UK may debate joining euro currency due to crisis

The british pound is to weak to survive the financial remake, will the Europeans be happy UK joining the Eurozone with a start capital of a dried out pound in debit ?

BERLIN (Reuters) - The financial markets crisis will spur a new debate in Britain about the country adopting the euro, Jean-Claude Juncker, the head of the Eurogroup of EU finance ministers, was quoted as saying on Wednesday.

In an interview with German newspaper Rheinischer Merkur, Juncker said it was more difficult for EU nations outside the euro such as Britain to address the crisis. "This will stimulate debate in some countries about the introduction of the euro," he told the paper. "When the storm waters have subsided, the British will think about whether they should not be represented on all bodies on an equal footing."

Bring on the Euro! We need to get out of this made-in-Westminster catastrophe! British politicians are by far the worst in Europe.

Iffy...Bring on the Euro! We need to get out of this made-in-Westminster catastrophe! British politicians are by far the worst in Europe. You are welcome, we will need each other, to stay alive. Individual freedom rules can be defined, however the stability rule of 3% maximum dept to GDP country income will be hard for the UK to achieve.

Yeah. We need to ditch the pound now as forget it. Adopt the Euro and change the whole politician and banking system in UK like Eurozone.

Well the whole investment banking system ( speculate with money that is not yours, call it equity) is at an end. Funny, Porsche bought shares in Volkswagen and grounded round about 100 hedge funds speculating on loss. The hunter (hedge fund) gets the hunted.

We definitely need to join the Euro, as we have see the the Sterling is weak and will never ecover from its fall. Petty nationalists say we want the Queen's head on our Pound?

Spain have the King on their coin and that is legal tender and in circulation in 13 countries not just Spain. The same will happen to britain!

Simply, THE POUND SUCKS
