U.S. INTERCEPTS, TAMPERS WITH NET, PHONE, DTV: JOURNO TO FCC

PERVASIVE AND PERVERSE IN-HOME SURVEILLANCE: 

A TAXPAYER-FUNDED 'TRUMAN SHOW' FOR SICK AND CORRUPT FEDERAL AND LOCAL OFFICIALS AND THEIR DEFENSE CONTRACTOR CO-CONSPIRATORS

My F.C.C. complaint does not address the issue of the apparent pervasive audio and video surveillance that has been directed at or installed within EVERY room of my home, including bedrooms and bathrooms.  The fact of this unconstitutional invasion of privacy is confirmed by comments repeated in my presence, or in the form of comments published on websites that I frequent,me by so-called community "gang stalkers." These statements and postings convey information about statements or activities that could only be discerned by surveillance of my premises. These references to conversations and events inside my home apparently are conveyed to community stalkers -- and to cyber-stalkers -- by operatives who monitor this surveillance 24/7.

This is a perverse "Truman Show" scenario financed by taxpayer dollars -- a symptom of a sick police-state cult that operates in Bucks County, PA and elsewhere across the U.S.

The references to this surveillance, repeated in conversations and web postings, often are derisive and pejorative, intended to inflict emotional distress resulting from the realization that target has been stripped of all semblance of privacy.

One community stalker, a total stranger, recently approached me for "advice" on his wife's supposed problems in the bedroom.  This is one of the more benign examples of what I am talking about.  THIS IS SICK, HEINOUS, AND COORDINATED BY COVERT GOVERNMENT-FUNDED 'OPS.'

I have scanned certain rooms with a hand-held radio frequency detector capable of picking up a range of microwave frequencies.  I have detected no radio frequency devices.  I surmise that audio and video surveillance either has been hard-wired into my home when the house was left unoccupied, or (more likely) that a sophisticated microwave radio frequency system is capable of penetrating walls and structures to obtain both video images and audio -- based on the same microwave technology that makes possible the harvesting of distant audio at sporting events.

Such surveillance capabilities may be built into the same microwave laser radio frequency directed energy weapon system used to silently attack and impair extra-legally "targeted" Americans.  This system is believed to be capable of transmitting and receiving a broad range of radio frequency subcarriers.

For a protracted period, it seemed as though I was hearing an inordinate number of religious-oriented messages coming over my internet feed of WTOP-AM radio news.   It still happens periodically.

Would this rogue fusion center bureaucracy expend manpower and financial resources to insert psy ops messaging into my environment?  I would not put it past these frat boy Nazis.  If they are doing this, what a waste of taxpayer money...

Will some other agency please restore not only the rule of law and respect for the chain of command, but SANITY to this rogue bureaucracy?

I've noticed that on my radio and tv, the Perps put phony commercials and even program content as part of their "echoing" of my personal information or what they think are my likes and dislikes.    Mainly, the Perps are practicing to "override" tv and radio programs with their own content as part of their effort to force a TI to live in the Perps' virtual reality.

That's idiotic beyond belief, and since VCR's have been cheap and common since the 80's I DEMAND to know why you're so lame you haven't bothered to tape this in an attempt to document the alleged program tampering as evidence.

This seems to be the status quo with far too many TI's, especially Vic, and why I suspect they are "wannabes"-or worse- no effort to document anything about what's going on, seemingly not caring at all if they are ever taken seriously- in fact it seems the whole thing leaves them perfectly content to play victim forever.

 Just attention whoring with endless crazy stories, seemingly with no concern that they appear that way.

No, we'll hear a bunch of excuses why you can't do it just like all the reasons why a veteran investigative journalist doesn't own a camera to catch who is entering his home and trying to kill him by poisoning him. Had an extra hard copy on hand of my article exposing the use of a covert U.S. government cell tower- mounted microwave laser radio frequency directed energy weapon system to silent attack, impair and possibly injure or even "slow kill" American citizens targeted by the multi-agency, nationwide multi-agency fusion center- based network. So I decided to take it over to my local police chief, in the event that he hadn't seen it online.

Although it was at least five minutes before 4:30 p.m., I was confronted in the parking lot of the cop shop by an older woman who had been sitting behind the wheel of her car, engine running. I was carrying a manila envelope addressed to the chief and marked "personal and confidential." She asked if I had business at the police station, said the office already was closed but that she worked there, and offered to take the envelope inside for me.

The words "chain of custody" came to mind; but rather than refuse the offer, I handed her the envelope. I watched as she entered the police station. She did not immediately come back outside, so I returned to my car.

Did the police chief get the envelope -- and were the contents left intact? In the past, I have found strange hand-written notes in my house, exhibiting handwriting that looked like mine, but that I did not write. So, what that in mind, here is what was inside the envelope -- a plastic-bound photocopy of my article, "U.S. Silently Torture Americans with Cell Tower Microwaves," along with a 5" x 7" index card listing my website address, along with this note, in these exact words:

"Chief, be a hero. Please call MAGLOCLEN (the regional Homeland Security- administered fusion center) and tell them to call off their community stalker dogs."

I memorialize this because it appears that in the past, messages left for the police chief were not received -- and I also recount these events as a prophylactic in case the contents of the envelope were tampered with.

Recently, I called the chief and left a voice message in his voicemail box to tell him that insecticide had been placed inside our clothes dryer, causing me to be overcome by the fumes. I asked him to please return the call -- and to investigate. I received no response. I wonder: was that phone call diverted, too?

Why didn't I call the general police number? Two good reasons. First, I know from the chief's own mouth that in the past, he was not informed when I called. Second, the standard M.O. of local police is to dismiss the complaints of so-called "targeted individuals" as the product of delusional thinking or mental illness. Third, I believe it is likely that some members of the local police force could be working off an agenda that involves a bypass of the local chain of command... kind of like one of those TV cop shows where the a higher-up tells a federal field agent that his immediate supervisor is to be kept out of the loop.

Our home has been visited by local police at least twice in recent years by officers who insisted that we called 9-1-1 when we did not. During the last incident, several months ago, an officer asked if we had called anyone whose area code began with the numbers "9" and "1." Just coincidentally (or maybe it is not a coincidence) our daughter was assigned a cellphone number that begins with those numbers. As any statistician will tell you, there's a strong likelihood that someone dialing such a phone number might hit the "1" button twice....

...leading me to wonder if members of "targeted" families are assigned phone numbers beginning with "9" and "1" to set them up for visits by local police responding to a demand by the Bucks County 9-1-1 call center that local police investigate a "non-emergency" call to 9-1-1. I found it remarkable that during the most recent 9-1-1 police visit, at about 10 p.m., TWO Lower Makefield Township police cars responded to the call -- and a bright spotlight was directed at me during my front door interrogation. I found this quite intimidating.

I am NOT saying that my local police are aware of such a set-up scheme. I AM saying that I believe it's quite possible, if not likely, that the MAGLOCLEN fusion center misuses the 9-1-1 emergency system as yet another tactic to unconstitutionally and maliciously harass its "targets" -- using local police as its pawns... usurping the authority of the local police chief.
