U.S. INTERCEPTS, TAMPERS WITH NET, PHONE, DTV: JOURNO TO FCC
• "Information systems" defense contractor operatives under direction of multi-agency U.S. "fusion center" security network turn U.S. telecommunications system into weapon of politically- and ideologically-driven harassment and censorship, charges longtime mainstream media journalist Vic Livingston in formal complaint to the U.S. Federal Communications Commission.
• Second FCC filing follows journo's exposure of silent, harmful microwave radio frequency torture and impairment of extra-legally "targeted" Americans.
Federal Communications Commission complaint #10-C00234315, filed via internet July 25, 2010, against the Mid-Atlantic-Great Lakes Organized Crime Law Enforcement Network (MAGLOCLEN)-RissNet multi-agency fusion center, Newtown, Bucks County, PA, and the entire nationwide network of about 70 regional federal-local-corporate "data collection" facilities administered by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security:
"This journalist (Vic Livingston) has reason to believe that operatives of the MAGLOCLEN-RissNet Homeland Security - administered fusion center in Newtown, PA are maliciously and periodically jamming and interfering with: over the air reception of DTV signals; telephone service; and internet telecommunications of extrajudicially, unjustly targeted U.S. citizens in multiple Mid-Atlantic states, including PA, NJ, MD, DE, DC and elsewhere.
"I also have reason to believe that Lockheed-Martin Information Systems personnel under contract to the nationwide fusion center network, and their fusion center overseers, are responsible for turning the U.S. telecommunications system into a political weapon of harassment and censorship directed at unjustly (extrajudicially) targeted Americans."
Livingston said he filed a similar complaint with the F.C.C. about a year ago -- but has heard nothing from the agency.
"Given the nature of the complaint, perhaps that first filing never actually got to the F.C.C.," Livingston added.
"If the filing was intercepted before it ever got to the F.C.C., that would further confirm the veracity of my complaint. If it was received and the response was intercepted and diverted by a rogue censorship regime, that, too, would prove the point.
"Is anyone from the F.C.C. listening? If so, I'd like to hear what happened to my original filing -- and why I haven't heard anything for a year," Livingston said.
