A Colorado House of Representatives Democrat has introduced a federal bill which would make it a federal crime for public schools to discriminate due to gender identity and sexual orientation.  

Jared Polis (D-C) has introduced the legilslation this week.  

Already,  conservative websites are raising the alarm,  that this is a trojan horse for "the continued homosexualiztion of US public schools".  

Federal Bill Would Impose Gay Agenda on Local Schools 

U.S. Rep. Jared Polis has introduced legislation that would give gay activists yet another tool for promoting homosexuality and gay marriage in the classroom.
 
The Colorado Democrat's would make it a federal crime for schools to discriminate against "sexual orientation" and "gender identity." 
 
Tim Tracey, legal counsel for the Alliance Defense Fund, said bullying is wrong and should be stopped, but the real issue is the behavior, and not the characteristics, of the particular student.
