van der Sloot Files Misconduct Complaint Against Top Officials
A complaint of misconduct has been filed by Joran van der Sloot; against Lima, Peru Chief of detectives Col. Miguel Canlla and other officials involved in the investigation - of the death of Stephany Flores. van der Sloot, the only suspect in the May 30, murder of Flores, claims his rights have been violated; saying his arrest in Chile, was executed without a proper warrant. The complaint also claims lack of official translator, caused confusion according to the newspaper, El Comercio.
Van der Sloot believes; "All this with the intention of pressuring me to accuse me of homicide." Charged with murder during a robbery, if convicted he faces 15 to 35 years, at Miguel Castro Castro maximum security prison.
Peruvian investigators say that van der Sloot offered a complete confession to the murder of 21 year old student, Stephany Flores. Siting "The incriminatory elements were so powerful that he had to confess," Gen. Cesar Guardia said, adding that the evidence included blood stains found on van der Sloot's clothing. Days later van der Sloot claimed he confessed under duress, after being promised extradition to Aruba.

Oh he may be extradited to Aruba someday......after Peru and the US is done with him. They had their chance...or I should say he had his chance with Aruba.

With luck it will be to plant him 6 feet under in a pine box, then again I doubt Aruba wants his forever home to be on their Island Paradise.
