United State of Telangana-Need of the hour-PC invites for T-Talks

Hyderabad, India, mid-night December 9, 2009 will go long in the history of Indian/Andhra pradesh politics when quite unexpectedly Mr. Chidamaram, home minister central India announced a rather scintillating offer of 'formation of the seperate Telangana state within Andhra pradesh after as much as 50 years of long struggle. Now Telangana movement supremo K. Chandra Shekhar Rao started fast-unto-death hunger strike after Novmber 29, 2009 and after several tips and turns, several lathi charges, violent Bundhs and a total jam in Hyderabad city for any public facility and movement when on 9th day of hunger strike KCR became weakest to survive and when Osmania university campus became battlefield between AP police andviolent protestors of Telangana, the Central Congress ruling party conceded and gave the sign of road-map of a seperate "Telangana State" as was demanded by KCR & his followers. Earlier a core committee under Smt. Sonia Gandhi Chairperson Indian National congress met and decided to direct a call to K. Chandra Shekhar Rao demanding and fasting for seperate Telangana at the NIMS Hospital near here. Unfortunately immediately before any celeberations of "local freedom" starts this great decision is going into big controversy as within Andhra Pradesh other prominently neglected areas like Rayala Seema etc., also seem to begin 'seperate-state' movement so much so from the AP assembly ruling party Congress and other parties MPs and MLAs (so far 95 Nos.) have resigned thud putting hurdles into the present Congress state government headed by Mr. K. Roshiah, an able man himself.

The Telangana movement had earlier started in Hyderabad, Warangal, Khammam, Karimnagar cities etc wayback in 1969 under Dr. Marri Chenna Reddy for cause of locals of sub-western Andhras met serious injustice in government job distribution, land distribution to farmers and other attrocities by so called Andhra intruders, the best example of which was late NT Rama Rao who became chief minister of AP including Hyderabad whereas he himself belonged to Gudivada, near Vijayawada, central Andhra (more news to follow).

December 11, 2009, Hyderabad, India, many and all news papers and channels like DC, Hyderabad, Times of India, The Hindu, and Times now TV are continually highlighting the sensitive times in the entire Andhra pradesh, as the fate of Telangana seperate state still hangs in time, there are vigorous and violent protests, verbal and physical frictions still continuing latest being the virtual fight between the Lawyers of Telangana and lawyers belonging to Andhra state at the High court (near Afzal Gunj, central Hyderabad) still continue. The general sentiment as Sudhakar Reddy the MLA & many others feel that the offer of seperate Telangana state is why clubbed with the timing of birth day of Congress party president Mrs. Sonia Gandhi and many many more questions; meanwhile the agitations for seperate Gorkha land near Kolkata and seperate "Rayalaseema" near Guntakal have already started.

December 13, 2009, The new IT hub of India, Hyderabad is all under cold-fire after the recent Andhra-shaking incidents, while many political parties have different sound over Telangana state, some Congress and TDP led regional partiy workers have taken to violent Bundhs and saboteuge over to why Telangana seperatism was announced recently while Central government maintains that Telangana movement is over 55 years long struggle and time is ripe for the seperate state now; other parties like Telugu Desham etc are fluctuating over it, Chandra babu Naidu of TD, a modern IT mascot and TD supremo says different things sometimes not supporting it, in 2004 Naidu said "TD is committed to united Andhra (non-split) and now on December 12, 2009 he said "The party will stand by the T-resolution in the Assembly (when it is moved). The fate of peace and multi-race habitat in Hyderabad is still hanging while IT giants like Infosys and Intergraph etc., are following wait-and-see norm. Common man is becoming sandwich in between T-state and United Andhra and Rayalaseema outbursts.

Recently here after breaking his death-fast, KCR the Telangana liberator said candidly in Hyderabad that the Andhraiites did lot of attrocities to local Telangana people, they came occupied and ruled Hyderabad without giving any facilities and means to the poor domiciles of the land so much so the Andhraiites even grabbed their lands and buildings in name of development, they harrassed even sexually the local Telanganiites and made them leave their homes for their daily bread and butter to the Gulf countries.....

Dec, 16, 2009, Endless activity, struggles, violent, non-violent & untiring efforts are on way eversince Smt. Sonia Gandhi, Congress President, India promised a road-map to seperate small state of Telangana recently here, despite greatest sentiments attached to it from both pro-Andhra and pro-Telangana the Clear question arises that

Why there is or was a serious demand for seperate Telangana comprising of Hyderabad, Khammam, Warangal, Ananthpur etc since a long time and

Why there was Not a demand from Andhras for a seperate Andhra state

The answer may be difficult but is factual in deciding the fate of smaller state including or excliding Hyderabad or Cyberabad the developing IT hub.

However the quick and new several multiple demands for states like, Rayala Seema, Kalinga Andhra etc etc., may look surprising as if to copying the success of K Chandrashekhar Rao the supremo of Telangana movement now but many many questions still remain un answered like harrassment and restlessness to common man and poor people amidst the great now-modern-media times which asks however the modernity the basic safety, rights, and conventionality still rules supreme and poor people will revolt against any un-reality making the neo-reality shows a question mark.

First of its kind but good enough, troubled waters of Telangana state and Andhra opposition with serious situations, Mr. Rosaiah CM, is wanting views and solutions from common public, too good effort for public, reported the DC Hyderabad, India on front page on Dec, 18, 2009.

Dec 24, 2009..... The Seperate state of Telangana declaration took another serious turn ever since Home Minister of India Mr. Chidambaram's declaration for paving way of "Telangana" in Anmdhra Pradesh, yesterday owing to pro-Andhra serious agitations including those from Film actors like Chiranjeevi and Mr. Mohan Babu in favour of United Andhra Pradesh, resulted in Mr. Chidambaram's U-turn on his government's declaration saying that

"Situation has Altered"..... "More discussions are required" etc. etc. Reports Deccan Chronicle today front page..... Centre goes back on Telangana Promise, 2 days Bandh begins, CM (Mr. Roshaiah) fears Prez rule. Following the centre's twist Telangana MLA's MLC's & MP's are to resign.

In Hyderabad the Cyber city yesterday Osmania University's Student's pro-Telangana Cadres went on rampage, this reporter wittnessed heavy tussle for getting petroleum from Bunk nearby Dr. AS Rao Nagar where later activists were whisked away in jeep, some time petrol were available in bunk later at around 11 pm IST all petrol bunks were closed except HP Pertol pump. Nearing areas like Lalapet flyover, Tarnaka wittnessed rigorous Buses-burning activity this is nearer to Osmania University, also nearly 25 buses were damaged or burnt near Kukat Palli nearer to Hi-Tech city here.

The Polity of seperate state is also questionable positively or negatively. In these times of hi-tensions and hi-sentiments of both Andhras and Telanganaites the need of the hour may be a United state of Telangana comprising ofmany Andhra peoples assets instead of United or Samykia Andhra which is being proposed by several Andhra MP's MLa's including Praja Rajyam chief Chiranjeevi and Telugu Desham party partly.

Dec 27, 2009, Only yesterday the "Telangana (state) was turning and Hyderabad was burning", with many public transport buses burnings and violent protests, today the situ is little calm around Hyderabad surroundings over 'T' issue being the Christmas and New year times but yet the JAC at Osmania and Kakatya Universities have warned of Indifinite Bundh from or after 28 of the month if the centre (Congress govt.) does not retrieve Telangana statehood in time. Union Minister Mr. Veerappa Moily said that Mr. Chidambaram's statement on differing 'T' state was not properly understood as centre was keen on this issue. However the fate of Telangana still awaits as multiple politics being in run; the continual Bundhs and violent agitations will go all against public and common men while the prices of food commodities abd vegetables are soaring high, OPnions and Tomatoes are sold at Rs.25 a kg around; all the political parties must rosolve a consensus and come to amicable settlement to avoid common public sufferagings. The Muslim Party most important domicile sections hitherto opposed Telangana but now are keeping mum over issue so far. Once MIM comes openly to favour or oppose Telangana then momentum may be different.

Dec 31, 2009, In a bis to resolve Telangana issue which has been on the boil , the centre govt., will begin the consultation process by convening an 8 party meeting from Andhra Pradesh on January 5, 2010, the union Home minister will meet party representatives that day (to resolve the Telangana tangle?).....DC, Hyd, India.
