Even the kid selling cellphones at the mall knows all those cell towers aren't all for phone calls, or telecommunications data. Get a clue. I can't imagine that cellular industry people don't know. They are sworn to secrecy, I would imagine, just like companies that receive National Security Letters.
And this isn't mere HPM (high-powered microwave). It's scalar wave electromagnetics, out-of-phase radio frequencies that actually create -- extract -- energy from a vacuum and send that "energy dump" down the microwave targeting path to the target. The towers emit a constant radar sweep; the lasers are used in the targeting beacons picked up by the radar that's part of the cell tower weapon configuration. Or GPS (cellphones, GPS-equipped video surveillance) can be used in the targeting. That's how it works.
Yes, it's not all explained in detail in the patent (but the patent talks about the "energy dump"). That's where the investigative reporting comes into play.
By the way, this technology could provide the world with limitless energy for next to nothing. That's the main reason why corporate interests and their lackeys in government seek to cover it up -- no need for oil. The nations that control energy control the world. But this technology already is in place in China, Russia (where it was refined after the Soviets (reportedly) stole Tesla's papers) and in Europe.
How soon before it creates havoc on Earth?
Or did that already happen on 9/11/01? If so, who did it? Given the proliferation of this technology, the possible suspects are many, scattered throughout the world, here and abroad. HAARP isn't the only installation capable of this. The Brits and the Russians and the Chinese have similar facilities. Who knows -- perhaps Iran is working on scalar wave electromagnetic weapons, too -- but the politicians are all hung up on "old school" nuclear weapons. "Molecular dissociation weapons" are even MORE menacing to world peace and humanity, since they are invisible, and SILENT -- truly silent but deadly.

Only after there's a scientific explanation can investigators determine "who did it." But science seems to indicate that two airliners and fire did not "dustify" all that matter.

Last night, I was literally put under by a radio frequency attack that left left me weak, exhausted, feeling as though I was "walking through water," to use a phrase from a commentator to my blog. Again this morning, I awoke feeling exhausted, as usual, but the painful, torturous spikes were absent.
Later in the morning, that feeling of overwhelming fatigue, the vertigo, the inability to concentrate -- call it a sense of confusion -- overcame me, rendering me barely capable of functioning.
THIS IS THE CONSTANT DEBILITATING TORTURE, ALONG WITH COMMUNITY GANG STALKING HOME INTRUSIONS, FINANCIAL SABOTAGE, VANDALISM, AND TAINTING OF FOOD, WATER AND EVEN AIR, THAT HAS KEPT ME FROM GAINFUL EMPLOYMENT AND HAS DECIMATED MY HEALTH AS WELL AS MY EARNING CAPACITY.
I suppose I am expected to be grateful that the sharp, piercingly painful jolts I have experienced virtually every day are thus far absent today.

MORE TORTURE, IMPAIRMENT VIA U.S. GOV'T MICROWAVE RADIO FREQUENCY CELLULAR TORTURE TOWERS -- DEPLOYED EVERYWHERE.
Once again this Monday, I am being ELECTROMAGNETICALLY INCAPACITATED BY FEDERAL AND LOCAL WAR CRIMINAL OFFICIALS AND THEIR 'INFORMATION SYSTEMS' DEFENSE CONTRACTOR IN NEWTOWN, PA AND BETHESDA, MD.
From about 10 a.m. until about 12:30 p.m., just a few moments ago, I have been irradiated with microwave-delivered radio frequencies that induced a heavy fatigue, extreme weakness. pounding headache and ringing in the ears. The induced weakness caused me to literally collapse at my seat. When I moved to a chair, fighting to stay awake, I fell into a deep but restless sleep.
This torture and impairment incapacitated me all weekend, and was punctuated by sharp, piercing periodic attacks to my right front forehead -- the target of choice for these slow-kill war criminal murderers, who appear to be trying to induce a brain attack (stroke) or permanent impairment.
THIS ELECTROMAGNETIC ASSAULT, TORTURE AND ENSLAVEMENT HAS KEPT ME FROM WORKING OR LEADING A HEALTHY, PRODUCTIVE LIFE FOR MORE THAN SIX YEARS.
Local officials KNOW this is happening. They do nothing to stop it. Federal officials know this is happening. They also do nothing to stop it.
And now, there appears to be an effort by culpable multi-agency officials to blame government-engineered and executed torture, impairment and subjugation of extra-legally "targeted" persons on an "interconnected extremist cell," according to my interpretation of "psy ops" (psychological operations) propaganda that is directed my way.

This unjustly, extra-legally "targeted" veteran journalist can't even get the Philadelphia FBI office to TAKE a formal civil rights complaint, despite many personal visits. But in those visits, I conveyed lots of info about gov't-enabled, funded and protected extrajudicial targeting, financial sabotage, community watch "gang stalking" vigilantism, vandalism and home intrusions, and silent electromagnetic microwave weapon torture and impairment -- what amounts to a "slow-kill" social cleansing, a slow genocide (and I am certain the FBI knows by now the scope of these atrocities). And I have gotten the FBI to at least listen to this victim of the American torture matrix.
But the FBI, I believe, is NOT the lead agency in charge of the worst of these American atrocities and outrages -- and who knows? The FBI could be preparing some major, high-visibility enforcement action that could rip the lid off a rogue military-security-intel-defense contractor Gestapo. The public pressure is mounting for Obama to make good on his pledge to restore the rule of law in America. It's much worse than most Americans think -- I am talking about crimes against humanity and the Constitution. People, entire families, have been ruined, professionally and physically. It's been documented that the towers had a severe structural galvanic corrosion problem, caused by the sea salt in the air and the exterior aluminum sheething in contact with the iron skeleton of the building. The mix of materials used in the design of the buildings has been called one of the poorest designs ever by knowledgeable architects. Several sources report that as far back as 1989 the buildings were analyzed and scheduled to be taken apart and rebuilt because of the severe corrosion and degradation of the structures.
The strange disintegration of the buildings on 9-11 could have been the result of the chemical interactions in play that day - naturally produced thermite coupled with the advanced state of the degradation of the structures due to the galvanic corrosion. The molten aluminum from the airplanes may have also greatly contributed to the thermite reaction. There are reports floating around on the web documenting these reactions.
Makes more sense to me than the towers being taken down by Star Trek phaser weapons, but then again, who's to say that scalar wave electromagnetics, a version of Tesla's "death ray", wasn't used to disintegrate those buildings?

Each instance, while plausible if one has an overly active imagination and chooses to ignore more grounded realities, is incredibly unlikely compared to the more sensible likelyhoods.
The unlikelyhood is compounded by the fact there is no evidence such a "death ray" exists anywhere in the world today, much less evidence it was used at that place and time.
Interesting info about the corrosion problem. Dissimilar metallurgical corrosion issues were well known even at the time of the WTC's design, you'd think they would have taken that into consideration.
I know I only use stainless steel screws to fasten my ass hatch. Any failure could lead to catastrauphic flying monkey release, I don't think I need to explain how messy that could get.

As I understand it the COIL or chemical oxygen iodine laser used in the (hopefully now cancelled boondoggle) airborne laser was the most powerful directed energy weapon the DOD had played around with lately, and it filled a Boeing 747.
It is a "megawatt" laser, so it's about 20 times more powerful than the solid state Raytheon laser in that link, but the solid state lasers are more practical.
Even at one million watts of laser power, however, the ABL's laser did not work by destroying the ballistic missile, it merely deformed the skin enough to get a little of it out into the airstream. At the speeds of ballistic missiles (mach 6+ for short range, 10-12 for medium but as it works in the boost phase the speeds are under that) the fuselage tears itself to pieces in seconds.

Oh please; Get real, I watched the second tower get hit and fall. This type of crap does nothing to help solve the real problem and cover-up of our governments. I will tell you again, you are not the only person being effected. You live in a country where you actually have a government that will respond. Ours hides behide Intellectual Property Rights. Of course you will have to use your best researching capabilities and your best writting skills. I only wish I had that type of skill or training. Buck up Bucks County I know it's bad. Some days I wish they would just kill me and get it over with.

Gee do you think it's because they also aren't stupid and wonder why someone who's allegedly been employed as an investigative reporter in the television and newspaper industry for 35 years can't seem to be bothered to get his hands on a freakin' camera and tape this? Who are they supposed to arrest otherwise, Vic? "some guys"? Casper the trespassing ghost? Are you crazy, stupid or both? Why should they even lift a finger to help you when you won't lift a finger to help yourself?
You've never been willing to do ANY action which could document that these "crimes" even happened, even though you have had so many opportunities to collect real evidence that no other TI seems to have had.
One would be in denial if they didn't consider that you're a fraud.

Pretty hard to document surreptitious entry when you're put under by radio frequency attack and your community goon stalkers are getting real-time info from the fusion center Gestapo, by way of their "team leader." And the fusion center torture matrix controls your electrical power and other utilities, starting with cable TV and running the gamut.
As for frauds, the notion that you are a persecution victim, a "T.I.," to use your parlance, is a huge fraud... especially on the taxpayers who are funding your lame psy op.

You can be knocked out cold by whatever you capability you chose to invent that day for your attention whoring. The camera will stay awake all by its lonesome digitally recording Casper entering your home to inject you with your daily dose of 100% pure bullshyte. The utility company can do whatever the **** it likes. Virtually every digital still and motion camera sold in the last decade runs on batteries.
How about the obvious truth here is you will always go to any extremes to make up excuses why you won't expend the slightest effort to document anything you claim, excuses which would be lame for the average person- but beyond believable that you were EVER employed in the field of investigative reporting.
