How do you know this guy isn't posting all this shit to discredit anyone who is being targeted. How do you know he is not just a wind-up merchant. He's looking for postal money orders ffs he must think you are all mugs who will pay him for his (maybe fake) persecution story.

MICROWAVE ATTACK REPORT -- Mon., Mar. 1, 2010 @ 11:41 a.m.

No surprise that the microwave assaults continue.  At this very moment, I am reeling from vertigo and that "head in a vise" feeling that I know from personal experience is symptomatic of a silent, precision-targeted microwave assault from the cell tower-based electromagnetic microwave/laser attack system apparently commandeered out of the MAGLOCLEN fusion center in Newtown, PA,  Mid-Atlantic states headquarters of what amounts to an American Gestapo.

The attack  is growing more intense as I type this, as if to say, "keep it up and we again will disable  you."  But six years of this covert torture has stripped me of fear.  I have to stop now because the attack continues to grow in  intensity.

I report the exact time of these attacks so that conscientious, humane law enforcement can compare my  accounts with their surveillance of the MAGLOCLEN command structure.

It is now 11:51 a.m. Monday, and the attack continues, the intensity at high "amplitude."

BUT THEYWILL HAVE TO KILL ME BEFORE I WILL SUBMIT TO THEIR HIGH-TECH TORTURE.  AND I HAVE EVERY CONFIDENCE THAT THEIR EVERY MOVE, STATEMENT, COMMAND AND "ENGAGE THE TARGET" ORDER IS UNDER SURVEILLANCE -- JUST AS THEY SURVEIL MY EVERY KEYSTROKE.

The government-paid perps are out in full force today. Everytime I look out my window or open my front door, within ten seconds I am treated to the new perp-flavor of the month. Last month, the perps walking past my house were mostly Hispanics and Asians. This week it's blacks.  Big Perp Inc uses their US government  money to rent houses nearby and install the perps whose only job is to spring into action when the TI's door opens or the TI leaves his house. The taxpayer money that is being wasted on this must be unbelievably huge -- but it's making defense contractors very, very rich.  I guess the Government Thugs-in-Charge are proud to demonstrate that the American brand of evil is also multicultural.  EEO uber alles. Addendum, MICROWAVE ATTACK REPORT, Mon., Mar. 1, 2010 @12:26 p.m.

The attack continues.  Severe vertigo, pain concentrated at crown of head.  At one point, my vision dimmed momentarily, then returned, as if my irises were closing involuntarily, the same sort of reflex as when you look into a bright light.  

Usually, when I issue these "reports," the attack immediately subsides within a minute or two of the posting.  Not this time.   I believe that the multi-agency cabal believes I must be silenced to keep them from going to prison.   To them I say:

Addendum, MICROWAVE ATTACK REPORT, Mon., Mar. 1, 2010 @3:35 p.m.

Today's microwave attack is unremitting. The message I am getting is that the multi-agency microwave torturers think they've gotten away with it. They think they've convinced political leaders that reports such as mine are the products of delusion and mental illness, not the accurate accountings of government torture programs. I trust they are wrong.

The vertigo is accompanied by numbness down my left side. At precisely 12:18 p.m. and again at 1:48 p.m., the unremitting vertigo and numb feeling on the left side was punctuated with a sharp piercing hit to the frontal lobe region, the favored target of these microwave Mengeles. I am speaking literally.

Conscientious, humane government officials could install moles at the MAGLOCLEN fusion center to review surveillance and operational data, comparing my accounts and time of reported attacks with that facility's records and surveillance of its operatives. (Surely, an operation with its fingers on the microwave attack button are being kept under close supervision and surveillance; anything less would be negligent management. If they are not, now is the time to start.

If this intensity keeps up, I may again lose my cognitive edge. That appears to be the goal of these government torturers. I have exposed their crimes against humanity and now they think they must silence me to save themselves.

I strongly believe that it is far too late for that. It could be that humane, conscientious officials are trying to deal with them quietly. I maintain that full public exposure is the only means to excise this cancer from the body republic.

I must move about again. There is no escaping a microwave attack system that delivers its destructive force at the speed of light, unless a target chooses to live in a Faraday cage. Right now, I wish I had one...

I am not alone. Many hundreds of thousands, if not a couple of million Americans, are similarly being persecuted, impaired, tortured. I believe my mother and mother-in-law are among them.

I put a padlock on my outside front door and a bolt lock on my side front door.  I have lived in my home for 33 years.  In the "good old days" I went out walking for over an hour and didn't even think about locking either my front door or back door.  My windows are all secured and all this other crap.  Over a year ago, I had made an attempt at a security system but had one of those diverted phone calls.  The constant assault make it extremely difficult to get into a positive action mode and that is the intention.  I received information regarding "failure to protect" and I would have to guess that would include action directed toward a formal investigation of the allegations made? 

I know because I'm a TI too - Magna Cum Laude - NYU - Graduate Degree - Homeowner of 33 years - life long resident of Westchester County and lots of other good stuff!  One TI stated he did not believe it until it happened to him.  I did not believe it while it was happening to me!  How can a normal everyday American citizen believe this -- I say I've been abducted and transported to another universe -- beyond another planet.  It is hideous and it is perverted.  Thus I'm trying to remember to change the label of perp to perv -- more de-powerment of these criminals that may actually refer to themselves as good citizens or Americans.

SURVEILLANCE / COMMUNITY MOB STALKING / ORGANIZED GROUP STALKING / DIRECT ENERGY WEAPON USE / COVERT MIND CONTROL OPERATIONS:   Many good and innocent USA citizens are experiencing organized group stalking and/or assault by direct energy weapons in their communities. In my view, both methods are stealth political control technology. Both methods are used to provoke  complaints and health problems that mimic physical and mental illness. Thus, the Targeted Individuals (TI) are discredited, maimed, disabled, and sometimes killed.   Direct energy weapons are used to dismantle physical health and mental health . The USA military have these directed energy classified weapons, such as a weapon named "Voice of God" that can put audible sound in the brain so that only the targeted  person hears voices. Other applications of direct energy weapons can induce visual hallucinations and also disrupt and destroy functioning of internal organs. Serious health problems such as heart attack, stroke, diabetes and cancer can be induced.  Direct energy weapons  are used remotely whereby the user of the weapon or the source is not known because the weapon is used from a distance not in view of the targeted individual or other citizens. Targeted Individuals are aware of a virtual media blackout on abuses they experience and are denied the right to be heard and have  prosecutions in a court of law regardless of what medical imaging or other  evidence they may have. Concerned citizens need to find out who is doing this; how its being done; and why is it being allowed; and STOP THE USE OF DIRECT ENERGY WEAPONS ON INNOCENT CITIZENS OF THE USA AND WORLD.   In May 2007, on CNN, John Long, a CIA Chief laughed as he told American university students about an example of how the CIA was using a direct energy weapon to burn the back and backside of an Australian college student. John Long, who was promoting his book, laughed hard when he asked the USA students if they thought that the mentioned use of a direct energy weapon was torture. Dr. John Hall, anesthesiologist and Targeted Individual from Texas, has written a book entitled "Satellite Terrorism". American citizen Charles Schlund  from Arizona was a Targeted Individual who recently died as a result of many years of what he called "electronic torture" from various applications of directed energy to the body, brain, and mind.  Shlund also experienced organized group surveillance which is considered to be stalking by Targeted Individuals. Charles Schlund's interviews and attempted lawsuit  concerning his harassment and torture is on the Internet. Charles Schlund alleged that New World Order advocate and   former head of the CIA and President of the USA George Bush's  connections to illicit drug industry  was involved against him because of what Schlund discovered about Bush's aim to overthrow the USA Constitution and government using direct energy weapons and organized group stalking as poliltical control technology and methods to make Targeted Individuals seem mentally insane and to covertly set-up citizens to be framed for jail or mental institutions and to  kill many citizens.  Schlund's case included information he read about the "Dan Bolles papers" which was an organized crime case in Arizona that killed an investigative reporter.   Former Virginia governor and NATO Intelligence officer James "Jim"  S. Gilmore III, who was chief architect of Gilmore Commission, that made declarations about  terrorism hitting USA soil BEFORE September 11, 2001  THREE World Trade Center "TERROR ATTACKS" THAT MANY CITIZENS NOW BELIEVE WAS A CONTROLLED DEMOLITIONS , has said he (Gilmore) has close ties with the Bush family. In a recent blog entry, he is now announcing the likelihood of another major terrorist strike on USA soil involving the detonation of a "SUITCASE" NUCLEAR BOMB on a major USA city. People should listen to former Virginia governor Jim Gilmore because he has alledegedly been seen participating in organize group stalking network when the network was used to attempt a timed  vehicular hit to kill the Targeted Individual by a heavy vehicular crushing. It is plausible to assume that ex-governor  Jim Gilmore plausibly  knows all about the intimate details concerning organized group stalking, government covert mind control operations, and direct energy weapon attacks that can be used to maim and kill citizens.   Organized group surveillance is a type of 24/7 community mobbing network that uses citizens from ALL backgrounds and vocations to form a dragnet that is virtually impossible to escape. Local organized group stalking networks have been reported in every state of the USA, and  many areas around the world. The local organized group stalking networks are  linked so that a state,  national , and international network exist.  This forms a Super-predator that uses moving surveillance techniques that can not be detected by an untrained eye. Even a trained eye for moving surveillance would have difficulty noticing organized group surveillance if they were not very experienced if the level of surveillance was not aggressive which sometimes happens. It is not uncommon to see SOME authorities  and leaders (such as police, judges,lawyers, religious leaders,  politicians from every level of government including the federal government , fire and rescue personnel, business and corporate leaders, doctors, lawyers, etc.  ) participating in the organized group surveillance. The authorities and leaders participate along with SOME average everyday citizens like housewives, truck-drivers, blue and white collar workers,hospital workers, hotel workers, retail and restaurant workers, postal workers,  teachers,  teenagers, disabled population, etc. It is not usual that family members of the Targeted Individual to participate in organized group surveillance and to support whatever slander is being said about the Targeted Individual to help discredit and destroy their own family member. Organized crime syndicates and people from various gangs have also been seen by Targeted Individuals participating in organized group surveillance.    Organized group surveillance networks have deep pockets, and have been noticed to be involved in the trafficking and surveillance used for the illegal drug industry. Therefore, credible people have remarked that such operations have more money than the official USA government. This means they have the time and resources and power to harass and eliminate anyone for a political reason or any reason such as greed like for a life insurance policy; not just rich or famous people they don't like or desire to sabotage for a financial motive. It is plausible  that some Targeted Individuals serve as human experiments for direct energy weapons and mind control. The USA has experimented with unlocking the secrets of the brain via torture and drugs for over fifty-years. In one case over forty years ago, they used a CIA scientist who worked on developing  and using biological weapons on monkeys at Fort Detrick in Maryland. His co-worker  was told to put LSD in his food, and the scientist allegedly jumped out of a thirteen story floor and died. People of every socioeconomic background and vocation have conceivably become  Targeted Individuals of directed energy and/or organized group surveillance, including some doctors. The number of people who work in organized group surveillance networks are able to cover virtually every street and building inside and out. Only a very experienced  Targeted Individual  of approximately at least five years living in or near a big city who has been under the three levels of surveillance: low-benign,moderate- assertive, and heavy-aggressive - would realize the full extent of coverage capability of  the organized group surveillance network.  According to Charles Schlund, secret government papers he read and credible people in government, including a "good wing" of the FBI that were not involved in domestic terrorism like some of their co-workers at other offices,  told him that the people comprising the organized group surveillance network are part of what's known as the "secret government" who is promoting and forming what's called The New World Order. The government papers Charles Schlund read said the purpose of the New World Order in the USA is to overthrow the USA government and Constitution.    Since medical records are corrupted by doctors to say a Targeted Individual is mentally ill with psychosis such as schizophrenia or delusions, and the police and other authorities who are involved make up lies,  slander can be promoted in a community that the Targeted Individual is mentally ill or a suspect for pedophilia or some other heinous crime. Organized group surveillance is used to orchestrate property crimes and to  achieve entry to the Targeted Individuals'  home with no visible sign of entry to poison food, spread a biological weapons, or to steal personal belongings such as shoes, gloves, and knives so that the Targeted Individual can be implicated in a heinous crime and framed for jail or a mental institution. Organized group stalking can also be used to orchestrate timed vehicular hits to maim and kill.   I tell you the truth: There is no more important issue or greater threat to USA citizens and world citizens freedom and civil rights as the issues of organized group stalking and direct energy weapon use that is experienced by Targeted Individuals. If they reject Christ Jesus as their personal savior, then they will spend eternity in Hell for they are not saved souls and will bring punishment on themself in this life too. That said -- I do believe that there are many good people on the inside of government who do not ascribe to the shadow-fascists plan to dismantle our country and rebuild it (with Third Reich styling) in the aftermath of some false flag pretense and reformed as a brutal totalitarian system.  For the present time these people must carefully watch what they say and do, which effectively means that their hands are tied in many instances.   In terms of local government, what is most damaging is the usurpation of local police-power authority and the damaging effects of single point information assimilation and "command and control" infrastuctures.  The primary function of the Gestapo in Germany was to control the local police, so that the most likely source of local resistance to central power could be eliminated.  The original Gestapo operation used local "monitors", in addition to under-cover "spies", positioned within every local policed district in the country.   This closely parallels  what the Fusion system could become, although I don't think it's quite to that point.

They've turned down the amplitude somewhat today, compared to the extreme, piercing, penetrating, debilitating torture I was subjected to most of the day yesterday (see comments above). But today it's constant, unremitting, causing extreme frontal lobe headache, numbness in the legs, a feeling of general weakness and malaise.
