La Paz, Oct 22 (ABI).- Union of South American Nations and Chile’s President, Michelle Bachelet congratulated to Bolivia President, Evo Morales for establishing a political agreement achieved in Congress which allowed the call about New Constitution. "I praise UNASUR’s support, I received phone calls of President of Chile, Michelle Bachelet, Organization of American States, and United Nations, which expressed its respect and admiration to this agreement," Morales informed on press conference. On Tuesday, Bolivia Congress approved call’s legislation about two Referenda, one about Referendum Dirimidor (for resolving disagreements, by means of election, about New Constitution), and another about its approbation, dated for January 25, 2009.   Agreement was established among different Representatives within political parties such as; MAS, PODEMOS, UN, and MNR. Furthermore, Morales appreciated the support of International Organizations within dialogue process among Representatives, Prefects and other authorities; one of them in Cochabamba, and another in Bolivia Congress. Although some international viewers weren’t convinced between Project of New Constitution and dialogue, now they are convinced, because text is made for keeping unity in Bolivia respecting different identities.
