Sri Lanka will be using this money to help Tamils. Not the lowly Terrorists.
As I have posted before, the stock of arms available with the GOSL is more than enough to finish off the 'peen' Terrorists.
If you don't believe me, why don't you come down to Sri Lanka? No?
Is it better for you to be in the UK and make hollow noices?
