update "copy - products"-Counterfeits Italian-French border market closed
The Italian market of Ventimiglia , the ancient "super market for counterfeit gucci bags, Leblanc pens", etc. is closed down now for such copy products. This is to know for a visit in Europe, if you buy one, you may even get stopped on the french highways for counterfeit control and pay up to $3000, better to avoid it.
Find some typical case reports, on Anti-Counterfeiting
I got the sticker "STOP AUX FAUX/ http://www.unifab.com" today on the market, made me thinking. The tomatoes I bought on the market are for sure no copy-tomatoes. Fashion a giant market in which most of us participate, one or the other way, without thinking.
Why are many copies so good ?
First the country like China got the order to produce it for $25, the designer handbag sells later for $700 in the shop. The nonleather copy to buy for $10. Here is the problem. Many
fashion designer accept for T-shirts copies as free advertising, if it doesn't get to much. Last question why are our economies not reacting with simplifying the production at home.
Designer Handbags:
The Spanish Tax Agency, in collaboration with Guardia Civil of Algeciras Customs, has seized more than 230.000 counterfeit goods. Algeciras Customs has confiscated six containers arriving from Yantián (China) and destined to Marocco. The value of the seized products is estimated by Tax Agency Experts in 100 million Euro. According to the information released by Spanish Tax Agency, the involved brands are Adidas, Asics, Reebok, Guess, Puma, Nike, Convers, D.G., Levis, Lacoste, Guess, Versace, Gucci, Chanel, Tous, Chloé, Louis Vuitton, Prada, Tous, Converse, Navigare, Daniel Smith, Calvin Klein, Polo, Boss, Delberto, Quick Silver, Boccodo, Paul & Shark, Rado, Tissot, Armani, Marlboro, Gulso Shark, G-Star and Paul Shark.
In France, if you try to get into the country with a fake Louis Vuitton handbag, customs officials will confiscate it from you and slash it to shreds before your eyes.If you tote the same bag around in China, no one will even blink. Despite China’s efforts to improve intellectual property rights protection, buying fakes is still not against Chinese law. But should it be?
Medicine, Pharmaceuticals:
Pharmaceuticals, which are suspected of being counterfeits with minor or no quality
The right-holder Beecham was allowed to investigate samples in order to identify whether or not the goods were fake. Beecham came to the conclusion that the goods were genuine, but had originally been placed on the market in Ethiopia to be distributed further down the chain to the Ethiopian army.(probably no case)
Case report labels:
Important and huge operation made by Brigada Fiscal of Porto in a factory up in the North of Portugal. More than 1,000,000 of labels, packaging boxes, printing material, card labels, plastic bags, logos, transfers, etc were seized. These items would be used in plain textil goods and sold with the brands on them not only in the Portuguese but also to the European market.
Washing powder:
A seizure of 18 ton counterfeited ARIEL washing powder was made by the Macedonian Customs in Bogorodica at the border between Macedonia and Greece. The shipment came from China and was destined for the Macedonian market. Both the apparel of the packaging as the performed analyzes of the detergent confirmed the counterfeit nature of the good.
'Global problem'
Fakes of handbags by designers Burberry, Prada, Versace, Chanel, Ralph Lauren and Armani were also among the haul.
Andy Fowler from trading standards said: "A lot of consumers would think, what's the harm in buying some probably cheaper products from markets and so on, but it can have a real impact on local traders."
Councillor Henry Hobhouse said the seizure showed "the trade in counterfeits is a global problem".
"Anyone caught dealing in counterfeits in Somerset can expect to end up in court," he added.

Thanks Paschen for Flag "copy products big industry", I posted this article with internet link to avoid problems for tourists. Many don't believe it, controls at french airports or at highway payment stations, complete road blogs for counterfeit search. Ends really sad, no "cavaliers delict" any more. But there is the alternative to buy handbags low cost, that are really nice without wrong label. Enjoy your holidays avoid trouble
