The full text of "We Have the Watch," a blog declaration by NORAD/USNORTHCOM Commanding Gen. Charles H. Jacoby Jr.:
Former President John F. Kennedy once said, "Efforts and courage are not enough without purpose and direction." Recently, I had the privilege of holding a forum here in Colorado Springs with our subordinate, component, region and supporting commanders to discuss a vision for the commands, and to review the missions and priorities for both NORAD and USNORTHCOM. I shared my vision of how we might improve in the days and weeks ahead, and the priorities we must embrace in what will undoubtedly be a challenging and exciting future.
To set a course forward, we established a new vision that reads: With our trusted partners, we will defend North America by outpacing all threats, maintaining faith with our people and supporting them in their times of greatest need. “WE HAVE THE WATCH.”
We reviewed the missions of our commands and we all agreed that, in large part, our mission statements accurately reflect what we do each and every day. And, while we left the NORAD mission statement alone, we did modify the USNORTHCOM mission statement slightly by adding the word "partners" to better reflect the importance of our mission partners in all that we do. The new USNORTHCOM mission reads, “The United States Northern Command partners to conduct homeland defense, civil support, and security cooperation to defend and secure the United States and its interests.”
The commands’ focus areas are only slightly changed. We remain focused on counter-terrorism and force protection, countering transnational criminal organizations, defense support of civil authorities, chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear consequence management, aerospace warning and control, maritime warning, missile defense, and the arctic. In addition to these focus areas, I have established five strategic priorities for our commands that will increase our effectiveness when responding to our nations’ needs.
* Expand and strengthen our trusted partnerships
* Advance and sustain the binational military command
* Gain and maintain all-domain situational awareness (emphasis added)
* Advocate and develop capabilities in our core mission areas to outpace all threats
* Take care of our people; they are our foundation
Our commands’ missions are a no-fail sacred trust of the Canadian and U.S. people. We will never forget that the most important thing we do in our two commands is to defend against those who mean us harm, regardless of whether they are nation states, extremists, or transnational criminals. It’s the "why" behind our efforts each and every day.
In the last 100 days, I have personally witnessed the professionalism of the NORAD and USNORTHCOM team and their dedicated efforts and courage in meeting challenges such as the 10th anniversary of 9/11, and Hurricane Irene. I have witnessed our commitment and competence across a wide array of missions with numerous partners. And, while we have performed superbly, let's take the purpose and direction derived from this commanders’ off-site and strive to better ourselves in service to our nations’ citizens.

Why are ads for Second Amendment gun rights constantly running on my page?
I believe it's because rogue government agents and/or their fascist "information systems" contractor seek to associate these pages with extremist gun nuts.
For the record, let me state that the argument that guns are the last line of defense against a tyrannical government is a CRUEL LIE -- a psyop intended to justify a crackdown on citizens who legitimately believe that elements of our government are infringing upon their constitutional and unalienable rights.
Up against silent electromagnetic radio frequency weapons, such as the cell tower mast mounted system deployed everywhere in America, guns are of NO USE. According to some people, this whole devaluation of the dollar is being rigged to cause rioting and total economic chaos. Chaos always enables the military to take over, causing bloodshed and putting control over many into the ruthless, bloody hands of a few. The military is NOT a "defense" entity (as its propaganda insists) but a tool of domestic control that keeps the ruthless banking/oil class in power. I noticed something forboding about the 8th.. I guess on Infowars they were talking about the DDTOD or something... Basically they have canceled the Posse Committus Act... Sorry my acronyms and spelling. But basically they canceled the Posse Act, which prohibited the U.S. Military from occupying and attacking U.S. Citizens. So now the military can attack us. Thanks Mr. Vic for reporting this just slightly important development. My local news TV station has no mention of it, just 30 minutes of new anchors joking with each other, and maybe one apartment fire or missing house pet.

I guess the good news is that this makes the RTTAC-LECC fusion center obsolete, and other fusion centers. The military doesn't have to funnel weapons thru the cops to private companys, they can just shoot us directly. They are already walking around in camoflauge, just getting us used to the occupation. And the Perps constantly mess with items in victims' homes -- clothing, books, toiletries, underwear . . .This is THEFT, because even though these items are often returned (up to years later), the unsuspecting victim ends up buying replacement items. Not only is it theft but it is deliberate "messing with the victim's mind" as in making the victim wonder, "Where is that item? Did I lose it? Misplace it?" These questions are answered at once and for all time, as soon as the victim figures out that he is being officially gangstalked and his home is being invade, which iss trespassing! Your psyop makes it all sound so benign. How about the damage to home systems, appliances, inflated utility and repair bills, the very fact that goons are invading houses while their targets are kept under by electromagnetic attack? I can only describe what is happening to me. Even the petty vandalism (compared to yours) is more lethal than it seems. It tells the victim that the Perps can invade at will; also, they take many more items than just those I described...they remove whatever they can get their hands on. As a victim, one knows that this relatively petty vandalism can escalate at any time and with no recourse to the police who are complicit and protecting these official gangstalkers. Not everyone is being subjected to the full enchilada all the time, as you are. The Gestapo Team Manager plays with the intensity of their various methods. I've had it worse than is happening now. They attacked my mother in her hospice and my granddaughter as a baby in a hospital nursery.

Nothing is "petty" here. Home invasion, burglary, vandalism, I.D. theft, is not petty. Police are involved in cover-up of grand larcency, home invasions, etc., leading me to believe they are being cut in on the spoils. If they weren't compromised, some of them would uphold their oaths of office. The fact that none do tells me that this is a systematic theft of wealth, along lines of what the Nazis did to the Jews in Germany. Lockheed Martin apparently does the phony billing, manipulation of account information, etc. This is a slow-kill GENOCIDE. These are fascist crimes against humanity. I will describe the level of torture they inflict on me as I see it. I'm not one of them. Furthermore, fyi, "petty" does not mean merely "minor" but also "unworthy," as in "beneath contempt." The things these gangstalkers do ranges from the petty to .lethal, as when they tortured my dying mother and my daughter's newborn in the hospital nursery (as I said above). At the time I didn't realize that government-paid psychopaths (nurses) were "at work." Only in the light of informed hindsight did I realize what had been done (and is being done) to me and my family and friends. This thing is huge. Only your anger and unbowed bellicosity makes me keep hoping that America will be saved from these monsters.

I watched my mother as she was murdered by an apparent Jehovah's Witness Jew-hating nurse in a nursing home run by an executive director who has mispresented herself to the community (in Wilmington, DE) and exhibits the personality of a genocidal psychopath. The website flashes content on screen for about one second, and then the content disappears, leaving only a full-screen message stating: "This website is currently unavailable." Now, I am getting an on-screen message saying the above website has been "blocked" for being "spammy or unsafe." Clearly, this is still more fascist military contractor censorship.
