Mr. Scrivener, I must reply to your remark which due to your misunderstanding does not represent me at all; but  what you said grossly mischaracterizes me. I forgive you.  It is an act of tolerlance and the love of God in me that I share God's Biblical salvation plan for all, including to the perpetrators. So, I am actually showing love and tolerance for all people. And, since as a Christian, I do not believe doing evil to others, including if they have different religious, political, or other beliefs or lifestyles, you are so wrong to say that I am displaying intolerance and compare me to perpetrators who have sabbotaged my life and my idential twins' life to the point that law enforcement admitted we will be killed sooner or later and law enforcement believed our own relatives are the leaders.  If my relatives had been Bible believing devout Christians who also lived by the Bible like I and my twin do, then my identical twin and I would have never been put on the "TI list" for continuous targeting. It was my relatives  lack of belief and not adhering to living as  God in the Bible commands that led to intolerance against us do to financial aggression i.e. life insurance proceeds believed by law enforcement to be the primary motive mixed in with other motives ; all of which  did display intolerance from our relatives towards my twin brother and I.  If I may say, you, and many others, do not understand how a Bible believing i.e. born-again Christian is suppose to be a minister for Jesus, and that means telling others that the BIBLE/GOD SAYS there is no other God other than Lord Jesus Christ, and that there is only ONE WAY to Heaven (that means no other religion nor trusting in any denomination including any Christian denomination can make a person eligible for Heaven) - The Bible says THE ONLY WAY TO HEAVEN is to TRUST Jesus as your personal Savior who paid for everyones sins by His shed blood. SALVATION/GOING TO HEAVEN IS A FREE GIFT IF WE  TRUST JESUS AS OUR PERSONAL SAVIOR; WE CANNOT EARN OUR WAY TO HEAVEN BY BEING GOOD NOR CAN WE LOOSE OUR SALVATION ONCE WE ARE SAVED.  THAT DOES NOT MEAN A PERSON HAS A LICENSE TO SIN OR TO DO EVIL IF THEY ARE A SAVED SOUL FOR EVERYONE, LOST OR SAVED, WILL PAY FOR THEIR SINS. It would great if you, Mr. Scrivner, would learn what the Bible really says, that you become a saved soul and to learn that people who  are devout Bible believing and living for God Christian people like I and my twin should be and are the most loving and tolerant people in the world. Unfortunately, there is mass confusion about what a "Christian" person is because some demominations think they are the only true Christians  that are eligible for Heaven like Catholicism and Mormons which give false teaching on the Bible and God's salvation plan, and many people who call themselves Christian behave in contradiction to the Bible by being intolerant and hating other people of different religious beliefs, political beliefs, and alternative lifestyles. 80 percent of Christian churches is believed to false teachers of the Bible; hence, the religious leaders of such "Christian" false churches are leading their entire congregation to Hell. You can find that in many  so called Christian churches of all denominations that they are full of perpetrators of TI's, including the pastors, board of the church, and congregation. We have such a loving and merciful God, that those perpetrators who are Christians that are saved souls will go to Heaven. Mr. Scrivner, I can tell by your response to me that you're confused about what it means to be a "Christian" (which likely means you are a unsaved soul). MICROWAVE ATTACK REPORT -- Tues., Mar. 2, 2010 @ 5:34 p.m.

It is now after 5, and predictably, the microwave torturers who apparently work under the command of the MAGLOCLEN fusion center at 140 Terry Drive, Newtown, PA, a facility under the supposed administration of the U.S. Dept. of Homeland Security, have turned up the amplitude, with a continuous stream of microwave/RF radiation that is causing me to become dizzy, disoriented, and weak, unable to function properly, perhaps causing long-term damage and induction of illness or injury.

The amplitude boost comes when the operatives think they can get away with it, apparently -- when the "suits" go home. Also, it comes as I am posting comments about the cell tower- based microwave attack system, pleading with lawmakers to convene hearings into these covert atrocities being committed in the name of national security.

I AM BEING ASSAULTED. RIGHT NOW.

3. If you thought someone was entering your home and vandalizing antique record players to make them appear older, and bending a tine on a drawer of an automatic dishwasher, would you attempt to catch the identity of the perpetrator with a video camera? Well Kenneth as hard as it was to find I did in fact see that passage, declaring public awareness to be the best path to ending this.

I would agree public awareness is helpful, and Vic pretends to be working toward this goal.  However  Vic's dishonest embellishments and over the top drama queening, send a message to the public that people reporting OS/EH are idiots not to be taken seriously.

MICROWAVE ATTACK REPORT -- Wed., March 3, 2010 @ 11:55 a.m.

• VISUAL EVIDENCE OF MICROWAVE ATTACK  LAST NIGHT -- JUST MOMENTS AFTER IMPACT.

The government operative microwave torturers will not stop.  They re unbowed.  They think that just because a "multi-agency coordinated action program" has put in place a cell tower- based silent radio frequency microwave/laser attack system, they can continue to torture extrajudically "targeted" Americans.  And that is what they are doing, in heinous fashion.

And for the first time in the six years I have been under attack,, this victim actually saw visual evidence of the attack within seconds of the VERY MOMENT of impact -- the very moment that a pulsed microwave blast -- traveling at the speed of light -- hit my right hand.

It was about 9:20 p.m. last night.  I was sitting on a couch in my den.  I had fallen into a deep sleep.  I awoke, feeling numb, light-headed and groggy, my left side tingling.  I recognize these symptoms as an indication of microwave and possibly other forms of RF irradiation.

Suddenly I felt a stinging pain on my fingers.  I looked down at my right hand and saw a reddish horizontal mark developing on my ring finger, and a red spot, an actual HOLE in my outer layer of skin, about one millimeter side, suddenly pop up on my middle finger, at the first knuckle joint. The hole got redder, and I felt a stinging pain.  Upon closer inspection, the hole looked like a tiny "X", as if two points of energy had been triangulated on that spot.

My hands were stiff and I found it difficult to flex my fingers.  Eventually, I regained full motion in the hand -- but the millimeter-sized red hole remains, some 15 hours later, visible evidence of this attack.

If I went to the authorities with this evidence, they would say I poked my finger with a sharp object, and that I was crazy.  

That is how they are getting away with this high-tech "no -touch" microwave torture and impairment -- and how they marginalize and neutralize the victims as "mental cases."

I do not fear such stigmatization because (a), they've already tried that and it hasn't worked; and (b), too many good people on the inside know of my victimization and, I believe, are quietly hoping that my efforts result in the cessation of the U.S. government's covert programs of torture, impairment and personal destruction of citizens maliciously branded as dissidents or undesirables, -- often for reasons of ideology and hate.

As I write this, at precisely 12:47 p.m. on Wednesday, March 3, again I am reeling from vertigo and a feeling of disorientation, signs that I am being irradiated once again as my government operative torturers monitor my every keystroke in real time.

I also was hit with sharp microwave bursts to the right front temple, at precisely 10:36 a.m., and again, about 30 seconds later.

CONSCIENTIOUS AND HUMAN LAW ENFORCEMENT EASILY COULD COMPARE MY ACCOUNTS, AND THE TIMES OF ATTACK, WITH SURVEILLANCE OF THE MAGLOCLEN FUSION CENTER COMMAND AND OPERATIONS STRUCTURE.

Bavette, Glad for your comments on my post, though I don't agree with you on some. Yes, public awareness, and possibly public outrage is the only impetus on the horizon that I can sense that will expose and then bridle the use of  direct energy weapons (DEW) on innocent law abiding citizens in the USA and world. However, citizens will be fortunate to just get some new laws on the book - if existing laws are not specific enough- to curtail the use of direct energy weapons on citizens. My guess is that will happen in twenty years, but if TI's and others don't fight in the courts for it, then it will take longer. And, I think that will only happen when the government scientist and research people have enough data on the biological effects of DEW on humans and the perpetrators have perfected their skills at using these exotic wonder weapons i.e. DEW's. Then, I think the reality is all authorities up to the federal level will  cherry pick who to prosecute for political or whatever other reasons. The prosecutions will make it look like all levels of government are fighting to combat and stamp out DEW use on citizens( like the "war on drugs" because it is known that illicit drug income is vital to local, state, and national economies; something that Catherine Fitz of Solaris.com has said on the Alex Jones Show and on George Nory's host show Coast to Coast AM). If there was really a war on drugs, the USA being a Superpower nation could shutdown the illicit trade to a point it would only drip compared to how it is flourishing now in the USA.   If the goverment wanted to, the government could shut down also virtually all improper use of DEW on citizens and reserve these weapons for proper and reasonable use only for  law enforcement and wars. Apparently, currently DEW use on citizens and organized group stalking are secretly "government approved crimes" because they have virtually ignored organizations like Freedom From Covert Harassment and Surveillance (freedomfchs.com) pleas for a Congressional hearing for intervention. Our military is not big enough to protect every city and county with boots on the ground and at the same time protect our nation from threat of war and participate in wars involving other countries. Hence, who is gong to protect the intetior of every city and county in the USA? The answer is government partnered with organized crime and other citizens who also run businesses and corporations and direct their employees, relatives, friends, neighbors, etc. The apparent methods they have chosen is a large part DEW's and O/S.  Unfortunately, in the United States, I believe it ok for anyone to be a criminal in the age we are living as long as the government feels they can control you. The government needs criminals for the world is getting to be a tougher and meaner and perilous place as time goes on. And, a theory of mine that may be the stark reality is the organized group stalking and associated ways that are done to maim and kill people is part of our national interior defense of every city and county in the USA. Criminals have to be trained, and criminal leaders have to be proven to manage, and criminals have to be "fed"(even pedophiles and killers, etc) to keep them happy so they can actualize their potential and establish a hierarchy. Do I agree with O/S and DEW and criminals being used on citizens? Absoulutely not, but I deduce it is just the nature of the world and most of the world leaders to think an iron fist with perfected killing and torture power is needed to keep everything under control. The world does not think like me, a born-again peaceful Christian man full of God's love. The world does not have Godly wisdom, which would be that love and discipline work much better to develope humans and society. Hence, because many believe the USA has become a terrorist country for its political agenda, the USA in now hated by more countries than ever before in our history. An article I read yesterday said that the Mexican gangs  have ( been allowed to) takeover and control large portions of some of the most pristine land the USA government owns to grow and produce illegal drugs. A bunch of excuses was made as to why the USA government cannot do anything about it which was just propaganda.   Catherine Fitz has also spoken about "invisible weapons" the government has (which she believes is a reason the government is no longer too scared of citizens with traditional guns ). That would  be another explaination as to why the goverment has the audacity to keep using these DEW's on citizens and their using plausible deniable to dupe the public that the complaints come from chemerical thinking of mentally unbalanced citizens. When accountability comes or when the government starts to allow it for DEW and O/S, I think it will be, as said, a political thing as to who is put out of business, fined, or jailed. I will tell most of the time in forums like this I do not do my best writing, and it comes off as a spill ; albeit I think I do  still manage to say some relevant points despite my "spill-style writing". It is also plausibly true, that I am sicker this week than last week due to DEW to the brain, abdomen/digestive system, kidneys, back, and legs,etc.. I am predicting now that since DEW is "plausibly" being aimed at my abdomen area on a consistent basis now where my digestive organs are, that I will be killed in that manner. So, when you're sick, and not full of energy or time for that reason, you do what you can. That includes not only raising awareness on the DEW and O/S issue, but also on an issue I consider more important than anything: telling others about the only true awesome God who has provided a salvation plan so that any sinner can go to Heaven (and not Hell) if they accept and trust Jesus as their personal Savior.     Since I am a devout born-again Christian, who has studied the Bible enough to know there really is only one true God, and that is Lord Jesus Christ, and that one gets to Heaven by trusting in Jesus as their Savior, not by being a good person, the Bible says I am suppose to tell others the former facts. It is not easy to be so vocal about a sensitive subject you know.But I do as I am commanded to do by God. The Bible has proven itself to not be written by men, but written by Jesus only- for a time, prophets did receive in their mind from God what to write down.  In Hell there will be lots of good people because in God's view, the Bible says no man is good enough to get to Heaven unless he ask in prayer once to receive Christ Jesus as your personal Savior.The Bible says we have no righteousness in God's view unless Jesus is our personal Savior and then God allows us to take on Jesus' righteousness Now, you make a good point that the Bible and I say that even some of the worst people in the world can become eligible to go to Heaven  despite their sins. Well, the Bible explains that is precisely why Jesus had to die on the Cross is the world and man is so sinful and wicked, that God had to spill the blood of His own Son (as all life is in the blood including earth and heaven) to pay for our sins!   I realize I would be "more credible" to most people if I did not include what many people who don't trust the Bible consider to be my intolerant religious beliefs. But, as a person who could pass away any day from targeting, my time is likely short and I want to finish life as I am suppose to as a strong Christian who endured severe persecution, had a positive attitude that  a true believer in Christ can have that is based on Christ Jesus' promises to saved souls such as I, and I want to help be the medium God wants me to be by sharing God's salvation plan with the unsaved. I'm getting through because the US Government Computer-Perps are letting me get through. I know that I am viewing a "controlled" page. What are the odds?  My surveillance is total -- audio/video in the house; control of phone, computer, utilities, mail. You know the score.         Most of my comments on this Stalinist, Hitlerite extrajudicial prison system imposed by our Texas Oil Oligarchy/Military Junta in Charge and worthy of a Third World despotic country,  make it through to you -- a few haven't.  I notice that my posts seem to be moved around -- with other comments being placed ahead even after they've been on-screen.                 Every once in a while I check the site on another computer to compare see if all comments are accessible. So far, it seems so.      The book that alerted me to what was happening in my life was The Hidden Evil at www.thehiddenevil.com  This man describes the systematic torture and the way it terrorizes the TI very well, but he is not as astute in discerning that this is a US Government funded system. He thinks it's corporate. Well, it is corporate but only in the sense that the Oligarchy in Charge has outsourced the activities to private defense contractors to evade legal responsibility and achieve an end-run on the Constitution. The U.S. government's microwave directed energy torturers will not stop.  Today, all day, I have been subject to constant microwave/RF irradiation, causing fatigue, malaise, unremitting frontal lobe pain.

Then the sharp attacks began -- at 11:22 a.m., overwhelming vertigo with severe pain in the forehead area, and then, at 2:25 p.m., a sharp and sudden pulsed blast to the head.

As I write these words, I am being attacked severely with irradiation to the head, causing extreme vertigo and pain, making it difficult to type this.

MICROWAVE ATTACK REPORT Thurs., Mar. 4, 2010 @ 8:25 p.m.

USING MY AILING MOTHER TO PSYCHOLOGICALLY TORTURE ME -- AND HER.

The rogue operatives at the MAGLOCLEN fusion center in Newtown, PA apparently are continuing to assault me with microwave and other RF radiation, causing severe headaches, dizziness, and, this afternoon (around 5:30 to 6 p.m.) while I was inside a store in Trenton, N.J., I felt as though I was having a stroke. The attack was so intense that I grew light-headed, my heart felt weak and went into a rapid flutter, and I had to sit down. I literally told a clerk that he might have to pick me off the floor.

The attack continues AT THIS VERY MOMENT (8:26 p.m.). My head is hot and pounding and I am extremely light-headed and dizzy.

THIS IS ATTEMPTED HOMICIDE. Those who are aware and allow these assaults to happen are COMPLICIT BY THEIR INACTION.

These rogue operatives apparently won't let me even scroll through pages on my own blog site. The pages keep jumping from top to middle to bottom, as if on their own. In reality, my computer has been hijacked by constitution-disrespecting government operatives who apparently have free license to violate the constitutional and human rights of American citizens on a wholesale, minute-by-minute basis.

Then,, about 8:30 p.m., the piece de resistance -- psychological torture.

I called my mother at the Kutz nursing home in Wilmington DE, where she has been undergoing a rapid decline (perhaps caused, I believe, by abusive and negligent treatment). After a long delay, someone picked up the phone -- and apparently held it to my mother's head. I could here her gurgling and attempting to speak, but she was unable to speak; she could only grunt.

As I spoke in a loud voice into the phone, "Mother! Mother, can you hear me?" -- all I could here was her labored breathing and grunting. This went on for about a minute before I stated into the phone -- for the surveillance operatives who are violating my privacy 24/7: "Anyone surveilling this phone call -- do you hear what's going on here. This is torture. They are using my ailing mother to psychologically torture me."

The nursing home aide who obviously was in the room never came back on the line, leaving me to hear my mother grunt and strain. If my mother was cognizant of what was going on, SHE was being psychologically tortured as well. For sure, this was torturous for me.

I have attempted to file an abuse complaint against this facility, but rogue agents apparently are diverting my telephone calls. I believe agents are posing as State of Delaware Division of Aging investigators. I was told a few days ago that my mother's case was being handled by a "James Johnson." I asked for his title, and after some moments of hesitation, the female voice on the other end of the line said he was the "investigative administrator." I asked if he was sure that was his official title. She said that it was.

Somehow, "investigative administrator" has a phony ring to it.

Then, moments later, I was told that the case had been referred to a "Steve Scotolati." I asked the female voice to spell the name, and that is how she spelled it.

I believe this may be play-acting, kabuki theater, and that my complaint never got to the Long-term Care Protection Unit.

Once again, a comment to a Washingtonpost.com political blog has elicited a "held for blog owner" message, stating that "too many comments have been submitted from (sic) you in too short a time."

Problem is, this message appears to be a "spoofed" page, and when I navigate to any political site, it appears my traffic is re-directed to government computers that "spoof" the entire web site -- giving U.S. government operatives the means to censor and maliciously tamper with content, which they do on a DAILY basis.

The bad grammar is just another clue that this message was generated by rogue surveillance agents at the MAGLOCLEN fusion center in Newtown, PA, who are unconstitutionally CENSORING POLITICAL SPEECH ON THE INTERNET and maliciously interfering with telecommunications.

As I write this, I am experiencing a sudden attack of vertigo, no doubt from a microwave pulsed burst issued by these rogue operatives -- who apparently have been given carte blanche to use a U.S. government classified microwave/laser weapon system to TORTURE American citizens.

Often, when I return to Politico.com to see if my comment remains posted, my comment is the most recent one to appear on the thread -- as seen over my computer. Yet, I know for a fact that most threads elicit many responses, and it is highly unlikely that my comment was the last one posted.

This apparent, blatant censorship says two things to me: First, the U.S. government is making President Obama a liar when he and Sec. of State Clinton say that the U.S. does not censor the internet on ideological or political grounds.

Second, this ongoing apparent censorship regimen says to me that the Obama administration has failed to gain a grip on the bureaucracy, which appears to defy its directives and orders on a daily basis. It appears to me that the chain of command in this federal government has broken down, and that the Obama cabinet secretaries either are blithely unaware, or perhaps some of them are complicit in failure to adhere to "official" White House policy.

Peter, you are spot on -- but please stop using the term "electronic harassment." This is TORTURE, IMPAIRMENT, and SLOW-KILL HOMICIDE. By adopting the vocabulary of your torturers and persecutors, you help them minimize the inhumanity of their "programs."

Secondly, please stop using the term "targeted individual." It is a term that implies culpability and depersonalizes the victimization of people who are being targeted extrajudicially, and unconstitutionally.

It is no secret by now that I believe this ffchs site is a "honeypot" originally set up by the government apparatus that is doing this genocide, this silent holocaust.

However, I also believe that there are many good, but timid, people inside certain agencies, such as the FBI, who are appalled at what has happened in this country, and are secretly ashamed that they have not been able to stop it.

These people are our biggest (and perhaps only) allies. The politicians are either hopelessly naive, or are themselves "entrained" by microwave and other RF, their responses conditioned and programmed. They tried to do this to me, and to you. For some reason, we have been able to resist these influences. Being a natural born skeptic helps; once you are aware of the power of these technologies, it is more difficult for this evil cabal to use technology to shape your mind and your behavior.

It is apparent to me, and I believe empirical evidence demonstrates, that this whole American Gestapo is directed out of Homeland Security, with significant input from Pentagon and intel agencies such as NSA, DIA, CIA, etc. The IRS also plays a role in assuring the financial destruction of targets.

But I firmly believe that it would be even worse if it weren't for the efforts of some good people on the inside, notably, at the FBI. I believe some of their agents and officials believe the Homeland-led "cabal" has become a dangerous, religiously and ideologically motivated cult, whose ranks have been purged of anyone who does not go along with what appears to me to be a corporate fascist agenda.

If people visiting this board would wake up and direct their energies at convincing the good people on the inside to act on their convictions, we would be seeing much more progress in the restoration of the rule of law.

For starters, the U.S. Secret Service and the Pentagon intel agencies, notably, the NSA, must be reformed from top to bottom. The Obama administration's failure to recognize the central role played by these agencies in the decimation of constitutional rights and personal liberty in this country could doom the future of American democracy -- and all victims of ideologically motivated, extrajudicial persecution.

You got it -- the chain of command, as you call it, hasn't been in the Oval Office since our US Texas Oil/Defense Cabal murdered John Kennedy. Since then all presidents  have been allowed to act the vanity "role" of president only by adhering closely to the Oligarchy's agenda. It is no coincidence that Reagan was head of the Actor's Guild. Haven't you noticed that, despite the made-for-tv, circus sideshows called the healthcare and Gitmo prison debates, Obama has continued ALL Bush's policies?
