Yo -- Chipmunk face here -- I have a problem with this stuff -- the problem is that all of "law enforcement including the DOJ" has nothing to gain... Where's the gain to the average person employed in these positions?  They are misled like all the other pervs that function as gang stalkers.  How can this be a conspiracy theory -- maybe since I'm new to this "universe" I just don't understand the term.  Early on, before I had a clue, a statement was made by a local cop that "You think this is a conspiracy."  It is!  When groups of people act in unison are they not involved in a conspiracy?  The thing with gang stalking or organized harassment is that is has many uses.  We can connect dots within our own personal situations that perhaps share a dotted line to the whole.  9/11 - that morning I said it to myself -- how did they make those building fall that way. """They"""" -- I thought the terrorists were engineering geniuses -- and that America was in big trouble.  I do not know too much about the NWO.  I do know that the reasons I believed we fought wars was to protect the American Way Of Life -- our ideology -- our freedoms.  I also know that since 9/11 this ideology has fallen to the way side in the name of "terrorism".  This assault on the American Way of Life has been created by Americans in the name of "terrorism".  Hypocrisy?  Absolutely.  Fear sells - Marketing 101 -- I did take that course.  The price has been the life and liberty of Americans.

But God is only LOVE -- so SHE could not have created a place called hell!!!  Scrivener - they found you too?

I use the term "genocide" because lives are being destroyed via microwave/RF irradiation, community vigilante domestic terrorism, and government-engineered financial sabotage.  It's the destruction of entire family lines, and it's based on prejudice, ideology and hate.  

And in the U.S., it's my best estimate that as many as a couple MILLION Americans have been targeted for this physical and social destruction by these American fascist Nazis masquerading as bureaucrats, public officials, uniformed officers, rogue agents and vigilante citizen thugs.

If that's not a "genocide," I don't know what is.  It qualifies by the number of victims, and by the heinous nature of what is being done to them, slowly but surely.

Just because it's a "slow kill" doesn't mean it's not a genocide.

And the good people on the inside of the agencies and commands responsible for these crimes against humanity and the Constitution KNOW that my definition is appropriate.  That's one reason why I have not been silenced.  Too many of them know the truth -- and WANT the truth to come out.

The designated victims are not the only victims. The public is victimized as well. Bystanders are potential victims, because the program includes having cars surround victims on roads and having mobs surround victims in grocery stores and shopping malls, etc. If this vehicle harassment causes an accident, other "innocent" cars could be involved. If a victim is constantly terrorized by mobbing and deliberate baiting by police harassment, the victim could strike out in desperation like a fox being hounded by baying dogs.  If the public utilities, etc, are allowed to steal from the victim, creating repair expenses, the resulting financial problems could lead to desperate reactions, which also affect the general public.            This program is extended to the victim's friends and family -- and these latter are truly innocent victims.             The government workers who invented this type "defense" program for the enrichment of themselves and their friends need to go to jail. Nothing the "targets" could have done is more criminal than the premise on which this program is based.          If the targets had done anything prosecutable, they clearly would be jailed, not terrorized in this fashion.

Last night I went to the 911 Truth site -- Is this site about a conspiracy theory or the ultimate act of treason on the American people?  I woke up this morning and thought Australia might be nice -- how disheartening.  Is money more value than human life? 

Is Obama a puppet?  Or is he the king of the targets of "organized harassment" produced by the "shadow government"? He is being assaulted with the same type of tactics by those who simply can not stand on merit and loose when the people of this country benefit.   

Is this shadow government more powerful than the American people?  I don't think so.  The only thing holding up this "shadow government" are layers of deception under many names including "politics as usual", "lobbying", etc. vs what is best for the people of this country.  The 911 site is called 911 TRUTH what will collapse this shadow government - TRUTH.

Yes -- and you have shown where my articles are deficient.  I have not conveyed as well as I should the imminent danger to the entire society that this "program" entails.

This happens to me EVERYDAY.  It happened today while driving down I-95 -- speeding cars tailgating, swerving in and out of my lane, menacing me -- and other traffic.  I give them the brake lights, and still they menace.

But I also was hit by several microwave bursts while driving.  I easily could have swerved into an adjacent lane, into a car carrying relatives of the very fusion center Nazis who attacked me while driving.

And yes, there is no doubt in my mind that the Virginia Tech shooter, the Austin private plane pilot, and many other "disturbed" individuals who have lashed out were provoked by this VERY PROGRAM, this GENOCIDE apparently directed by a secretive unit of the Homeland Security Department that does not work in the service of the rule of law.

This secretive unit, I believe, has targeted me not just for slow-kill death -- I have good reason to believe that I am in imminent danger.

The good people inside the FBI MUST go to John Brennan, Dennis Blair, VP Biden and President Obama and tell them the WHOLE truth -- and immediate action must be taken before EXECUTIVE ACTION is taken against me and perhaps some of those individuals.

I visited my mother tonight.  She is getting worse.  She is wasting away.  The nursing home puts food on a tray and it goes uneaten.  The aides tell me she is being hand-fed, but it is clear that she is not being sufficiently nourished.  By sisters put my mother on "hospice" care.  I believe the facility is knowingly euthanizing her, which would be a crime.

My mother received a "NEB" treatment while I was present.  A GAS MASK was put over her mouth and nose.  And after that, she could not be awakened.  She was out cold.

What has been added to that "nebulizer" that caused her to be knocked out cold?  AND WHAT DAMAGE IS OCCURRING TO HER BRAIN AND NERVOUS SYSTEM WHEN THESE "TREATMENTS" ARE ADMINISTERED?

I believe my mother may be in the process of being MURDERED. 

I went to the Delaware State police earlier this week to express my concerns.  I was told to file a complaint with the Division of Aging's protection unit.  I would not be surprised if this "program" has infiltrated that agency, just as I believe they have infiltrated my mother's nursing home.

No, I am sorry -- this situation calls for immediate investigation by POLICE.  I thought I filed an abuse complaint against this home several weeks ago.  I believe the people I was talking to may have been impostors, agents of this rogue program that has destroyed my life and my family.

MICROWAVE ATTACK REPORT -- Mon., Mar. 8, 2010 @ 12:06 p.m.

The government cell tower system microwave torturers will not cease and desist. Sharp, penetrating pulsed burst to the head. And a constant feeling of low-level fatigue.

Also, I was attacked in the Kutz nursing home in Wilmington, DE last night while visiting my mother, intense burning feeling that turned my ears and face red. The attack indicates to me that a laser targeting system may be installed in that facility. Are the infirm also "targets" of this microwave torture tower system? My first-hand experiences indicate that the answer appears to be, "yes."

Which raises this question for the good people on the inside: It is apparent that the entire torture, domestic terrorism and financial sabotage is coordinated out of the nation's 70-odd "fusion centers" under the de facto administration of the U.S. Dept. of Homeland Security. It also appears that microwave attacks are coordinated out of the fusion centers.

But -- just how many people have the authority to issue these attacks? Can local police departments, or individual federal agents, trigger these attacks from their laptop computers, or personal communication devices? Has the U.S. government equipped untold thousands of agents, officers -- vigilantes? -- with the ability to "engage the target" with microwave assault -- which can main, injure, induce injury or illness, or even kill at high amplitude?

Could it be that this microwave torture tower system is so decentralized as to be completely unmanageable -- like putting the power of Thor into the laptops of officers, agents, maybe even private citizens, coast to coast?

This is a question I have not been able to answer. But it does seem that the attacks become quite indiscriminate when I travel to certain areas, as opposed to others.

From a command and control standpoint, it would be prudent to keep the power to activate this system confined to a central location. BUT -- such a scenario also would concentrate culpability in the event that this torture matrix is fully exposed.

So perhaps the architects of this evil high-tech torture matrix have purposely decentralized the system to allow the "locals" to initiate attacks -- so that they can be the first to be sacrificed when the microwave s*it hits the fan.

I know I am giving a big opening here to the disinfo agents -- but perhaps a legitimate post will penetrate the filter. I don't think it's ever happened, but... maybe a disinfo agent wants to assume the role of double-agent and actually tell the truth...

Do locals, and individual federal agents, have the means and authority from regional fusion centers to initiate attacks from their computers or smart phones, using the federal government cell tower torture network?  In other words, is this a "plug in and shoot" radio network?

How can I confirm this?  I was visiting my mother in the Kutz nursing home in Wilmington, DE last night and I was severely attacked, causing both of my ears to turn crimson red, giving me a pounding headache that only subsided when I left the facility.

This past weekend, the same thing happened, and a nurse (the one who administered the albuterol nebulizer full nose and mouth gas mask to my weak and frail mother), remarked that my ears had turned red and asked, in what I thought was an overly solicitous matter, if I was okay.   I thought I detected a smirk;  but sometimes intuition and your gut can be wrong. In my case, rarely, but sometimes...

That leads me to wonder:  Has staff seen someone on or near the premises working a laptop with what looks like a vectorscope (a/k/a "crown of evil") on the screen?

Or has the torture matrix simply installed a 3D infrared targeting device in the facility, allowing the targeting of any individual who is on the premises -- and that targeting grid and related surveillance is transmitted live to the fusion center cencom in Newtown, PA?

Or is there a local cencom, to insulate the fed agencies and create plausible deniability?

Has the U.S. government turned over the means to silently torture and/or slow- or fast-kill human beings to the goon squads who destroy the quality of life for my family on a daily basis? Or even to rogue, hate-motivated sworn officers, federal agents, civilian contractors?

I received a telephone call earlier this afternoon informing me that my mother had died.

She looked much better last night than she did the day before. She looked like she might rebound. She was aware some of the time, and I got her to talk a little bit. And she smiled.

The timing of her death, given the narrative above, is notable.

Now I must mourn her passing. Then, Monday morning, I will begin my work to assure that no other resident of the Kutz Home for the Aged in Wilmington, DE is ever administered a treatment regimen that is specifically contraindicated for persons in an extreme weakened physical state.

If I can help extend the lives of other residents undergoing a similar regimen of apparent mistreatment, I will honor my mother's memory in the best way possible.

I will also seek to confirm whether members of any hate group or extremist sect are among those who have contact with residents at that facility in any capacity, official or unofficial.
