SUSSEX, Va. – Michael Vick knows this time next year he will be a free man. What he doesn't know is if he'll get another shot at being an NFL player.

The former Atlanta Falcons quarterback pleaded guilty to a state dogfighting charge Tuesday, the first step in a possible comeback. The move allowed him to avoid additional prison time, clearing the way for his early release from prison and possible transition into a halfway house.

I knew these people were Pharaohs from the onset of our Justice Quest in the matter of the wrongful death of Larry Neal, a mentally ill heart patient who died under secret arrest in Memphis/Shelby County Jail on August 1, 2003.  I also knew they felt very protected by the government, because no one else could have the TN State Bar dismiss a case against a law firm that had conducted itself the way The Cochran Firm did as our attorneys.

The unrighteous infidels and Prison Profiteers did not realize that my God did not throw away the mold He used to form Martin Luther King, Jr., Harriet Tubman, Dorothea L. Dix, and Sojourner Truth.  He kept the mold, and He used it again 53 years ago and formed Mary Neal.

No one other than the U.S. Government had the power to allow a judge to issue a court order declaring a law firm nonexistent that was the most famous law firm in the state and fully operating four blocks from her office, such as Georgia Superior Court Judge Wendy Shoob did in May 2006.

No one other than the U.S. Government could have Georgia's Secretary of State's office allow a law firm to present itself all over America on LEGAL COURT DOCUMENTS as being a P.C. (professional corporation) when it was not even registered with the state.

Corporations that have been sued by the firm under the name of the advertised Atlanta office, Cochran Cherry Givens Smith & Sistrunk, P.C., ought to consider if they have any recourse about being sued by a law firm with a false designation after its name – fraudulent, but allowed by the government.  The corporations sued should also demand to see proof that the plaintiffs’ attorney from The Cochran Firm was fully licensed and credentialed.  Give folks and inch, and they take a mile.

No one other than the U.S. Government could allow a firm to present itself in TV commercials and billboards and transit rail systems and conduct business through the U.S. Mail system under an ASSUMED NAME, tricking millions of African Americans into believing they had a legal advocate to trust when their family members died by police violence.

No one other than the U.S. Government could order 911 emergency services to ignore my distress call when accosted.

No one other than the U.S. Government could order the media to remain completely silent about the atrocities that Larry endured and that his family endures seeking PUBLIC RECORDS and accountability for his secret arrest and death in Memphis/Shelby County Jail.

No one other than the U.S. Goverment could engage major Internet sites to help in running interference against our justice quest, including StumbleUpon, which admitted their censorship in writing, and Yahoo!, which lied to me in writing about how the death threat got posted to my Cochran Firm Fraud videos placed on Y! Video, saying it matched my tags "miss" and "missing," when I never used those tags, and it says right on the page the death threat matches the tag line, "Mary Neal."

No one other that the U.S. Government is likely able to have the hits counter on YouTube to ACTULLY RUN BACKWARD, the way my Care2 friends caught happening this week, who also had emails from me disappear and be replaced with changed mail.

Anyone who believes explosive videos like Cochran Firm Fraud 2 has less than 600 hits on YouTube and only 50 hits on NowPublic after being all over the Internet for more than a month needs to buy some Florida real estate from me.

AND NO ONE OTHER THAN THE U.S. GOVERNMENT OWNS A US DOT TRUCK LIKE THE ONE THAT HELD MY GRANDSON UP AT THE CHEVRON STATION THE NIGHT DEKALY COUNTY, GEORGIA DID NOT RESPOND TO OUR EMERGENCY 911 CALL.

Yesterday, my emails were arranged so that all those pertaining to Neals v. The Cochran Firm were on top.  Today, I had this email from my website host, GoDaddy, telling me about danger to my website due to an annual update being due, an update I have already done TWICE this year.  WELL THAT IS ENOUGH. 

And this is not being done by the U.S. Government, itself, but by a few unrighteous DOGS and prison profiteers who slipped in and need to be weeded out!

I wrote back thusly:

GoDaddy, I updated this information twice in the last year already.  I think you should check your records.  My account is UPDATED and PAID UP.  There may be an attempt by others to have me update my account on this computer because a keystroke virus is on here because of my lawsuit against The Johnnie Cochran Firm and the possibility of my entering a lawsuit against the UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE if my family keeps being denied justice in the matter of the wrongful death of Larry Neal and the USDOJ's continuing refusal to DO ITS JOB!

THESE PEOPLE FAIL TO RECOGNIZE THEY HAVE A SOJOURNER TRUTH ON THEIR HANDS.

A member of NowPublic.com commented on all the computer interference my family experiences, the censorship and harassment we endure following our lawsuit against The Johnnie Cochran Firm for defrauding my family as our supposed-to-be legal agents against Memphis/Shelby County Jail following the secret arrest and wrongful death of Larry Neal, my mentally ill brother who was a heart patient.  He was kept in that jail 18 days while his social worker and family looked for him as a missing person, with the jail lying and denying they had him but doing nothing to help look for him.  They kept him away from his heart drugs until he died, and possibly did more to him -- they will not release the records, and the USDOJ won't investigate.

Thank you for your comment, Dale.  The most interesting thing that struck me when I talked with attorneys about my lawsuit against The Johnnie Cochran Firm is that none of them were surprised at how my family was treated as clients:  the law firm's undisclosed conflict of interest, the lying letters telling us about a vigorous discovery process that was never initiated, my being followed after work each night and Cochran Firm attorney Angela Mason messing up and naming the color of the vehicle that followed me in her court pleading (see docket item 22, final paragraph, Neals v. The Cochran Firm, USDC, Northern District of Georgia.

What confused me until Gonzales' indictment last week was why The Cochran Firm was allowed to treat us this way.  I learned over the course of our justice quest that there were other African American families who had met similar treatment from the law firm, especially when their defendants were jails and prisons.  They had been to some of the same poverty law programs that I sought help from, but those families were not as persistent as we are.  They may have given up when they could not find an attorney or when family members were chased by cars. 

Can you imagine being totally ignored by 911 when being pursued, after praying for yourself and small grandson in the car with you and having safely reached a Chevron station where people were?  I told everyone on the video that one of the vehicles was a US DOT truck!  Now we know why.  Everything is being done that can be done to contain the information about how Larry was treated and how we have been treated since his secret arrest and death in Memphis/Shelby County Jail.  

Just weeks before Duanna Johnson was killed execution style, folks were apparently done with mere intimidation and ready to do me in, Dale.  (Duanna Johnson was the transgender woman who also planned to sue that jail.)  They even had it fixed so that 911 would not come help me when I called!

I wrote to Congressman Hank Johnson about  DeKalb County, Georgia's 911 no-response list two days ago.  Can you believe he wrote me back talking about appropriations for mental health care and NEVER EVEN MENTIONED MY ORDEAL?  Here is my response back to the good congressman, and it has a link to my original letter:

Dale, these people are going to treat my family right concerning the secret arrest and wrongful death of Larry Morris Neal or they are going to have to admit before the whole wide world that justice is dead in America and the New World Order is already here.  Its as simple as that. 

Not only are they going to have to chase me all over Georgia and all over the Internet, THEY ARE GOING TO HAVE TO SHOW THEIR HAND AND ACTUALLY CATCH ME before this is through.  Then at least the world will know how far down the road to fascism this country has come.  Following catching me, what are they going to do with Larry's other 129 siblings and their children and grandchildren, not to mention all of you who already know about these injustices?  What will they do about all the people I have entrusted with pertinent records in this case over the last four years?  What are their plans for the 165 members of Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill, who are dedicated to decriminalizing mental illness, as I am?  Will they track down all the people (over 2,000 per month) who have visited my website and seen the truth of what I say about The Cochran Firm under the DOCUMENTS tab?  NowPublic readers may need to add extra security to their homes, too.  Many of them are like me - guilty of knowledge about these atrocious violations against my brother's civil rights and my family's denial of due process of law.   

I am shocked and disappointed at the level of greed evident in our top government officials myself.  Prison profiteers.  Very, very sad.  Imprisoning folks and using inmate labor to work for private prison owners for pennies an hour is probably also profitable to our top media executives and owners, too.  That would explain their refusal to report these events.

Black attorney’s lawsuit accuses Cochran law firm of bias

For decades, the law firm founded by the late Johnnie L. Cochran Jr. has been renowned as a black-run institution fighting for civil rights and against police abuse – not to mention getting O.J. Simpson acquitted of murder charges.

But now, in a development that has dismayed some in Los Angeles’ African American community, attorney Shawn Chapman Holley has sued the firm, claiming, among other things, that its leaders discriminated against her because she is black.

Holley said that after Cochran’s death in 2005, leadership of the firm was turned over to white men who began to discriminate against black lawyers and black clients.

Neither she nor her attorneys would comment on the suit, although she released a statement through her lawyer:

“In deference to the memory of Johnnie Cochran and in deference to his family, I do not intend to engage in a public airing of our disagreements. The lawsuit speaks for itself, and this matter will be litigated in the courts.”
