Over the course of an hour, the room turned cold, freezing cold, as happens to me and to my wife with terrifying regularity.

More "cold room" torture -- or WAS it?

I now realize that when the heat won't work and I feel frigid, like a human Popsicle, it's not just that the multi-agency fusion center Nazis have remotely disabled my heating system (which apparently is the case).

They also are electromagnetically attacking my nervous system to turn down the human thermostat, lowering my core body temperature to the point where I feel bone-chilling cold -- literally, cold-blooded torture.

As the morning passed and the sun was shining outside, I set out a room thermometer. It read 66 degrees -- two degrees below optimum room temperature, not cold enough to cause the frigid cold bone-chilling sensations, skin cold to the touch, constricted veins in the hands.

I then realized that radio frequencies can be used not only to inflict pain, torture, extreme fatigue, rapid heartbeat, or to induce strokes, aneurysms, or heart attacks -- radio frequencies tuned to the human body can LOWER CORE BODY TEMPERATURE.

Pulsed microwave manipulation of brain-controlled physiological functioning has been demonstrated in the Arizona State University laboratory of neuroscientist Dr. William J. Tyler, whose work is being funded by the U.S. Army Research Laboratory, according to recent published articles.

A recent Popular Science article cites a quotation from Tyler published on the Department of Defense "Armed with Science" blog:

Tyler recently told Wired.com's "Danger Room:"

"The brain serves all the functions of your body, and if you knew the neuroanatomy, then you can start to regulate each one of those functions.”

Eureka, I said to myself, ruefully.

That is what they are doing -- disabling the heating system so their targets THINK it's a lack of heat that is causing them to turn freezing cold, when in reality they are being heinously, cruelly assaulted with a radio frequency attack precision-tuned and targeted to their neurological system, lowering core body temperature -- much as nature lowers a bear's body temperature during hibernation. But this is not "nature."

THIS IS NAZI-LIKE BESTIALITY, CRUEL TORTURE, PLAYING GOD WITH HUMAN BEINGS -- A CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY, AND NATURE.

Later, after I verbally protested the cold torture to the surveillance goons who spy on me and my family via high-tech video and audio -- and wrote about this on my Facebook page -- the freeze-out ended and my body temperature returned to its normal "rheostat" control, not the microwave-induced cold torture technique of remote physiological manipulation employed by government-sponsored war criminal defense contractor operatives.

But the respite was short-lived -- because soon after, the "head in a vise" pain and fatigue set in, and continues to this moment -- "like someone took a knife, baby, edgy and dull, and cut a six-inch valley through the middle of my skull," as Bruce Springsteen sang.

I wouldn't be surprised if this torture matrix torments and spys on even rich and famous rock stars who write songs about social issues. I don't doubt for a moment that these microwave technologies are capable of through the wall surveillance, probably "backscatter" radiation that adds to the "fryage" of those targeted (another WAR CRIME, radiation attack disguised as surveillance).

But after more than six years of being victimized by relentless electromagnetic attack, I can tell you that this technology is being used to degrade, impair, subjugate, harm and induce injury and illness. The operatives doing this have NO INTEREST WHATSOEVER in my innermost thoughts, or "inner dialogue," as your neurolinguini puts it.

You can go peddle your psy ops on the FFCHS honeypot site, but no intelligent extrajudicially, unjustly "targeted individual" is buying your inept psy ops.

And why use satellites, with 22,500 miles of atmospheric interference to deal with, when thousands of cellular torture towers are handling this nasty job just fine? Since these 'microwave weapons' are so deadly, I guess thats why microwave guns and microwave rifles are so popular today_right ? Not so sure I can be of any real help for anyone in a similar situation, since I can't seem to get them to stop doing it to me.

San Diego IS a real festering shyte hole for this kind of stuff, historically it was one of the more extreme centers of COINTELPRO activity in the 60's and early '70's. I'm not a hippie, though, my political views are an enigma of liberal on domestic policy yet right on foreign policy.

I have come to several realizations, including:

It's not going to stop or slow down by "getting the story out" when the STORY is delusional whackjobs (or people employed to look that way, like I'm 90% certain Scrivener is) reinforcing the public's belief these things are the product of disturbed people's imagination.

The things being used on us aren't always what they immediately appear to be. Let me tell you, if there was ANY truth whatsoever to Vic's claims about microwave based directed energy weapons in cell towers, a TI's job of defending themselves would be ridiculously easy to accomplish.

This is why Vic Livingston is quite obviously a fraud.
Microwave directed energy weapons are line of sight and do not penetrate metal sheeting. Period, end of story. Do you see any attempt for this charletan to save his life by experimenting with a few dollars worth of sheet metal? Not doing so defies every known human instinct for survival. Yet for two years he has spent countless hours whining like a little girl about being on the edge of death in pain and agony.

We don't know who is behind this or what they are doing to us. Determining the truth behind all this is all the more difficult because of not only the program's "disinfo" specialists, but all the "wannabes"- people with varying degrees of mental issues who see themselves as TI's. Whether it's an honest belief or not is anyone's guess but it's apparant that they outnumber the TI's, maybe by many times. These are the people who frequent forums and feel they are "support" groups meant mainly to provide a comfortable place to share stories that are clearly absurd and take offense if any part of their story is challenged.

This has led to the now existing pool of disinformation new TI's have to wade through and only encourages more people with persecutory delusional disorder to find within those accounts, evidence to call themselves TI's.

Real TI's seem hesitant to police our ranks of the clearly disturbed, perhaps rightfully so, feeling it's hard to judge others or they don't have that right. Moreover they have been operating under this same "just get the story out" mantra which seeks to swell our ranks with as many people possible telling a story similar to ours.

However when anything past initial scrutiny reveals that their story is one of delusions, it doesn't need explaining why this path we're on is going to be a dead end.

I got on the cellphone, dialed the Verizon DSL service line (I could have dialed any number; the fusion center war criminals are spying on all my telecommunications) and informed the multiple agencies with access to the surveillance that I was again being attacked. I demanded they cease their war crimes. The pain and leaden feeling seemed to lift -- for a few minutes.

Then it started again. When I walked by the electronics department, a loud chirping alarm went off. I remarked to a saleswoman that the tone could make her deaf. "Oh, it will stop soon," she said with a smile that looked like a smirk.

Got back on the cellphone and repeated my demand that the operatives stop their war crime attack. I was able to finish shopping -- but, in effect, I was driven from the store.

When I got home and tried to watch TV (about 10:15 p.m.) the back and top of my head turned hot to the touch. I was being attacked AGAIN. I fought to stay awake -- but microwave frequency apparently was tuned to the brain waves that induce deep sleep. I shook my head, trying to stay awake, but I could not. I was put under, and I missed the end of the show, an SNL special I wanted to watch.

At about 11:28, I suddenly awoke -- ears ringing painfully, diminishing my ability to hear. It is now 11:43 p.m. and my ears are still ringing. My hearing remains seriously impaired. The head pain is easing, but it remains.

This seems more for them about shooting the shit, spreading Scrivener bs, or insulting other posters and driving any legitimate ones away. I don't think this Scrivener character has all his marbles.
