This weaponry is being used to commit the perfect crime.  All people are born with free will.  Since when does government have the right to manipulate bodily functions such as core temperature, cognition, heart rate -- all a convenient, invisible means of torture?  I thought I was getting through to you;  you guys are wired different, I guess.  Maybe we are doomed after all...

Your transparent psy ops closing statement betrays the truths stated just before.

I am not guessing.  After more than six years as a victim, it is plainly apparent that this torture matrix -- the community "watch" vigilantism, the financial sabotage, the home intrusions, the no-touch torture, impairment and slow-kill from the cell tower- mounted scalar microwave radio frequency directed energy weapon system, as well as other exotic weapon systems, from HAARP to Tempest to Iridium -- is directed and coordinated by the 72 multi-agency fusion centers...

...and EVERY law enforcement, security, intel and military unit in the nation, and many defense contractors, are complicit.  Plausible deniability is built into every level, if only because so many agencies, commands and corporations are among the co-conspirators and the war criminals.

That is not guessing.  That is fact.  

This is not a bunch of "terrorist cells" running wild in America.  It is America's military, intel, security and law enforcement agencies and commands, and their corporate and state and local "partners,"abandoning the rule of law, and committing a quiet genocide, enabled by naive and bought-off civilian elected officials and their clueless, self-absorbed staffs.  Not to mention a smug, arrogant and elitist national media.

And knowledge of this quiet extrajudicial torture matrix, this American electromagnetic genocide, extends from the nursing home nurse who used full-mask Albuterol nebulizer to kill my mother, right into the Pentagon, the Secret Service HQ on Maiden Lane, the FBI Hoover Building, CIA HQ -- and into the "information systems" and microwave weapons defense contractors in Bethesda, Walton, MA, and Newtown, Bucks County, PA., etc. etc.

Only Target #1 -- the President of the United States -- seems to be unaware.  But he does seem to be thoroughly ENTRAINED.

And why am I still able, to some degree, to get my message out -- despite being prevented from posting to "Spy Talk" on washingtonpost.com, despite the spoofed pages that black-hole many of my blog comments, despite the phony URLs that re-direct everything I write, in real time, to the "info systems" contractor cyber units?

Because some good people on the inside want me to, that's why.

And I know that in the end, the good will prevail. 

But the end can't come soon enough, because WE ARE BEING IMPAIRED, DISABLED, INJURED, NEUTRALIZED, INDUCED WITH DISEASE AND MALADY, SLOW-KILL MURDERED, BY OFFICIAL WAR CRIMINALS OF THE SECURITY-MILITARY-INTEL-CORPORATE COMPLEX.

I appreciate this topic. It is hard for me to grasp exactly what is going on: 1) the technology itself 2) the government's initiative, and 3) actual deployment.

What undermines the credibility is identifying oneself as a targeted victim. If that is the case, get a good lawyer.

This silent electromagnetic genocidal purge could not happen unless a multi-agency federal-state-local government apparatus is letting it happen, and it is happening all according to plan.

It's the reason why I can't get anyone to question neighbors about their possible recruitment and complicity in my persecution.  Why I can't get the local police to investigate the poisoning of my environment, the constant GPS-enabled stalking, or assist me in getting the local Honda dealer to disable the GPS unit we did not order but which was sold to us with the car as a "free option."  What law enforcement or security agency arranged that little piece of work?  If they didn't why won't they investigate the invasion of my privacy and the GPS-enabled stalking?  Because they are part of the matrix, that's why.

Yes, I know there are secret societies and fraternal organizations involved, ranging from the K of C to the Hibernians to the Masons.  I believe security-mil-intel agencies/commands are using extremist groups, skinheads and neo-Nazis (of which there seem to be many in Bucks County, central Jersey, and the Philadelphia area)  to carry out their targeted genocide.  Without a government-crafted structure, this elaborate torture matrix spiderweb could not exist.

And no amount of psy ops can hide the truth.  

Keeping quiet never helped any victimized population.  My main article, revealing the torture towers network, the scalar wave technology being used to torture, impair and subjugate American citizens, has been circulating worldwide for nearly a year now.  Not a single government official, or corporate official of the companies primarily involved (Raytheon, Lockheed Martin, etc.) have stepped forward to refute or even question the technology as I have described it in layman's terms that the general public can understand.

And that's why you psy ops agents have been assigned to deliver not-so-veiled threats that I better shut up, or my family will suffer.  Those using these pages to threaten me are a bunch of fascist bullies.  And stupid, too.  If I disappeared in the next second, NOTHING WOULD CHANGE.  THE NEW IS OUT, ALL OVER TOWN.  

My mission is accomplished, "friend."  Any retribution directed at me or my interests would be out of pure hatred and spite, and would accomplish nothing -- except to add additional counts to the indictment of the persons and programs responsible for the erosion of the rule of law and the commission of crimes against humanity.

Nice summary of the lame psy ops that's going to put a lot of people in federal prison -- part of a massive cover-up to keep the truth from the American people -- and to keep scalar wave electromagnetic technology from civilian use -- where it would solve the world's energy crisis, disadvantaging the oil barons and the war profiteers.

"Remote neural monitoring" is a huge hoax.  The microwave attacks have degraded my vision and hearing significantly.  And you're telling me the government is spying on people through their own eyes?  "Does not compute."  The purpose of these scalar microwave radio frequency weapon systems is to DEGRADE AND IMPAIR human functioning, not to use humans for surveillance.  Those bases are well covered by the microwave weapon system itself, infrared lasers, satellites, etc. etc.

The military, security and intel agencies want to convince the public that portable gizmos and local vigilantes or criminals are doing the torturing, impairing,  the induction of injury and illness, the slow-kill.  They know that once the public fully realizes that many of those cell tower masts are housing a precision-targeted directed energy weapon being used AGAINST extrajudicially targeted Americans -- mostly unknowing victims denied any semblance of due process -- they will demand that the officials, operatives and corporate executives behind this torture matrix are brought before the bar of justice to face some serious charges, including felonious and torturous assault and perhaps attempted homicide.

A round-up, a major enforcement action, is the only way this Nazi-like American genocide will end.  The officials and operatives doing the slow-killing, the people who have kept me and untold hundreds of thousands of others physically and neurological degraded for more than six years, kept from working, kept PRISONERS,  hostages in their own homes, will not stand down.  They will not cease and desist. 

THEY BELIEVE THE GOVERNMENT HAS THE RIGHT TO EXTRAJUDICIALLY TORTURE, IMPAIR, DEGRADE HUMAN PHYSIOLOGY.

AGENCIES SUCH AS THE IRS ALSO APPEAR TO BE INVOLVED IN THIS TORTURE MATRIX, ENABLING EXTRAJUDICIAL EXPLOITATION AND EXPROPRIATION OF THE WEALTH AND FINANCES OF UNJUSTLY TARGETED AMERICANS.

Now it is up to the good people on the inside -- those not directly involved in the war crimes, as well as "late converts," to do what needs to be done to restore the rule of law and respect for human rights in America.  Those who do not get on board the justice train, the dead-enders, will be the ones who pay the dearest for their official malfeasance.  Just an educated opinion.

AND IF OBAMA AND BIDEN ET AL HAVE ANY SMARTS, THEY WILL ORDER AN ENFORCEMENT ACTION TO COMMENCE IN THE NEXT TWO WEEKS.
