U.S. Govt Uses CBS News to Cover Up Microwave Cell Tower Torture?

MICROWAVE ATTACK REPORT -- Thurs., Feb. 18, 2010 @ 11:54 a.m.

Since the severe, nearly disabling attack least night at about 10 p.m. in the Levittown, Bucks County, PA, Wal-Mart, I have been under nearly constant microwave attack. I mentioned in the last report that I was under attack at 11 p.m. as I wrote the account of the Wal-Mart assault. When I woke up this morning, I was dizzy and my skin and eyes were red and itchy, signs of microwave attack. When I went into the bathroom, I was hit with sudden intense bursts, causing serious head pain. The debilitating microwave irradiation has continued all morning long. At this moment (11:57 a.m.,) I am dizzy, suffering head pain from what I recognize as penetrating microwave attack. I am finding it hard to concentrate. I am constantly yawning, struggling to keep myself awake. My ears are burning. This is microwave ENTRAINMENT. I am being disabled, my functionality reduced by this attack.

THE U.S. GOVERNMENT IS ALLOWING THIS TO HAPPEN. NO AUTHORITIES WILL STOP THESE FUSION CENTER NAZIS FROM PLAYING WITH THEIR CELL TORTURE TOWER TOYS.

My media colleagues are asleep at the switch, deluded, or bought off.

DRACONIAN NET CENSORSHIP RETURNS -- WITH A VENGEANCE Once again, draconian government censorship of internet political speech has trampled upon this journalist's constitutionally-protected rights.

This morning, multiple attempts to post comments to the political blog "The Fix" on washingtonpost.com inexplicably failed to go through. Each time, as in past instances of apparent censorship, I received a full-screen message stating that the comment was received as is "being held for the blog owner."

The evidence points to the MAGLOCLEN/RissNet government "fusion center" in Newtown PA, which covers many Mid-Atlantic states and is under the jurisdiction of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, as the nexus of this censorship regime

I have confirmed that The Washington Post does not "hold" reader comments unless its software detects foul language, which was not the case here. It appears that my browser has been re-directed to a government computer that is generating "spoofed" or faked web sites, allowing censors to control or even manipulate the content of political speech on the internet.

After my first and second attempts were rejected, I modified a comment I had posted yesterday, just to see what would happen. That comment also elicited the "held for blog owner" screen. I tried yet another comment with totally different wording than the earlier two attempts. Same result: "Held for blog owner."

It appears that I am being totally cut off from expressing my views on big media sites on the internet. As is my custom, I called the Verizon Communications internet support line to register a complaint. (It appears that persons who are targeted for government surveillance are directed to a special "program" customer service representative who appears to read from the surveillance program script.)

I went through a now-familiar recitation about constitutional rights, censorship and the behavior of rogue surveillance operatives who are misusing a government program to impose ideologically-motivated censorship. All to naught.

After several attempts to re-post, I repeated the phone call routine, giving essentially the same speech. Again I attempted to exercise my constitutional rights. Again I was blocked from posting to the political blog. In one of those phone call protests, I expressed my confidence that constitution-respecting authorities would take action against this rogue operation and its draconian censorship regime. I have been making the same speech for several YEARS.

Is my confidence in our system diminished? No; the system works -- when the people running the system adhere to the rule of law and respect constitutional rights of all Americans. That does not appear to be the case here.

A rogue operation continues to violate the civil and human rights of thousands, if not millions, of Americans. It's my opinion that these continued infringements represent a breakdown in the chain of command in the Obama administration, whose promise of "hope and change" rings hollow -- at least when it comes to preserving and protecting the constitutional rights of American citizens.

Team Obama: Now prove me wrong. Act to restore the rule of law in an American despoiled by eight years of Bush-Cheney rule -- abuses that your Bush-Cheney leave-behinds allow to continue.

Here is comment this reporter attempted to post today (Feb. 22) to the blog column of Washington Post ombudsman Andrew Alexander.  After the post generated a "held for blog owner" message, I attempted to post the comment to two other PaPo blogs, including the one that is the subject of this incident.  Those attempts also elicited the "held for blog owner" message -- what this reporter has strong reason to believe is a "spoofed" or faked web page generated by government censors:

Discourage WaPo editors and columnists from caving into pressure from government agents or outside operatives to ban certain individuals from posting to their blogs.

This veteran journalist has been a regular contributor to the comments section of Chris Cillizza's political blog "The Fix" for the past couple of years.  I am also the target of an apparent campaign of character assassination and slander conducted by rogue government agents behind the rogue covert programs I have exposed:

Rogue operatives apparently re-direct my internet traffic to the computers of a government surveillance program, which intercepts my input in "real time" and often censors or alters content.  One of their methods apparently involves the generation of a "spoofed" or faked web page which states that blog comment has been "received and held for the blog owner."

Much of this censorship appears to emanate from the 70 regional "fusion centers" under the jurisdiction the the U.S. Department of Homeland Security -- whose secretary, Janet Napolitano, issued a directive in June 2009 advising that ideology is not to be used as a basis for investigative actions by her charges.  However, it also is likely that other agencies, notably the NSA and the U.S. Secret Service, are involved in internet censorship.

I suspect that rogue agents and operatives have taken to putting the muscle on some internet journalists in an effort to get them banned from posting to certain blogs.  As of Friday, Feb. 19th, ALL of my submitted comments to "The Fix" have resulted in the "held for blog owner" message -- but I am still able to post to other WaPo blogs.

The arbitrary and capricious nature of this censorship is prima facia evidence of its unconstitutionality.

Could you please ask Mr. Cillizza if pressure from any outside source has resulted in my banning from his blog's comments sections?  If so, I believe that no blog author should have the right to deny a reader from commenting to his or her blog on ideological grounds, and that such bannings should be limited to readers who use profane language or engage in ad hominem attacks.

I would appreciate your response in this space upon your return.  I compliment you in advance for checking your own comments section while you are on vacation!

I've been following the DOJ ideas site where people can vote and leave strongly information handled for DOJ reps to read (and not slowly walk backwards from towards the door). I've noticed that even though the DOJ link has gone out to countless Targeted Individuals via chat groups, twitter Peacefrog's great short invitation here on Now Public, and, even though the link has gone out to hundreds through this week's FFCHS newsletter there are only 48 votes on the "enforce existing laws" post. I visited the site before Batvette left his recent, strong comment and after he did. There was no change in the vote number before and after he left his comment (did you also vote Batvette?). MICROWAVE ATTACK REPORT -- Mon., Feb. 22, 2010 @ 5:41 p.m.

It is now after five, and predictably, the amplitude has been turned up on the microwave/laser cell tower directed energy weapon system that the U.S. government is using to torture and impair unconstitutionally and unjustly targeted Americans such as I.

They've been irradiating me all day at a lower level, causing headache, eye pain, burning and itching sensation in the head and body. But at 5:32 p.m., they amped it up considerably, causing ear ringing, severe headache and disorientation.

THESE ARE CAPITAL CRIMES, CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY, WAR CRIMES.

MICROWAVE ATTACK AND POLICE-PROTECTED COMMUNITY DOMESTIC TERRORISM REPORT -- Tues., Feb. 23, 2010 @ 12:17 p.m.

The government-authorized microwave torturers who apparently work under the command of the MAGLOCLEN fusion center in Newtown, PA will NOT stand down. They will not cease and desist. They continue to commit crimes against humanity with the covert cell tower- based microwave/laser weapon system that has been installed and is operational nationwide -- and with their apparent command and control over bands of interstate community stalking goons and automatons.

They also continue to coordinate blatantly unconstitutional and pervasive video and audio surveillance of my home and my person, wherever I go. These gross violations of my human and civil rights will not go unanswered; if conscientious law enforcement agencies do not intervene to stop the persecution, I will initiate a series of legal and public relations challenges to these authorities.

I awoke this morning with disorienting head pain, ringing in the ears, blurry vision and reddened skin. All of these are symptoms of microwave attack. As the morning progressed, I once again was overcome by overwhelming fatigue and weakness, the apparent result of extreme low frequency irradiation that is known to induce such symptoms.  The frequencies literally override the body's on instructions to the nervous system). Both my wife and I were unable to stay awake last night to watch the Olympics, due to apparent irradiation of this type. I have found that the sadistic war criminals administering this torture and impairment seem to delight in putting their targets "under" when they want or need to stay awake.

Also, these sadistic monsters mount piercing microwave attacks when I am working with a hot soldering gun or engaged in other activity which requires extreme steadiness and concentration. They also appear to have remote control over the computer that controls our late-model Honda Civic. I have experienced sudden acceleration, sudden braking, and have discovered thick layers of brake dust on the rear wheels of my vehicle. As I have mentioned before in these comments sections, we did not order GPS or "emergency theft immobilization" on our vehicle, but the vehicle was delivered by Mike Piazza Honda with those features, along with cruise control. I strongly believe that the dealership was under instructions from rogue law enforcement or security agents to so equip the vehicle.

Years ago, on May 1, 2004 -- two months after I came to the realization that I was being "targeted" and silently assaulted by a then-unknown external attack mechanism -- a previously owned vehicle went off the road and crashed into a wooded area when I explicably blacked out at the wheel. Miraculously, the car careened our of control between some trees and came to a rest without being extensively damaged; yet the authorities declared the car "totaled."

I was shook up but uninjured. I tried to decline medical treatment, but was forced to go to the hospital, where no tests were administered, not even a blood test -- but the authorities made sure I was seen by someone who was identified to me as a psychiatrist. This is all part of the M.O. -- try to get the "targeted individual" declared mentally ill. I now believe that I was the victim of a microwave attack which caused the accident. At the time, I suspected purposeful drugging or a chemical assault of some sort; but with the directed energy weapon system, such crude methodologies are not required.

Lower Makefield Township police arrived on the scene within minutes. Over my objections, they arranged for my car to be towed to a lot out of the township, in Washington Crossing, PA. When my wife and I went to retrieve the car a couple of days later, I noticed that the windshield glass was smashed -- when the windshield had survived the impact of the accident totally intact. I also noticed cigarette burn holes in the upholstery that were not there before (we don't smoke), and some unfamiliar items in the truck, including mail addressed to someone we do not know. I felt then, and I still believe today, that some entity was trying to set us up for a frame-up.

Around this same time, we began discovering signs of surreptitious entry into our home -- something that still occurs to this very day. On one such occasion, a Lower Makefield Township police officer recommended that we change our locks, and he specifically recommended a certain locksmith in Morrisville, PA. We dutifully took the advice -- and the signs of surreptitious entry and vandalism of our home and possessions continued unabated and continue to this day.

So it is no surprise that local police will not investigate my complaints of being stalked, harassed, vandalized, and terrorized by persons entering my home. I have supplied my police chief with some specific information that I believe could lead to the persons committing these crimes. As far as I know, no investigation has been initiated, despite a personal meeting with the chief last April, nearly a year ago.

This nationwide "program" of extrajudicial targeting and government-sanctioned vigilantism, I believe, has corrupted law enforcement nationwide. This is not just a Bucks County, PA problem. It is a nationwide stain on our society. And to my knowledge, not a SINGLE law enforcement official has spoken up against this federally-coordinated "multi-agency coordinated action program."

That is not surprising, considering the substantial evidence that powerful and secretive elements of the federal security, military and intelligence apparatus are behind these "programs," and have significant control over financial grants and funding to local and county law enforcement.

The American Gestapo is not just police-protected; the evidence is clear that the police are involved and thoroughly complicit in the persecution of this citizen and untold thousands, if not millions, of extrajudicially and unconstitutionally and unjustly "targeted" American citizens.

My suggested remedy:

MAKE AN EXAMPLE OF BUCKS COUNTY, PA AND THE MAGLOCLEN FUSION CENTER UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY.

TAKE ACTION AGAINST THE OPERATIVES WHO ARE TORTURING, IMPAIRING AND TERRORIZING CITIZENS IN THE MID-ATLANTIC STATES COVERED BY THE FUSION CENTER.

AND TAKE ACTION AGAINST THE LOCAL OFFICIALS WHO HAVE REFUSED TO FAIRLY AND EQUALLY ENFORCE THE LAW, AND WHO MAY BE PERSONALLY CULPABLE FOR COVERING UP CONSTITUTIONAL AND HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATIONS COMMITTED AGAINST THE CITIZENS THEY ARE SWORN TO PROTECT.

And reward those local officials who cooperate in taking down this hideous torture matrix by granting them at least some limited immunity for any personal complicity in these crimes.

Addendum:

CULTIST COMMUNITY STALKERS INFILTRATE HEALTH CARE SYSTEM, NURSING HOMES TO VICTIMIZE 'TARGETS' AND THEIR FAMILIES

These police- and federally-protected community stalking goon squads have infiltrated the health care system. It appears to me that administrators at certain health care facility that cater to victimized groups, such as minorities, may be managed by members of these groups, especially cult-like stalking units affiliated with certain fundamentalist or cultist religious groups. These stalking units welcome sadists and hate-mongers to conduct their malicious terrorism upon their targets -- and relatives of targets.

I believe my mother has been victimized by such persons at the nursing home where she resides in Wilmington, DE, and where she suffered facial and head wounds and contusions after what the family was told was a "fall" out of bed. (The pattern of wounds clearly indicated to me that she was wearing her glasses at the time of the incident; she normally would not have been wearing glasses in bed. ) I am concerned that she has been subject to abuse; the facility apparently sedated her, and she was restrained in a wheelchair, "for her own protection, " I was told. I consider the treatment she has received as abusive, and I am concerned that the wounds she recently suffered may have been the result of assault or negligence.

I have tried to initiate an investigation by the State of Delaware, but I am concerned that there is a campaign to slander me as "delusional," thus allowing the facility to escape scrutiny by regulators. I have reported in this space that I observed medical directive records strewn on the seats and floor of a vehicle parked in the home's lot.

I have confirmed that active duty U.S. Army personnel have worked or continue to work at this facility, and I have reason to wonder whether the residents are being used for non-consensual medical experimentation.

I have suggested in this space that a conscientious regulatory agency install an undercover agent at this facility. I also have suggested that the facility install a video and audio surveillance system to help guard against abuse. I was told by the administrator that such equipment would violate privacy laws. I believe that statement is fallacious and the response raises even more questions as to her level of concern for the residents.

Generally the post of other TIs and the methodology appears to include the family members of TIs.  Friends of TIs are coerced, bribed or lied to in order to solicit their participation.  The strategy is about inducing abnormal experiences and severe stress with the ultimate goal of presenting the TI as delusional generally in the direction of schizophrenia like symptoms.   Keep your cool boy!  The constant hits are to keep you on defense instead of offense.

Isolation and lack of trust in government is a major part of this disgusting strategy.  These pervs are cowards and really perverse.  There are law firms that deal exclusively with elder abuse in nursing homes.  They are personal injury attorneys - the fee contingent and based on damages.  Don't let this go.  I have been followed while visiting a friend in a nursing home and the guy at the front desk also participated making a statement that only my sister would have been able to provide.  In addition, while at the Dobbs Ferry Emergency Room the triage nurse and doctor both participated.  The doctor asked me if there was "something I wanted to tell him".  The triage nurse took another ahead of me even though I had arrived first and deliberately delayed me while I was waiting for the take home medication.  This hospital it just a few blocks from my home.  I was driven there and took a cab home.  In the cab there was a reference to "see this is Light" which referred to my spiritual orientation.  I was extremely ill.  It was a deliberate infliction of cruelty.    I strongly suspect, again in retrospect and based on other similar experiences, that the other patients in the waiting room were a part of this "perv group".

PS - my X-friend who is an attorney also said to create a "paper trail".  I believe the organization that monitors hospitals and nursing homes is JACHO, I look this up.  I didn't even think of filing a compliant with them.  This is when I crashed.   The name of the attachment to an abuser by an abused held in captivity is the Stockholm Syndrome.  This I want to check to.

MICROWAVE ATTACK REPORT -- Wed., Feb. 24, 2010 @ 10:45 a.m. THE RULE OF LAW HAS BROKEN DOWN, IN BUCKS COUNTY, PA AND ELSEWHERE -- FOR UNJUSTLY TARGETED AND PERSECUTED INDIVIDUALS.

THEY HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO SILENCE ME. BUT THE TORTURE AND IMPAIRMENT AND ENSLAVEMENT TO COMMUNITY GOONS CONTINUE. IS THIS REALLY AMERICA? OR GESTAPO USA?

If this weren't about torture and long-term physical and neurological damage, it might be funny to refer to what's happening right now as another "Target Groundhog Day." But this is about torture, apparently emanating from the MAGLOCLEN fusion center in Newtown, PA, under the jurisdiction of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

These microwave weapon operator-monsters will NOT stand down. They will NOT cease and desist. Once again, they are upping the amplitude on their cell tower microwave/laser weapon system, which is capable of targeting individuals with extreme precision. I am being irradiated at this very moment by microwave radiation that is causing severe frontal lobe headache and a feeling of disorientation.

Typically, after I made one of these postings, the attacks subside -- for a while, until these frat boy Nazi operatives think they can again get away with their high-tech torture.

Yesterday, I discovered that my home -- my bedroom -- was entered, apparently while we were sleeping. An old phonograph I had just finished restoring apparently was taken from our bedroom, vandalized and returned to our bedroom -- as we were in a deep sleep, apparently under the "drugging" effects of microwave irradiation. The mechanism that had run smoothly the day before was jammed and gummed up. The copper changer mechanism, which was in working condition the day before, was visibly, forcibly bent. The chassis mounting rubber was cut and damaged, causing the unit to sit loose in the case.

These things cannot and do not just happen overnight. I frequently find evidence of surreptitious entry and vandalism inside my home. Sometimes, objects are moved from one place to another, even inside the refrigerator. Example: I routinely place by car keys in a certain place each night. The next morning, I sometimes find them in another place. Floors and walls are dented and damaged. Objects and furniture are scratched -- not just mine, but my mother's, in her nursing home room. Our sink disposer was clogged with silicone caulking, causing it to fail and need replacement.

But most disturbing is the serious vandalism and poisoning. Our food has been tainted with bitter, chemical tasting substances and our water has tasted foul as well. Once, particles of sewerage were visible in our water. And our air has been fouled with foreign substances, possibly talcum power, but perhaps a powder form of poison. I discussed all of this with the police chief last April, ten months ago. He indicated his awareness that I was under such physical and psychological assault. He even mentioned some of the tactics used against me before I uttered the words -- specifically, the fouling of air ducts. I supplied him with some specific information that, if acted upon in an investigation, could lead to the persons committing these felonious, terroristic assaults. He was empathetic. But the assaults and the vandalism and the surreptitious home entries continue.

I tried to reach my police chief this morning to update him. I was told that he was not available. I asked to leave a voice mail. I was told that his voice mail was not working. When I questioned the story, I was then told that he was on another line and that trying to leave a voice mail would disturb his call. My response: "Boy, I hope this phone call is recorded." I believe me call was re-directed and that I may have not been talking to the Lower Makefield Township police department at all.

Please forward this posting to Chief Ken Colluzzi, a good guy whom I believe is being usurped or cowled into compliance by rogue federal agents on a witchhunt.

I have reason to people people right in my neighborhood are involved, either as perpetrators or accomplices. Some are family people. It would take only the threat of legal jeopardy to get some of these people to "flip." It hasn't happened. I believe that's because the police know exactly who is doing this, that they operate under the protection of rogue federal agents, and that some police personnel and their families may be directly involved in these unconstitutional and felonious crimes.

The FBI is fully aware of my particular case. They were somewhat helpful, apparently, in getting the torturers to reduce the intensity of their microwave torture, which adversely affected my cognition for FOUR years, from 2004 to 2008. But the torture has continued, along with the surreptitious home entries, despite changing locks and taking other measures.

I believe conscientious authorities may have opened an investigation, as I have requested of the Civil Rights Division of the Department of Justice. But I do not know for sure.

If a victim of these community brownshirt vigilantes calls the police and requests a K-9 search when they hear noises in the attic, the typical M.O. is to have the authorities declare the complainant "delusional." The police are in on this persecution -- I know that from being falsely and unjustly assaulted, arrested and thrown in a jail cell by Falls Township police last July, when officers call me a "paranoid schizophrenic" within my earshot. The slander generated by this federally-spawned program of ideological and hate-motivated persecution is bought hook, line and sinker by some local officers who should have wised up to "the program" by now.

Or perhaps it suits their personal prejudices and a perverse need to assert their authority over innocent civilians who have been falsely targeted by a federal cabal that believes in "social cleansing."

BLATANT APPARENT GOVERNMENT CENSORSHIP REPORT Wed., Feb. 24, 2010

My internet posts continue to be censored, apparently by chain of command- disrespecting, constitution-shredding management and operatives at the MAGLOCLEN fusion center in Newtown, PA, in my opinion, a criminal enterprise posing as a law enforcement agency.

This morning, an attempted post to what looks like the New York Times web site (but which appears to be a spoofed, or faked, web site to which I am re-directed, appeared to receive my comment. But the comment never posted. The censors seem to think that if a media outlet moderates its on-line comments, they can censor at will.

Also, attempted posts to tvnewscheck.com, an industry web site, only go through some of the time. When I venture an opinion that favors the broadcasting sector over cable or broadband, often the comment does not post.

This leads me to believe that operatives at the censoring, constitution-shredding fusion center are working on behalf of the cable/broadband industry while on the government payroll.

FBI/DOJ, are you listening? How much longer are you going to allow this facility to violate the civil, human and constitutional rights of millions of citizens in the Mid-Atlantic states it "serves" (I use the term loosely). The definition of fascism is authoritarian government that does the bidding of corporations at the expense of the public interest.

Will the FBI/DOJ please stand up for the Constitution of the U.S. and raid that facility for multiple color of law, human and civil rights violations?

Do you realise your posts come across as feverish ramblings and often include extremely far-fetched notions e.g. paranormal/supernatural phenomenon, ET and what looks like science-fiction mixed in with some actual scientific and technical information?

All I can say is this doesn't help your credibility.

Also not everyone who is sceptical is a "lame psy op goon" you really come across as unhinged when you attack everyone who questions your story with that moniker. There may well be psyop goons but not everyone who doubts you will be one.

You may have been a journalist but I doubt you were ever a scientist otherwise you would designed an experiment by now to investigate if this was really happening, so far all you have talking about is a (far-fetched) hypothetical explanation for why you get headaches and feel ill.

I would suggest you rule out normal medical reasons for these symptoms before you jump to the conclusion you are being attacked with EM waves.

I would check to make sure you don't have some sort of brain tumour or other disease that could simultaneously give you the physical and possibly mental (paranoia?) symptoms.

Also what is the reason they are allegedly targeting you for?

MICROWAVE ATTACK REPORT -- Fri.-Sat. Feb. 26-27 2010 @ 1:06 a.m.

Evenings and weekends now, the government microwave torture intensifies. (Do the operatives at the controls of the torture toys think they can get away with war crimes more easily than when the suits are on premises?

At 9:01 and again at 9:27 p.m., I was hit with intense, piercing microwave hits to the head. More sharp piercing microwave attacks at 10:39, 10:52, 11:14 and 1 a.m.

I give precise times so that conscientious investigators can compare my accounts with the records and surveillance data from government "fusion center" operatives who apparently direct and execute these crimes against humanity.

Throughout the evening, room temperature dropped to bone-chilling cold, even though the heat was on. As I have mentioned before, my environment is under external control and we are subject to what CIA operatives know as "cold room torture," fluctuating room temperature that cause both discomfort and anxiety, knowing that remote-control torturers are observing their de facto home-imprisoned prey.

Then the overwhelming fatigue and sleep induction set in as my wife and I attempted to watch a long movie (about President Kennedy and the Cuban missile crisis, ironically). Government torture operatives apparently delight in inducing sleep when their target wants to stay up -- or inducing sleeplessness when their target would like to go to sleep. This is done by precision targeted radio frequencies that mimic brain waves, and the torture is delivered by the same system that administers the microwave torture, using different frequencies and amplitudes.

THESE ARE CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY. AND THE EVIDENCE POINTS TO THE MAGLOCLEN/RISSNET FUSION CENTER IN NEWTOWN, PA AS THE SOURCE OF THESE ATTACKS -- ON THOUSANDS OF AMERICANS IN MID-ATLANTIC STATES.

And no law enforcement agency will intervene to stop these crimes against humanity. MAGLOCLEN, ostensibly a law enforcement agency, is, in my opinion, a multi-agency criminal operation.
