Nonsense. His "reporting" is on his "first hand experiences" not "and". He implies he can validate his own observations by referencing himself. His observations are sharp pains to the head which are not documented effects of actual weapons he cites. He's seen no weapons, seen no "targeting apparatus" and repeatedly tries to connect technologies which are not compatable and weave them into a plausible story using the reports of other targeted individuals.

As avid reader points out he has no facts.

I might point out there are three reasons a person would declare that someone who calls him on his bull**** MUST be a gov't agent paid to discredit him:

A complete imbecile who thinks his opinions are above reproach.

A person suffering from paranoid delusions of grandeur.

Let it be clear my criticism of Vic is not questioning the existence of this or similar "programs". It is questioning what his little circus act's role in it is.

The way you beat the drum for the FBI, who can't possibly be involved you assert, and always talk about "good people inside" saving the day sure would sound to me like you're here forging them a back door should it all go bad for them. However I  am socially adjusted enough to not believe everyone who disagrees with me must be one of "them".

Whoever Vic Livingston really is, he was no investigative journalist. He can't even read or is so stupidly dishonest he thinks his readers can't.

There are no satellites zapping us from space.  Vic is so far over the top anyon who comes into contact with his writing will quickly write off all those who make similar claims.  And that seems to be the purpose of this made up character, who is probably the man behind the curtain of these crimes.

Let me tell you who the suits and brass should fear:  The local cops, state troopers, firefighters, the EMTs, the muni workers, who are starting to realize they have been played and (for those who are religious) turned into venal sinners.

I cut my eye teeth professionally working with these people.  They were my sources, my friends, my protectors.  I took a rock in the head behind their lines during an urban riot situation.  I stood up for the EMTs when local politicians tried to cut their budget.  I lived in middle-class neighborhoods populated by lots of public servants and cops.  I played in bands with guys who became cops.  

Yes, too many of them are too easily entrained by those in positions of power and authority.  But so are members of my own family, whose lives have been ruined by this program and they can't fathom that authorities and agencies sworn to protect them are their persecutors.  At least the Jews in Nazi Germany knew they were "targets."  Under this torture matrix, it's all done covertly, by devious deception.

I have come to resent the easily played politicians and apologists almost as much as the architects and citizen or contractor operatives of the program.  As I have stated repeatedly, this descent into fascism (that's what it is -- corporations fronting for government authoritarians) is enabled by the naivete of those who think "it can't happen here."  It can and it has.

Not to repeat myself, but nearly eight months ago, I spent a considerable amount of time talking to a respected local law enforcement officer in my community.  He was totally aware of what has been happening.  He did not verbalize this, but I got the distinct impression that he is angered and somewhat embarrassed that he is powerless to stop it.  I know when someone is playing me; it's hard to hide that little smirk, the upturned lip, the telling side glances.  I saw none of that during our talk.  I saw a man who's been usurped and forced by economics and political pressure to be a cog in an ugly and patently immoral regime.

Will he realize that certain powers in Washington are giving him the "head room" to do the right thing without fear of recrimination?  Will he realize that a couple of well-placed phone calls, perhaps, only one call, could make him a national hero and trigger the collapse of an evil cabal that threatens the very foundation of American democracy and the rule of law? (On second thought, maybe he should make a trip to deliver the word in person; you never know just who answers the other end of the phone line.)

I will repeat:  Those who put on the white hats and do the right thing will mitigate any past culpability.   That's the way these things always end.  Literally THOUSANDS of operatives are involved in this torture matrix -- from the contractors at "cencom" who push the buttons triggering microwave/laser attacks from afar on their human targets, to the idiot neighbor next door or down the street who thinks he's "keeping America safe" by aiding and abetting the cat burglars and domestic terrorists who surreptitiously enter homes to vandalize, despoil, and even poison.  And yet to date, only former NSA analyst Russell Tice has stepped forward -- only to be branded a mental case (just what they are trying to do to me).

I had a dream one night.  One of these "good people on the inside," someone I may not even know, takes me up on the challenge and makes that phone call -- to a top official in Washington, or to a well-connected "establishment" journalist who already knows ALL ABOUT these technologies and just needs some "official" sources to break the story that I've already reported at length.

This matrix involves a complex network of financial and physical sabotage and infliction of harm and injury.  The IRS is involved.  The DOJ is involved.  The Pentagon and the intel agencies are involved.  But ONE AGENCY is at the center of this "multi-agency coordinated action program," I have concluded from the available evidence.  ONE AGENCY serves as the de facto seat of power of a shadow government, working closely with military, security and intel operatives to keep the hate machine in spin.  ONE AGENCY, before the others,  must be reformed top to bottom, or eliminated entirely, its duties absorbed by other agencies doing similar work-- and in so doing, American democracy and the rule of law can begin to be restored.

That ONE AGENCY is already under fire.  But a current public controversy amounts to a tempest in a teapot compared to what the mainstream media cannot or will not report...

...the horrific shame that I have enduring for six years and could only begin to write about for the past one and a half years, because I was literally neutralized by electromagnetic torture, physical poisoning of food, water and even air, and a nationwide torture matrix that effectively prevents victims from obtaining outside scientific validation -- since "the program" knows my every move, my every keystroke, my every utterance.

That I've been able to get the story out at all should serve as strong evidence that good people on the inside WANT the story out.  But I've already been physically debilitated, professionally destroyed, deprived of the opportunity to earn an income and pursue a previously successful mainstream media career.

I am "all in."  I can't hold out much longer.  I am a hostage in my own home.  If I leave the house empty, something is vandalized or fouled or disturbed when I return.  It might be underwear ripped and soiled, or an appliance sabotaged and broken.  Or oatmeal and fresh fruit or beverages tainted by poison.  I fear these intrusions could escalate into physical confrontation and violence against me and my family.  We've already been harmed by the manipulation of our environment -- a shower of fiberglass stuffed down our vents, to name just one example.

Failure is not an option.  Good people on the inside -- PLEASE show the courage to act.  Now.  Before someone close to you -- maybe even yourself -- falls victim to a peculiar American fascism that is wrapped in the flag and the cross.

HAARP, has not to my knowledge, been confirmed through reliable sources, to have the capabilities many of the government skeptics claim it does.

I am with them on many of the possibilities, but like adding UFO's to our story presents a minefield of liabilities later on if disproven.

If anything we could document HAARP could easily be capable of affecting behaviour in mass populations. Does it read minds? Can it target one person? Doubtful but I would never say never.

Trying to discredit Vic by saying he is lying won't work. His honesty can be felt in every line. I don't think that it is particularly interesting that a journalist whose regular career has been repeatedly interrupted and then completely derailed (for five years running) would have a cloudy internet profile.  Our internet is exactly like Winston Smith's memory hole, and old news fades into nothingness at lightspeed. So after days of asking for facts to back up anything Vic has ever said, we get proof that Victor Livingston was actually a reporter for the St. Petersburg Times for a period of less than 3 years.  Hardly a 30 or 35 year career as was stated on various posts.  Lots of time between mid 1975 and today Vic.  What you been doing for the last 35 years?  Clearly not using any of your investigative journalist skills to document any actual facts.  Which leads me back to my thinking that you are working for them and just posting outlandish claims to lead people away from what your covert organization is actually doing.  Give up the charade Vic, you've been outed.

So I'll bite. Your two claimed examples, link us to the articles where you cited them, let's see what they had to do with the article.

Ummmm..  this isn't Vic's website. Freedom of speech... and freedom to represent all TI's as a poster boy of mean, paranoid (everyone who questions him is a government psyops agent!) ignoramus with delusions of grandeur? Went into great detail about contacting three different employees of the company to plead his case, his argument was "everyone else does it"... admitting he cross posted the same C/P text to multiple threads.

As I have mentioned elsewhere, if the house is left empty, police-protected "community watch" vigilantes often enter the premises to commit acts of vandalism and despoilment, ranging from the defacement of clothing to sabotage and damage to appliances and possessions. Changing the locks did no good; was the locksmith who did the work affiliated with the Bucks County vigilantes who have terrorized us for nearly six years? 

My local police chief is aware of my family's victimization; I have requested an investigation and even have provided hard leads, but the terrorism against us continues unabated.

In my comment, I was describing what I have reaized that the computer-perps are doing to me on my computer. Today I'm being bombarded at home by a whole circus of Perp cars passing my house and Perps walking their dogs and a  local cop who demonstratively entered a now-vacant Perp house. I get phone calls. Today  must be showtime. Why?
