U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder said Monday he has appointed career federal prosecutor John Durham of New Haven to investigate whether the CIA or its employees broke the law by using overly aggressive techniques when interrogating overseas terror suspects.
Holder said Durham's new duties, at least initially, will involve a relatively narrow, preliminary review to determine if there is enough evidence to warrant a full investigation of whether current of former CIA employees violated anti-torture or other laws when questioning high value, terror detainees.
Durham was appointed in part, Holder said, because of his involvement in an ongoing, related investigation of CIA practices regarding terror suspects. In 2008, former U.S. Attorney General Michael Mukasey asked Durham to investigate the destruction of CIA videotapes of detainee interrogations.
My name is John Mercier, I am being racially/religiously profiled by the county of Santa Barbara as a member of a Cardinal of the Catholic Church's family.
Although there are many aspects of this case and many agencies involved, this email concerns how the CIA is using a project called MK-Ultra to do mind control experiments upon United States citizens, including my son and other children at Child Help USA, a Barbara Bush foundation, where the kids are being given experimental psychotropic drugs often without a doctor's prescription or diagnosis, and also a project called H.A.A.R.P. which the CIA has used to physically and mentally disable me in an attempt to discredit me so that I cannot prove that my son's civil rights have been violated.
The proof is in my medical records, if you subpoena my medical records for the last three years, from Lompoc Hospital, Cottage Hospital, and Ventura Hospital you will see that I have been suffering from the exact symptoms that would result from being targeted by this strategic electronic weaponry. Including weakened immune system, infections, arthritis, etc...
My son Isaiah Burk is being held hostage at a giant orphanage called Child Help USA in Beaumont Ca. His Civil Rights are being violated, he was drugged for a number of months without a prescription or diagnosis, he was held back from court when he wanted to go because he was being made a ward of the state, and his court ordered phone contact and visitation with me have been cut off because I have proof his civil rights are being violated.
The case has been appealed to state appellant court, and I received a letter from the Ca. State Attorney General in response to my request for assistance. The Lompoc office of the SB county DA's office refused to speak to me about the letter, and the police came to my residence and tasered me and took my letter from the attorney general and charged me with assaulting a police officer, to try to discredit me so I can not prove my son's civil rights have been violated.
