Hague’s International Criminal Court  has declared it  had no jurisdiction to judge UN failure to protect Muslim in Srebrenica in 1995. But such declaration does not meen UN is not responsible. According to a CSM article, this is Europe's only genocide since World War II. Furthermore, it also accepted that due to UN's immunity, the supranational organisation cannot be held liable in any country's national court. But what about its wrong deeds. Are we to forget the food for child sex scandals in Africa? Are they to pass off indefinitely. This is food for thought.

UN wins immunity in Srebrenica case

A Dutch court has ruled that it had no jurisdiction to hear a case against the United Nations for its alleged failure to protect Muslims from a Serb assault on the Bosnian town of Srebrenica in 1995.

"The court declares it has no jurisdiction to hear the action against the United Nations," read a judgment by the district court in the Hague’s International Criminal Court (ICC).

The plaintiffs comprise a group called "Mothers of Srebrenica", who represent some 6,000 survivors, and 10 individual widows who lost their husbands in the assault.

They are seeking a trial for the UN and the Dutch state for the peacekeeping troops' alleged failure to protect the enclave.

But the Dutch state brought a counter-application, arguing the court had no jurisdiction to hear a case against the UN which, it argued, enjoyed immunity.

It does not tell readers what previous or current stories the author has published nor his/her whereabouts. In addition, if someone wanted to hide his "true identity" nicknames could be used. But nicknames should not hide previous stands on an issue or story. Furthermore, it withdraws the blocking facility from them. Are Anonymous members to become a privileged type who hide their bias? If I could ask NP to kindly withdraw such facility, I would really appreciate it.

It's another sad day for those that suffered under both a repressive paranoid vindictive vengeance filled criminal swine (the Serbs) and the hapless UN forces that stood by with no balls to the atrocity.

If the fires come knocking on your door, which brave souls are you going to call to protect your ass.
