United States Ban: U.S. Bans Printer, Toner, Ink Cartridges
The United States Department of Homeland Security has banned Printer, Toner, and Ink Cartridges from all flights into the United States. The Head of the Department of Home Security, Janet Napolitano issued a statement banning toner and ink cartridges on Monday.
Under the new rules, “high-risk cargo” will be barred from passenger planes, Napolitano said. Also banned from commercial flights are toner and ink cartridges weighing more than 16 ounces, she said.
The United States now joins the UK in implementing the printer, toner and ink cartridge ban.
The strategy of security officials is now completely transparent, it is an action-reaction security tactic.
Action: Shoe bomber Ralph Reed attempts to smuggle a bomb in his shoe.Reaction: Everyone take off your shoes at security
Action: Various reports of explosive techniques requiring liquidsReaction: Ban all liquids over a certain amount.
Action: Explosive devices found in toner cartridgesReaction: Ban toner, ink, and printer cartridges
This latest ban on the toner, ink and printer cartridges is just part of an overall effort after latest incident. All cargo originating from Yemen has been banned, at least temporarily said Janet Napolitano.
The threats of terrorism we face are serious and evolving, and these security measures reflect our commitment to using current intelligence to stay ahead of adversaries-working closely with our international, federal, state, local and private sector partners every step of the way." Ms Napolitano said US Transportation Security Administration officials had met in Yemen with officials there, in an effort to enhance Yemeni security enhancements so the cargo ban eventually can be lifted.

This fails to address the root problem, which would be bombs, and not toner cartridges. Just like shoes are not the problem, and bottles of liquid soap are not the problem. This is what's known as "stupid security".

Jim: Now do you see what's really going on here?
Does she even realize how stupid this is -- always fighting the last war? It's not the packaging around the device that matters -- the housing could be anything.
My theory: Napolitano's underlings, the people at the controls of America's torture and terror matrix, purposely are trying to make their director look clueless. Can you say, "False flag?"

Scrivener, I have a closet filled with duct tape and plastic. I was responding to daily color change announcements, changing my route, and walking zig zag.
Oh, I know there is manipulation going on here.
Either that, or it is blind stupidity, or a little of both,

It's not about protecting the public from bombs. No. The Guvmint's real intention is to show who's boss. The Guvmint's Mil-Intel Oligarchs want to "terrorize" us and control us. When the Guvmint gets done terrorizing us at airports and has sucked all the profits from its death-dealing x-ray machines, etc, the Guvmint will begin militarizing the nation's roadways and letting lucrative contracts to their "defense" contractor buddies to do so. The Guvmint will add to its percentage of an expanding police state (DHS, TSA) by setting up numerous checkpoints along the nation's roads -- to impede Americans' free travel. You read it here first. I love my country -- it's the US Government I've learned to be afraid of.

Control, yes. It's all about control.
The government need not limit travel. Because after the sheeple are traumatized, they won't WANT to travel.
I never would have believed this until unremitting attacks -- wherever I was, EVEN BEHIND THE WHEEL ON INTERSTATE HIGHWAYS WHERE IMPAIRMENT COULD ENDANGER OTHERS ON THE ROAD -- made me fearful of getting behind the wheel.
This was when the attacks nearly killed me, back in 2004 and into subsequent years. The attacks continue TO THIS MOMENT -- but not as crippling. Just enough to keep me from leading a happy and normal life. And if the attacks ever ease, I still can't leave the place empty without the cop-protected neighborhood goons coming in to poison, vandalize and terrorize, even RIP AND STAIN MY CLOTHING.
This goes on to the present... and POLICE REFUSE TO INVESTIGATE OR COME TO MY AID.
Why? I believe some of my local LEOs are among the cultist hate-mongers... either that, or THEY are scared of them, afraid of their families becoming the next targets.
Fascism has come to America, quietly, insidiously. And Obama is either thoroughly entrained (which I believe he is, electromagnetically), or among the most naive men to ever lead this nation.

I believe that toner cartridges are sent from the future to torture scriv with death rays, the government is afraid that people will take them out of the country.
Yankee Jim is clearly a disinformation agent cloned from the mutated DNA of Napoleon.
Anyone who disagrees, asks for proof or asks me a question is a psy-ops agent who deserves years in prison.
And before you ask, no I am not a bitter failed journalist unwilling to accept that I failed in my profession and seeking any alternative explanation than my total lack of talent.

I agree with your statement that you are not a "bitter failed journalist," Faithless Templar. No, indeed. Instead, you are a bitter failed human being (aka Battyvette). You are a computer-perp, who tries to discredit Vic's revelations about the existence of America's "virtual" concentration camp and death ray towers that are capable of targeting each US citizen. These towers represent the end of political freedom in America.

When Governments tout "We are winning the war on Terrorism" certainly government idiocy shows we are not when we are self imposed hostages in our daily life.
