This was a dance tribute for Micheal Jackson by 1500  inmates of Cebu Jail, Philippines.the day this video was up on you tube overnight the video had 24million viewers.there were thousands of visitors who gathered at the prison to witness this unique event.

the inmates danced on one of MJS' all time hit 'Thriller"(1982) Byron Garcia is the prison consultant and the brains behind the dance coreography.the performance was followed by a miniute of prayer for the departed soul.
