United States and El Salvadorian soldiers distribute food in Iraq

U.S. Army 7th Special Operations Group Soldiers provide security as El Salvadoran soldiers pass out 300 food packets to the village of Al Karaade, Iraq, on Nov. 12. The El Salvadoran army teamed up with the Iraqi army and U.S. Army to provide humanitarian aid.
