A key report on the detention of terrorism suspects ordered by US President Barack Obama will be delayed by six months, officials have said.
President Obama commissioned the report as part of his efforts to close the US detention centre at Guantanamo Bay by the beginning of next year
I am certainly not surprised as there is a lot of international politics involved about where and what country the prisoners will be sent to.

The closure of Guantanamo, although a noble goal, was a knee jerk reaction on Obama's part, on his first day of office.

They should return the Bay to Cuba wile they are at it. It is an illegal occupation as well as disgrace.
