U.S. official: Draft of deal for Iraq pullout reached June-30 2009
US troops retreat from Irak, no money, no party, 1 million Victims dead. Any connection with the war in Georgia is denied, troops will move home to the US.
Officials from the two countries seem to disagree on what the agreement will say, however.
Earlier, Iraqi Deputy Foreign Minister Mohammed al-Haj Hamood indicated that it included a date of June 30 2009 for U.S. troops to withdraw from Iraqi cities and villages. But the U.S. official said there are no dates in the agreement, only general time frames that would take into account conditions on the ground.
The U.S. source, though, said the June 30 date is a goal, but not set in stone.
"Not a deadline, it's not a timeline," he said. "It's conditions-permitting."
The source said the plan has the approval of U.S.

This has even less credibility than the Russians saying they will pull out of Georgia by tomorrow. It's a blatant lie as the USA has no intention of pulling out and never did have. They can always create a "problem" that requires they stay just a little longer to "protect" the Iraqis.
The USA has constructed major military bases throughout Iraq and a Greenzone city around the new half billion dollar "embassy" there. There will be a US military capability in Iraq until they are driven out.
The whole "We will leave when the Iraqis ask us to." is just a pile of bu**s**t stacked upon a towering pile of previous lies relating to Iraq.
Anyone care to place a money bet on this? You pick the amount.
