Each day, a nationwide microwave/laser electromagnetic radiation directed energy weapon attack system employing "phased array" cell tower antenna transmitter/receivers and GPS satellites -- under the apparent command of dozens of U.S. Department of Homeland Security- administered "fusion centers" and military contractor Lockheed Martin -- is used to silently and invisibly torture, impair, subjugate, and degrade the physical and neurological health of thousands of unjustly, extrajudicially "targeted" American citizens...
...and most of the victims have no idea what is making them sick, tired, exhausted, irritable, confused, lethargic; plagued with painful, debilitating head and body aches, sharp, piercing, painful ringing tones audible only to the target, temporary or permanent cognitive impairment...
...leaving them unable to function normally and lead a happy, healthy life.
Victims of this government-engineered, stealth genocide are robbed of the most basic of human rights -- free will, freedom from external manipulation of their physiological and neurological functions.
The weapon system is capable of delivering microwave and other radio frequency energy attacks that are precision tuned to specific brainwave frequencies of each human target. Virtually all of the victims previously have visited a doctor or neurologist seeking treatment for pounding headache, unexplained fatigue, sleep problems, or disturbing symptoms such as cognitive impairment. Those medical visits allow shadow government operatives to harvest medical records, including EEG test results that facilitate "brain mapping" -- how microwave torturers are able to mount radio frequency attacks fine-tuned to each unique individual targeted for no-touch torture, impairment, or, over time, slow-kill murder.
These silent, invisible electromagnetic assaults literally can put unknowing victims into an induced state of forced fatigue, involuntary yawning, deep sleep -- or, conversely, forced wakefulness -- within a matter of minutes, according to victim accounts and supporting published literature.
Pulsed microwave manipulation of brain-controlled physiological functioning has been demonstrated in the Arizona State University laboratory of neuroscientist Dr. William J. Tyler, whose work is being funded by the U.S. Army Research Laboratory, according to published articles.
Tyler describes the process as "ultrasonic neuromodulation."
A recent Popular Science article cites a quotation from Tyler published on the Department of Defense "Armed with Science" blog:
“...(M)y laboratory has engineered a novel technology which implements transcranial pulsed ultrasound to remotely and directly stimulate brain circuits without requiring surgery."
Tyler told Wired.com's "Danger Room:"
"The brain serves all the functions of your body, and if you know the neuroanatomy, then you can start to regulate each one of those functions.”
Because the microwave attack system can be precision-targeted to triangulate its multiple beams on unique individuals, this silent torture and impairment technology can and is being used by federal and local law enforcement to impose a regimen of extra-legal electromagnetic incarceration -- a "microwave ghetto" imposed upon citizens without benefit of due process under the law.
According to victim accounts, "innocent but targeted" persons may be subjected to heightened levels of silent torture or impairment if they dare to venture beyond their immediate neighborhoods -- to go "beyond the pale." Operators of the microwave attack weapon obtain the necessary targeting location coordinates from hidden GPS devices; the victim's cellphone; or infrared laser targeting devices trained upon the victim by law enforcement or "community stalkers" who may be affiliated with town watch or community policing groups.

Medical experts have confirmed that irradiation with microwaves and other radio frequencies can induce injury, illness and disease, from strokes and aneurysms to cataracts and cancer -- and death.

.... this "multi-functional radio frequency directed energy weapon system" generates precision-triangulated "directed" bursts of pulsed microwave energy using the combined power of multiplexed, phased array antenna installations that generate scalar electromagnetic waves.
Scalar waves are "out-of-phase" radio waves that have the unique ability at the precise point of intersection to extract variable amounts of microwave energy from a vacuum state. The technology has its roots in the pioneering work of the scientist Nikola Tesla, whose "Tesla coil" invention first demonstrated the awesome energy-producing properties of scalar waves.
Some scientists believe that scalar wave technology, if exploited for peaceful purposes, could provide a cheap and efficient solution to the world's energy demands. But the companies that hold the patents appear to be withholding the technology exclusively for military and national security applications.
The scalar waves produced by the microwave/laser radio frequency directed energy weapon (RFDE) are capable of carrying multiple subcarrier radio frequencies that affect human physiology, at variable power levels (or "amplitude"). In effect, the RFDE arms security forces with a "God machine" that can manipulate, disrupt, or destroy the biological processes that govern the functioning of human beings.
The God machine can do even more than allow its military and security state operators to lord over the world's population. The Raytheon patent states that this weapon system can be used to alter, or eliminate, "undesirable atmospheric conditions."
In other words, this scalar wave directed energy weapon system can manipulate the weather -- harnessing the world's climate, turning the weather into a potential military super-weapon.
The old adage, "You can't change the weather," no longer is true.
The covert installation of RFDE antennae everywhere across America explains the profusion of cell towers, and why so many towers are clustered so close together, from urban neighborhoods to expansive rural plains and farmlands.
The cover story -- that these are just cell phone towers -- amounts to nothing less than a big government lie.
Yet the system is inextricably and ominously linked to consumer cellular communications.
It appears that a human target's own cell phone may serve as a covert targeting device for this attack system. Those who are marked for electromagnetic attack could be paying for a telecommunications service that enables their silent torture, impairment and potential injury.

This cell tower attack network has been deployed under the cover of "national security," apparently as a means to instantly and covertly disable electronic devices that could be used as weapons by terrorists or hostile forces. The technology requires a continuous radar stream of microwave energy -- meaning that the entire population of the United States is being bathed in microwave emissions every minute of every hour of every day.
Because the system has been built out only in recent years, no entity has studied the long-term health effects of having a stealth cell tower weapon system clustered in populated areas.
Victims of this attack system maintain that silent assaults directed at a targeted individual can cause "induced dementia" -- symptoms that mimic Alzheimer's disease and other cognitive dysfunction, but which can dissipate when and if the attacks cease -- or if the "amplitude" of the microwave frequency is turned down by its clandestine government operatives.
"The idea is to make the 'target' look mentally ill or emotionally unstable, so that the person can be shunted into a mental hospital or otherwise marginalized and removed from society," says one alleged victim, who says that the silent attacks rendered him so weak, disoriented and fatigued that he was unable to work for a period of four years.
This victim says he slowly regained his full cognitive abilities only after repeated visits to a local FBI office, where he pleaded with agents to intervene on his behalf. But he reports that the attacks have continued, causing chronic fatigue, extreme weakness and sharp sudden pain that he says amounts to torture.
He also maintains that his local police chief appears to be aware of the covert attack system, but is powerless to stop the attacks.
"What kept me going when the attacks were most severe, from the summer of 2004 and into 2008, was when I went down to the FBI and literally begged a young FBI agent to help me, and she looked me directly in the eye and said, 'I believe you.'
"When she said that, it gave me the confidence to go public despite my fears that I'd be treated like some kind of a nut case. Now that the truth is getting out, I'm grateful to that young agent for giving me the faith to fight this."
By the pervasive deployment of these weapons systems as a tool of torture and enslavement, the U.S. government is denying thousands of its citizens the inalienable right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
The U.S. government has enabled the "slow kill," torture, or impairment of thousands of its own people while cruelly stripping them of free will -- the very essence of what it is to be human.
This classified weapons system functions in every community in America. Some local police officials know about it. Apparently, they have been sworn to secrecy on "national security" grounds. The mainstream media has its collective head in the sand, buying the government propaganda that a new generation of directed energy weapons is "less lethal" and thus "saves lives."
That is another big lie.
This covert torture matrix is every bit as heinous as the death machine of Nazi Germany -- perhaps even more so, because it is silent and invisible.
Victims of these silent assaults also are subject to relentless "community stalking" harassment, vandalism and terroristic acts performed by government-enabled "community watch" and policing organizations that have been transmogrified by a secret multi-agency federal program into a vigilante American Gestapo.
Victims also say they are subject to financial and career sabotage enabled by government agencies that have deemed them to be "dissidents" or undesirables -- or have slandered them as suspected criminals or "enemies of the state."

FOOTNOTE: TARGETING SYSTEMS
This cell tower- based microwave attack system apparently uses various advanced technologies to target human beings. According to information obtained from unclassified patents, defense industry trade journals, as well as an analysis of victim accounts, it appears that a three-dimensional, invisible infrared laser targeting sensor array secreted in or near the victim's home or place of business makes possible precision-triangulated electromagnetic frequency attacks, prolonged or sudden and momentary, to specific body parts -- internal or external.
The literature states that laser targeting systems can be trained on vehicles or moving targets, facilitating precision attacks even if the target is traveling at extremely high rates of speed.

If such a sophisticated targeting device is not available, it appears the microwave attack system is capable of acquiring targeting coordinates from the intended victim's cell phone or GPS unit. In that case, the targeting is believed to be less precise, but still able to produce disorienting and painful attacks, such as prolonged and unremitting headache and induced weakness and fatigue.
Some victims of this stealth technology now use their cell phones and GPS units only when absolutely necessary, and remove the cell phone's battery to prevent the broadcast of their location coordinates. (Just turning off the unit does not suffice, since a cell phone's power can be turned on by remote control.)
If neither a 3D infrared laser targeting device nor a "live" cell phone is available, the system still appears capable of delivering painful, disorienting or even disabling frequencies. It is believed that the government has equipped certain personnel -- either its own agents, or, some victims believe, local law enforcement or civilian vigilantes -- with portable laser-equipped devices that can "paint the target" from a distance. It is possible that some sworn officers may be under the impression that this technology is used merely for "through the wall surveillance," not to attack citizens they are sworn to protect.
The literature also indicates that the microwave weapon system can engage the target by way of tiny RFID tags covertly placed in or on the target's possessions or clothing. These film-thin RFID tags are ubiquitous in everyday commerce, used for inventory tracking of many consumer products. "GPS-linked" video surveillance systems, in public areas or inside commercial establishments, also could be used to transmit targeting coordinates to government command centers.
High-powered military satellites are believed to be capable of detecting ground-based tracking devices from low Earth orbit.

The article discusses a microwave/laser weapon system capable of both tracking and engaging a speeding target at the speed of light.

I've met my old neighbors, And I would bet they are similar to your's. I haven't met the endless rotating stream of new neighbors, but I wouldn't call *them* neighbors anyway.
Come to think of it, the word neighbor or neighborly doesn't describe any of these people.
I wonder if "multiple functions of high tech devices" could mean electronic attacks/assaults?

When the final chapter of the ugly history of this incredibly stupid (in light of the previous history that we have had the opportunity to review) headlong leap into fascists horror, is finally written, it will be seen to be (once again) the culmination of the efforts of men like Rhoem, Heydrich, Goebels, Hitler, and Himmler personified in their modern era equivalents, in combination with new technologies like cell phones (for automated, networked harrassment and terror mongering), computers (the automation part), and NSL letters. Our people cannot even recognize tortue as tortue anymore. The following quote is take from "Gestapo", by Edward Crankshaw, Viking Press, 1956, and concerns the Nuremberg trials of several Gestapo perpetrators: "The bath: The victim was plunged head first into a tub full of cold water until he was asphyxiated. BLATANT GOVERNMENT CENSORSHIP REPORT -- Friday, Feb. 12, 2010 @ 8:59 a.m.
Once again I am being blocked from posting a comment to a web site, in this case, Reuters.com. The article is about directed energy weapons. Apparently, a rogue government program cannot tolerate a citizen's right to exercise his constitutional rights. Each time I attempted to submit a comment, I was re-directed to another page on the site. Then, I was directed to a log-in page -- BUT the option to log in using a "partner site" such as Google.com (where I am a registered member) was whited out.
This appears to be more blatant censorship of my constitutional rights of freedom of speech, association, and freedom from unreasonable searches and seizures (in this case, of my telecommunications).
I believe the evidence shows that these unconstitutional acts continue to emanate from the regional MAGLOCLEN fusion center in Newtown, PA, under the de facto administration of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. The MAGLOCLEN facility apparently continues to violate my civil, human and constitutional rights on a daily basis...
...and appears to violate the chain of command by ignoring Obama administration directives concerning censorship and civil rights of those it targets (in my case, wrongly and unjustly).
The MAGLOCLEN fusion center should be shut down and its management and operatives arrested and charged with various color of law and constitutional and human rights violations. It is a rogue, criminal operation, in my opinion.

MICROWAVE ATTACK REPORT -- Friday, Feb. 12, 2010 @ 1:54 p.m.
Apparently my call earlier this week to the FBI Philadelphia field office to report a severe, concussive microwave attack on my person, which literally knocked me out of my chair due to a sudden jolt of vertigo and extreme pain, has not caused my government operative microwave torturers to stand down.
As I continue my campaign to fully expose these ongoing government electromagnetic assaults against extrajudicially targeted citizens, the attacks go on, and are again increasing in frequency. I have reason to believe many good people on the inside know the truth and know that I am being silently tortured, and that explains why persistent efforts to censor my internet postings generally have failed (although my attempted post to a Reuters article about a "directed energy weapons" test would not go through today despite repeated tries).
Here are the microwave attacks I have experienced since last night, with precise times. Conscientious, law-abiding law enforcement personnel could verify these accounts by checking their internal surveillance of the MAGLOCLEN/Rissnet fusion center at 140 Terry Drive, Newtown, PA, the apparent command center from which these attacks are issued (apparently based on 24/7 audio and video surveillance of my premises).
Thursday, Feb. 11, 7:40 p.m. -- Sharp, piercing jolt to the frontal lobe area.
Friday, Feb. 12, 10:01 a.m. -- 11:33 a.m.; 1:19 p.m.; 1:31 p.m.; 2:39 p.m.; 2:48 p.m.; 3:20 p.m.; 3:29 p.m.; 4:12 p.m. -- At each time-point, a sharp, piercing momentary jolt to the top of the head or frontal lobe.
I have updated the time-points twice since writing this. It the attacks continue, I will call the FBI again. Many people on the inside know the truth. I will not be silenced out of fear of being portrayed as delusional. That is their standard M.O. It has not worked in the past in this case, and it won't now.
(I should note that unremitting induced weakness and fatigue occurs every day, apparently from a constant bath of extreme low frequency microwave irradiation, also causing blurry, yellow-tinged vision that has degraded my vision, especially at night. This constant irradiation also is directed at extremely sensitive areas of my body, causing disturbing physical effects.)
It appears that my premises is bathed in a 3D laser targeting grid which instantaneously allows communication of precise location coordinates as read by satellite GPS. The actual microwave puled bursts apparently emanate from the cell tower- based, multiplexed, phased array antennae on nearby cell towers, a ground-level, GPS-guided microwave/laser directed energy attack system.
This system has been written about in published reports as a means of disabling the electronics of terrorists or other enemies of the state. It is THIS system that is being used to attack, torture, impair and neurologically and physiologically harm and entrain unconstitutionally targeted American citizens -- many targeted for their politics, their beliefs, their lifestyles, or ethnic/racial background.
This is an American genocide, and the Obama administration, by its apparent naivete, continues to allow it to happen.
THE MANAGEMENT AND OPERATIVES AT THE MAGLOCLEN FUSION CENTER APPEAR TO BE GUILTY OF ONGOING CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY AND MUST BE ARRESTED, CHARGED AND BROUGHT TO JUSTICE.

I am sorry to break the news to you but the "authorities" are probably about a hair away from having you committed if your reports to them contain similar "empirical evidence" to what you report here. You document nothing and won't go to a doctor to diagnose any injury,what would you have them do?
Tell me, if you had the ear of a law enforcement investigator with universal jurisdiction and the power to look anywhere, (with standard procedures on search warrants his limit)where would the first place be you'd have him look?
Don't tell me, this MAGLOCEN center. What would he do? Start beating confessions out of people? You have no evidence at all that anything is going on there.

Many TIs complain about excessive vehicular traffic and noise campaigns. I would suggest that people who are subjected to these things take the time to look out of their windows to verify that large numbers of vehicles are indeed traversing down their street. In my case, a device similar to the one described in the following link, has been installed somewhere in the neighborhood ... and perhaps located up the hill relative to this spot, where there is a vantage point that easily covers the entire neighborhood from a higher elevation. www.atcsd.com/site/content/view/13/104/ This device makes it seem, often, that there are very noisy trucks running up and down the cul de sac at a high rate of speed. Standing at a window, and seeing *nothing* on the street, I can nonetheless hear these "phantom" vehicles. They have the speed of the audio clip set to mimic a velocity that would surely cause the trucks to crash in the curve of the cul de sac. They should really make an adjustment to the sound track, if it is to be believed by anyone. It sounds like the mistake of young men (boys). (Vrrromm Vrrrooom). It makes me sad that we have found no better use for technology than this. What makes me more sad is that I once had four hundred shares of common stock in American Technology Corporation, so I guess that I have unwittingly allowed my money to contribute to this nonsense. At the time that I owned the company's stock, it had been engaged in skull-vibration microphones, which allowed a cell phone to operate without a regular microphone, as the earpiece was sufficient to pick up the transmitted voice. At the time, many years ago, it seemed like a good idea.

MICROWAVE ATTACK REPORT -- Saturday, Feb. 13, 2010 @ 8:05 p.m.
Once again I am being bathed in constant ELF (extreme low frequency) microwave, causing that head in the vise feeling and extreme fatigue. I had no trouble shoveling heavy snow on Thursday and Friday, so I know this is not natural, but a hideous form of torture being inflicted by a government weapon system ostensibly built to disable electronics. This system is being used to torture, impair and entrain people -- degrading health in an apparent attempt to impose a form of behavioral "control."
My torturers at the regional fusion center in Newtown, PA known as MAGLOCLEN are now "turning up the amplitude" in the evenings and on weekends, when they apparently think they cannot be called to account if I make their torture known. Earlier today, I exhibited extreme fatigue and found myself unable to concentrate -- disabled and impaired by this electromagnetic microwave radiation torture.
When I woke up this morning with a dull, dizzying headache, it was apparent that I was being irradiated as I slept. Once again, our food (or is it the water) has a chemical taste, and my urine once again has a very foul odor, another sign of apparent poisoning.
These American Nazis have been given free rein in Bucks County, PA. by local and federal authorities. I believe some of them may be "neighbors," others, cultists and extremists who live in the area.
If the irradiation continues, I will make a telephone report to the Philadelphia office of the FBI. I am confident that enough good people at the Bureau know my situation and I will not be written off as delusional, as is the "M.O." of this hideous, evil police-protected, federally spawned and maintained gestapo. I do not feel similarly about local law enforcement.
The rule of law has broken down in my township and throughout the region. I have nowhere to turn but to the Philadelphia office of the FBI.

Obviously YOU cannot. Table 1.1 is the bottom of the frequency spectrum, which contains extreme low frequncy energy, 30-300hz. The description directly states that microwaves are 1Ghz-300Ghz, and are displayed in table 1.2.
It is revealing that your own search results place separate quotation marks around the terms "ELF", "extreme low frequency" and "microwaves", indicating despite your insistence this proves that "extreme low frequency microwaves" are a legitimate form of energy, you are quite aware of the contradictory and nonsensical nature of your claim.

When I worked in TV, we often transmitted analog video signals back to the studio via microwave. By your definition, that would be impossible, because TV signals are typically broadcast via VHF or UHF, a different part of the spectrum. Your hair-splitting is irrelevant and your psy ops is still lame. You, a non-scientist, try to blind people with your "science." Next, you'll tell me microwave can't transmit digital TV because broadcasters use the VHF and UHF bands to transmit digital. Another Thomas Dolby. The operating frequency is EVERYTHING because knowing it would tell us what we need to know to detect and document it, to shield against it, and what the equipment generating it should look like.

BUT -- when I returned to the blog thread to see if the comment did indeed get posted, I notice my brower taskbar accessing data from "cache01.cleanprint.net." A "WHOIS" search reveals that the owner of that domain name is not listed.
I can't tell if my comment really posted, or if I am looking at a "spoofed" or faked web page from government computers, to which I am redirected when I try to access the "real" Politico.com.
Could this be U.S. government censorship via warantless surveillance? I think so.

I cannot post comments to ABCnews.com, Reuters.com and more than a few other sites. I was trying to comment on Homeland Security's monitoring of web sites, and on the Defense Department's claim that a test of a "directed energy weapon" is the "first" successful test of a directed energy weapon (which is a huge lie, according to my reporting and experiences).
At ABCnews.com, I get a message, "Login process did not complete successfully. Please try your request again in a few minutes." Repeated tries also are unsuccessful.
The fractured bureaucratic syntax tells me that some web site spoofing government surveillance goon wrote that sentence.
Didn't President Obama say the U.S. does not censor, and didn't he scold China for censoring the internet.
THE U.S GOVERNMENT IS DOING THE SAME KIND OF CENSORSHIP TO ITS OWN PEOPLE.
And I'd testify under oath to Congress about my experiences with these censoring rogue operatives, apparently acting under official orders, if ever given the chance.

It is hard to believe that WaPo did not post any new items all day today. I have seen that in their cell they have mug shot of people along with instructions when they see the victim. You're probably right about the picture, since these goons clearly know who to look for, and I've seen what looks like an infrared laser built into cellphones of some of my stalkers. But I have no evidence that your run-of-the-mill street goon is packing a microwave weapons, and I think it's highly unlikely and implausible The officials and their contractors executing these war crimes maintain command and control, and it would be almost impossible to exercise superintendence over goons and cretins carrying microwave weapons. The ubiquity of the cellular torture towers obviates the need for armed goons, in my opinion. People who say such things are spreading disinformation, I believe, knowingly or unknowingly.
