Dear TI and Mark Twain: There is a reason why you hide behide fictional names. Or what is your real names? You two calling me a perp is just confirmation you two are likely disinformation agents, py-ops, or whatever you what to call it (perps). You prove it by attacking me whether you know it or not. Of course, its always plausible that I at least one of you may be a TI. MICROWAVE ATTACK REPORT Thurs., Mar. 4, 2010 @ 8:25 p.m.

USING MY AILING MOTHER TO PSYCHOLOGICALLY TORTURE ME -- AND HER.

The rogue operatives at the MAGLOCLEN fusion center in Newtown, PA apparently are continuing to assault me with microwave and other RF radiation, causing severe headaches, dizziness, and, this afternoon (around 5:30 to 6 p.m.) while I was inside a store in Trenton, N.J., I felt as though I was having a stroke. The attack was so intense that I grew light-headed, my heart felt weak and went into a rapid flutter, and I had to sit down. I literally told a clerk that he might have to pick me off the floor.

The attack continues AT THIS VERY MOMENT (8:26 p.m.). My head is hot and pounding and I am extremely light-headed and dizzy.

THIS IS ATTEMPTED HOMICIDE. Those who are aware and allow these assaults to happen are COMPLICIT BY THEIR INACTION.

These rogue operatives apparently won't let me even scroll through pages on my own blog site. The pages keep jumping from top to middle to bottom, as if on their own. In reality, my computer has been hijacked by constitution-disrespecting government operatives who apparently have free license to violate the constitutional and human rights of American citizens on a wholesale, minute-by-minute basis.

Then,, about 8:30 p.m., the piece de resistance -- psychological torture.

I called my mother at the Kutz nursing home in Wilmington DE, where she has been undergoing a rapid decline (perhaps caused, I believe, by abusive and negligent treatment). After a long delay, someone picked up the phone -- and apparently held it to my mother's head. I could here her gurgling and attempting to speak, but she was unable to speak; she could only grunt.

As I spoke in a loud voice into the phone, "Mother! Mother, can you hear me?" -- all I could here was her labored breathing and grunting. This went on for about a minute before I stated into the phone -- for the surveillance operatives who are violating my privacy 24/7: "Anyone surveilling this phone call -- do you hear what's going on here. This is torture. They are using my ailing mother to psychologically torture me."

The nursing home aide who obviously was in the room never came back on the line, leaving me to hear my mother grunt and strain. If my mother was cognizant of what was going on, SHE was being psychologically tortured as well. For sure, this was torturous for me.

I have attempted to file an abuse complaint against this facility, but rogue agents apparently are diverting my telephone calls. I believe agents are posing as State of Delaware Division of Aging investigators. I was told a few days ago that my mother's case was being handled by a "James Johnson." I asked for his title, and after some moments of hesitation, the female voice on the other end of the line said he was the "investigative administrator." I asked if he was sure that was his official title. She said that it was.

Somehow, "investigative administrator" has a phony ring to it.

Then, moments later, I was told that the case had been referred to a "Steve Scotolati." I asked the female voice to spell the name, and that is how she spelled it.

I believe this may be play-acting, kabuki theater, and that my complaint never got to the Long-term Care Protection Unit.

Indeed, I can't even get through to my police chief. I left him a message, saying I would like to meet with him to discuss continued surreptitious home intrusions, stalking harassment, even the tainting of our food, air and water. (He granted me a meeting ten months ago, listened intently, and the torture and harassment has continued apace.)

I have gotten no return phone call. And if I speak to lowerlings, the M.O. is likely to dictate that I am written off as delusional.

The rule of law has broken down in Lower Makefield Township, in Bucks County, PA, and anywhere an American citizen is unconstitutionally and unjustly subject to such extrajudicial targeting and tortuous persecution.

LATEST EMAIL TO MY OWN ACCOUNT, ADDRESSED TO 'FUSION CENTER OPERATIVES," CALLS OUT INEPT INTERNET CENSORSHIP REGIMEN

Once again, a comment to a Washingtonpost.com political blog has elicited a "held for blog owner" message, stating that "too many comments have been submitted from (sic) you in too short a time."

Problem is, this message appears to be a "spoofed" page, and when I navigate to any political site, it appears my traffic is re-directed to government computers that "spoof" the entire web site -- giving U.S. government operatives the means to censor and maliciously tamper with content, which they do on a DAILY basis.

The bad grammar is just another clue that this message was generated by rogue surveillance agents at the MAGLOCLEN fusion center in Newtown, PA, who are unconstitutionally CENSORING POLITICAL SPEECH ON THE INTERNET and maliciously interfering with telecommunications.

As I write this, I am experiencing a sudden attack of vertigo, no doubt from a microwave pulsed burst issued by these rogue operatives -- who apparently have been given carte blanche to use a U.S. government classified microwave/laser weapon system to TORTURE American citizens.

Your rogue program has been exposed. How much longer will this government cover up these atrocities and fail to bring to justice the criminal operatives and officials it harbors?

It appears that comments I post to Politico.com are re-directed to a "spoofed" or faked government web site under the control of operatives at the DHS-administered "fusion center" in Newtown, PA -- and that the comment I see posted over my connection may NEVER get to the actual web site and thus is unseen, and censored.

Often, when I return to Politico.com to see if my comment remains posted, my comment is the most recent one to appear on the thread -- as seen over my computer. Yet, I know for a fact that most threads elicit many responses, and it is highly unlikely that my comment was the last one posted.

This apparent, blatant censorship says two things to me: First, the U.S. government is making President Obama a liar when he and Sec. of State Clinton say that the U.S. does not censor the internet on ideological or political grounds.

Second, this ongoing apparent censorship regimen says to me that the Obama administration has failed to gain a grip on the bureaucracy, which appears to defy its directives and orders on a daily basis. It appears to me that the chain of command in this federal government has broken down, and that the Obama cabinet secretaries either are blithely unaware, or perhaps some of them are complicit in failure to adhere to "official" White House policy.

Peter, you are spot on -- but please stop using the term "electronic harassment." This is TORTURE, IMPAIRMENT, and SLOW-KILL HOMICIDE. By adopting the vocabulary of your torturers and persecutors, you help them minimize the inhumanity of their "programs."

Secondly, please stop using the term "targeted individual." It is a term that implies culpability and depersonalizes the victimization of people who are being targeted extrajudicially, and unconstitutionally.

It is no secret by now that I believe this ffchs site is a "honeypot" originally set up by the government apparatus that is doing this genocide, this silent holocaust.

However, I also believe that there are many good, but timid, people inside certain agencies, such as the FBI, who are appalled at what has happened in this country, and are secretly ashamed that they have not been able to stop it.

These people are our biggest (and perhaps only) allies. The politicians are either hopelessly naive, or are themselves "entrained" by microwave and other RF, their responses conditioned and programmed. They tried to do this to me, and to you. For some reason, we have been able to resist these influences. Being a natural born skeptic helps; once you are aware of the power of these technologies, it is more difficult for this evil cabal to use technology to shape your mind and your behavior.

It is apparent to me, and I believe empirical evidence demonstrates, that this whole American Gestapo is directed out of Homeland Security, with significant input from Pentagon and intel agencies such as NSA, DIA, CIA, etc. The IRS also plays a role in assuring the financial destruction of targets.

But I firmly believe that it would be even worse if it weren't for the efforts of some good people on the inside, notably, at the FBI. I believe some of their agents and officials believe the Homeland-led "cabal" has become a dangerous, religiously and ideologically motivated cult, whose ranks have been purged of anyone who does not go along with what appears to me to be a corporate fascist agenda.

If people visiting this board would wake up and direct their energies at convincing the good people on the inside to act on their convictions, we would be seeing much more progress in the restoration of the rule of law.

For starters, the U.S. Secret Service and the Pentagon intel agencies, notably, the NSA, must be reformed from top to bottom. The Obama administration's failure to recognize the central role played by these agencies in the decimation of constitutional rights and personal liberty in this country could doom the future of American democracy -- and all victims of ideologically motivated, extrajudicial persecution.

You got it -- the chain of command, as you call it, hasn't been in the Oval Office since our US Texas Oil/Defense Cabal murdered John Kennedy. Since then all presidents  have been allowed to act the vanity "role" of president only by adhering closely to the Oligarchy's agenda. It is no coincidence that Reagan was head of the Actor's Guild. The designated victims are not the only victims. The public is victimized as well. Bystanders are potential victims, because the program includes having cars surround victims on roads and having mobs surround victims in grocery stores and shopping malls, etc. If this vehicle harassment causes an accident, other "innocent" cars could be involved. If a victim is constantly terrorized by mobbing and deliberate baiting by police harassment, the victim could strike out in desperation like a fox being hounded by baying dogs.  If the public utilities, etc, are allowed to steal from the victim, creating repair expenses, the resulting financial problems could lead to desperate reactions, which also affect the general public.            This program is extended to the victim's friends and family -- and these latter are truly innocent victims.             The government workers who invented this type "defense" program for the enrichment of themselves and their friends need to go to jail. Nothing the "targets" could have done is more criminal than the premise on which this program is based.          If the targets had done anything prosecutable, they clearly would be jailed, not terrorized in this fashion.

Last night I went to the 911 Truth site -- Is this site about a conspiracy theory or the ultimate act of treason on the American people?  I woke up this morning and thought Australia might be nice -- how disheartening.  Is money more value than human life?

I ask that you order your staff to immediately cease the administration to Edes Livingston of albuterol -- or ANY substance that is contraindicated for persons in her condition.

MICROWAVE ATTACK REPORT -- Mon., Mar. 8, 2010 @ 12:06 p.m.

The government cell tower system microwave torturers will not cease and desist. Sharp, penetrating pulsed burst to the head. And a constant feeling of low-level fatigue.

Also, I was attacked in the Kutz nursing home in Wilmington, DE last night while visiting my mother, intense burning feeling that turned my ears and face red. The attack indicates to me that a laser targeting system may be installed in that facility. Are the infirm also "targets" of this microwave torture tower system? My first-hand experiences indicate that the answer appears to be, "yes."

Which raises this question for the good people on the inside: It is apparent that the entire torture, domestic terrorism and financial sabotage is coordinated out of the nation's 70-odd "fusion centers" under the de facto administration of the U.S. Dept. of Homeland Security. It also appears that microwave attacks are coordinated out of the fusion centers.

But -- just how many people have the authority to issue these attacks? Can local police departments, or individual federal agents, trigger these attacks from their laptop computers, or personal communication devices? Has the U.S. government equipped untold thousands of agents, officers -- vigilantes? -- with the ability to "engage the target" with microwave assault -- which can main, injure, induce injury or illness, or even kill at high amplitude?

Could it be that this microwave torture tower system is so decentralized as to be completely unmanageable -- like putting the power of Thor into the laptops of officers, agents, maybe even private citizens, coast to coast?

This is a question I have not been able to answer. But it does seem that the attacks become quite indiscriminate when I travel to certain areas, as opposed to others.

From a command and control standpoint, it would be prudent to keep the power to activate this system confined to a central location. BUT -- such a scenario also would concentrate culpability in the event that this torture matrix is fully exposed.

So perhaps the architects of this evil high-tech torture matrix have purposely decentralized the system to allow the "locals" to initiate attacks -- so that they can be the first to be sacrificed when the microwave s*it hits the fan.

I know I am giving a big opening here to the disinfo agents -- but perhaps a legitimate post will penetrate the filter. I don't think it's ever happened, but... maybe a disinfo agent wants to assume the role of double-agent and actually tell the truth...

Not a single new post here in the past 24 hours or so. It appears that my official tormentors have ordered the lame psy ops brigade to stop posting here -- and it's been apparent since I started this blog site that few, if any, "legit" posts from ordinary readers get posted to the "comments" sections of my articles.

I received a telephone call earlier this afternoon informing me that my mother had died.

She looked much better last night than she did the day before. She looked like she might rebound. She was aware some of the time, and I got her to talk a little bit. And she smiled.

The timing of her death, given the narrative above, is notable.

Now I must mourn her passing. Then, Monday morning, I will begin my work to assure that no other resident of the Kutz Home for the Aged in Wilmington, DE is ever administered a treatment regimen that is specifically contraindicated for persons in an extreme weakened physical state.

If I can help extend the lives of other residents undergoing a similar regimen of apparent mistreatment, I will honor my mother's memory in the best way possible.

I will also seek to confirm whether members of any hate group or extremist sect are among those who have contact with residents at that facility in any capacity, official or unofficial.

My mother made me strong, made me a fighter, taught me to stand up for what's right.
