microwave weaponry.

Now, being bureaucrats, they are likely to try to keep any remedial action on the down-low, using "national security" as their rationalization for secrecy.  Bureaucrats hate scandals, especially ones they have allowed to fester in the transition from Bush-Cheney to Obama.

But it's my belief that these atrocities must be exposed to the public at large, as a prophylactic measure, or this torture matrix will just go deeper underground and keep happening under the radar.

Does DHS need a warrant to shake up a facility it oversees?

The suits have gone home, so the operatives at the controls of the cell tower- based microwave torture weapon system once again up the amplitude, causing induced weakness, headache, fatigue and ringing in the ears.Install a mole at the cencom for these crimes against humanity and take down these war criminals, operating under the aegis of the U.S. government and their local "partners."

MICROWAVE ATTACK REPORT -- Wed., Feb. 17th, 2010 @ 10:00 p.m.

SEVERE generalized microwave assault while shopping in the Wal-Mart on Levittown Parkway around 10 p.m., in Levittown, Bucks County, PA. So severe that I felt like I was having a stroke. Head-in-a-vise feeling, vertigo, legs went limp as if I had palsy. The attack went on for over two minutes, not localized to a particular area of the body (made possible by 3D laser targeting devices in or around my home)but generalized, like I was being tracked by an electromagnetic microwave field as I walked through the aisles -- which is exactly what was happening.

Then I remembered I was walking around with an active cellphone. I took the battery out of the phone, quickly walking to another area of the store. The attack ended completely, and I slowly regained by strength and was able to complete my shopping. But even now, an hour later, I feel woozy and unusually weak.

I truly believe that had I not taken the battery out at that moment, I would have been stricken with what would have appeared to be a stroke. I believe that was the intent of the government operative torturers. I nearly collapsed. I FEAR FOR MY LIFE TONIGHT.

THIS IS TORTURE AND IMPAIRMENT AND INDUCTION OF INJURY AND LONG-TERM CELLULAR DAMAGE. THIS IS BARBARISM.

I will report this attack in another phone call to the FBI field office in Philadelphia tomorrow morning. I just don't feel like making the call right now, because I am still recovering from the debilitating attack. I intend to tell the duty agent that if he and other agents in the Philadelphia office do not take proactive steps to end this torture regime, they are COMPLICIT in felonious assault, torture, and various other violations, including the intentional infliction of emotional distress and long-term physical damage that could be considered attempted homicide.

As I write this, at 11:10 p.m., once again the vice-like feeling has overcome me and I am growing weak. I am under attack again in my home. Because it appears that a 3d laser trageting system is trained upon my premises, these war criminals can make precision attacks on ANY body part, internal or external.

FOR THE SAKE OF GOD AND HUMANITY, STOP THESE MONSTERS. They are purposely "upping the amplitude" so that they can resort to their "M.O." if painting the victims of these crimes as delusional when they file complaints.

Exactly.  I cannot prove it, but I would suspect that the deaths of Teddy Kennedy, Stephanie Tubbs-Jones, Robert Novak, the disabling brain injury of Sen. Tim Johnson, etc., were the result of microwave attack.  Maybe even one or both of Joe Biden's aneurysms.  Or Arlen Specter's brain ailment and Hodgkin's.  Specter could expose this entire torture matrix in a heartbeat.  At his age, why wouldn't he choose to be among the heroes and not the scoundrels?  I do not understand him.

I also suspect that my mother and mother and law and my wife  have been under microwave attack.  My mother recently was hospitalized after a reported "fall" and now she's severely cognitively impaired.  I can't tell if it's the result of the wrong medications or possible microwave attack.  But given that I am under attack at this VERY MOMENT, I suspect that my family members also have been targeted in this genocide.

I wrote last night that I was going to call the FBI.  But I think they're reading this, so maybe I won't put myself through the aggravation, in the event that the agent on the other line is among the scoundrels and not the heroes (and I know there are heroes down at 6th and Arch in Philly.  They don't hand out their names, though...)

MICROWAVE ATTACK REPORT -- Thurs., Feb. 18, 2010 @ 11:54 a.m.

Since the severe, nearly disabling attack least night at about 10 p.m. in the Levittown, Bucks County, PA, Wal-Mart, I have been under nearly constant microwave attack. I mentioned in the last report that I was under attack at 11 p.m. as I wrote the account of the Wal-Mart assault. When I woke up this morning, I was dizzy and my skin and eyes were red and itchy, signs of microwave attack. When I went into the bathroom, I was hit with sudden intense bursts, causing serious head pain. The debilitating microwave irradiation has continued all morning long. At this moment (11:57 a.m.,) I am dizzy, suffering head pain from what I recognize as penetrating microwave attack. I am finding it hard to concentrate. I am constantly yawning, struggling to keep myself awake. My ears are burning. This is microwave ENTRAINMENT. I am being disabled, my functionality reduced by this attack.

THE U.S. GOVERNMENT IS ALLOWING THIS TO HAPPEN. NO AUTHORITIES WILL STOP THESE FUSION CENTER NAZIS FROM PLAYING WITH THEIR CELL TORTURE TOWER TOYS.

My media colleagues are asleep at the switch, deluded, or bought off.

Only the good people on the inside can save the victims, and the rule of law. They must act -- now. People are being irreparably damaged.

It is obvious if we ever attempt to move this from useless whining on the internet to actual legal progress in the courts the first thing the opposition will do will be to provide evidence that the plaintiffs are classic sufferers of mental disorders, the most likely paranoid schizophrenia. DRACONIAN NET CENSORSHIP RETURNS -- WITH A VENGEANCE Once again, draconian government censorship of internet political speech has trampled upon this journalist's constitutionally-protected rights.

This morning, multiple attempts to post comments to the political blog "The Fix" on washingtonpost.com inexplicably failed to go through. Each time, as in past instances of apparent censorship, I received a full-screen message stating that the comment was received as is "being held for the blog owner."

The evidence points to the MAGLOCLEN/RissNet government "fusion center" in Newtown PA, which covers many Mid-Atlantic states and is under the jurisdiction of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, as the nexus of this censorship regime

I have confirmed that The Washington Post does not "hold" reader comments unless its software detects foul language, which was not the case here. It appears that my browser has been re-directed to a government computer that is generating "spoofed" or faked web sites, allowing censors to control or even manipulate the content of political speech on the internet.

After my first and second attempts were rejected, I modified a comment I had posted yesterday, just to see what would happen. That comment also elicited the "held for blog owner" screen. I tried yet another comment with totally different wording than the earlier two attempts. Same result: "Held for blog owner."

It appears that I am being totally cut off from expressing my views on big media sites on the internet. As is my custom, I called the Verizon Communications internet support line to register a complaint. (It appears that persons who are targeted for government surveillance are directed to a special "program" customer service representative who appears to read from the surveillance program script.)

I went through a now-familiar recitation about constitutional rights, censorship and the behavior of rogue surveillance operatives who are misusing a government program to impose ideologically-motivated censorship. All to naught.

After several attempts to re-post, I repeated the phone call routine, giving essentially the same speech. Again I attempted to exercise my constitutional rights. Again I was blocked from posting to the political blog. In one of those phone call protests, I expressed my confidence that constitution-respecting authorities would take action against this rogue operation and its draconian censorship regime. I have been making the same speech for several YEARS.

Is my confidence in our system diminished? No; the system works -- when the people running the system adhere to the rule of law and respect constitutional rights of all Americans. That does not appear to be the case here.

A rogue operation continues to violate the civil and human rights of thousands, if not millions, of Americans. It's my opinion that these continued infringements represent a breakdown in the chain of command in the Obama administration, whose promise of "hope and change" rings hollow -- at least when it comes to preserving and protecting the constitutional rights of American citizens.

Team Obama: Now prove me wrong. Act to restore the rule of law in an American despoiled by eight years of Bush-Cheney rule -- abuses that your Bush-Cheney leave-behinds allow to continue.
