Thai PM Says He'll Stay Put
Protesters have descended onto the streets of Bangkok demanding the resignation of prime minister Samak Sundorave. The protestors have occupied government offices as well as local media buildings. Behind the uprising is an organisation that titles itself Peoples Alliance for Democracy. Despite PADs name however they dont believe in democratic elections and want parliament to be appointed. They are very well funded and are currently controlling state radio.
