VA-India trade conference to be held in Norfolk

Business leaders from Virginia and India will gather in Norfolk next month for a trade conference.

Gov. Timothy M. Kaine says the event will be the strongest international program to be held in Virginia in a number of years.

The conference is scheduled for Oct. 15-16 at the Norfolk Waterside Marriott. The hosts are the Virginia Economic Development Partnership and the Virginia Port Authority.
