2009 London Demonstrators marched for Universal Peace

Democracy Now reports that a group of American Rabbis have demanded that the world do something about the Gaza Crisis and that incoming U.S. President Barack Obama actually do something concrete about the Palestinian genocide which began in 1948.  Interview is Rabbi Michael Lerner, rabbi at Beyt Tikkun in Berkeley, California, and editor of the magazine Tikkun.

From Democracy Now:

A coalition of American rabbis and other religious, cultural and community leaders bought a full-page ad in the New York Times on Wednesday calling for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza and for President-elect Barack Obama to convene an international Middle East peace conference. The initiative was led by Rabbi Michael Lerner, editor of Tikkun magazine.
