Good summary Scrivener, although still alittle severe in dialogue. First, lets not attack the poster as a pert. I'm not a perp or psy-ops and for all suggestive reasoning to the general readership/public, it doesn't help this issue. You seem to believe the entire government structure is involved at some level, but also suggest the President maybe unaware.. No friend, the president is well aware of this activity. Why wouldn't he be ? This president, as I have suggested previously, is well protected from electronic attack of any sort 24/7/365 and also is knowledgeable of it's use ( as is the DOJ ). If you truly believe this many are involved at this level, don't you think that it would have been revealed to the public somehow by now ? Privately funded groups, corporations, powerful and/or wealthy individuals,  even secret societies are involved in it's use also. It's structured alittle differently than you may think. In your case I assume your on someones shit list_and are being targeted. Someone, or even an organization doesn't like you. You pissed off somebody probably in a big way. Yes the government maybe involved, maybe because of all this anti-government rhetoric is targeting you for that reason also. But they aren't necessarily the only one/s. I would guess you would probably be able to answer these questions more accurately. Stay strong, learn how to protect yourself as I've suggested. Try and keep in mind that even though you feel extremely passionate about this issue, that writing with such passion and at times anger, may not always be the best approach to getting your view across to the unaware public. It may cause, as you can see from several of your respondents in your many blogs, more rejection of your ideas than support. As someone who is not and has never been a drug user, I found that comment both puzzling and interesting.  Are drugs part of a frame-up scenario that is being customized for yours truly?

Couple thoughts for Scrivener ( and unaware YankeeJim )

First, yes were right Scrivener_and seem to be learning more and more each day now. These advanced technologies can effect electronic elements and controls such as heating elements. And even cause battery charge indicator lights to mysteriously flash on and off etc. Also, and more importantly, can effect the human body in many different ways including severely effect normal heart function; normal sleep activity causing severe sleep deprivation; influence core body temp and muscle action, cause heightened electromagnetic charge within the body ( static charge ); cause severe pain within the cranium ( brain ); effect your eyes and eye-sight; cause uncomfortable stimulation and vibration within different area's of the body. Cause severe muscle, body, and mental fatigue. Basically as you have described a slow death/kill scenario. Most importantly for the perpetrators, undetectable by the unaware public.

Not so sure I can be of any real help for anyone in a similar situation, since I can't seem to get them to stop doing it to me.

San Diego IS a real festering shyte hole for this kind of stuff, historically it was one of the more extreme centers of COINTELPRO activity in the 60's and early '70's. I'm not a hippie, though, my political views are an enigma of liberal on domestic policy yet right on foreign policy.

I have come to several realizations, including:

It's not going to stop or slow down by "getting the story out" when the STORY is delusional whackjobs (or people employed to look that way, like I'm 90% certain Scrivener is) reinforcing the public's belief these things are the product of disturbed people's imagination.

The things being used on us aren't always what they immediately appear to be. Let me tell you, if there was ANY truth whatsoever to Vic's claims about microwave based directed energy weapons in cell towers, a TI's job of defending themselves  would be ridiculously easy to accomplish.

This is why Vic Livingston is quite obviously a fraud.
Microwave directed energy weapons are line of sight and do not penetrate metal sheeting. Period, end of story. Do you see any attempt for this charletan to save his life by experimenting with a few dollars worth of sheet metal? Not doing so defies every known human instinct for survival. Yet for two years he has spent countless hours whining like a little girl about being on the edge of death in pain and agony.

We don't know who is behind this or what they are doing to us. Determining the truth behind all this is all the more difficult because of not only the program's "disinfo" specialists, but all the "wannabes"- people with varying degrees of mental issues who see themselves as TI's. Whether it's an honest belief or not is anyone's guess but it's apparant that they outnumber the TI's, maybe by many times. These are the people who frequent forums and feel they are "support" groups meant mainly to provide a comfortable place to share stories that are clearly absurd and take offense if any part of their story is challenged.

This has led to the now existing pool of disinformation new TI's have to wade through and only encourages more people with persecutory delusional disorder to find within those accounts, evidence to call themselves TI's.

Real TI's seem hesitant to police our ranks of the clearly disturbed, perhaps rightfully so, feeling it's hard to judge others or they don't have that right. Moreover they have been operating under this same "just get the story out" mantra which seeks to swell our ranks with as many people possible telling a story similar to ours.

However when anything past initial scrutiny reveals that their story is one of delusions, it doesn't need explaining why this path we're on is going to be a dead end.

Just received email about a disc jockey convention (why I would get such an email is a mystery).

The subject line read: "Have a safe weekend: In 3 more weeks, over 900 of the nation's best dj's meet in Atlanta, GA"

"Have a safe weekend." And why would those words lead the subject line?

I believe this is another veiled threat from the bucks County fusion center Gestapo -- which appears to be coordinating a stalking campaign conducted by local police officers from nearby townships -- who apparently leave their jurisdiction to show up near my vehicle when I travel about.

Also, the malicious manipulation of my computing and internet use continues. I'll be reading from one tab page on the browser and suddenly the computer switches to another tab without any input from me. My content often is tampered with, even altered, and my word processing files are continually re-arranged, and some apparently go missing.

This malicious interference has gone on continually for more than six years -- and now that I think about it, it may have been happened even before that. Part of a campaign of professional career assassination, slander that morphed into a campaign of silent electromagnetic torture, impairment, and subjugation that continues to the present.

This is a slow-kill murder by government.
